[NYPOST] Border czar Tom Homan was adamant Thursday that federal law enforcement authorities will eventually get their hands on and deport the illegal migrant accused of torching a woman to death on a New York City subway car.
''He's not gonna get away,'' Homan said of Guatemalan national Sebastian Zapeta-Calil, during an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity.
Zapeta-Calil is currently in the custody of New York City's Department of Correction — at Rikers Island — but because of the Big Apple's sanctuary city policies, the agency is refusing to turn him over to federal authorities for deportation, according to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.
Homan indicated that federal agents will not be deterred despite the correction department's refusal to honor the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer.
''If we have to sit outside that jail every day, 24/7, we'll get our hands on him,'' Homan vowed.
''New York City, or any other sanctuary city, is not gonna stop ICE from keeping President Trump's promise to eradicate every criminal illegal alien, every public threat illegal alien, every national security threat illegal alien from this country,'' he added. ''We'll get it done.''
''They just — sanctuary cities make it harder and make it more dangerous, but they're not going to stop what we're doing.''
Under New York City's current sanctuary status, local law enforcement is prevented from cooperating with federal immigration authorities to hold migrants colonistsin jug until they can be picked up for deportation proceedings.
ICE issued the detainer against Zapeta-Calil after his December arrest in the arson attack.

I have long supported a Death Kind Law being placed on the books.
So that how a Murderer commits the murder is how they executed.
It this case, sedate him and light up his ass.
I would purpose, All appeals be handled by and in a Special Homicide Focused branch of the Court System.
With all final appeals presented to the SCOTUS for final determination in 5 years.
This BS of LIFE on Death Row is plain stupid and clear injustice to the victims families.
(CATO Institute estimates about $60,000-$70,000 per death row inmate per year, according to a recent estimate).
So, using the mid $65K / 365 = $178+/+ a day. So 20 years x 365 x $178.00 = $1.3 MILLION in taxpayer funds just to house them.
Then estimated legal costs of each additional appeal is around $1.5 Million.
YES! Justice MUST BE insured.
No innocent person ever be jailed or executed.
But when they are caught dead to right, why more than 5 years, let alone 20+?.
[NYPOST] The University of Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,, Davis, has announced plans to convert its men's and women's locker rooms at its recreation centers into ''universal'' all-sex locker rooms, sparking outrage among women's rights activists.
The university announced the renovation project in February, claiming it was doing away with the old locker room format for the purpose of ''inclusivity.
''We value inclusive, accessible environments that accommodate the diverse needs of our community. We are pleased to announce that we will be remodeling the current locker room facilities to implement universal locker rooms,'' the university said in its announcement.
''All campus recreation members can use our universal locker rooms, regardless of who they are or how they identify. These spaces are inclusive of members with disabilities and members of all gender identities.''
News of this change spread Tuesday after two bills aimed at keeping transgender athletes out of women's and girls sports failed to pass Monday at the state and federal level.

Well, isn't that special?
Why aren't a THOUSAND media outlets asking Gavin what he thinks about this position, since he pretended in the last 48 hours to understand the difference between men and women?

Okay... In 73-75 3dc was in a far left live in college in his university. There were 2 small dorms part of it. One for men and the other for women. All the bathrooms on the first floor of the dorms were multi-person unisex.... just what these people in UCal Davis want. I am sorry it just got very strange for all the sexes.. even the ones behaving badly... (of both sexes) .. multi-person/multi-sex bathrooms are just an uncomfortable thing for everybody... My worst situation was sitting in a stall when a known ugly strange (mental?) girl went into the next stall .. with out looking if anybody else was in the room .. and misused the flush handle of the toilet in her stall. Not something I ever wanted to be aware of....

Oh I should point out that many years after 3dc left that place... Bill and Hillary showed up and recruited a lot of the then much more deviant people there to help them win the governorship in the state of Ark. (not the state with that leftist place).

Would it be a good idea to combine eighth grade gym class and locker with high school seniors? No it would not, for the same reasons that this is a terrible idea. Maybe it would be ok in Heaven but not on Earth.

[NYPOST] Rep. Alexandria Boom Boom Ocasio-Cortez Dem Congressgirl from da Bronx in Noo Yawk and leader of the Mean Girl Caucus in Congress. One of the Great Minds of the 21st Century, she is known as much for her innaleck as for her dance moves. She is all in favor of socialism, even though she's fuzzy on the details. She was the inventor of the Green New Deal, though she doesn't talk about it much anymore and other Democratic congresswomen were ruthlessly roasted — including directly by the White House — after they appeared in a cringey ''Choose your fighter'' TikTok clip that quickly went viral.
The 20-second video of progressives was initially posted by cookbook author and influencer Sulhee Jessica Woo to her 5.6 million followers in honor of Women's History Month on Wednesday — leading the Trump administration to troll with its own version of the online trend Thursday.
The White House montage showed President Trump, Vice President JD Vance and other members of the Republican's administration with the caption ''America Chose Its Fighters Last November.''
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was on horseback and Attorney General Pam Bondi was speaking at a presser while border czar Tom Homan was walking away from a helicopter in parts of the clip.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Secretary of State Marco Rubio ...The diminutive 13-year-old Republican U.S. Senator from Florida, Secretary of State in the second Trump administration... , FBI Director Kash Patel and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick also had cameos in the video.
Meanwhile,
...back at the fist fight, Jake ducked another roundhouse, then parried with his left, then with his right, finally with his chin... the widely mocked video of the Democratic House members included New York's Ocasio-Cortez, Rep. Lauren Underwood of Illinois, Rep. Katherine Clark of Massachusetts, Rep. Judy Chu of Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,, Rep. Jasmine Crockett of Texas and Rep. Susie Lee of Nevada, along with fun facts about them and music from Super Smash Bros in the background.
AOC, 35, revealed she is a Trekkie while Clark, 61, who is also the minority whip, said she doesn't like hair dye. Crockett, 43, disclosed she's not a morning person while Underwood, 38, insisted she doesn't like balloons.
But the short clip failed to hit the mark.
''Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... Not Be Cringe Challenge,'' the Trump administration's Rapid Response account wrote on X. ''Level: Impossible.''
''The problem isn't policy failures, economic anxiety, or a general sense that everything is coming apart at the seams,'' political writer Matt Lewis wrote. 'No, no — the real issue is that voters just don't know how much fun their representatives are!''
Meanwhile,
...back at the fist fight, Jake ducked another roundhouse, then parried with his left, then with his right, finally with his chin... Punchbowl News news hound Ben Brody called it ''hilariously cringey.''
''One of the worst parts about this: the Choose Your Fighter trend was popular on TikTok like 3 years ago,'' journalist Peter Hamby wrote.
[FoxNews] Rep. Henry Cuellar, who is facing charges of bribery and acting as a foreign agent, is now on the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s "frontline list" for the 2026 election, which is gaining scrutiny from the group’s GOP rival.
Cuellar, who represents a district along the southern border, was not part of the program meant to assist Democrats at risk of losing their election in 2024, but he still won re-election in November.
"The DCCC throwing cash at Henry Cuellar, an indicted congressman facing bribery and foreign agent charges, is certainly a choice. Do other frontline Democrats stand by pumping campaign cash into defending a corrupt and sleazy politician?" NRCC spokesman Mike Marinella said in a statement Thursday.
The Department of Justice under the Biden administration indicted Cuellar and his wife for allegedly taking roughly $600,000 in bribes from an Azerbaijan-owned energy company and a Mexican bank, according to a news release at the time.
"I want to be clear that both my wife and I are innocent of these allegations. Everything I have done in Congress has been to serve the people of South Texas. Before I took any action, I proactively sought legal advice from the House Ethics Committee, who gave me more than one written opinion, along with an additional opinion from a national law firm," Cuellar said in a statement at the time, according to KGNS.
At the time of the indictment, President Donald Trump said it may have had to do with border politics.
"Biden just Indicted Henry Cuellar because the Respected Democrat Congressman wouldn’t play Crooked Joe’s Open Border game," Trump said in a Truth Social post at the time. "He was for Border Control, so they said, ‘Let’s use the FBI and DOJ to take him out!’ This is the way they operate. They’re a bunch of D.C. Thugs, and at some point they will be paying a very big price for what they have done to our Country."
Cuellar also recently told Fox News he's disagreed with some aspects of the Biden administration's approach on the border crisis.
In 2024, some Democrats opposed his campaign in the primary due to his belief that abortion should be a state issue, according to Punchbowl News.
His office did not respond to a request for comment in time for publication. Two "advisors" tied to the case have already pleaded guilty, according to The Texas Tribune.
As for Cuellar, his trial was pushed back to this year. The DCCC declined to comment.
The DCCC program has 26 incumbent members of Congress it plans to invest resources in to retain their seats.
"These 26 House Democrats are battle-tested and laser-focused on pocketbook issues. Democrats are poised to retake the majority in 2026, and these members will help us do that," the DCCC tweeted on Thursday.
Republicans have an narrow House majority they hope to defend and expand in 2026.
[WFB] An illegal immigrant who served as deputy communications director for Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D., N.Y.) has fled the United States for Colombia, saying he finally has "freedom of movement."
Diego de la Vega, who arrived in the United States from Ecuador at age seven and overstayed his visitor's visa, began working for Ocasio-Cortez in October 2022, according to his LinkedIn. Last December, de la Vega left the United States and relocated to Bogotá with his wife, another illegal immigrant, the Substack "Migrant Insider" reported.
Ocasio-Cortez praised her former aide on Wednesday, saying he was "amazing" and that "we love him."
De la Vega's self-deportation came soon after Donald Trump won the presidential election in November. Trump's administration has ramped up immigration enforcement, and migrant encounters at the southern border have dropped to the lowest level since 2017. A total of 42,048 illegal migrants were removed from the United States between January 21 and February 18, according to Washington Post columnist Marc Thiessen.
De la Vega said in the interview that he was "illegalized" in the United States. In Colombia, by contrast, he has "freedom of movement" that is "incredibly satisfying."
It is unclear how Ocasio-Cortez's office handled de la Vega's employment status, including whether he or the office paid Social Security taxes on his behalf. De la Vega, though, was barred from working in Congress due to his status as a DACA recipient, according to Migrant Insider.
De la Vega told Migrant Insider that he "lived in fear" because of his illegal status, though he also said he "had a pretty good childhood in New York."
He suggested that he may return to the United States at some point, though he said that may not be for "many years."

I look forward to the day that conservative commentators STOP asserting that AOC is somehow "hot". She's a Waffle House 6, on a good day.

AOC should be more worried about the discussions about having Musk look into congress/senate folk worth way more than their salary after a few years in DC. She was bankrupt when she got in and in the few years she's been in Congress she's now worth about $20+ million.

The score would drop like a rock as conversation with her ensues.
"Duct tape", he said, apparently at random.
Objectively speaking, she has a nice rack. But she also has the crazy eye. You have been warned.
It is unclear how Ocasio-Cortez's office handled de la Vega's employment status, including whether he or the office paid Social Security taxes on his behalf.
Not paying federal taxes is a crime. Worth looking into, if only for the chaos and bad publicity it would generate. Actual charges would be sprinkles on top.

Look, she's a Democratic Congress critter. As such, such trivialities as Federal law do not apply to her. That's why she can hire an illegal alien, increase her net worth by millions, etc.

Memory serves that this was known shortly after he started working for AOC, but was untouchable as long Braindead Brandon was still crapping himself in the fake WH.

[DAILYWIRE] A town in North Carolina is doubling down on its earlier commitment to provide hurricane ...as in blow me down!... relief to local business owners based on race and sex.
Asheville, a town in western North Carolina that was devastated by Hurricane Helene, said in its 2024 Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery action plan, released this month, that the plan's Small Business Support Program would ''prioritize assistance for Minority and Women Owned Businesses (MWBE) within the scoring criteria outlined within the polices and procedures.''
In January, the Western North Carolina Citizens for Equality filed a complaint with the Treasury Department after Buncombe County, which includes Asheville, would ''focus'' on hurricane relief for ''BIPOC'' and ''women'' owned businesses damaged in the hurricane, The Daily Wire reported at the time.
''In this situation, there is no doubt that Buncombe County intended to discriminate against white business owners in its Helene Relief Project. The County directed that the funds be used in manner that prioritizes one group of business owners over another based solely on skin color,'' the complaint says.
The County Board of Commissioners, which is controlled by Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... , released its small business relief grant program in November, and the residents asked the Trump administration to intervene in January.
Now, in March, Asheville appears to be doubling down on the racist and sexist prioritization of hurricane relief. In addition to prioritizing small business grants based on race and sex, the city plans to implement other programs based on income. The city said that at least 70% of program funds would meet the low- to moderate-income (LMI) objective set forth by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. A fund was created to build multi-family housing units that would require 80% of the units to be occupied by households at 80% or below the area median income, which was $90,300 in 2023. The cost of living in Asheville, however, is higher than the national average.
The city's infrastructure projects ''prioritize projects that primarily serve LMI populations or support affordable housing development.''
As The Daily Wire previously reported, Buncombe County in mid-November partnered with Mountain Bizworks, a non-profit, to administer $1.5 million in aid to small businesses owned by people of color and women.
''Further, Mountain Bizworks used the repurposed federal [American Rescue Plan Act of 2021] funds and furthered the County's objective: culling applicants and awarding grant money based, in part, on the skin color of applicants. These actions are clearly illegal,'' the complaint filed in January says.

"Gooder & Harder".
Covid should have taught us all that not a single Democrat should be trusted with an elected position as small as "county nurse".
The lady who cuts my hair was appointed by our Republican Governor because he didn't want ANYTHING ever closed again over something like Covid. She accepted a position on the Cosmetology Board.
