[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] In an interview with Sky News Arabia, Aidarous al-Zubaidi, the president of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC), launched a sharp attack on the leaders of the Islah Party,
…the Muslim Brotherhood in Yemen…
accusing them of having an inherent connection to terrorism, despite his partnership with them in the ''Presidential Leadership Council.''
Fair enough. All branches of the Muslim Brotherhood feed the excitable into nearby jihadi organizations, whether Al Qaeda, ISIS, or the local independent, while they themselves stick to politics and charity to seduce the weak-minded into thinking their Islamofascism means they are good and pious Moslems instead of slow-burn religious revolutionaries working to seduce the populace into accepting the Sunni caliphate..
Al-Zubaidi revealed that US forces are present in Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... as part of an international coalition with Britannia, as well as other Saudi-led coalition countries and their armed factions, aiming to ''implement the Syrian scenario'' in Yemen.
This, he said, was to eliminate what he referred to as the ''Iran's Houthi sock puppets ...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him... s'' and end their military operations in the Red Sea.
He also emphasized that all members of the ''Presidential Leadership Council'' agree with the ''terrorist leaders'' of the Islah Party (the Moslem Brüderbund) in their fight against Sana'a forces.
He added that they are waiting for former US President Donald Trump ...They hit him with slander, they impeached him twice. Nancy Pelosi tore up his State of the Union address on national TV. They stole an election and put his adherents in jail. They vilified him. They couldn't crucify him, so they shot him. Still, they can't keep him down... to designate ''Ansarullah'' in Sana'a as a ''terrorist organization'' due to their naval operations supporting Paleostinian resistance in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... Al-Zubaidi mentioned that the ''Presidential Leadership Council'' represents a unified body in Yemen's legitimacy, but he contradicted himself by stating that each member of the Council has different political agendas, with each person backed by their own project.
He hinted that he had received promises to revert Yemen's map to its pre-unification state of May 1990, but only after the ''destruction of the Houthis'' in Sana'a.
[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei condemned US decision to label the resistance group a ''terrorist organization'', describing it as unjustified and baseless action in violation of international laws, according to Mehr News agency reported.
The action of the US Department of State is a pretext for imposing anti-human sanctions against the Yemen ...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of... i nation, Baghaei said in the statement.
The Iranian diplomat also expressed Iran's support and solidarity with the Yemeni people and the oppressed Paleostinian people against the occupation and genocide of the Zionist regime.
Baghaei also said, ''The action of the US State Department in labeling the Yemeni people is in line with the support of the former US government in the 15-month genocide against the Paleostinian people in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. [Breitbart] The jailing of Axel Rudakubana — who rushed into a children’s party and tried to kill everyone inside, ultimately murdering three young girls — but not even for a full-life sentence has triggered a debate on legal reform.
Prominent Reform UK party Member of Parliament Rupert Lowe responded to the sentencing of 18-year-old Axel Rudakubana on Thursday to say the killings call for a national debate about the United Kingdom having abolished the death penalty. Rudakubana was sentenced to a minimum of 52 years for the murder of three young children, the attempted murder of eight young children, the attempted murder of two adults, and possession of a knife, the creation of a biotoxin, and possession of an Al-Qaeda manual.
Rudakubana stormed into a children’s party and attempted to murder those inside with extreme violence just days before his 18th birthday. Had he been 18 at the time of the attack, he would have been legally liable for, and would almost certainly have been sentenced to, what is called in the United Kingdom a whole life order. This extremely rare order distinguishes a sentence ordering the inmate to actually spend his whole life in prison from the misleadingly named life sentence, where the criminal could spend their whole life in prison but would actually be liable for release after a set number of years, if they can persuade a parole board.
In Rudakubana’s case, because he was not quite an adult by a few days, he was sentenced to a minimum term of 52 years. This contrasts to the United States, for instance, where in some cases 17-year-olds who commit particularly abhorrent crimes can be tried as full adults, and where in some states attempting to murder an entire class of young children would invite the death penalty.
Even Britain’s politically milquetoast parties at least conceded the case suggested the United Kingdom’s legal system might need some reform in the face of such violence, which despite its familiar characteristics and the presence of a terrorism conviction the nation’s prosecutor absolutely refuses to call terrorism.
Labour MP Patrick Hurley called the sentence “unduly lenient” and said he had referred the matter to the Attorney General for review. The UK AG can overrule a judge in such cases, and the present incumbent Lord Hermer has been battered by successive waves of bad press in recent weeks over allegations that he is deeply partisan and possibly unfit for office, so intervening in this case could be perceived as a easy means to buy himself a good news cycle.
The Times of London states the Conservatives have also suggested the case might presage change, with party leader Kemi Badenoch saying there was a “strong case” to consider a whole life order for Rudakubana.
But these vague assertions were handily drowned out by calls from Reform’s Rupert Lowe, who questioned whether in such a case a return to hanging wasn’t worth discussing. He wrote: “It is my opinion that now is the time for a national debate on the use of the death penalty in exceptional circumstances. This is an exceptional circumstance.”
A previous Labour government abolished the death penalty in functionally all cases in the 1960s and the last people hung by the state were in 1964. Yet public opinion wasn’t in favour of abolishing hanging then, and a majority supported bringing it back for decades afterwards.
Although polling on this matter is not frequently undertaken — given it is something politicians very rarely wish to talk about — what research there is suggests in the 21st century it is still the case more Britons want to bring back hanging then keep it banned.
There are shades of opinion on the matter of execution. Reform leader Nigel Farage has previously said he is against capital punishment, stating in 2014 “I have my reservations about the state having the power to end someone’s life”. Farage’s position appears to flow from the notion, common among many that would support capital punishment otherwise, that the state and legal system is too incompetent to be trusted to get it right every time.
The 17-year-old booked a taxi from his home to Range High School in Formby on July 22 last year, wearing the same green hooded sweatshirt and surgical mask he would have on during the dance-class attack a week later.
It is feared he was planning a high-school massacre, although police say there was 'no evidence' he had a knife with him.
An witness said: 'There was a confrontation and Rudakubana was eventually persuaded to leave the vehicle.' Rudakubana then went back inside.
There is no suggestion Rudakubana's father knew what he is believed to have been planning at the school on July 22.
The video has been revealed as Rudakubana, now 18, was this afternoon given a life sentence with a minimum of 52 years in prison after murdering three young girls in Southport last year - with trial judge Mr Justice Goose saying it was 'not likely he will ever be released'.
Police have said that on July 29, the day of the murders, Rudakubana 'changed his routine' in response to having been intercepted by his father a week earlier.
On this occasion, instead of booking a minicab to the house, he walked to a nearby bus stop and then called a taxi to take him to Southport, a 15-minute drive away.
Rudakubana's family have been left 'devastated' by the atrocity he inflicted and are now in hiding after police moved them for their own safety, a church attended by his father revealed this week.
Revelations earlier this week following Rudakubana's guilty pleas included:
The signs Rudakubana would go on to kill including a hockey stick attack;
How his church-going parents were linked to the Rwandan genocide; and
He was referred to the counter-extremism programme Prevent three times.
Rudakubana, born in Cardiff, had moved in 2013 to the Merseyside seaside resort of Southport where his father Alphonse - a former soldier in the Rwanda Patriotic Front - worked as a taxi driver.
Rudakubana was a former pupil at the Range High but was expelled for carrying out a disturbing incident which saw him try to attack pupils with a hockey stick.
At the age of 13, the youngster was suspended for bringing a knife into school before returning with the sports equipment and wielding it at pupils, causing him to be restrained by a teacher.
On another occasion, pupils filmed him attempting to attack a teacher during a lesson, having to be restrained by three classmates.
source said: 'Rudakubana rang Childline when he was 13 to say he was going to bring a knife into Range High School because he was being bullied.'
'They immediately raised the alarm and he was immediately excluded. He never actually brought a knife in.'
But around a fortnight later he sneaked back onto the school grounds armed with a hockey stick, apparently trying to attack children who he felt had wronged him. Former pupils said one boy suffered a broken wrist.
Police were called after the incident in December 2019 and Rudakubana was later given a ten-month referral order by a youth court – believed to be his only brush with the law prior to last July's atrocity.
The source added: 'By all accounts he was a normal year 9 pupil until this happened, he was a model student.
'The knife threat and then the hockey stick attack seem to have been the start of him becoming obsessed with the most horrific violence, eventually culminating in the attack on the dance studio. That was the spark which started everything.'
A video showing Rudakubana being restrained by fellow pupils at Range High seen by the Mail is understood to have involved him trying to attack one of the children he accused of bullying him.
He then attended specialist educational units including a college in Southport which sources said he only attended 'two or three times'.
Sources stressed that Rudakubana was raised a Catholic and there was no religious motivation around his fixation on violence or the dance studio attack.
'He had no religious links whatsoever – he was just pure evil and wanted to hurt people,' one said. 'It was as simple as that. I would describe him as generational evil.'
Rudakubana received regular medical assessments as well as having a social worker.
'He was seen by multiple medical professionals, and autism was the prevailing diagnosis,' said the source.
'But while there was a major flag on his case because of his threat to bring a knife into school, there were no incidents of violence or carrying a weapon.
'He became obsessed with wars, conflicts, genocides and the most appalling atrocities. That's how he came to be referred to Prevent and counter-terrorism.
'It's just chilling how he went from being an apparently normal year 9 kid to becoming just uncontrollably evil.'
After his expulsion, Rudakubana attended specialist education provision in the Southport area.
At the time of the atrocity he was on the books of a college but had only attended two or three times, with a source saying: 'He just bunked off all the time.'
Police were regularly present to support social workers attending his family home over his poor attendance.
'Social workers who visited him always brought their own security,' a source said.
'It was felt that for their own safety it was better for them to have someone to keep them safe because they were so worried about what he was capable of.'
[NYPOST] The ''first formerly undocumented judge in Rhode Island'' abruptly resigned hours after the FBI raided his downtown Providence immigration law office on Thursday.
He forgot he’s here illegally — do I understand that correctly?
Central Falls Municipal Court Judge Joseph Molina Flynn was being investigated before President Trump's return to the Oval Office and the raid is unrelated to his recent string of immigration-related executive orders, according to WPRI 12.
The reason for the raid has yet to be revealed by the agency.
Multiple black SUVs and Providence police cruisers were seen lined up outside the building where his office is located on Thursday.

There’s more at the link, which makes the whole thing even odder:
Molina Flynn was born in Medellin, Colombia, and arrived in the US on a tourist visa when he was 9 years old, according to his law firm’s website.
He obtained his “lawful permanent resident status and then his citizenship” after spending 15 years in the US as an undocumented immigrant.
Molina Flynn later attended Johnson and Wales University and the University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor.
He founded Molina Flynn Law Offices in 2015 as a solo practitioner, focusing on immigration, family and criminal matters, and has a location in Boston and downtown Providence.
Molina Flynn’s bio also states that he is the “first gay person” appointed as the municipal court judge in Central Falls and the “first formerly undocumented Judge in Rhode Island.”
He also teaches “Crimmigration” as an adjunct professor at the Roger Williams University Law School.

Immigration in Rhode Island is odd. It used to be Portuguese from an island chain that wasn’t Portugal or Brazil. Providence probably is now a mix of Portuguese and Spanish speakers.

[FoxNews] FBI agents raided the law offices of immigration lawyer and Central Falls Municipal Court Judge Joseph Molina Flynn in Providence, Rhode Island, Thursday, though the reason for the raid has not yet been disclosed.
An FBI spokesperson confirmed that a court authorized the raid, though the spokesperson declined to comment further.
Molina Flynn’s office remained silent about the raid, declining to answer calls and emails from Fox News.
WPRI 12 reported that a warrant was executed at the office on Dorrance Street, and video of the warrant execution showed a line of black SUVs outside the building with agents walking into the building and walking out with boxes.
The station also reported that two sources familiar with the matter claimed the investigation into Molina Flynn started before President Donald Trump returned to the White House this week.
The law firm states on its site that the practice was founded in 2015 and focuses on immigration, family and criminal matters.
The site also notes that the judge was born in Medellin, Columbia, and arrived in the U.S. when he was just 9 years old on a tourist visa. He remained in the country and lived undocumented for 15 years before obtaining lawful permanent resident status, the site added.
Molina Flynn attended Johnson and Wales University, then went on to University of Michigan Law School in Ann Arbor.
When reached for comment, the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Rhode Island told Fox, "Thank you for reaching out. Our office does not comment on media reporting."
On Thursday, Molina Flynn resigned from his position as the municipal court judge for the City of Central Falls, a job he was appointed to in 2021.
The Providence Journal reported that Molina Flynn’s resignation was announced by Central Falls Mayor Maria Rivera shortly after news of the raid broke.
"I was deeply concerned to see the reports of an FBI search at the law office of Joseph Molina Flynn," Rivera told the publication. "As the Central Falls community knows, transparency and accountability are priorities of mine. In an effort to uphold the integrity and focus of the municipal court, Judge Molina Flynn has officially resigned his position."

From Skidmark’s Daily Mail link:
But two people with knowledge of the investigation told WPRI that the federal agents were looking into Flynn over allegations that he defrauded his clients seeking representation on immigration-related matters.
[NYPOST] A Southern California city just threw down the gauntlet against Gov. Gavin Newsom's immigration policy.
Huntington Beach, a city of around 200,000 in Orange County, passed a ''non-sanctuary city'' resolution that instructs law enforcement to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement and other federal agencies as they ramp up their fight against migrant crime.
The declaration takes aim at a 2017 law, championed by Newsom, that forbids state and local resources from aiding federal immigration authorities.
Under that law, local law enforcement could not detain someone for being in the country illegally, or assist organizations like ICE in identifying and apprehending undocumented immigrants.
''It's a basic public safety issue — If someone has already been arrested for a crime, and we find out they are undocumented, we still have to let them go. And now they're out in the community,'' Casey McKeon, one of the city council members who unanimously supported the resolution, told The Post.
Huntington Beach officials claimed the law hamstrung their law enforcement's ability to protect the city, citing state records that show a 20% upswing in violent crime since the sanctuary law — SB 54, aka the ''California Values Act'' — went into effect.
But now, as the new Trump administration begins to crack down on illegal immigration, the city faces another dilemma: Shun SB 54 and work with the federal government or abide by state law and potentially face litigation.
''We have to protect our police officers from federal prosecution by, basically, ignoring the sanctuary state law,'' City Attorney Michael Gates said.

[NAHARNET] Hezbollah said Thursday that it will be the responsibility of the Lebanese state to act and press the countries sponsoring the ceasefire agreement should Israel delay its military pullout from south Leb ...The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. Only one of those statements is an exaggeration.... ''The 60-day deadline for the complete withdrawal of the Zionist enemy from Lebanese territory is about to expire, and this compels it to carry out a complete and comprehensive implementation, in line with what was mentioned in the ceasefire agreement,'' Hezbollah said in a written statement.
''Some leaks about the enemy's postponement of its pullout — require everyone, topped by the political authority in Lebanon, to press the countries sponsoring the agreement to act effectively and oversee the final days of the deadline in a manner that guarantees complete withdrawal and the Lebanese Army's deployment to the last inch of Lebanese territory,'' the group said.
''Any exceeding of the 60-day deadline would be considered a flagrant breach pf the agreement, a continued attack on Lebanese illusory sovereignty and a new phase of occupation that requires the state to deal with it through all the means and methods guaranteed by international conventions, in order to regain the land and liberate it from occupation,'' Hezbollah went on to say.
Adding that it will be ''following up on the developments of the situation,'' Hezbollah emphasized that ''any violation of the agreement and pledges and any attempt to evade them under frail excuses will not be acceptable.''
''We call for a strict commitment that does not accept any compromises,'' Hezbollah added.

[HODHODYEMENNEWS.NET] Hezbollah issued on Thursday a statement which underlines the necessity of the full and comprehensive implementation of the ceasefire agreement as outlined in its terms since the 60-day period for the Israeli enemy to completely withdraw from Lebanese territories is nearing its end.
Certain leaks suggesting that the enemy intends to delay its withdrawal and prolong its presence in Leb ...The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. ''It is essential to closely monitor the final days of this timeline to ensure the complete withdrawal, the deployment of the Lebanese Army to every inch of Lebanese territory, the swift return of residents to their villages, and the prevention of any pretexts or excuses for prolonging the occupation.''
''Any breach of the 60-day timeline constitutes a blatant violation of the agreement, an attack on Lebanese illusory sovereignty, and the beginning of a new chapter of occupation,'' the statement added, ''This demands that the state confront it using all means and methods sanctioned by international conventions to reclaim the land and wrest it from the grip of the occupation.''
As we continue to follow developments, which are expected to culminate in a full withdrawal in the coming days, we affirm that any breach of the agreement or attempt to evade commitments under weak pretexts will not be tolerated, the statement confirmed.
Finally, Hezbollah called for strict adherence to the agreement, without concessions.
