[JustTheNews] Three years after the program was first approved, Colorado announced plans to open its first electric vehicle charging station as a part of the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Grant program in 2025.
[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] Delegates with the Democratic National Committee must create a "war machine" against President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... and his Republican Party, said Rhode Island Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) in a letter to state party chairs. The DNC (If you're white you ain't right!) ...Democrat National Committee, where all those off-the-wall talking points originate... is coming up on an election to choose their next chair after the previous one resigned following Kamala Harris launched her campaign on the “RuPaul’s Drag Race” ' presidential election loss.
"We in Congress customarily say we're 'fighting' for things when we really mean working or toiling," said Whitehouse, in the letter obtained by Politico. "A fight means a defined adversary, a battle strategy, and actual punches thrown. Done well, it involves exposing and degrading your adversary's machinery of warfare."
The letter argues that Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... do not have an organized, institutional basis from which to attack Trump and the GOP. Whitehouse states that under Trump, the Republican Party can "rapidly and effectively deploy false narratives" while Democrats "struggle to bring true ones to bear."
Whitehouse blames the Biden White House, Politico reports. The Biden White House was not a stronghold of offensive strategy planning, Whitehouse intoned per Politico. He suggested that Democrats should expose corruption on the right, accusations of influence peddling.
DNC Chair candidates include Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Chair Ken Martin, Wisconsin Democratic Party Chair Ben Wikler, and former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley ...former Democratic governor of Maryland and aspiring presidential candidate, known locally as The One-Man Economic Wrecking Crew. O'Malley was elected to his second term driven by union support and near-Stalinesque vote margins in Baltimore city (82%) and Prince George's County (88%). He presided over more than 40 tax or fee increases, including a rain tax and a flush tax... , Politico notes. Some have expressed concerns that the DNC chair race is comprised of mostly white men.

I can't tell from his statement whether he wants working and toiling or if he wants actual punches, i.e. violence. Maybe he wants a real shooting war. But I'm pretty sure we won't find him on the street throwing punches himself with the possibility that he might get his own clock cleaned. He sounds like an idiot.

Sheldon is calling for the DNC to do more than just jail and assassinate Trump. He calls for them to get serious.

[DAILYCALLER] With the Biden presidency weeks away from its conclusion, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre will be out of a job soon, and a panel of media luminaries gave the Daily Caller their idea of what she might do next.
The consensus seemed to be that KJP, despite being considered by many to have performed poorly at her White House gig, will likely find safe harbor as a contributor on a cable news program, just like her predecessor Jen Psaki ...a valley girl who woke up one morning and found she was spokeswoman for the U.S. Department of State under Obama... ''She'll go where all the other failed Hollywood actors go when they're useless to the deep state: a cable chat show that exclusively exists to sell weird books and products to lonely women,'' Daily Caller alum and media veteran Kay Hill said.
NewsBusters Managing Editor Curtis Houck concurred, adding ''I fully anticipate someone will hire her as a contributor, whether it be a return to MSNBC or even CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... Jean-Pierre's predecessor, Jen Psaki, jumped ship in 2022, leaving the Biden White House to host her own show ''Inside with Jen Psaki'' on MSNBC.

KJP is not in Congress. She is an appointed official. Before her appointment she worked for the leftist org 'Move-On". She previously had occasional appearances on NBC and MsNBC. She lived in Queens at that time. She is about 50 years old.

Let her help them waste their endowments, the sooner to arrive at hard choices.

#2 read carefully. I did not imply she was in Congress. What I did imply is that there are other Donk members of Congress who've demonstrated similar intelligence that has never landed them anything but another term in a party district. She would qualify in such districts.
#9
KJP is not suited to situations where she faces tough questions or has to think on her feet. Lib TV or academia are most likely places for her to cash in. They could install her in a Dem district, but she has no ambition that I can discern.

[AMERICANTHINKER] Perhaps the real message of last November's election is not that Donald Trump ...They hit him with slander, they impeached him twice. Nancy Pelosi tore up his State of the Union address on national TV. They stole an election and put his adherents in jail. They vilified him. They couldn't crucify him, so they shot him. Still, they can't keep him down... won, but that woke progressivism lost. After all, though Trump has flaws, he at least lives in the real world and not in some ideological fantasy. It is also fairly likely that, in the four years since he left office, he has improved his presidential abilities. For example: He is less likely to be so easily goaded into overreacting to his critics— also known as taking the bait.
Meanwhile,
...back at the shouting match, Bart was wondering if fisticuffs would be appropriate at this point... the spoiled children of the Left are running around convinced that their hair is on fire. Some are digging foxholes while others are drifting towards the center. This is most obvious in the media, since they are in the business of being obvious.
Also, Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,'s Gavin (''Hair Gel'') Newsom is trying to morph into a crime fighter as he provokes the Oakland political establishment to start letting cops pursue and catch criminals. Really, why? People are fed up with the dangerously lawless status quo endemic to our urban centers. And perhaps Newsom has other ambitions, since he's getting termed out from the governorship at the end of '26. His record in California, however, is a serious albatross hanging around his neck. And the spate of successful recalls of mayors and district attorneys is no secret and can only inspire voters to put the fear of career death into officeholders everywhere.
A lot hinges on how the MAGA crowd does when in office -- and this applies to all levels of government, not just the presidency or even the Congress. In addition to recent recalls, the failure of some incumbents to survive the will of an angry electorate indicates a profound political sea-change. Some examples include apostate former Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... such as Tulsi Gabbard, Joe Manchin, and even RFK, Jr. Add to this Trump's significant rise in popularity in otherwise traditional deep blue parts of the nation.
It is actually good to see some early conflicts rising to the surface within the MAGA cohort such as Elon Musk's support of the H-1B visa program. Excessively orthodox purists want to close the immigration door even to economically valuable foreigners. This would not be that much of an issue had the American edutocracy been doing its job and properly training new scientists and engineers -- rather than filling their young skulls with even more DEI mush. It's obviously important to get this stuff out of the way early. Breaking news: Trump just took Musk's side on this— now they must turn this around and stick it to the @#%&! teachers unions.
Looking at the January 20th inauguration, that Monday is also the third day of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday weekend. It's not hard to guess that, due to Trump's recent success among minorities, some eloquent demonstration of Dr. King's importance for that day's events might well be showcased.
What is being underreported is how the woke progs are hopelessly trapped by their own harmful dogma. Newsom is still striving to ban gas-powered vehicles with a fair amount of support from the enablers within the Deep State. Various players are still trying to micromanage and ultimately thwart Israel's struggle to avoid annihilation. Then, of course, there's the plethora of obnoxious street bums plaguing much of the American landscape. The woke-progs continue to blame a lack of ''affordable'' housing— but ''affordable'' to a vagrant drug addict really means free.
Then there's the enormously failed boondoggle: betting the farm on using the climate change hoax to manipulate the electorate. First off it started by damaging the most cherished of American possessions -- our standard of living. Second, it continues to be exposed to serious contradiction. Weather and climate are largely local phenomena and not uniformly global in their impact. Currently the Northwest is experiencing torrential rain, snow, and flooding while the Southwest remains in drought. The latest hysteria is over the emergence of vegetation in the frozen Antarctic, yet no mention is made of the discovery made years ago of dinosaur footprints found in frozen Antarctic mud. All those provocative statistics about ''warmest year ever'' and so on require careful selection of where and how the data is gathered.
Add to this some of the other ugly sacred cows of their agenda such as minimum wage, recycling, affirmative action, and fluid sexual identity among the underaged— and you have a politically toxic stew of harm gratuitously imposed on the same people needed for electoral success.
The lasting impression one may ultimately get from last November's election is the horrible way the Harris-Walz campaign handled money. First off, they outspent Trump's campaign by about three-to-one and still lost ''bigly.'' They also ran up a serious amount of debt in the process, causing a lot of discomfort among their deep-pockets donors. Some of that money was used to ''encourage'' endorsements and possibly pay people to attend rallies.
In a nutshell, this can be described as a toxic mixture of corruption and incompetence. Which also just so happens to be exactly how Democrats run the government when given the opportunity.

[THEFEDERALIST] As desperate, phony, and even dangerous of a campaign Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... ran this year, and as embarrassing as the outcome was for all of them, nobody came out looking more pathetic than Barack Obama I think when you spread the wealth around, it's good for everybody... . From 2024's vantage point, is there any way to look at his legacy but as a tragic blight on American history?
In the final months of the campaign, Obama seemed to know the outcome of the election would say just as much about him as it would about Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created... by the — you know — you know, the thing... , Kamala Harris once a marijuana-busting Caliphornia DA , or Donald Trump ...The cad! Twice caught beating wimmin!... . And, like all realistic Democrats, he knew that the nominee he supported was on track to lose. His behavior in those days was nothing short of appalling.
Obama first stood by and said nothing when George Clooney, who I had no idea was Democrat royalty, announced in The New York Times
...which still proudly claims Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... that Biden should give up his reelection campaign, as if there was some obvious plan as to what the party would do in that event. Obama did nothing and said nothing as his former vice president was squeezed out, and then he offered what should go down in Democrat history as the most uncomfortable, underwhelming endorsement a former president has ever offered a subsequent nominee. Obama participated in a highly staged phone call with Harris and, with all the enthusiasm of a mortician, told her, ''It appears that people feel very strongly that you need to be our nominee.''
It never got any better, and it climaxed in the shocking display of Obama belittling black men. Because he shared in their race (somewhat), Obama felt they should do as he said. ''You're coming up with all kinds of reasons and excuses,'' he told them to their faces with his arms crossed and brow furrowed. ''I've got a problem with that because part of it makes me think — and I'm speaking to men directly now — part of it makes me think that, well, you just aren't feeling the idea of having a woman as president.'' Obama literally wagged his finger to tell these grown men, ''That's not acceptable. This shouldn't even be a question.''
If that weren't crazed enough, he then trotted out wife Michelle to further nag male voters. ''So fellas,'' she said at a rally in Michigan, ''before you cast your votes ask yourselves what side of history do you want to be on.'' She said male ''rage'' is what could cost Democrats the election. ''If we don't get this election right,'' she nagged, ''your wife, your daughter, your mother — we as women will become collateral damage to your rage. So are you men prepared to look into the eyes of the women and kiddies you love and tell them that you supported this assault on our safety?'' (Can we get one of those overpaid consultants to advise women in politics that there's nothing frank or authentic about referring to men as ''fellas?'')
Generally speaking, Democrat men have never been accused of being too manly, but it remains a mystery as to who came up with the idea to browbeat them into voting for Kamala. If it was Obama's idea, man has he lost his magic. And if it wasn't his idea, man has he lost his magic.
''Hope and change'' became, ''Do what mommy and daddy said.''
Then Trump won decisively, the first Republican in 20 years to win the popular vote. It's the second time Trump defeated the Obama-backed candidate and the second chance Trump has to reverse the havoc Obama and his legacy have wrought.
Consider that Obama's supreme legislative achievement was a health insurance industry overhaul. The ultimate result has been higher prices and fewer insurance options. Obama supported Crooked Hillary Clinton ...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away. Politix is not one of her talents, but it's something she keeps trying to do... as his successor, discouraging Biden. She was ended by Trump. In 2020, Biden became the Democrat nominee with the eventual support of Obama, only to preside over breakouts of foreign conflict, hyperinflation, rampant crime, and unmitigated chaos at the southern border, none of which was inevitable but in fact instigated by Biden's agenda. Now voters are once again turning to Trump, the man who made his entry into the Obama-era of politics by demanding proof of Obama's birth certificate, which Obama, the sitting president of the United States, responded to by publishing it. Sad!
America is done with him. Obama was 2024's biggest loser.

I'm not buying that hyperinflation and rampant crime weren't intended. I really believe the breakdown of societal norms is central to the left's playbook.
