[FoxNews] A decision from President Biden on the commutation of death row inmates could come by Christmas.
The decision actually coming from a self-selected, anonymous group of Biden aides, appointed secretaries of this and that, senior federal bureaucrats, Dr. Jill, and possibly Hunter Biden — at this point we have no way of knowing.

Only his Hunter pardon will be remembered unless he does some stuff like a Liz Cheney pardon.

I'm waiting for him to pardon all the illegals. Of course not thinking through possible ramifications, like Trump preemptively pardoning every citizen for what their ancestors may or may not have done and thus kill the race racket.
The town of Natick, MA voted to adopt a new policy to protect illegals ahead of Trump’s presidency. The policy bans town officials from using any funds, resources, or personnel to identify illegals and bars town officials from enforcing immigration law. pic.twitter.com/RDyVnQ1fTq

Next, any stray illegals should be herded to the 'sanctuary' zones. It's what you wanted, right?

Once the deportation starts the illegals will herd themselves to the places that have announced these policies. Natick and the other magnet sites will be overwhelmed and complain. It’s like trying to guess the plot of a Threes Company episode.

REPORT: Biden made military families of troops k*lled in Afghanistan wait three hours while he "napped" on Air Force One on the tarmac, according to the Daily Mail.
According to family members who spoke to the outlet, Biden "couldn’t pull it together."
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] On Friday, the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government released its final report on its findings about what it calls the 'Biden-Harris Administration's weaponized federal government.'
According to the subcommittee lead by hard-right Republican Congressman Jim Jordan of Ohio, the investigation found numerous instances where the government was weaponized against Americans. "hard right". Nice editorializing "Journolism"
The report highlighted a series of findings as the subcommittee carried out its work during the 118th Congress.
It argues that there is a 'two-tiered system of government' and accuses the Biden administration of making that system 'more stark.'
The subcommittee wrote that its mission has been to 'protect and strengthen the fundamental rights of the American people.'
'By investigating, uncovering, and documenting executive branch misconduct, the Select Subcommittee has taken important steps to ensure that the federal government no longer works against the American people,' it claimed.
The report said that the work is 'not complete,' but a 'necessary first step.'
It states that during the Biden Administration, multiple agencies including the White House engaged in a 'vast censorship campaign against so-called mis-, dis-, or malinformation.'
It lays out its findings that the federal government and law enforcement coordinated with academics, nonprofits, and other private entities to censor speech online.
One of the examples it gave was Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg writing a letter in August to the subcommittee where he said the Biden administration including the White House repeatedly pressured his team to censor certain COVID-19 content.
Zuckerberg wrote it was ultimately Meta's decision on whether to take content down, but he wrote that he believed the government pressure was wrong.
The subcommittee also investigated what it called the weaponization of federal law-enforcement resources.
The report said many FBI whistleblowers disclosed examples of 'waste, fraud, and abuse at the FBI' to the subcommittee.
'When these whistleblowers came forward, the Bureau brutally retaliated against many of them for breaking ranks—suspending them without pay, preventing them for seeking outside employment, and even purging suspected disloyal employees,' the report read.
The report is broken up into four parts and totals 17,000 pages start to finish including its findings through appendix including hearing lists and transcripts.
[SDUT] This Bitch set up the SD County Sanctuary Vote. Now she won't fulfill her just reinstalled term. Cowardice and backlash? Vargas, who has been open about facing harassment and threats, cited 'personal safety and security reasons.' Her departure will leave the Board of Supervisors again short one member.
Chair Nora Vargas is unexpectedly stepping down from the San Diego County Board of Supervisors, she said Friday — a stunning departure that appeared to come as a shock to other county officials and staff, including some in her own office.
Her decision marks the second time in less than two years that the five-member board has faced the surprise loss of a supervisor, along with the loss of its Democratic majority and the prospect of a monthslong impasse on partisan policy issues.
In a statement, Vargas announced her decision to conclude her tenure at the end of her current term, on Jan. 6.
“Due to personal safety and security reasons, I will not take the oath of office for a second term,” Vargas said.
“It has been my honor to serve in public office during unprecedented times, including the past four years on the San Diego County Board of Supervisors,” she continued. “My priority has always been our community, ensuring that everyone can be seen, heard and have a chance to thrive.”
Her office declined to give any further comment or details.
Vargas was re-elected to the board just last month to serve another four-year term. She had spent the last two years serving as chair, and previously was vice chair for two years.
Vargas and her two newly re-elected colleagues were set to be sworn in on Jan. 6. Instead, that will be her last day in office.
The board’s next meeting is scheduled for the following morning, where its remaining four members are likely to discuss next steps. They have the option of appointing a replacement, calling a special election or both.
The board has not yet indicated how it intends to fill the upcoming vacancy. The cost and timeline for a special election vary based on factors including the jurisdiction, the number of registered voters and whether in-person voting is involved.
The county will determine the process in accordance with the county charter and board policy, and will keep serving district residents in the meantime, said spokesperson Tammy Glenn.
Supervisor Terra Lawson-Remer, the board’s current vice chair, said in a statement that the board’s work and the county’s “new direction” would continue.
“I greatly appreciate Chair Vargas’ service to the county and our community, and I hope she finds resolution to the challenges with which she is grappling,” she said.
When Vargas was first elected to the Board of Supervisors in 2020, she became the first Latina elected to it; early last year, she became its first Latina chair.
Her unexpected decision comes just a year and a half after her former colleague Nathan Fletcher resigned from the board following sexual misconduct allegations.
In announcing her departure, Vargas named as some of her proudest accomplishments “spearheading disaster response and recovery efforts, navigating the complexities of the pandemic, and driving systemic change so that our government serves all members of our community, not just a select few.”
“I’ve worked tirelessly to address the inequalities that have plagued our community for far too long. I’m proud of the progress we’ve made together,” Vargas said. “As a ‘guerrera’ at my core, I remain committed to continuing the fight for equity, justice, and human rights — just in a different capacity.”

[FOXNEWS] Former Cook County Prosecutor Kim Foxx is no longer authorized to practice law in Illinois after she failed to keep her license current.
Oh. My. God. That Soros really can pick them.
According to the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARCD), Foxx is "unauthorized to practice law as [the] attorney has not demonstrated required MCLE [Minimum Continuing Legal Education] compliance."
Her license to practice law was suspended on Dec. 1.
The liberal prosecutor told WGN-TV that the suspension was a "holy manal error," saying that she had "more than enough credits."
The date of the suspension came after Foxx's successor, Eileen O'Neill Burke, began her role as Cook County's top cop.
O'Neill Burke as elected last month after Foxx decided not to run for reelection. She promised tougher prosecution against criminals.
"No disrespect to the last state's attorney, I just think there's going to be a different philosophy," DuPage County State's Attorney Robert Berlin told Fox 32 reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown ...home of Al Capone, the Chicago Black Sox, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel... . "When you prosecute crime and hold criminals responsible, it's effective."
Foxx became the state's attorney for Cook County, Illinois, in 2016 and has frequently been under heavy criticism over her lax enforcement policies, including her handling of the Jussie Smollett
...Cable TV actor whose primary talents seemed to be being black and homosexual. In a bid for national attention, he paid a pair of Nigerian brothers to rough him up a little so he could claim that two large, white, MAGA hat-wearing men had shouted This is MAGA country! while thumping him at 2:30am on a bitter cold night in Chicago and throwing bleach on him, presumably to lighten him up. The story quickly unraveled, and he became a laughingstock and the poster boy for pretend victimization and attention whoredom... case.
The prosecutor set off widespread objections after she dropped charges against Smollett, a Black and gay actor who had concocted an elaborate "hate crime" hoax in which he claimed two White individuals attacked him in the streets of Chicago while yelling, "This is MAGA country," tying a rope around his neck and dousing him in bleach.
Foxx entered office with significant support from billionaire George Soros ...either Ernst Stavro Blofeld or Auric Goldfinger come true. Maybe both.... , who contributed $400,000 to her 2016 campaign. He also donated $2 million to a fund supporting Foxx in the 2020 election.
[FOXNEWS] President-elect Trump filed an amicus brief late Thursday in support of a legal effort by Texas and Missouri to "immediately" stop the Biden administration's sale of border wall materials, saying the action is "possibly criminal."
Texas and Missouri filed a motion earlier this week in a district court in the southern district of Texas to hold a status conference to determine if the government is in breach of the court's permanent injunction from earlier this year. That injunction barred the Biden administration from using funds obligated for wall construction for anything other than that purpose.
"The Court should issue an order directing the Defendants to immediately stop any ongoing sale of border-barrier materials to private parties pending the Court's review of Defendant's conduct, and the Court should swiftly conduct a searching examination of the Government's conduct, by formal discovery if necessary, to examine the Government's compliance with the law, the Constitution, and the Court's injunction," Trump's amicus brief states.

BREAKING: Woman in Pennsylvania is charged for registering dead and even nonexistent (!!!) people to vote. She’s employed by New PA Project, an org Democrats started in 2021. pic.twitter.com/dA5O7SACws
A Delaware County woman is accused of trying to fraudulently register four people — including her dead father and a person who died inside her home -- to vote in the 2024 presidential election.
Jennifer Hill, 38, of Collingdale, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Thursday, Dec. 19, and charged with forgery, tampering with public record/information, applying for registration knowing individual is not entitled to registration, and other related offenses.
Investigators said Hill worked for the New Pennsylvania Project, a voting rights organization focused on voter registration, civic education and mobilization throughout the state. Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said Hill was a canvasser for the organization and worked on registering people to vote.
Through an app — provided by the Pennsylvania Department of State — Hill tried to register 310 people to vote between April 2024 and September 2024, according to Sherlocks. Stollsteimer said 181 of those people were successfully registered while 129 were not successfully registered.
Stollsteimer said the state requires information — including a driver’s license and the last four digits of a social security number — during the registration process. Names that the state can’t verify are sent to the election office and then contacted through a Help America Vote Act (HAVA) letter which requests more information for verification.
Investigators noticed multiple names sent by Hill through the app that were variations of the same name with different addresses and emails, according to Stollsteimer. This led to an investigation in which officials determined Hill tried to fraudulently register at least four people, including her dead father, her grandmother, an unidentified person and a person who died in her home in 2011.
"She knows that because she was the person who called the police to come when he died in her house," Stollsteimer said.
Stollsteimer said Hill successfully registered one of the four through the state system.
"She did register a fraudulent person and my understanding is this is sort of a gap in the system where by putting in no date of birth and no social security number, it goes through and became a verified voter registration," Stollsteimer said. "She did not take any further step. That fictitious person did not vote in the 2024 election. But that shows you how we still have gaps in our system that we need to have the legislature address."
Hill was taken into custody and arraigned on Thursday, Dec. 19. She is being held in the Delaware County Prison after failing to post bail. Online court records don’t list legal representation who could speak on her behalf.
While Hill is in jug, Stollsteimer said the investigation is not over and they’re still looking into the names she tried to register.
"We don’t know from the other 129 that were non-verifiable, how many of those were made up names," Stollsteimer said. "The Pennsylvania Department of State, I believe, needs to take a look at all of the ones that were submitted by this individual and frankly, I think they should look at all of the ones that were submitted by this organization. It could be just one bad canvasser, but they should take a look and make sure that all of those people are legitimate registrations."
Stollsteimer also said the case highlights "gaps in our system" that the Pennsylvania legislature should address.
"I think the Department of State in Harrisburg needs to take a look at every single registration that she submitted to make sure that they are not fraudulent," Stollsteimer said. "And I think our legislature needs to look at the law again and see if there are gaps that need to be filled."
NBC10 reached out to the New Pennsylvania Project for comment. Kadia Kenner, CEO of the New Pennsylvania Project, confirmed Hill was a former staffer with the group. She wrote the following statement in response to the allegations.
To be clear, NPPEF DOES NOT provide financial incentives or bonuses for voter registration application collection. Our employees have no quota to meet, and hourly wages paid to part-time canvassing employees remain the same no matter the number of voter registration applications collected.
Earlier this year, the Pennsylvania Department of State informed the New PA Project Education Fund (NPPEF) about potential issues regarding attempted voter registration by one of our former canvassers working in Delaware County.
Immediately upon being notified of the potential issues, we suspended the staff member pending investigation. An internal investigation was launched, and the organization paused our voter registration programs in several regions pending the outcome of our investigation.
Today’s announcement is proof that the multiple layers of internal and external quality control operate with integrity at both the New PA Project Education Fund, the Department of State, and local law enforcement. Due to the hard work of many individuals to prevent disruptive actions by bad actors, our voting rolls and elections are secure, and no fraudulent ballots were cast.
In addition to Hill, Stollsteimer also announced election fraud charges against Philip Moss, an 84-year-old man accused of voting in person in Florida while also completing a mail-in ballot to vote in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
"One of the principles in our democracy is one person, one vote," Stollsteimer said. "Mr. Moss seemed to think he was entitled to two."
Stollsteimer said Moss will be taken to Delaware County where he’ll face misdemeanor charges.

"She did register a fraudulent person and my understanding is this is sort of a gap in the system where by putting in no date of birth and no social security number, it goes through and became a verified voter registration,"
"Gaps" of this nature are usually called "backdoors."
They really shouldn't p**s down people's backs and tell them it's raining.
[DAILYMAIL.CO.UK] The House passed a government spending bill Friday evening to avoid a government shutdown set to ensue at midnight, but now the clock is ticking for the Senate and President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created ... by the — you know — you know, the thing... The continuing resolution (CR) that was passed by the House extends government funding until March and provides over $100 billion dollars in relief funds to hurricane ...as in blow me down!... victims, farmers and more.
However,
a hangover is the wrath of grapes... the Senate must now vote to approve the bill and President Joe Biden must sign it into law to avoid a lapse in federal spending set to occur just after midnight Friday.
Both are expected to approve the CR, though if they don't do it quickly enough federal funding may run out and the government could, at least momentarily, enter into a partial shutdown.
The 118-page bill passed with bipartisan support in the House, 366 - 34, after Republican Speaker Mike Johnson negotiated with his Democratic counterpart Hakeem Jeffries over the details in multiple conversations on Friday.
The 11th-hour passing of the GOP spending deal late Friday came after President-elect Donald Trump ...The cad! Twice caught beating wimmin!... and billionaire Elon Musk demanded Johnson capitulate to their policy priorities during his negotiations.
Johnson originally proposed a 1,547-page CR, but that was quickly derided by many in the GOP and most notably by Musk, who used the bully pulpit of his X app and his 200 million followers, to ridicule Johnson's plan until the speaker went back to the drawing boards.
After deliberating with Trump's team Johnson then produced a 116-page bill backed by the president-elect and Musk. But that went down in flames with a 174 to 235 vote on Thursday after nearly every Democrat and 38 House Republicans voted against it.

Don't kid your self about this funding bill. The Farm Bill is essentially for Food Stamps. The 2024-25 budget began 10/1/24 and runs to 9/30/25, why are they out of money for Food Stamps you ask? Try 25 million newcomers on for size.
If Trump wants to get rid of them cut off their money/food. The R's should have started their relocation now.

But Kay Granger (R-Tx) didn’t vote on the bill or anything since the summer. Turns out that she has been in an elder memory facility in Texas since then. Biden and Mitch are not alone. You would figure there would be a facility in DC with a shuttle bus.

Like I said, the farm aspect of it is not Josiah and Edith trying to keep the homestead.
Food stamps, including allowances for booze mixers junk food, then helping Tyson build a cricket flour factory, and the Juan Deere PR campaign. Allllll the way down there at the bottom Josiah gets a liiiitle bit of kickback from the fleecing he gets every step of production. Unless of course his generational field gets declared a wetland by the EPA.
[PJMEDIA] In an epic exchange on CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... , Senior Political Commentator Scott Jennings delivered a brutal reality check to Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D-Wash.) and the Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... , cutting through their rhetoric with precision. The moment came after Jayapal launched into a tirade blaming Elon Musk and Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... for the looming government shutdown.
''We already had a bill,'' she said. ''We negotiated it. Mike Johnson agreed to it. And because, as you said, Elon Musk, a billionaire, tweeted about it — President Musk tweeted about it — these Republicans tried to go around their own caucus, all the work that's been done, and they are in charge of shutting down the government. Now, that is what's going to happen tomorrow night at midnight if we don't come to a deal.''
Jayapall also accused Trump of ceding control to Musk, saying, ''I mean, this is a real crisis in my mind for Donald Trump: who's the president right now— and who's going to be the president come — come the New Year?'' She even posed the bizarre question, ''Are we now negotiating with Elon Musk? Is Mike Johnson not the speaker anymore?''
She continued, ''I mean, this is abdicating all of the responsibilities of elected officials, whether it's the Republican speaker or the Republican president-to-be and giving it to an unelected guy. So I am shocked at the speed with which Donald Trump seems to have conceded his power to Elon Musk.''
Jennings, however, didn't let this hyperbole slide.
When host Erin Burnett asked him for his response, Jennings zeroed in on Jayapal's slip of the tongue. ''She let the mask slip right at the end. She said, 'Who's the president right now?''' he noted.
Jennings went on to cite a recent Wall Street Journal expos revealing that Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. The very model of probity.... hasn't actually been in charge over the past four years, and that unelected staffers and cabinet members have basically been running the government.
"Joe Biden, who we rarely hear from, The Wall Street Journal reported today has been diminished for the last four years, and we've had unelected people running around running the federal government, apparently."
Jennings didn't stop there. He turned Jayapal's criticism of Trump and Musk back on the Democrats, pointing out their glaring hypocrisy. ''If that is what they're worried about, if they're worried about people who aren't Donald Trump, you know, running the government or having influence, I wonder where they've been the last four years,'' he quipped.
Jayapal's attempt to frame Musk as some unelected villain harming ''working-class Americans'' fell hard and flat in the face of Jennings' unflinching assessment. He highlighted the real issue that Democrats would rather avoid: their own president's lack of leadership. ''The current president, a Democrat, is AWOL and apparently not able to execute the duties of the office,'' Jennings noted.
[X] Current Dem (unanimous) talking points.
NEW: Scott Jennings hilariously mocks CNN panelist when she can’t decide whether Trump’s a dictator or merely a puppet for Elon Musk.
Wait till you hear her answer at the end.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Elon Musk is far more the press as defined in the First Amendment than anything in the legacy media. All he did was allow the People to petition the government for redress of grievance (ie ripping off the taxpayers).
BREAKING: A judge rules that MN Democrat Curtis Johnson "did not meet the residency requirements and is not eligible to serve as the representative for Minnesota House District 40B."
The case has huge implications for the tied 67-67 Minnesota House.
"Curtis Johnson is enjoined from taking the oath of office and from acting as a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives for House District 40B," the judge wrote.
The judge’s decision comes as the Minnesota House of Representatives is tied at 67-67.
Johnson’s Republican opponent, Paul Wikstrum, filed a lawsuit arguing Johnson did not meet the residency requirements.
During an evidentiary hearing, Wikstrum proved Johnson lived in his home outside of district 40B, not in the apartment he was renting.
