[FoxNews] The whistleblowers were required to sign NDAs to access briefings on 'sensitive reporting'
GOP lawmakers are calling for transparency about the protection of whistleblowers in the ongoing investigation into the two assassination attempts against former President Trump.
In a letter penned to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, senators Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Ron Johnson, R-Wis., expressed concern after whistleblowers revealed that Secret Service employees were required to sign nondisclosure agreements (NDAs).
The whistleblowers alleged they were required to sign NDAs to access briefings on "sensitive reporting" relevant to their work to protect former President Trump.
Photos, shared in the letter to Mayorkas, showed screenshots sent to Secret Service agents requesting them to sign a NDA.
The senators are now requesting that DHS reveal the scope of the NDAs and if employees were required to sign statutorily-required anti-gag language.
In their letter, the senators referred to the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act (WPEA).
The WPEA states that "no federal agency nondisclosure policy, form, agreement, or related documents may be implemented or enforced if it does not contain specific language notifying the employee of their rights to disclose waste, fraud, abuse, or misconduct to Congress, an Inspector General, or the Office of Special Counsel (OSC)."
Senators Grassley and Johnson also requested that the DHS provide the threat assessment used to justify sending the NDAs.
They also requested that the agency share how the requirement altered and affected Trump's and any other government officials' protective details.
The senators highlighted the need for DHS to provide transparency about whistleblowers' rights.
"The importance of whistleblowers knowing their rights under the law cannot be stated enough, and federal agencies should encourage their employees to disclose allegations of waste, fraud, and abuse through all appropriate channels," they said. "Federal agencies cannot conceal their wrongdoing behind illegal non-disclosure policies and related actions."
Fox News Digital has reached out to the DHS for comment.
[NYPOST] Lancaster County officials announced an investigation Friday after election workers found some 2,500 voter applications that they suspect are fraudulent.
Two batches of applications were dropped off last-minute at the county elections office to meet Pennsylvania’s Oct. 21 voter registration deadline, officials reported at a Friday news conference.
District Attorney Heather Adams said Sherlocks found problems with 60% of the voter registration forms they’ve reviewed so far, including incorrect addresses, false identification information, false names and names that don’t match Social Security information.
"Staff noticed that numerous applications appeared to have the same handwriting [and] were filled out on the same day," Adams said.e
"It appears to be an organized effort," she went on, linking the phony applications to paid canvassing by one or two organizations that conducted recent county registration drives and are believed to be active in two other counties.
"It doesn’t seem that it’s any one party. In some cases, they’re registering in different parties," Lancaster County Commissioner Ray D’Agostino said, emphasizing that the real concern is the increased risk of voter fraud.
Yep. Once the names are in the system, how they vote is what matters, not which party they’re registered for.
"Concerns were raised during the staff’s normal process to review and enter applications into the Statewide Uniform Registry of Electors System and law enforcement was alerted," county election officials said.

That may be as much as Buttigieg has wasted on all his failed Inflation Reduction initiatives.

If you figure there are roughly 90 million taxpayer sin the US who actually PAY taxes, not just file a return, the answer is somewhere north of 1600.00 per annum. Only place in the world where you are forced by your own government to pay a criminal who entered illegally. Simply insane.

can it be called a "crisis" when it's deliberate?
Globalist are just throwing migrants at you and weakening your ability to set a border and resist, in order to break down your national identity so they can get what they want. Your money and power.
PS: I have a question, I asked it before but I don't think anyone answered. What happened to Drudge Report?
[JustTheNews] According to the local elected officials, a batch of 2,500 ballots is suspected to have large numbers of fraudulent registration forms.
In a fresh blow to Americans' confidence in elections, prosecutors in a key Pennsylvania county said Friday they had uncovered a large-scale scheme to submit fraudulent voter applications that were collected at shopping malls and other locations.
Lancaster District Attorney Heather Adams told a news conference that detectives have found about 60% of some 2,500 election registrations submitted in recent days to the county's election office were fraudulent.
"At this point, it is believed that the fraudulent voter registrations are connected to a large-scale canvassing operation for voter registrations that date back to June," Adams said.
The prosecutor said that while detectives continue to review applications they have confirmed fake names, identifications and signatures were used to submit applications and create potentially fake voters. In some cases, real voters' names were used but the voter said they neither approved nor signed the registrations.
"At this point we have confirmed violations of our crime code," Adams said.
She added that she was aware of at least two other counties that may have similar concerns about recent voter applications dropped off in large batches.
"Staff noticed that numerous applications appeared to have the same handwriting (and) were filled out on the same day," Adams said during the press conference.
“The confirmed indicators of fraud that detectives came across were inaccuracies with the addresses listed on the applications, fake and false personal identification information, as well as false names," she continued. "Also, applications that had names that did not match the provided Social Security information."
Lancaster is a politically influential county in the battleground state and home to a large Amish population that both parties have courted.
Pennsylvania's State Department, which oversees elections, praised Lancaster County for its quick actions.
"The Department has been in contact with the county and is offering support in its ongoing investigation. The Department applauds the efforts of the election staff for their diligent work in spotting this potential fraud and bringing it to the attention of law enforcement," the agency said in a statement.
"The Department guidance in cases like this is for counties to immediately contact law enforcement, which is exactly what Lancaster County officials did," the statement added.
The scheme uncovered in Lancaster County mirrors a similar operation that Michigan police uncovered in 2020 in Muskegon that was referred to the FBI, which has yet to announce any arrests or charges.

"We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the
history of American politics."
Joe Biden, October 24, 2020.
That was 4 years ago. Nothing substantial has been done to prevent the frauds perpetrated in the last election. Now in 2024 that voter fraud organization has been turbocharged and runs on nuclear power.

Maybe, just maybe, if you hadn't concentrated so much power and $$$ in one place, it wouldn't be so important to you that someone else would get ahold of it.

And Shrillary Clinton claimed yesterday Trump's Madison Square Garden rally is just a reenactment of Hitler's rally in 1938. What a horrid woman, if you can define what a woman is nowadays.

The only issue they have that wins any support at all is abortion. Apart from that, all they can do is call Trump a Nazi. It's really pathetic when you think about it.

BREAKING: The 5th Circuit Court just ruled that ballots MUST be received by Election Day and any state laws that allow them to be received and counted after Election Day violate federal law
[Breitbart] Washington Post editor-at-large Robert Kagan resigned from his job on Friday after the paper announced that it would not be endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris in the upcoming presidential election.
Max Tani, a media editor with Semafor, wrote in a post on X that Kagan had confirmed to him that he had “resigned from the Post following” the paper’s decision to not issue an endorsement of either Harris or former President Donald Trump. To spend more time with his wife, Victoria Nuland?
In an opinion piece written by William Lewis, a publisher and chief executive officer for the newspaper, the Post explained that they were “returning to” their “roots of not endorsing presidential candidates.”
The Washington Post will not be making an endorsement of a presidential candidate in this election. Nor in any future presidential election. We are returning to our roots of not endorsing presidential candidates.
As our Editorial Board wrote in 1960:
“The Washington Post has not ‘endorsed’ either candidate in the presidential campaign. That is in our tradition and accords with our action in five of the last six elections. The unusual circumstances of the 1952 election led us to make an exception when we endorsed General Eisenhower prior to the nominating conventions and reiterated our endorsement during the campaign. In the light of hindsight we retain the view that the arguments for his nomination and election were compelling. But hindsight also has convinced us that it might have been wiser for an independent newspaper in the Nation’s Capital to have avoided formal endorsement.”
Former executive editor for the Washington Post, Marty Baron criticized the newspaper’s decision to not endorse a candidate as being “cowardice” and wrote that Trump would “see this as an invitation to further intimidate” Washington Post owner Jeff Bezos.
The non-endorsement of Harris in the election comes after the Los Angeles Times, the hometown newspaper of Harris, also refused to endorse a candidate, despite previously endorsing President Joe Biden, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and former President Barack Obama.
Harris has also faced non-endorsements from the Teamsters Union, even though polling showed that nearly 60 percent of the Teamsters members supported Trump, while 34 percent expressed support for Harris.

Instaprof has a theory that this is the Clintonistas revenge. It's payback for the Obama sect of the party and 2008. Thinking that Kamala losing big will undermine that part of the Party.

Funny none seemed interested in resigning after they printed bull about the laptop, Russian election lies, or ignoring Biden’s dementia….. I could go on but Rantburgers know what I am saying.
