Jon Tester Takes Private Meeting With Pole Dancer To Talk Abortion
[WFB] Lots of pics at link
Every vote counts. That's especially true for Montana Democrat Jon Tester, who faces the toughest Senate reelection race in the country this Novemberโ€”which may help explain why he privately met with a professional pole dancer earlier this month.

Testerโ€™s public schedule reveals a private meeting with Tiffany Rose and Jamie Goguen on Sept. 19, between two Senate floor sessions. Rose is a Montana resident and self-described "pole dance instructor" with tens of thousands of followers on social media.
Cโ€™mon, heโ€™s just looking for an in with his voters. Nothing salacious about that, right?
A spokeswoman for Tester did not respond to a request for comment.

Such a meeting is peculiar for Tester, who represents a deep-red state. His Republican opponent, businessman Tim Sheehy, has led in a string of recent polls with a message that Tester is "too liberal for Montana."

The topic of their meeting appears to be abortion. Rose, in a statement to the Washington Free Beacon, said she is a "new member/volunteer on the Leadership Council for Reproductive Freedom for All."

"I got to meet Senator Tester and his team. I shook his hand and thanked him for his support on this salient freedom issue while visiting D.C," Rose said.

The Leadership Council for Reproductive Freedom for All describes itself as "the nationโ€™s only cross-state network for state legislators who support reproductive health, rights, and justice." The organizationโ€™s political arm endorsed Tester in December 2023 and said the senator "remains committed to locking the right to abortion into federal law."

Rose appears to be a local celebrity of sorts. She has more than 19,000 followers on Instagram, where she regularly posts raunchy videos of her acrobatics on a stripper pole.

Roseโ€™s performances have led to two professional sponsorships, her Instagram states. A link in her Instagram bio directs to a variety of online pole dancing classes, with options such as "feel sexy on the floor" and "hot pole girl summer."

-Short Attention Span Theater-
Hunter Biden will undergo a seven-hour psychological evaluation
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] โ€ฆ to prove he was 'emotionally damaged' by disgraced Overstock CEO's Iran claim
Eh? When was he sober long enough to feel anything, let alone be damaged?
Hunter Biden is set to undergo a psychological evaluation lasting up to seven hours next month, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.

The thorough mental examination is part of his defamation lawsuit against former Overstock chief executive Patrick Byrne, 61.

In a joint filing with Byrne's lawyers on September 17, Hunter agreed to a battery of psychological tests to help establish whether he was emotionally damaged by Byrne's claims of corruption against him.

Hunter, 54, sued the ex-CEO in Los Angeles federal court last year, claiming Byrne falsely accused him of soliciting a bribe from Iran.
Before his pocket lawyer quit.
Byrne posted to his then-290,000 followers on social media site X claiming Hunter contacted the Iranian government offering to have his father Joe Biden 'unfreeze' $8 billion of their funds in exchange for an $800 million bribe.

'These defamatory statements by Byrne are not merely false and not merely malicious โ€” they are completely outrageous,' Hunter's November 2023 complaint said, adding the allegations were 'complete nonsense'.

Byrne is a Trump supporter who pushed the conspiracy theory that Joe Biden stole the 2020 election, as well as negative claims about Covid-19 vaccines.

Hunter's attorneys said instead of retracting his bribery claims when he was told they were false, Byrne 'doubled down' and republished them.

A September 17 filing in the case declared Hunter was 'seeking emotional distress damages in connection with his claim for defamation', and agreed to the examination to prove it.

Hunter's mental exam is set for October 11, and will be conducted by Dr. Nathan Lavid in Long Beach, California.

'The parties hereby agree that the defense may conduct a single mental examination of plaintiff,' the joint legal notice read.

'No one will accompany plaintiff into the examination room. The examination will be limited to seven hours of face to face interview time and psychological testing.'

Lavid will use 'diagnostic tests, including but not limited to a clinical interview of plaintiff and a testing period during which Dr. Lavid will administer a variety of standardized written tests,' according to the filing.

Byrne stepped down as chief executive of the retail company Overstock in 2019 after the share price dropped when he started making cryptic comments about the 'deep state'.

He also admitted in a letter to investors in August that year that he had a romance with Maria Butina, a Russian agent subsequently jailed for illegal influence peddling.

Hunter's suit against Byrne is one of several civil actions the First Son is still embroiled in, after receiving two guilty verdicts in the federal gun and tax crimes cases he faced this year.

He is suing the IRS for allegedly improperly releasing his personal data โ€“ though whistleblowers who ran the agency's criminal probe into the tax cheat First Son said they made disclosures to Congress through proper legal channels.

Hunter has also sued Trump's former attorney Rudy Giuliani and former White House staffer Garrett Ziegler for allegedly hacking his data by handling his abandoned laptop.

But he could be fighting his lawsuits from prison in just a few months' time, as his sentencing hearings loom in December.

He is set to be sentenced for his gun crimes in Delaware on December 4, and for his tax crimes in Los Angeles on December 16 โ€“ for which he faces a maximum penalty of 17 years incarceration.

His father has promised that he will not pardon him or commute his sentences.

Government Corruption
You Still Think Trump Can Win? Breaking Voter Roll action in Wisconsin
[GatewayPundit] In Stunning Development Absentee Ballots are Being Mailed to โ€œInactiveโ€ Voters in Wisconsin for Presidential Election

In what can only be described as โ€œunbelievableโ€, โ€œnumbingโ€ or โ€œstunningโ€, an emergency status complaint has been filed with the Wisconsin Election Commission (WEC) and their Administrator of Elections, Meagan Wolfe, by the Republican National Committee (RNC) involving โ€œinactiveโ€ (ineligible) voters receiving absentee ballots over the last week in Wisconsin.

The RNC is asking for an emergency response from WEC by the close of business on Friday, September 27th, to address this potentially egregious matter before itโ€™s too late to be corrected in time for the Presidential Election on November 5th.

Wisconsin has been the center of multiple questionable election integrity issues over the last 4 years that included this past week where over 2,000 absentee ballots were mailed to โ€œeligible electorsโ€ twice in the City of Madison the Mayor of Wausau had to remove an absentee ballot drop box and Wisconsin Congressman Steil has been instrumental in getting to the bottom of what appears to be a โ€œmoney launderingโ€ campaign finance scheme by democrats.

In the most recent election integrity development, the RNC has uncovered the following of what appears to be a major security breach of the WisVote database involving the mailing of absentee ballots to โ€œinactiveโ€ (ineligible) individuals this past week:

  • RNC purchased the current 7.8 +/- [million] names in the WisVote database for $12,500.00.

  • The WisVote database currently has 3.4 +/- million โ€œactive/eligibleโ€ elector names and 4.4 +/- million โ€œinactive/ineligibleโ€ names in the same database that can moved between the two buckets with a click of a keyboard entry if authorized credentials are legally used.

  • Wisconsinโ€™s population is 5.9 million.

  • 4.6 million Wisconsin residents are of voting age population (VAP).

  • 3.4 +/- million Wisconsin residents are currently reported to be registered to vote as an โ€œactive/eligibleโ€ elector.

  • Wisconsin mails absentee ballots 45-47 days before the Presidential Election.

  • These absentee ballots are automatically mailed to individuals that legally qualify as โ€œindefinitely confinedโ€ per state law and donโ€™t require a photo ID or signing of a poll book the day of the election.

  • Approximately 140,000 +/- individuals were mailed an absentee ballot last week that are designated as โ€œindefinitely confinedโ€.

  • A total of 418,786 absentee ballots have been mailed since last week.

  • A total of 27,907 absentee ballots have been returned over the last week through the USPS, drop boxes and or in-person to Clerks across Wisconsin.

  • Wisconsin does not process absentee ballots until election day at the precinct level or at the 38 communities (1,852 communities in total) across Wisconsin through Central Count locations.

  • Wisconsin processed just under 2 million absentee ballots in 2020 out of a total of 3.3 million ballots or 60%.

  • WEC issued very liberal โ€œguidanceโ€ to Clerks across Wisconsin in 2020 to process absentee ballots even if those absentee ballot certificates were missing required statutory information.

  • Only 4,270 absentee ballots were rejected in 2020 for missing statutory required information or .002%.

  • Normal absentee ballot rejection rates are in the 2%-3% range.

  • An apparent activist Dane County Circuit Court Judge recently ordered WEC to implement very liberal guidance to Clerks across Wisconsin regarding the processing of absentee ballots missing required statutory information on the absentee ballot certificate (click here โ€“ Dane County judge says absentee ballots with incomplete witness address must be counted โ€“ WPR).

  • Absentee ballots are collected in Wisconsin through the USPS, drop boxes, long-term facilities, early in-person or dropped off at the Clerkโ€™s Office or Absentee Ballot Central Count location.

  • Early in-person voting, recorded as an absentee ballot, starts on October 22nd in Wisconsin that requires the elector to present a photo ID and sign the poll book.

  • Wisconsin was reported to have been decided by 20,682 votes in 2020.

The RNC data analysts have uncovered, in part, the following information from a very preliminary cursory look at the WisVote database regarding absentee ballots being mailed to โ€œinactive/ineligibleโ€ individuals this past week:
  • 1,033 total absentee ballots mailed to โ€œinactive/ineligibleโ€ individuals in the WisVote database since last week.

  • 456 absentee ballots mailed to โ€œdeceasedโ€ inactive individuals.

  • 633 absentee ballots mailed to โ€œmergedโ€ inactive individuals with multiple addresses.

  • 86 absentee ballots mailed to โ€œmovedโ€ inactive individuals.

  • 15 absentee ballots mailed to an โ€œundeliverableโ€ address for inactive individuals.

  • 10 absentee ballots mailed to an โ€œadministrative actionโ€ (mentally incompetent) inactive individual.

The RNC, in part, is asking for an emergency response from WEC by the close of business on Friday, September 27th, for the following:
  • Can โ€œinactiveโ€ individuals in the WisVote database legally request and receive an absentee ballot?

  • How will WEC process these absentee ballots from an โ€œinactiveโ€ individual if they are already co-mingled with the thousands of ballots already returned?

  • How will WEC address the processing of potential multiple absentee ballots being sent to one individual?

What can the public do to immediately protect the integrity of the administration of Wisconsinโ€™s 2024 Presidential Election?
  • Immediately contact your Sheriff to alert them to what appears to be a major malfunction of the processing of absentee ballots and to be ready to identify the culprits of this apparent election integrity hiccup (click here โ€“ 2019_WSDSA_Directory.pdf).

  • Immediately contact the Chairman of the Assembly and Senate Elections Committee to ask for an emergency Joint Hearing on this matter to get to the bottom of this before thousands of additional absentee ballots potentially spoil all of the legal absentee ballots (click here โ€“ Assembly Chairman Krug โ€“ rep.krug@legis.wisconsin.gov/608-266-0215 and Senate Chairman Knodl โ€“ sen.knodl@legis.wisconsin.gov/608-266-5830).

  • Immediately contact all Members of the Assembly Elections Committee asking for an immediate Jt. Hearing on this matter (click here โ€“ 2023 Committee on Campaigns and Elections (wisconsin.gov))

  • Immediately contact all Members of the Senate Elections Committee asking for an immediate Jt. Hearing on this matter (click here โ€“ 2023 Committee on Shared Revenue, Elections and Consumer Protection (wisconsin.gov)).

  • Immediately contact your State Representative and State Senator asking for an immediate Jt. Hearing on this matter (click here โ€“ My Elected Officials (wi.gov)).

  • Attend the Jt. Hearing when it is scheduled.

Wisconsinโ€™s 10 Electoral College Votes are ground zero for the Presidential Election. Without Wisconsinโ€™s 10 Electoral College Votes, winning the presidency becomes extremely difficult.

All Wisconsin electors deserve and expect an election that is administered with integrity to protect and preserve the constitutional representative republic.

Kudos to the RNC data analysts and Attorneys Jonathan Mosley and Luke Bunting.

New York appeals court judge calls Trump's $454M civil fraud judgment โ€˜troubling'
[NY Post] A panel of New York appeals court judges appeared skeptical about the gargantuan $454 million civil fraud judgment Donald Trump was dealt after he was found liable for business fraud โ€” with one jurist calling it "troubling."

The former president is attempting to reverse or reduce the judgment of $354 million โ€” plus an additional $100 million in interest โ€” after a judge sided with New York Attorney General Letitia James, who argued in a lawsuit Trump inflated his net worth by billions to get better loan and insurance terms.

Trumpโ€™s lawyers, who have called Judge Arthur Engoronโ€™s February ruling "draconian, unlawful, and unconstitutional," appeared before a five-judge panel on a Manhattan appeals court on Thursday to plead their case.

Some judges appeared receptive to changing the bond.

Judge Peter Moulton questioned if Jamesโ€™ lawsuit turned into "something it was not meant to do."

Moulton added the "immense penalty in this case is troubling."

Trump attorney D. John Sauer argued that Jamesโ€™ lawsuit stretched New York consumer protection laws. There were "no victims" and "no complaints" about Trumpโ€™s businesses from lenders and insurers, Sauer claimed.

The lawyer claimed the case was "a clear-cut violation of the statute of limitations," noting transactions used in the non-jury trial.

If the verdict is not overturned, he warned, "people canโ€™t do business in real estate" confidently.

Trump, who has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing since James first brought the suit against him, was not present.

Engoron ruled that Trump, his company and top executives including sons Eric and Don Jr. deceived banks by inflating Trumpโ€™s wealth on financial statements โ€” allowing them to obtain favorable loans which they used to reap profits.

Trumpโ€™s legal team said the initial requested bond was โ€œunprecedented for a private company,โ€ and said posting full amount was a โ€œpractical impossibility.โ€

In a brief submitted in July to the Appellate Division โ€” the mid-level state appeals court โ€” Trumpโ€™s lawyers argued that the financial statements he submitted to banks actually understated his wealth, and there was no indication that any of the lenders were financially harmed.

His legal team has also claimed Jamesโ€™ suit against Trump was politically motivated.

Good Riddance: Michael Cohen Mocked After Saying He''ll Get a Fake Name, Flee U.S. If Trump Is Elected
[TOWNHALL] Former President Donald Trump
...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and whatever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States...
's ex-attorney, Michael Cohen
...sleazy lawyer who worked for Trump as his fixer, then turned on him after the Stormy Daniels shakedown. Mikey told about six hundred different stories, most of them contradfictory and some physically impossible. In August 2018, Cohen pleaded guilty to eight counts including campaign-finance violations, tax fraud, and bank fraud. As Alvin Bragg's star witness against Trump, he admitted on the stand to enbezzling from the Trump Organization...
, was mocked after saying he would flee the United States and change his name if Trump became the 47th president.

Cohen, who played a vital role in Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg
...Soros-owned and operated Manhattan DA. Putting vicious and blood-thirsty criminals in jail only makes them unhappy, and they've led such hard lives after all...
's politically-motivated ''hush money'' case against Trumpโ€” fears the former president will get ''Dire Revenge'' on him for talking with federal officials about Trump's business dealings and personal conduct.

Cohen told MSNBC's Deadline White House that he has already been ''working on a foreign passport with a completely different name.''

''I don't know how it's going to work as far as dealing with my wife and my children. I certainly don't want them moving to where I'm looking to go,'' he said.
So after all heโ€™s done, heโ€™s going to leave his family to deal with the fallout after he runs away? What a gent.
The disgraced lawyer criticized the Supreme Court's recent ruling in Trump v. United States, which states that former presidents and executive branch employees are granted immunity from prosecution for official acts committed while in office but not for unofficial acts.

''And the worst is the Supreme Court's recent decision that gave him immunity, presidential immunity. Now, he thinks it's not only is it I can do whatever I want, but I can't even be prosecuted. It's a get out of jail free card solely for the president,'' he continued.

#1  Bongino is convinced (as are many others) that this was a Plan-B diversion or decoy. Was this fake bomb intended to draw law enforcement people away from Trump? Were there other diversion bombs planted and later retrieved? Did a presidential assassin lay in wait in the 6Jan crowd?

The government appears to have a keen interest in non-discovery and evidence loss, which are both telling.

I rather think the plan was to induce activation of the SS 'rapid evacuation' plan, in which Trump would be moved via a known vehicle by a [un]known route to a [un]known destination. Hillarity would ensue along the way.

FBI Whistleblower Testimony
More on this story from yesterday.
[ConservativeTreehouse] During Testimony FBI Whistleblower Urges Americans to Prepare Now with Ballots and Bullets

Former FBI staff operations specialist Marcus Allen gave stunning testimony Wednesday, outlining how the FBI targets and persecutes anyone inside the institution who does not align with the institutional mission of domination over the American public.

Marcus Allen, now a January 6th whistleblower, appeared next to Inspector General Michael Horowitz who has investigated the claims by Allen. IG Horowitz internal investigation is not yet complete; however, the inspector general confirmed how the whistleblowers inside the FBI were targeted for speaking up against the FBI manipulation and corruption they encountered. Inspector General Horowitz sitting beside Marcus Allen to confirm his testimony was unprecedented.

Allen knew that Confidential Human Sources (CHS) were used by the FBI during the J6 events, and FBI Director Chris Wray lied about it. The institutional accusations against Allen stemmed from a Sept. 29, 2021, email that he forwarded to supervisors and colleagues at the Charlotte FBI Field Office, which included hyperlinks to what was later flagged as โ€œextremist propagandaโ€ from โ€œquestionable sources.โ€ Allen had his security clearance revoked and was placed on suspension.

An ongoing internal investigation by IG Horowitz is revealing that everything Marcus Allen stated about J6 and his subsequent targeting was accurate. Allenโ€™s case against the FBI resulted in him regaining his security clearance and winning back pay, making him the only former spook to overcome the suspension of a security clearance.

During his testimony, Congressman Dan Bishop provided Allen the time to speak directly to the American public about the FBI and what the American people should consider about the institution. What Allen said in his response is chilling. WATCH:
Snip.
The FBI has two ways to protect the interests of DC: (1) Defend by investigating the accuser, evidence holder, or person who raises the issue. (2) Defend by non-investigation of the subject matter (Olympic Gymnasts, Epstein, etc). Again, if the institutional interests within DC are threatened by the subject matter, the objective of the FBI is to defend those institutional interests.

The FBI is not a federal investigative agency with a mission to serve and protect the people of the United States. The FBI is a federal investigative agency with a mission to protect the institutional interests of Washington DC. Once you understand this process with clarity then everything the FBI does and does not investigate, makes sense.

This operational mission of the FBI explains why when a citizen brings an issue to the FBI, the citizen is more than likely going to end up as a target. This reality is key to understanding the disparity between what people perceive as the FBI mission, and what the ACTUAL mission is.

This is not some off-the-cuff disparagement or conspiracy theory; this is the fact-based reality of how the FBI works. Even in my own discussions with John Durhamโ€™s FBI investigators, they openly admitted how their operational mission does not permit them to entertain any outside evidence of corruption or wrongdoing within U.S. govt.

When you understand how it works, then you start to realize the futility of expecting any investigative outcome from the FBI toward anything that does not threaten Washington DC. Protecting the DC system IS the goal, the priority, the operational mission; nothing more. Does the FBI inability to track the J6 pipe-bomber make more sense now? There are a tremendous number of examples.

The various FBI offices distributed around the nation are essentially interception venues, constantly on the lookout to protect the interests of DC. If an issue surfaces that could potentially put the administrative state, or any actor therein at risk, the FBI is far more likely to intercede, intercept and manage away the issue.

The FBI are essentially investigative managers; they are not concerned with fraud or criminal wrongdoing when/if that fraud or corruption might put a part of the DC system at risk. Instead, the FBI will take control of the problem and throw their investigative blanket over it (Ex. Hunter Biden laptop, as given by the computer repair shop). The non-pretending people within the FBI will admit this, as will just about anyone who has ever had experience reaching out to the FBI for investigative assistance.

Once you take this context and apply it to examples you can reference, then suddenly everything the FBI does and does not do, makes sense. Every contradiction, and I do mean each example that might be pulled into the conversation as a reference point, makes sense from the reality of this perspective. The raid on Mar-a-Lago and the targeting of President Trump is another brutally obvious example.

Many voices have recently started calling for the elimination of the FBI as a result of controversies that surround this factual mission priority. Those voices are not wrong; in fact, there is no way to reform the FBI as an investigative agency, because the mission of the agency is the opposite of what it should be.

The FSB is known to protect the interests of the Russian government; this is accepted and no longer arguable. However, the same purpose is true with the USA and the FBI relationship toward government. Unfortunately, the system of government that benefits from this protection is never going to willingly remove their guards.

The last point on this issue is even more alarming. Only a handful of people within Washington DC will admit the truth behind the FBI mission. Former FBI staff operations specialist Marcus Allen is one of that small group.

If Kamala was a prosecutor โ€“ there's no record of her in court
[SELF RELIANCE CENTRAL] Based on an extensive search in the Westlaw database for lawyers, and some deep analysis, there is no evidence that Kamala Harris has personally argued an appeal in court, contrary to what might be expected from her background as a prosecutor.

This raises very serious questions about the extent of her hands-on legal experience, particularly in appellate advocacy, which is crucial for understanding legal acumen.

This lawyer did a deep dive.

Trump hits ABC News, 'lightweight' David Muir, accuses network of violating debate agreement with fact-checks
[FoxNews] Former President Trump took aim at ABC News over its handling of the presidential debate, accusing the network of "violating" its agreement with his campaign about not having fact-checks during the political showdown.
Thereโ€™s so much evidence to support President Trumpโ€™s accusation. itโ€™d be an awful lot of fun to watch Disney try to fight itโ€ฆ
Speaking from Trump Tower in New York City on Thursday, Trump renewed his attacks on the Disney-owned network while addressing crime at the campaign event.

"And during the debate, I mentioned that and David Muir, a real lightweight," Trump said. "I had one against three, but I think we did great. But David Muir of ABC, fake news, when I said that crime is way up in our country, he corrected me, he corrected me and so much and it was right what I said. He didn't correct [Vice President Kamala Harris] one time, and what she said was wrong, absolutely wrong. So many differentโ€” Charlottesville, she was wrong, all of the different things, almost everything she said, and she was never corrected.

"But he corrected me on crime. He said, โ€˜No, no, crime has not gone up.' I said crime has gone up massively. He said, 'I'd like to state for the record that crime has not gone up.'"
Mr. Muir was looking at the published statistics. President Trump was concerned about the fact that the statistics are known to be untrue. A serious journalist would have shared his concern โ€” and would already be digging into it.

A message from President Biden on Medicare Open Enrollment
[Email from Medicare.gov] Dear [___],

With Open Enrollment for Medicare around the corner, I want to make sure you're aware of historic changes to Medicare that are lowering health care costs and ensuring that every American has the peace of mind that comes with quality, affordable health care.
More 'free' stuff, announced just before the election.
Because Medicare benefits are getting stronger, it is more important than ever to look at your drug coverage for 2025 during Medicare Open Enrollment and make sure you are enrolled in the Medicare Part D plan that is best for you. You can learn more about these benefits and review your options at Medicare.gov starting in early October. Medicare Open Enrollment runs from October 15th through December 7th.

These historic reforms are a result of the Inflation Explosion Reduction Act that I signed into law and that Vice President Harris cast the tie-breaking vote to secure. This new law gives Medicare the power to negotiate lower prescription drug prices, like the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs does on behalf of our nation's veterans and servicemembers.
In case you forgot about your VA benefits.
Medicare has been able to cap the cost of insulin for seniors with diabetes at $35 a month for each covered insulin instead of as much as $400 a month. Recommended vaccines, like those to treat shingles, are free for people with Medicare prescription drug coverage.

Starting in January 2025, your total out-of-pocket costs for prescription drugs will be capped at $2,000 a year, no matter how expensive your prescription drugs are. That means you will not pay more than $2,000 per year on prescription drugs covered under Medicare prescription drug coverage, or Part D — that includes expensive prescription drugs to treat cancer, chronic illnesses, and more.

And if you have had high drug costs in 2024 and have reached what's called the catastrophic coverage phase, you won't have to pay any more out of pocket.

These reforms not only save seniors money, they also save money for American taxpayers. In fact, taxpayers are expected to save $160 billion over the next decade because Medicare is now able to negotiate drug prices alongside other reforms — and we're just getting started.

In addition to these cost-saving benefits that are in effect in 2025, Medicare recently announced that it has reached agreement with pharmaceutical companies for new, lower prices for ten of the most expensive and most frequently used prescription drugs in Medicare. These new, lower prices will go into effect in 2026, and Medicare will continue to negotiate prices for additional drugs each year for the foreseeable future.

These are just some of the ways my Administration has worked to help you save money on your health care costs and to provide a little more breathing room for you and your families.

Vice President Harris and I believe that health care should be a Constitutionalright, not a privilege. I encourage you to take advantage of these new, lower-cost benefits as part of stronger, better Medicare coverage that you deserve.
President Joe Biden signature

''A Mess'': CNN's Scott Jennings Sums Up the Terrible Day That Kamala Harris Just Had
[TOWNHALL] On Wednesday night, Vice President Kamala Harris gave another trainwreck interview, despite how she was once again speaking to such a friendly source, MSNBC's Stephanie Ruhle. Matt highlighted some top moments earlier. Between this interview that Harris gave, and President Joe Biden's appearance on "The View," where Harris was referenced, CNN's Scott Jennings referred to Wednesday as "a mess" for the Democratic nominee.

"I think today was a mess for Harris," Jennings said to sum up the day. "I mean, Joe Biden went on 'The View' today and said he delegated all sorts of authority to her on domestic policy. We know that the Biden administration's not popular on domestic and economic policy. She gave a speech today saying we gotta move past the policies that people think have failed. Well, people think the last four years are a failure." he continued, speaking about Harris. And those events that Jennings referenced all happened even before the interview that took place during the 7pm hour came up.

Sarah covered Biden's appearance on "The View," including how he pretty much threw Harris under the bus with such a line about delegating. Such a point about Biden delegating powers to Harris turned out to be a particularly memorable and trending moment from that appearance.

It all goes to show you how deeply hypocritical Harris' points are that she asks to receive a promotion by being elected president.
Failing upward?
It's then that we're supposed to believe she'll supposedly fix what Americans are presently suffering from, despite how she's the sitting vice president.

In that speech today that Jennings was referring to, Harris herself had a slip of the tongue to acknowledge that "we just need to move past the failed policies that we have proven don't work." Such a line is now the pinned post for various X accounts for the Trump campaign, including former and potentially future President Donald Trump himself. Harris' running mate, Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN), also recently acknowledged that "we can't afford four more years of this."

Biden/Harris to Offer $153 Million in 'Awards' for Adopting Red Flag Laws
[Breitbart] President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris will announce executive gun control on Thursday and it will include $153 million in funding for states to adopt and implement red flag laws.

According to the White House:

The Department of Justice is announcing over $135 million in formula awards to 48 states under the Byrne State Crisis Intervention Program (Byrne SCIP), which provides funding for the implementation of extreme risk protection order, or โ€œred flagโ€, programs, state crisis intervention court proceedings, and related programs/initiatives.

The White House did not say whether Biden or Harris plan to point out red flag laws have failed to end mass killing and mass public attacks in the stateโ€™s that adopt them.

For example, California adopted a red flag law in 2016, yet the state led the nation in โ€œactive shooter incidentsโ€ in both 2021 and 2023.

Florida adopted a red flag law in the wake of the February 14, 2018, Parkland high school shooting, yet the law did not prevent an attacker from opening fire inside a Sebring, Florida, bank in January 2019, killing five people.

Red flag laws open the door for law enforcement to take away an individualโ€™s firearms in a pre-crime confiscation scenario, based on the testimony of family members, neighbors, co-workers, spouses and/or former spouses.

Harris supports pre-crime confiscation laws.

#4  The Feds โ€œgivingโ€ states money is a joke. I would argue that Congress didnโ€™t fund a stipend for red flag laws but Johnson would do a triple lutz and salchow to provide whatever Schumer and Biden ask of him anyway.
