The fourth migrant, Edwuimar Nazareth Colina-Romero, 18, was charged with transporting stolen goods and possession of stolen goods.
The charges stem from a June 25 robbery in which two female staffers at Joyeria El Ruby Jewelry Store were pistol-whipped and threatened with death.

[Breitbart] The crew of a Greek coast guard vessel opened fire on a speedboat smuggling migrants – including several children – from neighboring Turkey killing one passenger, Greek authorities said Friday.
A coast guard statement said shots were fired, first into the air and then at the speedboat’s engine “to avert the direct threat to the patrol boat and its crew” after the helmsman rammed the Greek patrol boat in a bid to escape arrest.
When the boat came to a halt, the statement said, the passenger was found fatally wounded, “probably by a bullet.”
The remaining 13 people on the plastic speedboat – 5 children, 7 men and a woman – were unharmed and were taken to the southeast Aegean Sea island of Symi. The dead passenger was identified as a 39-year-old man. His nationality was not immediately known.
The statement said the incident occurred northwest of Symi after the helmsman of the smuggling boat ignored multiple calls to stop. It said he “repeatedly carried out extremely dangerous maneuvers, ramming the patrol boat.”
The coast guard said the migrant smuggling vessel had been heading from the nearby Turkish coast to Symi.
Two of the men on the speedboat were arrested on suspicion of belonging to a migrant smuggling gang.
Thousands of migrants try to reach Greece’s eastern Aegean islands in small boats every year. In most cases they pay smuggling rings to carry them across, and in several incidents the Greek coast guard has reported attempted rammings by smugglers seeking to escape arrest.
Greece has been roundly criticized by human rights organizations over the treatment of migrants trying to reach its shores. In June, it denied a BBC report that accused its coast guard of brutal practices resulting in dozens of deaths.
According to data from the United Nations refugee agency, nearly 30,000 migrants have arrived illegally in Greece so far this year from Turkey, and, increasingly, from Libya in North Africa.
The number of arrivals is slightly lower than in Italy and Spain, the main destinations for migrants trying to reach Europe illegally. Most people heading for Greece are Afghan, Syrian or Egyptian nationals.
[FoxNews] About 200 police officers hunted on Saturday for a man who tried to set fire to a synagogue in the southern French city of La Grande-Motte, Prime Minister Gabriel Attal said, adding that authorities would be ruthless with antisemitism.
A police officer was slightly injured when a gas bottle exploded as police secured the site of the attack on Saturday morning, Attal said.
"The person (attacker) set fire to several entry doors to the synagogue and several cars," Attal said after visiting the synagogue, adding that an "absolute tragedy" had been narrowly averted after firefighters and police arrived quickly at the scene.
Local media reported earlier that the suspect had set fire to two cars, one of which contained at least one gas bottle, in the synagogue's parking area at about 8:30 a.m. (0630 GMT).
President Emmanuel Macron called the incident a terrorist attack. The anti-terrorism prosecutor's office was placed in charge of the investigation.
La Grande-Motte is a port and resort city on the French Mediterranean coast.
Police arrested a man suspected of setting fires and causing a kaboom at a synagogue in southern La Belle France on Saturday in what officials suspect was a terror attack, the country’s interior minister said.
"The suspected perpetrator of the criminal fires at the synagogue has been detained," minister Gerald Darmanin said on X, adding that officers who made the arrest came under fire.
Police had said they were hunting for a man who, draped in a Paleostinian flag, was believed to have set fires at a synagogue and triggered a kaboom that injured an officer in the seaside resort of La Grande Motte.
An official source who asked not to be named told AFP the arrest took place in the nearby town of Nimes. An official in the state prosecution service added that two people associated with the suspect were also detained.
BFM TV said the suspect was a 33-year-old Algerian. Local police declined to give further details, Rooters reports.
"Before the police could intervene, (the suspect) opened fire on the (police), which returned fire. The man was maimed in the face," the office said in a statement describing the moments leading up to the apprehension and arrest.
Two other people were taken into custody after the incident.

[Regnum] The Islamic State (IS, a terrorist organization banned in Russia) group has claimed responsibility for a knife attack at a festival in the city of Solingen (North Rhine-Westphalia) in western Germany. Its representatives reported this on social media.
The terrorists' statement is quoted by Reuters. They claim that they carried out the attack "in retaliation" for Muslims in Palestine and around the world.
However, the group's representatives did not provide any evidence to support their claims. Journalists noted that it remained unclear how close the connection between ISIS and whoever carried out the attack in Solingen was.
As reported by the Regnum news agency, on the evening of August 23 in Solingen an unknown person attacked passers-by with a knife. The attacker struck indiscriminately and then fled the scene. As a result, at least three people died and eight more were injured.
Witnesses said the suspect had "Arabic features." Police began searching for the attacker.
As part of the investigation into this case, the police detained a 15-year-old teenager. According to preliminary information, he was not the direct perpetrator of the attack. The young man was accused of failing to report a crime being prepared.

SOLINGEN STABBING SUSPECT DETAINED, LOCAL MINISTER SAYS
Police have arrested a main suspect following the knife attack in Solingen, Interior Minister of North Rhine-Westphalia, Herbert Reul told German TV.
The minister spoke of a "real suspect" who police had been looking for all day, after a third person had been arrested in connection with the incident.
"They were very probably, still cautiously speaking, not the ones we really suspected," said Reul with regard to the two previous arrests.
"I myself am a bit relieved at the moment," the minister added. "I can only tell you that it is now more than a hunch. Not only did we have a lead on this person, but we've also found pieces of evidence."
The arrested suspect's clothes were dirty and covered in blood, the German news magazine Der Spiegel quoted security sources as saying.
Officials earlier said a 15-year-old boy was arrested early Saturday on suspicion he knew about the planned attack and failed to inform authorities, but he was not the attacker. Two female witnesses told police they overheard the boy and an unknown person before the attack speaking about intentions that corresponded to the bloodshed, officials said.
At around 11 pm local time on Saturday, over 24 hours after the attack in Solingen, 26-year-old “Issa al H.” surrendered to police.

He was reportedly not known to security authorities as an Islamic extremist, however, he is said to be a Sunni Muslim.
It was claimed that, according to witness statements gathered by police, the attacker had shouted out the Jihadi war cry “Allahu Akbar” as he carried out the attack on the diversity festival.
German prosecutors on Sunday released the name of the 26-year-old Syrian man suspected of a multiple stabbing attack in the western city of Solingen that killed three people and injured eight others.

According to the law enforcers, the injured are being shifted to the hospital with some of them in critical condition.

The 2022 elections resulted in a govt with Bibi and his regular allies joining with some fringe groups to get a majority in the Knesset.
Polls since Oct 2023 have frequently shown that the electorate has moved away from Bibi's coalition. Not just because of the failure to be alert for the Oct 7 atrocities but also for some divisive moves before that, e.g., the judicial restructuring initiative. Most observers think that Naftali Bennett will be the next PM.

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Israeli jets have launched airstrikes in Lebanon after their military said Hezbollah was preparing to fire rockets and missiles towards Israel.
Israeli military spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari said: 'In a self-defense act to remove these threats, the (Israeli military) is striking terror targets in Lebanon, from which Hezbollah was planning to launch their attacks on Israeli civilians. Hagari warned Hezbollah would 'soon fire rockets, and possibly missiles and drones' into Israel.
Shortly after their announcement, Hezbollah announced they had launched an attack on Israel with a large number of drones in retaliation for the killing of one of its commanders, Fuad Shukr. Shukr was wiped out by an Israeli airstrike after being lured toward the top of a building in Beirut.
Hezbollah said the attack was targeting 'a qualitative Israeli military target that will be announced later' as well as 'targeting a number of enemy sites and barracks and Iron Dome platforms.' It said the strikes were an initial response to the killing of Fouad Shukur, a top commander with the group, in a strike in Beirut's southern suburbs last month.
An intelligence official told The New York Times that Israel's preemptive attack was aimed at missile launchers that had been programmed to fire at 5 a.m. local time towards Tel Aviv. The official told the outlet that all the launchers that had been targeted were destroyed, and that Israel was anticipating a harsh response from Hezbollah.
Sirens began sounding in northern Israel soon after the warning from the Israeli military, and additional sirens later joined in across the north.
Lebanese media reported strikes in the country's south without immediately providing more details. Social media footage showed what appeared to be strikes in southern Lebanon.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office said he and his defense minister, Yoav Gallant, were managing the latest operation from military headquarters in Tel Aviv. Gallant declared a 'special situation on the home front,' and Netanyahu's Security Cabinet was set to meet later Sunday morning.
A spokesman for the National Security Council, Sean Savett, said President Joe Biden was 'closely monitoring events in Israel and Lebanon'.
Savett said: 'At his direction, senior U.S. officials have been communicating continuously with their Israeli counterparts.
I can imagine just how much that is welcomed by the Israelis.
'We will keep supporting Israel's right to defend itself, and we will keep working for regional stability.'
Fears have been high in recent weeks that the ongoing Israel-Hamas war in the Gaza Strip would spill over into a regional conflict. This was only exacerbated after the killing of Hezbollah commander Shukr and the suspected Israeli assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh.
Shukr, who was responsible for the 1983 massacre of 241 American and 58 French troops in a Beirut bombing, was killed on July 30, along with his wife, two other women, and two children. 80 people were also injured in the strike, which was attributed to the IDF.
The Wall Street Journal revealed that Shukr received a call from someone who told him to go from the second floor of the building he was in to his apartment on the seventh floor. A Hezbollah official told the newspaper that he was easier to target on the higher floor. The official added that the call likely came from someone who had breached the terror group's communications network, adding that Israeli intelligence had likely beaten its counter surveillance measures through better technology and hacking capabilities.
Shukr, long known as the 'Ghost' because of how rarely he was seen in public, is believed to have first gone into hiding after he helped plan the 1985 hijacking of a TWA flight from Athens to the US.
Haniyeh, who had escaped the horrors of the war in Gaza while residing in Qatar, travelled to Iran to attend the inauguration of new Iranian president Masoud Pezeshkian earlier this month.
Israel appeared to seize the chance to hit Haniyeh, attacking his residence in Tehran in the early hours of the morning and killing the Hamas leader along with a security guard.
The assassination, confirmed by both Hamas and Iranian authorities, marks the most high-profile killing since October 7.
Starting at 5:30 a.m., approximately 150 rockets were launched from Lebanon toward northern Israel within less than an hour, targeting areas from the Golan Heights to the western Galilee. Several impacts were reported, along with dozens of successful interceptions. The IDF is conducting operations in the north without direct U.S. involvement but in coordination with the U.S. military.Residents reported power outages in parts of Acre after sirens were heard in the coastal city.

not sure how typical Hezb sites look like but I'm guessing one setup would contain about 20 missiles, two launchers and, when active, a 3 person launch crew
another guess is that if the IDF hadn't done the preemptive strike, the number of rockets fired would have been more like 600-1000

[ALJAZEERA] Medical sources have told Al Jazeera Arabic that at least 71 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli raids in several areas of central and southern Gaza.
The killings came amid forced evacuation orders by the Israeli army for Deir el-Balah in central Gaza. According to The Associated Press, Israel has issued 13 evacuation orders since July 22.

Two died when they were hit by an bomb planted on the outside of a building they were searching in Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City, the regime said.
It added that the third soldier was killed in festivities with Paleostinian fighters in the Netzarim Corridor.
According to the Israeli military, a total of 338 soldiers have been killed in Gaza since the regime began its ground offensive there in mid-October.
Paleostinian resistance groups say the toll is much higher as the regime hides the real number of its military casualties amid growing public discontent over the Israeli cabinet's handling of the war and its failure to release dozens of captives still held in Gaza.
Protests have been taking place on an almost daily basis in Israel in the past months, demanding the cabinet of PM Benjamin Netanyahu accept a ceasefire deal for Gaza in order to secure the release of the captives.
Netanyahu however has remained adamant, with critics saying that he is prolonging the war to achieve his own political purposes amid corruption charges. He is facing trial after he was charged with fraud, bribery and breach of trust in cases filed in 2019. Netanyahu can be sentenced to up to 10 years in jail if convicted in a bribery case.

Two of the soldiers whose deaths were announced on Saturday night were killed in a kaboom in Gaza City’s Zeitoun neighborhood, which claimed the life of another reservist whose death was announced on Friday. The third soldier was killed in a separate clash with Paleostinian button men in a nearby area.
The troops slain in the blast in Gaza City were named as Sgt. First Class (res.) Danil Pechenyuk, 27, from Bat Yam, and Sgt. First Class (res.) Nitai Metodi, 23, from Ashkelon. They both served in the Jerusalem Brigade’s 6310th Battalion.
The soldier killed during the separate clash was named as Sgt. Maj. (res.) Yaniv Itzhak Oren, 35, of the Jerusalem Brigade’s 8119th Battalion, from Ein Gedi.
In the incident on Friday morning, several soldiers were hit by an bomb planted on the outside of a building they were searching, in Gaza City’s Zeitoun neighborhood. In all, three soldiers were killed, four were seriously maimed, and another three were moderately hurt in the incident.
On Friday, the IDF announced the death of Sgt. First Class (res.) Evyatar Atuar, who was killed in the attack. The families of the other two soldiers were notified over the weekend.
Oren was killed several hours later during a clash with terror operatives in the Netzarim Corridor area, just south of Zeitoun.
According to the military, a cell of four Hamas button men attacked an IDF encampment in the Netzarim Corridor. The troops were able to fight back, killing three of them, while a fourth fled. A short while later, the fourth gunman was killed in an Arclight airstrike ...KABOOM!... , the IDF said.
Israel’s toll in the ground offensive against Hamas in Gaza and in military operations along the border with the Strip now stands at 338.
The IDF said reservists with the 252nd Division — including the Jerusalem Brigade — had been carrying out a "pinpoint" operation in Gaza City, during which several button men were killed.

Col. Avichay Adraee, the IDF’s Arabic-language front man, published a map of the zones that need to be evacuated.
Paleostinians in the area were called to move to the Israeli-designated humanitarian zone, which is currently around 42 square kilometers (16 square miles), or 11 percent of the total size of the Gaza Strip.
The zone is located in the al-Mawasi area on the southern Strip’s coast, western neighborhoods of Khan Younis, and central Gaza’s Deir al-Balah.
An overnight strike on a house west of Khan Younis killed 11 people, including a woman and four children, a doctor at Nasser Hospital said. The Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza on Saturday reported 69 deaths in the previous 48 hours.
First responders also recovered 16 bodies from the Hamad Town residential complex in Khan Younis after a partial pullout of Israeli forces, 10 bodies from a residential block west of Khan Younis, and two farther south in Rafah.
The circumstances of their deaths were not immediately clear, but the areas were repeatedly bombed by the Israeli military over the past week. An News Agency that Dare Not be Named journalist counted the bodies.
Some residents returned to Hamad Town, crunching on rubble as they walked between destroyed apartment buildings. One multi-story building’s entire wall was gone, its rooms framing residents picking through debris.
The IDF’s 98th Division had been operating in the Hamad Town area, as well as on the outskirts of Deir al-Balah in recent weeks.
On Saturday, the IDF said a Paleostinian Islamic Jihad ...created after many members of the Egyptian Moslem Brotherhood decided the organization was becoming too moderate. Operations were conducted out of Egypt until 1981 when the group was exiled after the assassination of President Anwar Sadat. They worked out of Gaza until they were exiled to Lebanon in 1987, where they clove tightly to Hezbollah. In 1989 they moved to Damascus, where they remain a subsidiary of Hezbollah... tunnel located on the outskirts of Deir al-Balah was demolished by combat engineers.
The tunnel was some 500 meters long, according to the military.
It had been located by the 7th Armored Brigade’s 82nd Battalion and later demolished by the elite Yahalom combat engineering unit.
The IDF said the 7th Brigade has killed dozens of button men and demolished dozens of sites belonging to terror groups in the east Deir al-Balah area amid an ongoing operation.
Soldiers of the brigade’s 77th Battalion also located a primed rocket launcher in the area, the IDF added.

A war monitor said Israeli air strikes on Syria targeting positions of the army and its Lebanese ally Hezbollah killed three Iran-backed fighters on Friday.
"Israeli strikes have so far killed three pro-Iranian fighters and maimed about 10 others," the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
The Britannia-based war monitor said the strikes targeted "makeshift petrol stations affiliated to Hezbollah in the Homs countryside, and struck weapons depots belonging to the group as well as two Syrian army sites in the Hama countryside."
The Syrian defense ministry said the attacks "maimed seven civilians."

There were no immediate reports of casualties or damage from the latest Israeli bombing and shelling of the Arab country.

Earlier, the media confirmed rocket attacks by the Lebanese Hezbollah resistance movement on the occupied Golan Heights.

Khash is located in SouthEast Iran where the population is mostly Sunni and many of these Sunni feel that the Shia are oppressing them (well, mostly because they are).
