[WESTERNJOURNAL] They’re not even trying to hide it anymore.
After a week where the polls didn’t give the Biden-Harris ticket the bump Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects... were hoping for, Vice President Kámala Harris Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, then a senatrix from California former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful, and Joe Biden's wing nut... escalated her criticism of presumptive GOP presidential nominee and former President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... on Saturday, arguing his conviction on 34 questionable felony counts in a Manhattan court ought to be "disqualifying."
The speech, given at a Democratic Party dinner Saturday in bankrupt, increasingly impoverished, reliably Democrat, Detroit ... ruled by Democrats since 1962. A city whose Golden Age included the Purple Gang... , gave Harris the opportunity to up the rhetoric over what she termed Trump’s "attacks" on the justice system, according to Politico.
"You know why he complains? Because the reality is, cheaters don’t like getting caught," Harris said in a copy of the speech Politico reviewed in advance.
Politico noted that the vice president, "who has long highlighted her prosecutorial record and service as Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, attorney general on the campaign trail, outlines in the remarks how a jury made a unanimous decision to convict the former president on 34 counts of falsifying business records."

Being a felon is specifically not included in the Constitution's list of qualifications for the Presidency; perhaps this is because the writers were felons in the eyes of their previous government?
[NYPOST] Hunter Biden became the first child of a sitting president to be convicted of a crime Tuesday after a federal jury found him guilty on three counts related to lying about his drug use in order to buy a gun.
The panel of six men and six women deliberated for three hours across two days before convicting the 54-year-old of making a false statement in the purchase of a firearm, making a false statement related to information required to be kept by a federally licensed firearms dealer, and possession of a firearm by an unlawful user of or addict to a controlled substance.
The first son stared at the jury and made no visible reaction as the foreperson read the verdict. Hunter’s wife Melissa sat in the gallery behind him, next to her husband’s "sugar brother," attorney Kevin Morris.
First lady Jill Biden, who was present at every day of the trial except one, was caught out by the speed with which the verdict was reached — entering the courtroom two minutes after it had been read.
A few moments later, Hunter left the federal courthouse in Wilmington holding hands with wife Melissa Cohen Biden. He touched his stepmother Jill on the shoulder before getting in a black SUV guarded by Secret Service agents — and ignored the nearby pack of news hounds.

Hard to find anyone who is satisfied with this process, most are unimpressed with the show trial pointing at cover for more serious crimes and lightning rod vs. Trump, but there are some pretty spicy takes on it like if you hate background checks for firearm purchases you should hate this verdict.
[DC] New York Democratic Rep. Jamaal Bowman, who recently delayed a congressional vote by pulling a Capitol Hill fire alarm, trails significantly behind his opponent in the upcoming primary according to recent polling, New York Post reported Tuesday.
Bowman is facing a challenging reelection bid in the 16th Congressional District, lagging significantly behind his Democratic opponent George Latimer in the upcoming June 25 primary, according to New York Post. In a recent poll by Emerson College Polling/PIX11/The Hill, Bowman trails Latimer by 17 points, with Latimer capturing 48% of the vote to Bowman’s 31%, and 21% of voters still undecided.
Westchester County Executive Latimer holds a significant lead, appears to be influenced by differing views on the Israel-Hamas conflict. Latimer strongly supports Israel, while Bowman has drawn criticism for previously calling Israel an "apartheid" state — a remark he retracted after backlash, New York Post reported. Polls show 45% of voters align with Latimer’s position and 29% with Bowman’s, reflecting the national debate on U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East.
Polling data shows that a majority of Democratic primary voters think the U.S. is overspending on aid to Israel, with 50% holding this view. Meanwhile, 46% feel the U.S. isn’t doing enough for Palestinian humanitarian relief, the outlet reported.
Latimer’s appeal is also boosted by his moderate politics and lengthy career in Westchester dating back to the late 1980s. He is favored by 65% of voters, compared to Bowman’s 51%, according to the New York Post. There are significant demographic splits: Latimer has a 42-point lead among white voters, while Bowman, who is African-American, leads among black voters by 14 points. Hispanic voters are divided evenly between the two.

Jamaal must have felt that it was absolutely necessary at the time to pull that fire alarm to delay that particular vote no matter the consequences for him personally. He took one for the team.

BLUF:
[Hot Air] America is almost alone among democratic countries in not requiring paper ballots. As of 2023, only Brazil counts all its ballots in national elections through electronic voting. According to Pew Research Center, votes are cast by manually marking paper ballots in 209 of the 227 countries. In France, as reported by the Associated Press, voters "use the same system that's been used for generations: paper ballots that are cast in person and counted by hand." In 2009, Germany's Federal Constitutional Court ruled that voting machines could no longer be used. In 2017, the Dutch government announced that all ballots in the 2017 general election would be counted by hand.
Moreover, among those countries that use electronic voting, only in America are the source codes of the voting machines kept secret. Three companies -- Dominion, Election Systems & Software, and Hart InterCivic -- control about 90% of the U.S. voting technology market. Each is privately held, and each is committed to keeping its source code from becoming fully public. Wherever else in the world electronic voting is allowed, the source codes are available to all political parties.
America is almost alone among democratic countries in not confining voting to one day. All through American history, Americans voted on Election Day (unless they had previously requested an absentee ballot). The left has obliterated Election Day; we now have Election Month.
Various American states are alone among democratic countries in mailing ballots to all their citizens -- that is, even to those who never requested a ballot be sent to them.
America is almost alone among democratic countries in the length of time it takes to learn election results. In other countries, people continue to learn the results within hours. Throughout American history, Americans knew the outcome of virtually every election the night of Election Day. No longer.
All too often, tragically, there are valid reasons for Americans to mistrust election results. Add elections to the long list of institutions the left has ruined.

The Left always wants to shove slavery in our face even though it ended over a 150 years ago, but intentionally choose to ignore Tammany from the same period that continues to plague us today. Both institutions of the Donks.

One could make the argument that Trumps legal woes might be circumstantial evidence indicating the Donks know how bad they really lost by last time thus everything and the kitchen sink might be the only way.

^ History will likely note that the 2020 presidential election was fraudulent. We'll be making lovely harp melodies by then, but I suspect it will all cone out eventually.

It was encouraging that Geert Wilders won in the Netherlands and Marine Le Pen's party made such a good showing in the European Parliament elections. And then there's Victor Orban in Hungary and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni. Who would have ever thought that there is more hope for Europe than America?

Yes, if voting is the most sacredest, importantest thing in all of duhmocracy it should have an absurdly high threshold for participation, not an absurdly low one.

#9 & #12 There is lying and then there is our current public circumstance where the powerful would force us to not just accept their lies as current reality but enthusiastically endorse, champion, and cheer their foamy brown wave on.
Just like President Trump did to him the last time he was in office. Mr. Cohen sounds awfully good for someone who has been worm food for the past five years.
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] Donald Trump ...dictatorial for repealing some (but not all) of the diktats of his predecessor, misogynistic because he likes pretty girls, homophobic because he doesn't think gender bending should be mandatory, truly a man for all seasons...... ’s disgraced former attorney Michael Cohen ...sleazy lawyer who worked for Trump as his ''fixer,'' then turned on him after the Stormy Daniels shakedown. Mikey told about six hundred different stories, most of them contradictory and some physically impossible. In August 2018, Cohen pleaded guilty to eight counts including campaign-finance violations, tax fraud, and bank fraud. As Alvin Bragg's star witness against Trump, he admitted on the stand to enbezzling from the Trump Organization... has claimed that the former president is planning to assassinate his political enemies if he returns to the White House next year.
Appearing on MSNBC with host Ali Velshi, Cohen claimed that people will "start flying out of windows" if he wins the election in November.
He explained:
State-sponsored news just like what you have in Russia and their station which is called Pravda and means truth which is ironic, right? All of this goes away under a Donald Trump administration. Why? Because he doesn’t want to hear anything negative being said about him. The fact that you have this television show, the fact that you have the ability to speak truth to power, all of that goes away if in fact this man into becoming president.
All of these people whether it is Marco Rubio ...The diminutive 13-year-old Republican U.S. Senator from Florida... , Mike Johnson, Mark Meadows have all said disparaging things about Donald Trump at one point in time. they believe that if Donald Trump wins and they are shoulder to shoulder with him, that they will have unlimited power which would of course give them the ability to have unlimited resources and assets. One mistake that they are making, Donald Trump doesn’t share. It is all about him, not about his kids, not about his family, it is all about him."

I feel the same a Grom. Right now they're working themselves up into a hysteria to rationalize it. What they don't grasp is that as Lincoln was the last casualty of the previous Civil War, Trump will the first of the next one.
[BREITBART] During Sunday’s broadcast of New York City radio WABC’s "The Cat’s Roundtable," long-time Democrat political strategist James Carville admitted remorse for President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Sleazy Dem machine politician, paterfamilias of the Biden Crime Family... ’s decision to run for re-election in 2024.
Carville told WABC host John Catsimatidis there was a deep bench if Biden should be forced out but acknowledged he thought the incumbent president should have considered sitting this one out.
"And tell me, we both talked over breakfast that, if anything — if President Biden decides not to run or is ill and can’t run, where does the Democratic Party go?" Catsimatidis asked.
"Well, one of the underappreciated things about the current state of the Democratic Party is there is enormous — I mean, almost could say, I mean, there’s no Bill Clinton ...former Democratic president of the U.S. Bill was the second U.S. president to be impeached, the first to deny that oral sex was sex, the first to have difficulty with the definition of the word is... , you never can say that about someone, but with that type of skill, there is any number of current people," Carville replied. "I don’t start naming names, I’m going to lease somebody off, and I hate to do that. But the governors of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Kentucky, the governor of Kentucky is one of the most talented people I’ve ever seen. There’s Senator Warnock from Georgia."
"[Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear] is really a talented guy," he added. "He’s a good friend of mine. He’s in a state where Democrats ...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. ’ [were down from 20 points], and he won by five or six points. But there are other — there’s so much talent, and a lot of it is young and vigorous atond energetic. I think Hakeem Jeffries is doing a great job, by the way, as leader, you know, much more than before. But I don’t, I thought that Biden, President Biden, should have considered not running for the election, but that’s not the choice that he made. And so I got to live in the world, I got to live in it, not the world I wanted to live in."
[BREITBART] Rep. Alexandria Boom Boom Ocasio-Cortez Dem Congressgirl from da Bronx in Noo Yawk and leader of the Mean Girl Caucus in Congress. One of the Great Minds of the 21st Century, she is known as much for her innaleck as for her dance moves. She is all in favor of socialism, even though she's fuzzy on the details. She was the inventor of the Green New Deal, though she doesn't talk about it much anymore (D-NY) fears that former President Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... will throw her in jail if he wins the election in November.
The Congresswoman voiced her concern to Kara Swisher on her podcast On with Kara Swisher.
"I mean, it sounds nuts, but I wouldn’t be surprised if this guy threw me in jail," she said. "He’s out of his mind. I mean, he did his whole first campaign around ’lock her up.’ This is his motto." "sounds" nuts.
Ocasio-Cortez emphasized that Trump will "round up people" if elected president.
"I take him at his word when he says that he’s going to round up people. I take him at his word when he threatens journalists. I take him at his word," she said. "I feel like what we saw in his first presidency was an amuse-bouche to what his intentions are. He has learned from his mistakes of appointing professionals, and he will not make that mistake next time."
When asked if Trump has a legitimate chance of winning in November, the congresswoman from New York said that she believes he can pull out a victory against Biden.
