A jury in Delaware found Hunter Biden guilty following a federal gun crime trial. The first son's defense team rested after a brief rebuttal period on Monday. A sentencing date has not been scheduled.

OK, So what That is not what was important about this trial. The FBI had t sweat the laptop was genuine. They had to swear the data in it was not corrupted. Now the laptop is admissible in the Biden impeachment trial for corruption. The far more important data. It also shows the CIA coverup was real, the FBI coverup was real. All those 51 or so that ran fake lies will go bankrupt defending themselves in courts across America for voter inferences...

49 Pan,
I'm just gonna get out in front here and say that the laptop did NOT commit suicide.
If that thing survives to the end of the day today, I'll be very surprised.

He is now spending the people’s money, but he banked a lot more than that on his campaign promise to get Trump.

Mr. Bragg announced his candidacy for the position in June 2019. Nearly two years later, on May 8, 2021, the political arm of Color of Change, a progressive criminal justice group, endorsed him. It pledged to spend $1 million on direct mailers, on-the-ground campaigning and voter turnout... (It did not donate to Mr. Bragg’s campaign directly.) A few days later, on May 14, Mr. Soros contributed $1 million to the group, which intended to help Mr. Bragg with the money. Color of Change did not meet its pledge. It spent nearly $500,000 in support of Mr. Bragg. That amounted to about 11 percent of the group’s $4.6 million in total spending during the 2021-22 election cycle, according to campaign website Open Secrets.
[Daily Caller] CNN political commentator Jonah Goldberg dropped a bomb into a debate about Hunter Biden’s scandals Saturday. $10. on Crooked Joe to Place and pardon.
President Joe Biden told ABC’s David Muir that he would not pardon his son Hunter Biden, who faces three federal gun charges brought by special counsel David Weiss in September 2023. In a panel discussion also including CNN’s Chris Wallace, Lulu Garcia Navarro and Kara Swisher, Goldberg unleashed on the idea that Biden would refrain from pardoning Hunter Biden, asserting that the Democratic president will do so after the 2024 election.
"If he didn’t say it, they would attack him for being a terrible father," Swisher said.
"And also, by the way, he has said, he was asked directly, and he has said he wouldn’t pardon, um, his son if he gets convicted," Garcia Navarro added.
"Let’s wait and see what happens if he loses," Wallace remarked.
"Yeah but, I mean, but he said it!" Garcia Navarro exclaimed. "I mean, and he said he would abide —"
"Well what was he gonna say? He has to say that," Wallace shot back.

They delayed this so that Hunter can stay out of jail during the appeal and get a pardon with no time served. Hunter will miss an opportunity to be a celebrity going forward by serving some time. His relevance and ability to make money is soon ending.

As usual, you need to be precise in dealing with what demokrats say and what they actually will do.
No pardon, but "commutation of any and all punishments has not been mentioned. Viola, no punishment, just a meaningless phrase that will be dismissed as unimportant.

This is how I see things playing out:
Trump insults Hunter.
Biden declares that the debate is off.
Dems decide that Joe is too far gone to run but can finish his term as the ceremonial White House greeter, effectively.
He dies sometime in the fall. No autopsy or fake autopsy due to all the meds in his system and scurrilous previous medical clearance.
Hunter asks Kamala for the promised pardon, she delays him until after the election.
Hunter starts acting sqirrellly which makes a lot of people in Washington nervous.
Hunter ODs on something laced with something and without Secret Service protection actually dies.
A couple of media people portray this as a tragic story.
DeNiro blames Trump.

[FoxNews] The panels are part of the Biden administration's green energy push.
Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin penned a letter to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin to question the wisdom of the Pentagon’s plan to use $104 million in taxpayer funds to add solar panels to the rooftop of the Pentagon.
The Virginia Republican told Austin that he has "serious concerns" about the plan to secure solar panels to the rooftop of the Pentagon and other military installations, most notably that there has been no "stated requirement that such panels be made in America using American technology."
"This decision has significant implications for U.S. national security and brings into question whether American taxpayer dollars will be used to purchase solar equipment from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), our greatest economic and geopolitical rival," reads the letter, which was reviewed by Fox News Digital.
The letter comes after a January Defense Department announcement about the plan, which it said was part of the Biden administration’s effort to promote clean energy and "reestablish the federal government as a sustainability leader."
The Pentagon is just one of 31 government sites that are slated to receive the $104 million in Energy Department grants, according a PBS report from January, with projects also taking place at the U.S. Army Garrison in Wiesbaden, Germany, and other locations.
But Youngkin voiced multiple concerns about the plan, noting that "companies highly influenced or controlled by the CCP dominate the global solar supply chain," making it vital that the Defense Department "require that military procurements for solar panels must come from verified domestic manufacturers with trusted supply chains."
The governor also highlighted other issues in addition to the national security implications, noting that Chinese solar panels have a higher carbon footprint than U.S. producers and often rely on forced labor to build them.
[HotAir] This appears to be a major scandal but at present the names of the people involved have all been redacted from a report published by the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians (NSICOP). NSICOP is a group of MPs with top security clearances who issued their report last week.
We don't have names but we do know some of the things they allegedly did with either full or partial knowledge of who they were working with.
Communicating frequently with foreign missions before or during political campaigns to obtain support from community groups or businesses which the diplomatic missions promise to quietly mobilize in a candidate's favour.
Accepting knowingly or through willful blindness funds or benefits from foreign missions or their proxies which have been layered or otherwise disguised to conceal their source.
Providing foreign diplomatic officials with privileged information on the work or opinions of fellow parliamentarians, knowing that such information will be used by those officials to inappropriately pressure parliamentarians to change their positions.
Responding to requests or direction from foreign officials to improperly influence parliamentary colleagues or parliamentary business to the advantage of a foreign state.
Providing information learned in confidence from the government to a known intelligence officer of a foreign state.
Another thing redacted in the report is which foreign governments were the beneficiaries of all this help but the general belief is that China and India are the two countries most involved with meddling in Canadian politics.
The conservative party is demanding the names of the alleged traitors but the government says it can't release them.
I don't want to make assumptions but if the conservatives are calling for names and the Liberals are not, that might tell us something about what is being whispered behind the scenes about who is involved. Keep in mind, Justin Trudeau has already seen the unredacted version of the report.
Today the Liberals committed to an investigation which will presumably drag this out for many months. How in the world can Parliament carry on when there are credible allegations some of its members are actual traitors working with foreign governments? This just doesn't seem like the kind of thing that should get the government slow-walk treatment.

This VPN compromise technique may have been possible as far back as 2002.
So one does have to wonder how long certain DC Political Cells have had and have been using such privacy holes w/o warrants?
Note: While I still believe a vast majority of Federal level LEO's are honest Oath Keeping personnel. The DC problem, in my opinion, is a small political agenda group that has been empowered, that needs to be exposed and brought to trial.

[Gateway] It was ALWAYS the PELOSI INSURRECTION.
New footage was released on Monday from the House Oversight Committee of Nancy Pelosi taking responsibility for the January 6, 2021, protests and rioting at the US Capitol.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, former Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Washington DC Mayor Muriel Bowser were both warned about the security situation prior to January 6th and both of them turned down National Guard troops at the US Capitol that day.
Pelosi and Mayor Muriel Bowser turned down thousands of National Guard troops at the Capitol on January 6 for political reasons.
Chris Wray’s FBI also refused to notify the Trump administration and his cabinet secretaries that they believed there could be violence like the mass protests at the Capitol that took place that day.
Nancy Pelosi also refused the National Guard at the US Capitol due to "politics," but that is just her excuse. What did she know in advance?
Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund previously testified that he asked House and Senate security officials for permission to request that the D.C. National Guard be placed on standby in case he needed quick backup. But they both turned him down.
Pelosi was not honest about their communications — she lied.
On Monday night Chief Steven Sund responded to the video released earlier on Monday by the Oversight Subcommittee.
Officer Sund slammed Pelosi for her statement on J6 for the cameras saying she was "surprised" the National Guard was not at the US Capitol after she denied President Trump’s request to have National Guard at the Capitol that day!
Officer Steven Sund: Pelosi was surprised we didn’t have National Guard on Jan6?? I was denied National Guard support multiple times before January 6, and repeatedly for 71 minutes ON January 6. MY STORY HASN’T CHANGED!

The goal was never to keep Rally goers out of the capital. The Guard could have prevented access which would have ruined the gov't orchestrated faux insurrection.

I vaguely recall that in former inquisitive conversations that the more truthful generally said things like 'but that's what happened' "that's what I saw' when confronted with the counter evidence real or not.
[Western Journal via PJ] Oh, the places you’ll go when you’re married to Joe! The Biden administration often seems to make less sense than a Dr. Seuss book — but it’s very expensive nonsense indeed. Just ask Jill Biden, who is jetting about at taxpayer expense to support her crackhead criminal stepson.
"Dr." Jill Biden expended at least $345,000 of taxpayers’ hard-earned money so she could fly back and forth between France and the U.S. for the D-Day commemoration and Hunter’s trial. Allegedly the Democratic National Committee (DNC) will be providing at least partial reimbursement for the pricey travels. It seems particularly depressing that, only 80 years after the D-Day invasion of WWII, when some of the men who stormed the beaches of Normandy are still alive, the wife of the U.S. president is squandering Americans’ cash on flights in connection with the shameful deeds of the president’s family. Between Joe possibly soiling his pants on stage and Jill’s jet trips, America sure is looking pathetic on the world stage. DNC's contribution is the cost of a first class seat. Really
The Western Journal summed up the relevant facts:
[GEO.TV] The jury started deliberations on Monday in the trial of Hunter Biden on federal gun charges.
This is the first time in US history that the child of an incumbent president faces criminal prosecution.
The 54-year-old son of the US president is accused of lying about his illegal drug use when he purchased a handgun in 2018. The jury commenced deliberations after arguments were concluded by both prosecutors and Biden's defence team, according to reports from CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... and other US media.
Hunter Biden did not testify before the court in a case that continued for a week in Wilmington, Delaware.
First Lady Jill Biden attended the proceedings for several days. President Biden, while not present, expressed pride in his son. "As the President, I don't and won't comment on pending federal cases, but as a Dad, I have boundless love for my son, confidence in him, and respect for his strength," Biden stated.
Hunter Biden is facing another case of tax evasion in Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,. In 2018, the Yale-trained lawyer falsely said on a federal form that he was not using illegal drugs when he purchased a .38 calibre revolver. He has also been charged with illegally possessing a firearm, which he kept for 11 days in October that year.

No way he gets convicted. We are way past the point of even pretending to have a non-corrupt judicial system now. The mask is off, they're going to rub it in our races. So we get mad. So what? What are we going to do about it? Grab our guns? They'll turn us into pink mist with A-10s like they've been frantically jerking off about doing.

I guess that quit when they figured out how to create Virtual Voters.
Either way. Again, the DC Swamp & its Media has been exposed lying to us and withholding information from us. In order to promote its Far Left Political Party Agenda in violation of the US Constitution.
I worry they have far more serious plans for Trump and America than we have imagined?
[JustTheNews] The SPR held nearly 640 million barrels of oil in January 2021, but fell to less than 350 million barrels last summer. The DOE has so far purchased 38.6 million barrels in an effort to refill it.
The DOE is aiming to replenish the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) at $79 per barrel or less, which the department says is less than the $95 per barrel it received when it sold the oil in 2022, when President Joe Biden sought to push down gasoline prices ahead of the midterm elections.

Silo hatch maintenance activity has begun. Well they need to open when you fire the rockets I understand by phone call. How many years just sitting. How old the tech. Upgrades for sure hopefully if monies available. Spare parts a problem so cannibalization occurs.
Well, I expect the phrase should be 'sell high, buy higher' for this one.
the profit goes where?
If I remember, the oil was sold to the Russians. Perhaps so they could surge the Ukrainian front.
Much like Hillary selling yellowcake to revitalize the Russian nuclear effort.
Maybe then swapped as a fungible commodity for resale to the Iranians for drones. Be interesting to run across a spectral analysis of the two oil samples.
