[FoxNews] Fare evasion 'directly linked to crime,' NYPD says; experts point to 'Broken Windows' theory.
New York City's Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is looking at paying up to $1 million for a psychologist to analyze the motivations of turnstile jumpers, saying that "historic approaches" like increased policing have had "limited success" in reversing record-high losses due to fare evasion.
Of approximately 5 million daily riders on New York City's subways and buses, about 900,000 skirt their fares, according to the MTA; 13.6% of subway riders jump the turnstile or sneak through emergency doors onto the platform, while nearly half of all bus riders skip paying.
The transit thieves may think their nonpayment is just a drop in the bucket, but it all adds up to a projected loss of $700 million this year.
"We have to win or else the system is gone," MTA CEO Janno Lieber said at a recent board meeting.
[FOX 5 Atlanta] Five men now behind bars, accused of breaking into hundreds of cars now face racketeering charges. Gwinnett County police say they are part of an organized ring that hit vehicles all around metro Atlanta. Two other men are still on the run.

Here is 1 of several reasons we moved out of Gwinnett Co. a few years ago. Basically the Atlanta crime virus was all the way up GA 316 to Surgarloaf pkwy.
#2
Sadly, crime in Cobb and Gwinnett counties to move North. South of the airport, Fayette and Coweta Counties are rapidly becoming an extension of the uninhabitable Clayton County. Welcome to Ga.

Let me add to that Henry co. also. We tried the I95 exit 212 area and it went to crap by 2018 and then moved down to near the middle-eastern Ga area. So far it's still allows shooting thugs.

My children caught wind of my trauma. I would start a crucial step cooking and those little bundles of joy would put on that song which shall not be named, up loud, and sing along poorly. Then they found a Shitty Recorder version...
[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] 40-year-old homeless man has been arrested and charged after reportedly driving his vehicle into Martin County Jail in Florida on Monday night before proceeding to threaten to burn the place down and "kill everyone." Joseph Leedy, who was wearing only a blouse at the time, also threw rubber snakes on the floor, expressed disdain for Donald Trump ...His ancestors didn't own any slaves... , and allegedly assaulted officers as they struggled to detain him.
He was subsequently charged with four counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and criminal mischief of over $1000. He is currently being held at the jail into which he crashed.
As WPTV reports, Chief Deputy John Budensiek explained that the suspect "kept saying things like, 'the devil told me to kill everyone' and he kept sharing his disdain for President Donald Trump." Investigators are awaiting toxicology reports to determine whether Leedy was under the influence of drugs at the time of the rampage. He was given "multiple doses of ketamine" to help calm him, but it didn't work.
According to the Martin County Sheriff's Office, while Leedy managed to break through the front doors of the jail, his vehicle was prevented from making it any further by the strong steel frame. He instead jumped out of the driver's seat dressed in "a ladies blouse and no pants," and proceeded to wreak havoc on the facility and those working there.
Upon entering, he declared he "came here to kill police," and poured motor oil on the floor, threatening to ignite it. In a statement, the Sheriff's Office said Leedy then "continued making homicidal statements about coppers and expressed his desire to 'kill everyone' while he threw rubber snakes on the floor and fought with deputies and fire rescue personnel."
The crash caused "thousands of dollars in damage," though only Leedy sustained injuries. He was taken to a nearby hospital to receive treatment, where he "continued to be uncooperative with personnel," then eventually ended up back in the jail.

Yet, another example that Mental Illness goes hand in hand with Transgenderism.
[TennesseeStar] Covenant School killer Audrey Elizabeth Hale, a biological female who identified as a transgender male at the time of her March 27, 2023 attack, wrote a three-page journal entry titled “My Imaginary Penis” that was included in the writings recovered from her vehicle.
The Tennessee Star confirmed on Wednesday it obtained nearly four dozen pages of Hale’s writings from a source familiar with the Covenant investigation, including the March 11, 2023 entry discussing her desire to have a male anatomy.
Hale’s diary or journal entry begins with the title “My Imaginary Penis” and includes a crude drawing.
“My penis exists in my head. I swear to god I’m a male,” wrote Hale in the diary or journal recovered by police. She then wrote about her desire to have a penis for the purpose of heterosexual sex with a woman.
While the entry is sexually explicit in nature, Hale also wrote about her experience using the name Aiden, which she began using during her transition. Hale explained that using the name on a job application for a delivery position resulted in issues with the company’s background check.

Really don't want to go there Missy. Too many males can attest that thinking with the little head rather than the big head leads to unfortunate and avoidable outcomes.
[FoxNews] Dr. Eithan Haim was hit with four felony charges related to HIPAA violations
The Department of Justice filed criminal charges against a whistleblower after he exposed a Texas hospital that was allegedly secretly conducting gender-affirming care on minors.
Dr. Eithan Haim, a surgeon who completed his residency at the Texas Children's Hospital, was accused of HIPAA violations and has been indicted on four felony charges. Haim has vowed to fight the charges and suggested the DOJ is corrupt.
"They wanted to intimidate me into silence using every technique the federal leviathan had at their disposal. But they failed," Haim wrote Thursday on X. "The only way to lose is to submit to corruption. It's time to fight back harder than ever!"
In a statement to Fox News Digital, Haim's attorney, Marcella Burke, said, "My client is anxious to get to trial to get his side of the story told. I am confident this will result in the correct decision being made."
Haim leaked documents to journalist Christopher Rufo in May 2023 showing that the Texas Children's Hospital continued operating its child gender clinic against state law after they claimed it had been shut down.
Rufo previously stressed that none of the documents he obtained from Haim included patients' personal information at the clinic.
U.S. marshals earlier this week visited Haim's home to hand him a summons and instruct him to appear in court to face the indictments.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton released an opinion in February 2022 that stated gender-affirming care for kids could be a form of child abuse under state law. The following month, Texas Children's Hospital issued a statement saying it would stop all treatments and surgeries on children related to transgenderism.
In a piece published in the City Journal, Haim claimed that three days after the announcement, a surgeon implanted a hormone device in an 11-year-old girl who was experiencing gender dysphoria.
Haim said that over the next year, the frequency of these procedures increased.
Following the May 14, 2023, story by Rufo that included Haim's first-hand account, the Texas legislature passed a law that banned transgender medical interventions on minors.
In June, Haim said two federal agents arrived at his home and notified him that he was a "potential target" for an investigation involving violations of federal criminal law.
Haim's court appearance is set for June 10, when he and his lawyers will learn more about the charges related to medical records.
My name is Eithan Haim. I am a 33-year-old general surgeon who was the anonymous whistleblower in a story released May 16, 2023 by Christopher Rufo. We exposed the fact that Texas Children's Hospital - the largest children's hospital in the world - was lying to the public about the existence of their transgender program. In part due to the story's release, the very next day, the Texas Legislature voted, with bipartisan support, to ban transgender medical interventions on minors. The conduct we exposed became illegal in the State of Texas within 24 hours of our story.
Just over a month later, on June 23rd, 2023, a few hours before my graduation from surgical training, two federal agents showed up to my apartment in a highly atypical, unexpected, and aggressive show of force.
[MAIL] An oncologist has lifted the lid on the five measures you should take every day to 'prevent cancer.'
Dr. Waqqas Tai is a New York-based health expert who specializes in cancer cases and frequently shares advice on his TikTok account, where he boasts more than 14,500 followers.
The oncologist often dishes out tips for people to stay healthy, recently detailing the various practices that could help your life long term.
In a viral video, which has so far amassed more than 432,000 views, he revealed he would never consume any alcohol or red meats to keep his health in top shape.
He detailed the five things you should avoid - from meats to obesity - to assist in prolonging your life.
Dr. Waqqas captioned the clip: 'Five things I recommend to prevent cancer.'
He begins: 'Here are five things I would never do as a cancer doctor. Number one, smoking tobacco.'
'Using any tobacco product and vaping is all carcinogenic,' he added. Carcinogenic means that something has the potential to cause cancer.
He added: 'It causes harder build up in your lungs, which causes tissue damage to the lungs and that can also cause cancer.'
MAIL - Doctors across the US are reporting an alarming health trend in the wake of the Covid pandemic.
Since about 2021, they have been noticing rare and unusual cancers in patients who shouldn't fit the bill - many of them young and without any family history of disease.
And they're coming down with obscure forms of the disease that typically affect seniors in their 70s and 80s, including hard to pronounce ones like cholangiocarcinoma, a rare and lethal cancer of the bile ducts.
There are other strange things happening, such as patients coming down with multiple cancers at the same time.
The pandemic forced people to isolate and put off preventative care measures that would screen for various types of cancers, out of fear of being infected.
But doctors do not believe this to be the primary driver of advanced, rare cancer cases. Instead, they think Covid itself is to blame.

I think that's a legit concern; afraid here shortly people who carry all the time will start having odd health problems at and around their carry location. I prefer to not have all that constant radiation anywhere near my tackle.

If I was an enemy that produced 90% of my enemies goods without a western model timeline for victory. I might wreck the health care system then subtly feed the population a multitude of small dose cancer/disease causing products in unregulated forms for consumption daily. Say supplements, which I would fund marketing for as healthy.
Maybe like the gel casings costco fish oil pills comes in. Possibly the paint on Childrens toys. I might start by experimenting with the pet food to see what could be detected and traced back to me.
I wouldn’t need an experimental vaccine. That would draw to much attention.

Just saying valid theory.
Imagine purposefully rigging even just 1 in 10,000 EV batteries to self-combust. Purposefully infecting Covid or Bird Flu tests with something. Adding stuff to baby formula. Adding something to toilet paper to infect through that membrane; doesn't all of Australia get their TP from Chyna?
[AFRICANEWS] The Central African Republic(CAR) authorities announced the temporary requisition of six out of eleven Tamoil service stations in Bangui.
These stations will be managed for 45 days to ensure regular fuel supply, salary payments, and tax contributions, as stated by the Minister of Energy Development and Hydraulic Resources, Arthur Bertrand Piri.
Previously, Piri fined Tamoil 200 million CFA francs (about 300,000 euros) for not maintaining fuel supplies.
In response, Tamoil defended itself, noting that Cameroon ...a long, narrow country that fills the space between Nigeria and Chad on the northeast, CAR to the southeast. Prior to incursions by Boko Haram nothing ever happened there... ian company Neptune has had exclusive import rights since September.
Recently, gasoline shortages have affected both former Total stations and competitors, with private companies struggling to obtain sufficient fuel. The shortages are attributed to limited stocks and inadequate supplies transported by road from Douala.
Despite ongoing disputes since acquiring Total's operations, Tamoil's owner, Rochefort & Associates, remains committed, focusing on reopening provincial stations and resuming airport activities.
For more than a month, CAR has faced a a series of fuel shortage, with Bangui being the hardest hit. Long lines of cars and cycle of violences queue at service stations, hoping to get fuel. While most stations are closed, a few struggle to stay open, working tirelessly to serve customers until they run out of fuel by around 10 am local time. This effort is insufficient as the price per liter has skyrocketed from 2,000 to 3,000 francs.
Street vendors are forced to go to neighboring Congo to procure fuel, reselling it at high prices. The economic impact is already evident, and concerns are growing across the country.

[Regnum] A group of ships of the Russian Navy will arrive at the port of Havana on June 12, Prensa Latina reported on June 6, citing a statement by the Ministry of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba.
“On June 12, there will be an official visit to the port of Havana by a group of Russian Navy ships consisting of four vessels,” the department said in a statement.
It is specified that the group includes the frigate Admiral Gorshkov, the nuclear submarine Kazan, the tanker Akademik Pashin and the rescue tug Nikolai Chiker. All ships, the Cuban ministry emphasized, do not have nuclear weapons, so their arrival in Havana does not pose a threat to the region.
The visit will end on June 17. As noted by the Ministry of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba, the visit is in line with the historical friendly relations between Moscow and Havana.
As Regnum reported, the American publication CBS reported on June 6 that Russia plans to begin naval exercises in the Caribbean in the near future. According to an American source cited by the publication, the exercises involve visits by Russian ships to the ports of Cuba and stops in Venezuela. Also, the source added, deployment or flights of some Russian aircraft are possible in the region.
On June 5, at a meeting with the heads of international news agencies, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia has the right to supply its weapons to regions from which sensitive attacks are expected on countries supplying weapons to Ukraine. However, he did not disclose to which countries the supply of weapons is possible.
According to the press secretary of the Russian leader, Dmitry Peskov, the West has already heard Putin’s signal about the Russian Federation’s readiness to supply weapons to opponents of Western countries. Peskov also noted that Russia has the right not to name the regions of such possible supplies.
According to these data, the exercises will become “part” of the Russian Federation’s response to the military support of Ukraine from the United States.
The publication's sources reported that Russian warships will make a stop in Cuba and Venezuela, and later, in the fall, will conduct another exercise in the region.
According to the agency, the US administration does not perceive the exercises as a threat, although Moscow did not warn about them. Russian warships have been sent to the Western Hemisphere before, the publication also said.
As Regnum reported, on June 5, at a meeting with the heads of international news agencies, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia has the right to supply its weapons to regions from which sensitive attacks are expected on countries supplying weapons to Ukraine.
“If someone considers it possible to supply such weapons to a combat zone to strike our territory and create problems for us, then why do we not have the right to supply our weapons of the same class to those regions of the world where strikes will be made on sensitive targets those countries that do this to Russia?” - said the president.
If the Armed Forces of Ukraine fire long-range weapons on Russian territory, there will be consequences for the countries that supplied these weapons, press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov told reporters on June 6 in response to a request to comment on the president’s statements.
On the Russian navy visit to Havana, Informant adds:
...a Russian Navy detachment consisting of the frigate Admiral Gorshkov, the nuclear submarine Kazan, the sea tanker Akademik Pashin and the tugboat Nikolai Chiker will arrive at the port of Havana.
The naval detachment will be in the capital of Cuba until June 17.

[Regnum] Somalia, Pakistan, Panama, Denmark and Greece will become non-permanent members of the UN Security Council for the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2026. The press service of the world organization reported this on June 6.
Every year, five non-permanent members leave the UN Security Council, and five new ones are elected to their places. To be included in the UN Security Council, each country must receive two-thirds of the votes from those present in the General Assembly hall.
In total, the Security Council includes 15 states, of which five are permanent members (Russia, USA, Great Britain, China, France) and 10 temporary.
As Regnum reported, official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said on April 27 that Moscow has always supported and continues to support the UN Security Council reform process. She recalled that a scrupulous negotiation process has been underway on this topic since 2009, aimed at developing a compromise solution that will enjoy the widest possible support, ideally consensus. The Russian side, together with like-minded people, is actively working on this, the diplomat added. In particular, Moscow insists on expanding the UN Security Council to include developing countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America.
[GEO.TV] After three failed bids earlier, Elon Musk's Starship successfully touched down in the Indian Ocean northwest of Australia Thursday after completing its fourth test flight, as the billionaire has aimed to take humanity to Mars.
A large number of debris flew off SpaceX's 33-raptor engine rocket in a video that was being live-streamed and connected with the company's Starlink satellite.
The camera was attached to the spaceship which provided the real-time trajectory, speed, and altitude of the vehicle even after its successful atmospheric re-entry.
Chief Engineer and CEO of SpaceX Elon Musk wrote on his social media platform: "Despite loss of many tiles and a damaged flap, Starship made it all the way to a soft landing in the ocean! Congratulations SpaceX team on an epic achievement!!"
The most powerful rocket ever lifted off from Starbase in Boca Chica, Texas at 7:50am local time. It entered the orbit and soared halfway across the globe, in a journey that lasted around an hour and five minutes.
