On TikTok, creators claim that that the oil can “detox” the body, but buyer beware: consuming castor oil, derived from the castor bean plant, can cause “explosive diarrhea.”

First heard about this a couple of weeks ago.
It's in a stand-up business park near two freeways, no rail access. It is convenient for dining and shopping, though.
It has yet to produce something resembling a product, likely won't for at least 6 months.
The US govt is leasing the site, will own all the capital goods, and is hire/leasing General Dynamics to run it.
