MM, they were able to do that because they were critical thinkers and able to go 'outside of the box' when it came to looking for solutions.

The Supreme Court will not skip them. The appeals process will likely take a year and allow the NY Appeals Court to destroy itself as well. By then, NY State will be in awful financial shape. The Supreme Court may sideswipe the case in its immunity ruling, but I don’t think so.
