[BREITBART] Fifteen states are now cooperating and threatening to sue the state of Maine over its radical transgender protection bill that would allow children to be trafficked across state lines into Maine where they would be protected by law while undergoing "gender-affirming care."
Maine is mulling a bill that would shield any child who wants to undergo transgender procedures no matter where he or she is from. The bill would also automatically invalidate any court action in any other state that might tend to disallow a child to undergo "gender-affirming care" because, in Maine, the procedures would be the patient’s "legal right."
Democrats in the blue state have introduced LD 227, the so-called "Maine Healthcare Freedom Act," a bill that would have far-reaching effects not just in Maine but in every other state.
The bill so radically invalidates any legal action in every other state and sets Maine up as a "sanctuary state" for the transgendering of children that a large number of other states have joined together to warn Maine that they will sue the state in federal court to stop the bill from becoming law.
The attorneys general from Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Montana, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia have signed a letter warning Maine not to "contravene the lawful policy choices of our States" with its bill to invalidate legal actions outside Maine.

This seems like it could circumvent a custody ruling. Snatch you son and book it to Maine, but him an Easybake Oven kit that he never wanted and declare sanctuary.

You know where this is going.
[Federalist] None of Democrats’ witnesses in a congressional hearing Tuesday could say resolutely that they believe only citizens should be able to vote in a federal election.
During a Senate Judiciary Hearing on the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, Republican Utah Sen. Mike Lee asked the witnesses to provide a basic "yes" or "no" answer to a series of questions about non-citizens voting.
"Do you believe that only citizens of the United States should be able to vote in federal elections?" Lee asked each of the witnesses.
"We don’t have a position about non-citizens voting in federal elections, we believe that’s what the current laws are, and so we’re certainly fighting for everyone who is eligible under current law to vote," Executive Director of The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law Damon T. Hewitt said.
"That’s a decision of the state law but I want to emphasize —" President of Southwest Voter Registration Education Project Lydia Camarillo said.
"It’s a decision of state law as to who should vote in federal elections?" Lee interjected.

I think we can all agree they have betrayed the citizens of the United States and should not only be forcibly removed from their positions, but hanged for sedition and treason.

[Washington Examiner] Newly unearthed communications records show for the first time that the CIA played limited but key roles during the Jan. 6 Capitol riots. FBI? No, he was likely on a different contract.
Some 88 pages of documents that Judicial Watch shared with Secrets reveal the spy agency put "several" dog teams on alert near the Capitol and that it assigned "bomb techs" to the House side neighborhood where explosive devices were found at Republican National Committee and Democratic National Committee headquarters.
The revelations were in heavily redacted documents provided to Judicial Watch, which had sued under the Freedom of Information Act for intelligence communications on Jan. 6, 2021, when pro-Trump supporters went to the Capitol to urge an end to the certification of President Joe Biden’s victory, some violently.
While virtually all federal and city police had some involvement in dispatching the crowds that day, the CIA has remained in the background.

If the CIA has involvement in American elections, which they shouldn’t, the pipe bomb incidents, Ray Epps operation and the guy shooting blanks would be the types of activity one might expect.

/\ Clandestinely funding NGO's to ferry migrants to Texas, Arizona, and Mexico....yet another potential venue and "activity." Not to mention unmarked airplanes transporting migrants from unknown points of origin.
[REDSTATE] On Wednesday, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp (R) signed a bill into law that is designed to reign in rogue prosecutors amid scrutiny of Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, particularly regarding her prosecution of former President Donald Trump ...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party... The new law grants the Prosecuting Attorneys Qualifications Commission, established just last year, the authority to establish its own rules for disciplining and removing prosecutors without seeking state Supreme Court approval.
At the bill signing ceremony, Kemp said the bill would help address the rising crime rate, saying,
This legislation will help us ensure rogue and incompetent prosecutors are held accountable if they refuse to uphold the law. As we know all too well, crime has been on the rise across the country, and is especially prevalent in cities where prosecutors are giving criminals a free pass or failing to put them behind bars due to lack of professional conduct.
The law would make district attorneys and solicitors general prosecuting low-level cases in county jurisdictions to review each case individually, rather than refusing to prosecute entire categories of offenses. The law is being compared to Texas legislation enacted so that prosecutors could not refuse to prosecute all child sacrifice abortion-related crimes.
The Governor condemned prosecutors for putting political agendas ahead of public safety, saying:
When prosecutors prioritize political agendas over public safety, it jeopardizes the well-being of our communities, endangering lives and property. Today, we reaffirm our commitment to safeguarding public safety and ensuring that prosecutors prioritize justice. Georgians deserve nothing less than a secure environment within their own neighborhoods.
[BREITBART] CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... senior legal analyst Elie Honig said Wednesday on CNN’s "Newsroom" that Fulton County, GA Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee dismissing multiple charges in former President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and whatever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... ’s Georgia election racketeering case is "embarrassing" for Fulton County, GA District Attorney Fani Willis and her team.
Honig said, "I don’t think this ruling changes the type of evidence that the DA’s going to be able to introduce, but it does knock out some of the charges and look, it’s embarrassing for prosecutors. It’s a screwup by prosecutors when you bring a charge and then a judge throws it out before it even goes to trial."
He continued, "There have been several screwups, frankly, by the DA throughout the history of this case. Going back to the investigative phase, the DA got herself disqualified from a small piece of the case because she created a political conflict of interest. The judge who was overseeing the grand jury removed Fani Willis from the case. We’ve seen Fani Willis make public statements in the church and elsewhere that have now been called into question that I think violate the ethics of prosecutorial rules and now we’ve seen six of the charges thrown out of the case and unlike the conflict of interest issue, this does go to the charges against the defendant. This does go to the indictment itself."
Honig added, "There is still a case. The lead charge, the racketeering case is still in place, but this is a setback."

The judge peeled six pieces of spaghetti off the wall and left 35. They were charges where nobody could figure out what was being charged. Not sure that this is significant although it does make you wonder about the quality of lawyers in the Fulton County DAs Office.

[KTLA] Former Major League Baseball slugger Steve Garvey has moved ahead of U.S. Rep. Adam Schiff ...Showboating U.S. Representative for California's 28th congressional district since 2013. A member of the Democratic Party, Schiff has served in Congress since 2001. He currently serves as the chairman of the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. In a manner reminiscent of Joe McCarthy, on March 22, 2017, in a interview with Chuck Todd on MSNBC Schiff claimed there was “more than circumstantial evidence now” that Donald Trump's campaign colluded with Russia." Todd followed up by asking if he had seen direct evidence of collusion and Schiff responded that there was "evidence that is not circumstantial and is very much worthy of investigation"... in Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party,’s U.S. Senate primary — a significant feat despite the November runoff having already been determined.
As of Wednesday morning, Garvey led Schiff by an incredibly slim margin of just 4,801 votes with more than 5 million votes tallied, about 85% of expected returns.
Schiff, one of the leading Democrats in the U.S. House, will face Garvey, a Republican, in November to determine who succeeds the late Sen. Dianne Feinstein ...Dem Senator-for-Life from Caliphornica. She has been a politician since about the time she was weaned. Feinstein was the author of the 1994 Federal Assault Weapons Ban, and tried it a second time in 2012. Feinstein has chaired the Select Committee on Intelligence since 2009. At age 80, Feinstein is the oldest currently serving United States Senator.... . California puts all candidates, regardless of party, on the same primary ballot, and the two who get the most votes advance to the general election.

Realistically, the Dems had for or more dirt bag selections: Dirt Bag Classic, Cherry Dirt Bag, Dirt Bag Zero etc.. it is expected that they will coalesce around a Turd Sandwich and commence to chowing down.

Garvey is a likable kind of guy with a lot of positive name recognition. Schiff Head is a reptile. Still, we do have to worry about Dominion.
