[WSB TV2 Atlanta] The death of a newborn baby decapitated during childbirth has been determined to be a homicide, the Clayton County Medical Examiner’s Office announced on Tuesday.
Clayton County police said Tuesday that it has completed its investigation into the death of the decapitated newborn and they’ve turned the case over to the district attorney’s office.
It was last July when Watkins Funeral Home general manager Sylvania Watkins got a call from the family of Jessica Ross after her baby boy, Treveon Taylor Jr., died during childbirth.
"After we retrieved the body from Southern Regional, I was called downstairs to come and see what they had brought back from the hospital and that’s when I noticed the baby’s head was not attached to the body," Watkins recalled to Channel 2′s Candace McCowan. "This is what raised the red flag, to receive this baby from the hospital with that condition, that was the first red flag. Actually, this baby should’ve come from the medical examiner from the jump, so that’s how I ended up calling the medical examiner to see if it was reported."
A Kentucky trans suspect accused of sexually abusing a baby at a daycare has been given a sweetheart deal to avoid prison time. Maria Childers was able to plead down the felonies to a single misdemeanor. Read: https://t.co/KTvIgWkZLi
A Kentucky trans-identified biological male who has been charged with sexually abusing a baby will not face jail time after reaching a plea agreement with prosecutors.
In Kentucky? Is that wise?
Maria "Mark" Childers, a transgender daycare worker in Kentucky, had been charged with one count of first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 and three counts of first-degree criminal abuse of a child under 12.
On January 29, 2024, Childers struck an agreement with prosecutors which included entering a guilty plea in exchange for his charge of first-degree sexual abuse of a victim under 12 to be amended to sexual misconduct, which is a Class A misdemeanor. The remaining abuse charges were also dropped, according to Reduxx.
Childers, who first began identifying as a woman seven years ago, was represented by prominent trans activist lawyer Madison Leach. Hang em together
Childers had been sentenced to 12 months in prison, but the judge postponed sentencing in favor of a 6-month conditional discharge. In addition to avoiding incarceration, the defendant may be able to clear his criminal record if he adheres to the conditions of the conditional discharge, per the outlet.
Childers was arrested in February 2023 after the Department of Community Based Services (DCBS) received an anonymous tip that had accused Childers of inappropriately touching a baby while changing the baby's diaper, and also making inappropriate comments to the infant during the act. The abuse occurred in November of 2022 at Explore Learning Academy.
Childers was accused of both sexual and physical abuse while employed at the daycare, according to court documents.
On February 8, 2022, a DCBS case worker and a police officer from the Paducah Police Department went to interview witnesses and the daycare who authorities say corroborated the tipster's claims. The tipster was revealed in court documents to be one of Childer's co-workers.
[Gateway] The Gateway Pundit reported that former Fox News host Tucker Carlson traveled to Moscow to interview Vladimir Putin.
Rabidly pro-Ukraine shills and globalists are furious that Carlson is once again pushing back against the required narratives and letting people make up their own minds.
Now, anti-free speech globalists at the European Union are said to be considering a travel ban for Carlson over the interview, which will air on Thursday night.
Carlson explained his motive for interviewing Putin in a video statement on Tuesday, saying, "Most Americans have no idea why Putin invaded Ukraine or what his goals are now."
"We are not here because we love Vladimir Putin....We are not encouraging you to agree with what Putin may say in this interview, but we are urging you to watch it. You should know as much as you can."
This is likely to be a very interesting interview for multiple reasons. The “western world” has not heard much unfiltered or unscripted news about Russian President Vladimir Putin for several years, essentially since the sanctions were imposed in the aftermath of Russia’s entry into Ukraine and the subsequent war.The backlash against Tucker Carlson has been extreme ever since his entry into Russia and visibility in Moscow was noticed. President Putin having the ability to speak directly to a western audience is not something any of the western government officials are comfortable with.

All this angst from the same people who constantly tell us that worrying about privacy comes down to "If you aren't doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about."
Hmmmmm...

"TUCKER: What do you think of American football?
PUTIN: It’s an interesting sport. But why do you call it football when the ball is almost always played with the hands? It also seems needlessly violent at times.
TUCKER: That’s true. Will you be watching?
PUTIN: The game will not be shown in Russia.
TUCKER: So you won’t get to see Taylor Swift either then?

I've been convinced by the usual suspects to check it out, but if that is transcript, now I'm in.
'Because if we called it three tenths meter ball, we'd never have made it to the moon.'

Raiders Fan: I don't care who the Chiefs play, I want them to lose so bad Taylor Swift gets plastered and throws up over the VIP balcony.

Raiders and Chiefs have never liked each other but I never liked the 49ers either. In fact, ever since that take a knee business, I've pretty much given up on the NFL. I would say I have no dog in this fight but I grow weary of Taylor Swift.

There are two kinds of countries in the world - those who have landed men on the Moon, and those who use the metric system.
[AFRICANEWS] Marauding hyenas killed a man and wounded two people near a university outside the Kenyan capital, officials said Tuesday. Important safety tip: When in Kenya, don't pet the hyenas.
Anthony Pasha was dismembered and killed by hyenas while he was collecting firewood at a forest close to his home, according to family members.
"The hyena attacked him and it chased him away from the forest. He left his firewood and then the hyenas dragged him down this stream and finished him off here," said his cousin Kaaji Lesian.
Pasha's brother ran to his rescue after hearing screams from 21-year-old student, Kevin Mwenda, not knowing that his brother was also being attacked.
With incidents involving hyenas increasingly frequent in the area which borders the Nairobi National Park, residents are angry.
"The government should help us. Everything has been killed in this homestead. Cows were killed, goats, and now its people. We haven’t found any part of the deceased,” said Pasha’s relative, Gladys Maingu.
“We have not been given any help. The other two injured victims have been admitted to the hospital. We have not been offered any help from the authorities. How long must we suffer?"

[AFRICANEWS] Residents and analysts reacted on Tuesday to the postponement of elections in Senegal ... a nation of about 14 million on the west coast of Africa bordering Mauretania to the north, Mali to the east, and a pair of Guineas to the south, one of them Bissau. It is 90 percent Mohammedan and has more than 80 political parties. Its primary purpose seems to be absorbing refugees... In the streets of Dakar, many are wondering about the future of the country and its stability.
The postponement has revealed a period of uncertainty, with many Senegalese wondering about the repercussions of the decision and its legitimacy.
"It's a whole population that is devastated (by this decision). We even want to change our nationality. How long will this postponement last?" said Pape Alioune Dieme, resident of Dakar.
"In any case, we're very worried about the situation in this country", he added.
President Macky Sall postponed the Feb. 25 vote, citing an electoral dispute between the parliament and the judiciary regarding some candidacies.
Opposition leaders and candidates rejected the decision, calling it a "coup."
Analyst Mucahid Durmaz said that while news of election postponement will not lead to "destructive" unrest compared to the 2021 protests in the country, it represents a warning.
Senegal is "seen as a beacon of democratic stability" in the West African region, he added, and the postponement of elections will "accelerate the democratic decline" of neighbouring countries, he said.
Several opposition politicians were blocked from voting on Monday as parliament rescheduled the election for December, prompting outrage and condemnation.
Sall's time in office had been set to end on April 2.
