Whoopee!!! Still no representative justice.
For a Execution Sentence for Murder to be a deterrent, the appeals process must be clean, detailed, and limited to 5 years. An the execution must be by hanging and in PUBLIC Square.
This POS was convicted of the murder of Elizabeth Sennett 36 years ago back in 1988.
The other 2 POS's:
John Forrest Parker, was executed by lethal injection in 2010, (22 later years)
Billy Gray Williams, was sentenced to life in prison and died behind bars in 2020.(32 later years)
Where is the justice after taking so long?
May GOD severely judge PASTOR Sennett who arranged the murder to collect on an insurance policy that he had taken out on his wife.

You have to decrease the O2 level suddenly, not slowly, without changing the temperature or otherwise distressing the person. What did the setup look like?

I thought that hanging removed the oxygen supply rather rapidly. What's the problem? I thought that impaling would be clean and efficient. What's the ptoblem? I thought that Madame Guillotine took cre of both sides of this. What's the problem?
[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] A group of transgender veterans has sued the Department of Veteran Affairs to make them provide and pay for sex-change surgeries on the taxpayer's dime.
The Transgender American Veterans Association (TAVA) wants VA Secretary Denis McDonough to come good on pledges to offer sex-reassignment procedures to former service members.
The campaigners say they are 'essential and lifesaving medical care' for a suicide-prone group that suffers from high rates of depression and psychological distress.
TAVA counts some 163,000 trans veterans. The suit could open the door to tens of thousands of claims for taxpayer-funded ops that cost more than $100,000 for head-to-toe gender reversals.

They are making the military into a sex change program. If you are a gay tranny and cant afford the surgery, you join the military for four years - that's a reality. Another reality is that the tranny's typically get desk jobs, they arent assigned infantry.
And now they are making it retro-active and available to past veterans.

Hospitals make money on elective surgeries. Covid killed that. Post Covid a monstrous new industry was born with ready made lobbyists and an ideological agenda to support it.

I talked to an Army recruiter (not to join, I'm retired from the Navy) about having trans people in the military. He said that the only long term medication you can be taking and still join the Army is birth control.
So people who are trans can't join, because they have to take hormone treatments all the time. We didn't discuss what happens if you go trans after enlisting. Or after serving. I didn't think you got lifetime care unless the injury was service connected, or you were retired

Good point Jefe, and two years of screen-to-screen advertising to a captive consumer.
[AFRICANEWS] The leader of Guinea's ruling junta, Colonel Mamady Doumbouya, has been granted the rank of general, according to an announcement made by the presidency on social media.
Colonel Doumbouya, 43, assumed control of Guinea following the ousting of the country's first democratically elected president, Alpha Conde, in September 2021. Initially appointed by Conde to lead the special forces group tasked with safeguarding the head of state from potential coups, Doumbouya later orchestrated the September 2021 coup, contributing to a series of political upheavals in West Africa since 2020, including incidents in Mali, Burkina Faso ...The country in west Africa that they put where Upper Volta used to be. Its capital is Oogadooga, or something like that. Its president used to be Blaise Compaoré, who took office in 1987 and was chased out in 2014. Now it's the usual army officer type guy, Captain Ibrahim Traore, running things, who's just doing a bang-up job unless he's already been deposed... , and Niger.
Sworn in as president for a designated transitional period, Doumbouya pledged to implement comprehensive reforms in Guinea, a nation still grappling with poverty despite its abundant natural resources.
In a meeting on Tuesday, Doumbouya convened with all of Guinea's military units, engaging with over 450 members of the Defence and Security Forces, as highlighted by the presidency on social media. The statement revealed that the entire Defense and Security Forces expressed their collective desire to witness the head of state elevated to the rank of general.
Initially hesitating "in his usual humility," Doumbouya eventually accepted the prestigious position, as reported by the presidency. Concurrently, he disclosed his decision to step down as commander of the special forces group, with his deputy, Lieutenant Colonel Mouctar Kaba, poised to assume the role.
[AFRICANEWS] A Rwandan official said Thursday (Jan. 25) that the remains of 119 people believed to be victims of the 1994 genocide have been discovered in the country’s south, as authorities continue to find mass graves nearly three decades after the killings.
The remains of more victims continue to be found because perpetrators of the genocide tried their best to hide possibly incriminating information, Naphtal Ahishakiye, executive secretary of the genocide survivors’ organization Ibuka, told The News Agency that Dare Not be Named.
In October, authorities first found six bodies under a house that was being built in Huye district. They have since found more bodies there after investigating further, he said.
In April, Rwanda will commemorate the 30th anniversary of the genocide, in which an estimated 800,000 Tutsi and Hutu who were not gunnies were killed by Hutu murderous Moslems.
Louise Uwimana, a genocide survivor and resident of Huye district, said she was saddened to learn that her neighbors had concealed information about mass graves at a time when the government is encouraging reconciliation.
[GEO.TV] Microsoft is undertaking significant layoffs this week, affecting 1,900 employees at Activision Blizzard and Xbox, The Verge reported.
While the majority of the job cuts are concentrated at Activision Blizzard, some employees from the Xbox and ZeniMax divisions will also be impacted by the restructuring.
The layoffs represent approximately 8 percent of the overall Microsoft Gaming division, which comprises around 22,000 employees. Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer confirmed the workforce reduction in an internal memo obtained by The Verge.
Alongside these changes, Blizzard president Mike Ybarra has opted to leave the company. Matt Booty, Microsoft’s game content and studios president, conveyed in an internal memo that: "Now that he [Ybarra] has seen the acquisition through as Blizzard’s president, he has decided to leave the company."
Microsoft is set to announce a new president for Blizzard next week. Additionally, Blizzard’s chief design officer, Allen Adham, is departing the company. Booty remarked: "His influence will be felt for years to come, both directly and indirectly as Allen plans to continue mentoring young designers across the industry."
As part of the restructuring, Blizzard’s previously revealed survival game has been cancelled, with Microsoft redirecting some team members to other promising projects in the early stages of development.
These layoffs come in the same month that various tech companies, including Riot Games, Google, Discord, Twitch, Unity, and eBay, announced workforce reductions. Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard, completed in October for $68.7 billion, marked one of the largest in the gaming industry.
The restructuring follows leadership changes at Xbox a few months ago, with Sarah Bond becoming Xbox president and Matt Booty being promoted to president of game content and studios.

Trimming the fat. Yes, at home but no longer working.

Tech and media companies are all letting people go. The notion that there's an unlimited demand for anything, let alone computer games and crap like Vice, Buzzfeed, LA Times and WaPo is slowly being grasped, at least in some of the C suites.

AI will make up more imaginative lies and all future games will be a mash-up of games already made.
When game features become part of your server management package, that will be a feature, not a bug.

Most top gaming programmers are 'gypsies' by trade. They work on start ups and development then move on to another project at another company when the product is matured enough in the publication schedule. The 'C' team is left with clean up (updates and fixes) near the end.

Well Blizzard has been a dumpster fire for a decade now and just keeps pumping out crap games. No one likes them and is buying their stuff anymore.
The lesser known Disney treatment story arc. Blizzard used to be top of the line.

i program web apps and use c# to program for legacy apps. I use c# rather than c++ because i like the syntax better. That being said the c# platform (visual studio) is obese. It amuses me to hear the story of MS being asked by IBM to write an OS for IBMs new PC and MS referring them to another shop who were out hang gliding that day.

[Regnum] The first Japanese Smart Lander for Investigating Moon (SLIM) module landed on the lunar surface with an accuracy of 55 meters. The Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) reported this on January 25 on its website.
“Analysis of data acquired before the power outage confirmed that SLIM reached the lunar surface approximately 55 m east of the original target landing site,” the report said.
It is noted that in this way JAXA confirmed the fulfillment of the task assigned to the spacecraft - landing with an accuracy of up to 100 meters from a given point.
According to the agency, the module’s operation can resume if, when the angle of incidence of the sun’s rays changes, conditions arise for the operation of the device’s solar batteries.
As Regnum reported, on January 19, JAXA announced the landing of the first SLIM research module on the Moon. It was noted that the module landed in the area of the lunar crater Scioli on the visible side of the Earth’s natural satellite.
Later that day, JAXA reported problems with SLIM's solar power generation. Because of this, the agency has given priority to collecting data on the lunar surface.
Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida on January 20 called the landing of the SLIM module on the Moon extremely joyful news for the country. Japan became the fifth country after the USSR, USA, China and India to land its spacecraft on the surface of the Earth's natural satellite.
Ingenuity's Mission was to test the flight control technology (not everyone was convinced it could fly on mars) and fly five times over 30 Sols. This little guy lasted 3 extra years beyond the mission is was designed for.

/\ As the unclassified summary explains, the DoD OIG found that the DoD does not have a comprehensive, coordinated approach to address UAP. For example, the DoD OIG determined that DoD Components developed varying processes to collect, analyze, and identify UAP incidents.
