Given the 'rock bottom' integrity of the propaganda lame stream media what would you expect. All brought to you by SCOTUS and their public/private status of libel laws, ignoring the 'equal before the law' of the 14th Amendment.
[Breitbart] Hunter Biden knew the identities of 70 percent of his “anonymous” art buyers after the White House claimed Hunter was “not involved in the sale or discussions about the sale of his art,” and that Hunter will not be “informed” of “who is purchasing his art,” the House Oversight Committee found Tuesday.
Hunter’s art sales worry Republicans due to the often nefarious nature of the art world:
Money laundering is a major issue in the industry, according to a 2020 Senate report.
Some Republicans believe the Biden business laundered money.
The revelations show “no evidence of wrongdoing by President Biden,” House Oversight Committee Ranking Member Jamie Raskin (D-MD) said in a statement. “Biden had no knowledge of, or role in, these art sales.”
House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer (R-KY) said the White House “appears to have deceived” about the art sales.
“Hunter Biden’s gallerist never had any communication with the White House about such an agreement to make sure there was any sort of ethics compliance at all, and he provided information to the committee revealing how Hunter Biden’s amateur art career is an ethics nightmare,” he said in a statment obtained by Breitbart News. “The White House has a lot of explaining to do about misleading the American people.”
Hunter’s art dealer, Georges Bergès, who owns a New York art gallery, recently sat for an interview with House impeachment inquiry. Hunter knew the vast majority of the individuals who bought his art, Bergès admitted to Comer. The buyers include Elizabeth Hirsch Naftali and Kevin Morris, the Messenger reported:
The second source said Bergès never disclosed to Hunter Biden who the buyers of his artwork were. Bergès affirmed he did not target Democratic donors to sell Hunter Biden’s paintings and that most of the buyers were not donors. The first source confirmed that it appears Hunter Biden found out about the buyers on his own, without Bergès revealing the identities.
Naftali paid $42,000 in February 2021, while Morris paid Hunter $875,000 for artwork in January 2023, the committee said.
Naftali is a prominent Biden donor and Biden appointee to the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad. It is unknown if Naftali’s purchase occurred before or after her appointment to that position.

Hunter is not an artist. Artists study and create art from a young age, learning techniques from teachers and practice. Hunter is a hobbyist. Art wasn’t what was being sold, we were.

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news]
Dr Anthony Fauci admitted that the lab leak Covid origin theory was credible as he shed more light on the chaotic decision-making process behind the scenes of America's pandemic response.
During his second day of marathon grilling by Congress, the former White House advisor confessed that the lab leak - the idea Covid was engineered and accidentally released from a lab in Wuhan - was 'not a conspiracy theory'.
The U-turn is significant because he was the chief architect of a 2020 paper that discounted the theory. Fauci's friends and former colleagues also spearheaded a paper in the Lancet that called believers conspiracy theorists and racists.
Fauci, 83, sat before the House coronavirus subcommittee for a second seven-hour stretch of questioning on Tuesday about the pandemic response that he oversaw and its myriad flaws.
The infectious disease expert said that data did not support recommendations to keep six feet of distance from another person and that vaccine mandates he personally advised likely increased vaccine hesitancy.

2020+ Covid Sham. - When our Government appointed "Experts" DC Swamp talking heads, China and Main Stream Media all lied to the world about a Illegal Gain of Function Lab Accident, that caused a Pandemic killing millions.
Question: When can we expect to see the wave of Slander/Libel Lawsuits brought by the True Experts that were hounded and punished for presenting the truth?
[NRO] The Ohio House of Representatives on Wednesday afternoon voted to override Governor Mike DeWine’s veto of legislation that would ban child gender transition hormone therapy and surgeries as well as boys in girls’ sports.
In a 65—28 vote, the chamber, after convening for a special session, rejected the Republican governor’s attempt to kill the SAFE Act. The bill now heads to the state senate, which will be in session on January 24, for an override vote.
In a statement following his veto, DeWine explained that he’d be announcing subsequent action specifically regarding child gender transition procedures, but not hormone injections and puberty blockers. Last week, DeWine issued an "emergency" executive order barring physicians from performing gender-transition surgeries, such as mastectomies and hysterectomies, on kids in Ohio’s hospitals and health-care facilities.
DeWine, a Republican, came under fire for vetoing the bill previously. He defended his decisions by arguing that signing the bill “would be saying that the state…knows better what is medically best for the child than the two people who love that child the most – the parents.”
It was later revealed that DeWine had received substantial donations from medical organizations that favored the use of “gender-affirming care” on children.
A review of donations from 2018 to 2023 found that the governor received $40,300 from the Ohio Children’s Hospital Association (OCHA), Cincinnati Children’s, Nationwide Children’s Hospital and ProMedica Children’s Hospital, all of whom support transgender medical care.

gender is simply and rationally deduced by observing ones crotch. That's the way of nature. One with nuts should not be proclaiming that he is a female. All animal life depends on penis and vagina not what you wish you were.
Krispy Kreme and Trump haterz hardest hit [NBC] WINDHAM, N.H. — Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie announced Wednesday that he is getting out of the 2024 presidential campaign — as his main competition for moderate votes in the New Hampshire primary, Nikki Haley, gains on Donald Trump in the state.
"It’s clear to me tonight that there isn’t a path for me to win the nomination," Christie told voters at an evening event. "Which is why I’m suspending my campaign for president of the United States."
"I want to promise you this," Christie continued. "I’m going to make sure that in no way do I enable Donald Trump to ever be president of the United States again. And that’s more important than my own personal ambition."
Christie is not expected to make any endorsement at this time, according to a source familiar with the campaign, who speculated that Christie may want to wait until after the Iowa caucuses next Monday before making any announcement to amplify its effect.
A Christie fundraiser said she heard from the candidate himself that he would be dropping out.
[WASHINGTONEXAMINER] Rep. the mealy-mouthed Steny StinkyHoyer ...Nancy San Fran Nan Pelosi's second banana, or plaintain, or mango, or whatever he is. Number Two, anyway... (D-MD) announced his intention to run for reelection Monday, citing his concern for the "soul of America."
Hoyer, 84, has held his position since 1981. He has served as House majority leader twice during his tenure, with the latest being from 2019-2023. On Monday, he announced he would run for his seat again, pointing to the rule of House Republicans as necessitating his decision.
"During this coming election, the values, character, and very soul of America are at risk," Hoyer said in a statement.
"Freedom, which makes our nation exceptional, will be on the ballot. That freedom, that democracy, has been preserved by the blood and ballots of patriots so that, in Lincoln’s words, this nation ’...should not perish from the earth,'" he added.
"Given these stakes, I believe I have more work to complete on behalf of my district, my state, and my country," he continued. "I am blessed to have the good health, strength, and enduring passion necessary to continue serving my constituents at this decisive moment for Maryland and America."
[WASHINGTONEXAMINER] Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren and Colleen Holland both have asked the White House to be removed from consideration for lifetime judiciary posts after being nominated by President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Old, boring, a plagiarist, fond of hair sniffing and grabbing the protruding parts of women, and not whatcha call brilliant... or is that an act?... in 2023.
Bjelkengren in particular, whom Biden nominated to serve in the Eastern District of Washington, drew fire during a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing in January 2023 over her answers to questions from Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) regarding the Constitution.
Both nominations expired at the end of the previous year, and neither was included in the list of 18 nominations resubmitted by the White House to the Senate on Monday. The president reserves the right to re-submit any expired nominations to the Senate at a later date.
Kennedy told the Washington Examiner in a statement on Wednesday that Bjelkengren was right to withdraw her name from consideration.
"Biden sent us a nominee who didn’t know the basics of the U.S. Constitution," he wrote. "Judge Bjelkengren is right to bow out. Unfortunately, Biden just keeps trying to put unqualified people on the bench — for life. People who don’t know the law have no business running our courtrooms."
The pair represents two of Biden’s five judicial nominations that expired heading into the New Year. Bjelkengren, who is currently a superior court judge in Spokane County, Washington, confirmed to Rooters that she had asked the White House to withdraw her nomination.
"I asked the President not to re-nominate me due to the uncertainty of my confirmation, and in order to advance the important work of the federal judiciary," Bjelkengren wrote in a statement. "My hope is for the swift confirmation of the next nominee."
Holland, who told Rooters that her decision to withdraw her name from consideration was a "personal decision," had been nominated to fill a vacancy on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. Unlike Bjelkengren, Holland was a career clerk and had worked as special counsel to the Western District of New York’s Chief Judge Elizabeth Wolford since 2018.
The White House declined to comment on any of the five judicial nominations that expired heading into 2024 but did submit nearly 50 nominations and renominations, including acting Labor Secretary Julie Su, to the Senate on Monday.

I have not looked at Kennedy’s voting record in depth, but I have never seen him appear as a random Schumer accomplish as part of Mitch’s Uniparty shenanigans. He is one of the few Senators that appear willing to ruffle feathers and resist the urge to go along to get along. In my book, he is an American hero.
