How mortifying — once again Israel does Egypt’s job.
[IsraelTimes] A senior IDF officer has returned from Egypt after holding talks relating to the ongoing Israel-Hamas ...one of the armed feet of the Moslem Brüderbund millipede,... war in the Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... Strip, Channel 13 news reports.
Citing unnamed senior security figures, the network says the discussions dealt with increasing humanitarian aid into Gaza and the future of the Philidelphi Route, which runs along border between the Strip and Egypt.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said last month that once the war in Gaza is over, Israel will retain security control of the enclave’s territory along the border with Egypt to prevent weapons from being smuggled through tunnels into the Strip.
The report further says that efforts to increase aid for Gaza were the most significant focus of the talks, while quoting the senior Israeli officials saying there’s been no breakthrough on a new agreement to release hostages being held by Hamas terrorists.

[GEO.TV] The once-tranquil landscape of Ecuador is now marred by escalating gang violence, pushing President Daniel Noboa to declare an "armed internal conflict" and impose a state of emergency.
The recent turmoil, sparked by the escape of notorious gang leader Adolfo Macías Villamar, has seen unprecedented acts of violence, including armed assailants storming a TV studio.
The crisis unfolded on January 7, as police attempted to transfer "Fito" from La Regional prison to the supposedly safer La Roca. However, women are made to be loved, not understood... Fito had been tipped off and escaped, triggering riots in multiple prisons across Ecuador.
The power dynamics within these prisons, controlled by rival gangs, create a volatile environment, often resulting in deadly conflicts.
Ecuador's geographical position between major cocaine-producing countries, Colombia and Peru, has made it an attractive transit point for narcos.
Transnational criminal groups, including Mexican cartels and Balkan gangs, exploit Ecuador's large ports on the Pacific coast, contributing to the rise of organised crime.
In response to the escalating violence, President Noboa declared a state of emergency, authorising the deployment of the armed forces to restore order.
A nationwide curfew was implemented, granting police extensive search powers to address the security crisis.
The gangs, defiant in the face of the state of emergency, retaliated by kidnapping a police officer and issuing a threatening statement.
President Noboa, acknowledging the severity of the situation, declared an "armed internal conflict" and identified 22 gangs as "terrorist organizations."
He emphasised a no-negotiation stance with the violent mostly peaceful groups, signalling a determined effort to neutralise their impact.
The crisis presents a significant challenge for President Noboa, who assumed office just two months ago.
Elected on a promise to combat gang-related violence, he now faces the urgent task of quelling not only prison unrest but also the spillover of violence onto the streets of Ecuador's major cities.
The population, fearful and confined to their homes, awaits decisive action to restore order and peace.
An explosive device was detonated by unidentified attackers on a pedestrian bridge in the capital of Ecuador, Quito. The press service of the city police reported this on January 10 on the social network X.
“Following a report of the detonation of an explosive device on the pedestrian bridge over Panamericana Norte Avenue, the patrol confirmed property damage,” the statement said.
It is clarified that there were no casualties or injuries as a result of the explosion. Operational measures have been launched to search for the organizers of the explosion, which the police classified as a terrorist attack.
According to local media, a similar incident occurred earlier at the exit from the city, at a pedestrian crossing across the General Rumiñaoui Highway.
Earlier , IA Regnum reported that the President of Ecuador, Daniel Noboa, against the backdrop of unrest in the country and the escape from prison of the leaders of large criminal gangs, on January 8 introduced a state of emergency for 60 days in order to involve the armed forces in restoring control over the penitentiary system.
However, unrest and clashes with police intensified. Armed men, hiding their faces under masks, broke into the studio of the Ecuadorian television channel TC in the city of Guayaquil on January 9 and took company employees hostage. On the same day, President Noboa introduced a regime of internal armed conflict in the country.
On January 10, the military deployed equipment to the center of the capital of Ecuador, carrying out an order to neutralize illegal armed groups.

Rarely is the underlying unhappy racial component, especially in Guayaquil, reported on: "GENEVA / QUITO (23 December 2019) —The Government of Ecuador must step up efforts to enforce the law and implement plans to end racial discrimination suffered by Afro-Ecuadorians and people of African descent, a group of UN human rights experts* has concluded after visiting the country. “People are suffering particularly in their ability to access justice, security, land, clean water, education, healthcare, housing and economic opportunity,” said the chair of the UN Working Group on People of African Descent, Ahmed Reid, presenting a statement at the end of the visit. “Only 7.2% of the population are Afro-Ecuadorians, but they make up 40% of those living in poverty..."

#2Been to Chicago, no sweat. FYI: The Conversation, Dec 17, 2017. "A second critique of racism in Mexico is that yes, it exists, but it is not as bad as in other places in the region, like Brazil or the United States. Our study runs contrary to that argument. Among nations surveyed in the Americas Barometer, Mexico ranks fourth in terms of the negative impact of skin-tone on an individual’s wealth, behind Bolivia, Uruguay and Ecuador. On the relationship between race and lower levels of education, Mexico moves up one spot to trail only Ecuador and Trinidad and Tobago. Indeed, the sole place in the Americas where people of color seem to fare worse overall than in Mexico is Ecuador, where Americas Barometer data shows that having dark skin reduces educational achievement by one year more than it does in Mexico.
[GEO.TV] The Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld former president General (retd) Pervez Perv Musharraf ...former dictator of Pakistain, who was less dictatorial and corrupt than any Pak civilian government to date... 's death sentence ...the barbaric practice of sentencing a murderer to be punished for as long as his/her/its victim is dead... awarded to him by a special court in 2019 in a "high treason case". Makes no difference that he's already dead. See Synod Horrenda for further details.
A four-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistain (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa and comprising Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Aminuddin Khan and Justice Athar Minallah conducted the hearing.
On December 17, 2019, a special court awarded the death sentence to the former ruler under Article 6 of the Constitution after a case of high treason was filed against him during Pakistain Moslem League-Nawaz's (PML-N) tenure for his "unconstitutional" decision to impose an emergency in November 2007.
On Jan 13, 2020, the Lahore High Court (LHC) declared the verdict, given by the special court formed to hear the high treason case under Article 6, "unconstitutional".
Following this, the LHC verdict was challenged by the Pakistain Bar Council and several senior lawyers including Taufeeq Asif.
The court today announced the reserved verdict on the appeal filed by the former ruler against the death sentence which was handed to him and declared it ineffective for non-compliance.
"Pervez Musharraf's heirs did not follow the case even on multiple notices," the SC remarked while rejecting the former president's appeal.
Musharraf's counsel, Salman Safdar, said that he tried contacting Musharraf's family after the court decided to hear the appeal but the family never responded to him.
[American Thinker] To no one’s surprise, on a 3,000-strong UNRWA teacher’s chat group in Gaza, when news of the October 7 Hamas massacre broke, the group’s members celebrated wildly upon hearing about the rape, torture, and murder of Israelis. This is a reminder that a significant factor in the continuing terrorism directed at Israeli and the pathology of the Gazastinians and West Bankians is paid for and supported by the UN—which means that America is funding it because we pay 22% of the regular budget and 25% of the peacekeeping budget.
I’ve written before about the utter toxicity that is UNRWA (aka the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East), so I’ll keep this brief. UNRWA’s only responsibility for 75 years has been to support so-called Palestinian refugees. No other group in the history of the world that experienced a period as refugees has ever had this kind of bureaucratic resource.
For the UNRWA employees, the gig is a sinecure. They receive endless money, something that will dry up if the people in Gaza and the West Bank accept their reality, whether in Gaza and the West Bank or in Jordan (which was always intended as the Arab part of the Holy Land), Egypt, or any other Arab-Muslim majority country. The only way for UNRWA to retain the cash flow is for it to perpetuate its insistence that the Gazastinians and West Bankians have a right to all the land that is currently Israel, thereby continuing their legal status as "refugees."
It’s continued survival means that UNWRA’s entire purpose is to perpetuate hatred and violence. Peace between Israel and the Arabs is anathema to the organization.
Given the 75 years of non-stop genocidal madness that UNRWA has pumped into Gaza and the West Bank, it shouldn’t surprise anyone to learn what was revealed in a Telegram chat channel of 3,000 UNRWA-funded teachers, the people responsible for inculcating values into young minds in the region:
[IsraelTimes] Far-left politician, whose time as opposition leader saw surging antisemitism in party, hails ‘efforts to hold Israel to account’ by accusing it of genocide in war against Hamas
Thank goodness the BBC just apologized for lying in their report about that kind of thing.
[IsraelTimes] An investigation by the UN Watch group finds that United Nations ...boodling on the grand scale... workers in Gazoo ...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response... used an internal Telegram channel, which was meant to facilitate their work, to praise the Hamas ...not a terrorist organization, even though it kidnaps people, holds hostages, and tries to negotiate by executing them,... massacres on October 7.
The probe finds that many of the workers at the United Nations Relief Works Agency — the UN body for Paleostinian refugees — explicitly praised the onslaught in which some 3,000 hard boyz crossed into Israel, killing some 1,200 people and taking 240 hostages, most of them civilians.
"This is the motherlode of UNRWA teachers’ incitement to Jihadi terrorism," says Hillel Neuer, executive director of UN Watch, a Geneva-based non-governmental organization that monitors the world body.
The report provides examples, including UNRWA teacher Waseem Ula who shared a post of a suicide bomb vest wired with explosives, with the caption: "Wait, sons of Judaism."
Another UNRWA teacher, Abdallah Mehjez, explicitly called on civilians not to heed IDF evacuation orders and remain as human shields for Hamas.
[MSN] new Qatari proposal for a ceasefire would see the leaders of Hamas all be deported and all of the hostages captured by the terrorist group released in exchange for the withdrawal of the IDF from Gaza, according to news revealed by Channel 13 citing sources close to officials in Doha, Qatar.

[IsraelTimes] According to a report in the UK Telegraph, the Iran's Houthi sock puppets ...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him... rebel group which has been terrorizing ships traversing the Red Sea were trained at "an elite Iranian naval academy."
The report says that around 200 members of the group received training in Iran ...a theocratic Shiite state divided among the Medes, the Persians, and the (Arab) Elamites. Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The nation is today noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence. The word Iran is a cognate form of Aryan. The abbreviation IRGC is the same idea as Stürmabteilung (or SA). The term Supreme Guide is a the modern version form of either Duce or Führer or maybe both. They hate JewsZionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol... from its Revolutionary Guard Corps at the Khameini Academy of Naval Sciences and Technology in Ziba Kenar, citing several defense sources.
The newspaper also cites sources saying that Ayatollah Ali Khamenei ...the very aged actual dictator of Iran, successor to Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini... has "taken a personal role" in the Houthi activities in the Red Sea and has ordered further weapons and equipment to be supplied to the rebel group.
[An Nahar] Deputy Speaker Elias Bou Saab said he met with Speaker Nabih Knobby Berri ...Speaker of the Lebanese parliament, head of the Amal Shiite party aligned with Hezbollah, a not very subtle sock puppet of the Medes and Persians... on Wednesday was to put him in the picture of the meeting that he has held in Rome with U.S. envoy Amos Hochstein.
"Of course Mr. Speaker knew of the visit before I went to Rome. The Rome meeting was aimed at preparing for the meetings that will be held in Beirut with the U.S. envoy," Bou Saad said after the Ain el-Tineh talks, hoping Hochstein’s visit "will be a step towards achieving the needed stability in Leb ...an Iranian satrapy currently ruled by Hassan Nasrallah situated on the eastern Mediterranean, conveniently adjacent to Israel. Formerly inhabited by hardy Phoenecian traders, its official language is now Arabic, with the usual unpleasant side effects. The Leb civil war, between 1975 and 1990, lasted a little over 145 years and produced 120,000 fatalities. The average length of a ceasefire was measured in seconds. The Lebs maintain a precarious sectarian balance among Shiites, Sunnis, and about a dozen flavors of Christians, plus Armenians, Georgians, and who knows what else? It is the home of the original Hezbollah, which periodically starts a war with the Zionist Entity, gets Beirut pounded to rubble, and then declares victory and has a parade. The Lebs have the curious habit of periodically murdering their heads of state or prime ministers... ."
Addressing the Israelis, Bou Saab stressed that "war cannot return the settlers to their settlements."
"It will subject them to further displacement, perhaps to more distant settlements," he warned.
"It might make this issue protract, not for months but maybe for years to come," the Lebanese official cautioned.
"War is not the solution. "Just ask the Tamil Tigers, the Nazis, and Napoleon Bonaparte."
"If the objective is to return settlers to their settlements, we have the same objective, which is the return of all (Lebanese) villagers to their border villages and farms. The solution should come through diplomatic means and efforts and no one can find any other solution," he emphasized.
Nearly three months of cross-border fire have killed more than 185 people in Lebanon, including over 140 Hezbollah fighters, but also more than 20 civilians including three journalists. In northern Israel, nine soldiers and at least four civilians have been killed, according to Israeli authorities.
The fighting has also displaced tens of thousands of Israeli and Lebanese residents on both sides of the border.

If war is not the solution, then it must be the precipitate. Basic chemistry.
Perhaps ElBou means war is not the *only* solution. This is true. For example, Hamas and friends could renounce Jew-killing now and forever more, amen and this whole mess could be over tomorrow. We assign a low probability to this event, however.
