[GatewayPundit] The British Telegraph has obtained 100,000 text messages from former UK Health Secretary Matt Hancock, showing how the British government conspired to "frighten the pants off everyone" and asking "when do we deploy the new variant?"
They show former Health Secretary Matt Hancock discussing with his media adviser Damon Poole on Dec. 13, 2020, who warned that Tory MPs were "furious already about the prospect" of stricter lockdown measures over Christmas and suggested "rather than doing too much forward signalling we can roll pitch with the new strain."
"We frighten the pants off everyone with the new strain," Hancock wrote back.
"Yep that’s what will get proper behavior [sic] change," Poole replied.
"When do we deploy the new variant?" Hancock asked.
"Been thinking about this and think we need to be more cautious. The strain that is," Poole wrote back. "Think you made the point earlier, but we need to keep schools off paperwork / agenda." The Christmas lockdown 2020 was surprisingly announced Dec. 19.
"Basically, we need to get compliance up," Case wrote, but said some measures — like a ban on fishing — "will be parodied galore if it looks like we have suddenly decided fishing is the first step towards tier 5!"
"I honestly wouldn’t move on any small things unless we move on a lot. The only big reamaining [sic] things are nurseries and workplaces," Hancock wrote.
"I agree — I think that is exactly right. Small stuff looks ridiculous. Ramping up messaging — the fear/guilt factor vital", Case replied.
In June 2021, Hancock had to step down as Health Secretary after photos emerged showing he had violated social distancing rules to pursue an extramarital affair with UK Department of Health employee Gina Coladangelo, who was earning £15,000 a month. Hancock and Coladangelo were both married at the time and have since left their families. Of course no one is covering this.
New Zealand has recorded the largest increase in the number of registered deaths since the 1918 influenza pandemic, new data from Stats NZ shows.
The births and deaths figures, for the year ending December 2022, show there were 38,574 deaths in 2022, 10.4 per cent (3642) more than in 2021.
This increase — attributed to Covid-19 and an ageing population — is the biggest year-on-year jump since the 55.4 per cent (5835) spike in deaths following the 1918 flu pandemic.
But something isn’t quite right with this report. After showing the results the Herald is quick to attribute the rise in deaths to COVID-19.
In late October of 2021, New Zealand instituted a strict vaccine mandate as reported at that time:
The New Zealand government has announced a new wide-ranging COVID-19 vaccine mandate, meaning around 40% of the workforce will now be required to have the jab.
COVID came in 2020. In the chart above there appears to be no increase in the number of deaths in 2020. In 2021 there was a slight increase but the largest increase is in 2022. New Zealand began mandating vaccines in late 2021 for employment eligibility.
To suggest that the number of COVID deaths was minimal in 2020 and 2021 and suddenly increased in 2022 appears to be a misdiagnosis. Timing alone proves this wrong.
An increase in deaths in New Zealand occurred after the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. No wonder the crazy totalitarian leader of New Zealand, Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, recently resigned. She knows.

[Federalist] Raw footage from newly released surveillance tapes of the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol riot contradict testimony Ray Epps gave to federal prosecutors probing the turmoil.
On Monday, Fox News’ Tucker Carlson aired footage that showed Epps in the crowd outside the Capitol complex about 30 minutes after the time he told investigators with the Select Committee on Jan. 6 that he left the premises. Epps has been suspected to be an undercover federal agent after he urged rallygoers to storm the Capitol both on the eve and day of the riot. The FBI has refused to answer questions about his alleged connection with federal law enforcement, and the Democrats’ Select Committee has sought to clear his name.
"Epps told the committee that he never entered the Capitol, and therefore never committed a crime," Carlson said. "Text messages show that at 2:12 p.m., he boasted to his nephew that he had ’orchestrated the protests at the Capitol.'"
Epps told lawmakers on the House panel that when he sent the text messages to his nephew, he had already left the Capitol for his hotel room.
"That is not true," Carlson said. "The surveillance footage we found shows that in fact, Ray Epps remained at the Capitol for at least another half an hour."

Seems odd that he got a police escort to his crime, committed his crime, was seized for his crime and then pleaded to multi years of incarceration for what he did. If there had been an available folding chair for some next level silly mayhem, would it be more surprising?

Billy the Buffalo stole the show (too much so I think they decided) but there were a number of other faces: Satan's Eyebrow, Confederate Doughnuts, LL Bean Cowboy, etc.

The FBI often arrests its own assets and then releases them. None of the Clown Posse got charged. Only Patriots we’re charged unless they put someone inside as an infiltrator.

Everyone has a hierarchy of allegiances. Adam’s alliance to the NYPD has always been subordinated under all the leftist identities that make his law enforcement background as irrelevant as Joe Scarborough’s “small government conservatism.” Adams is a hack whose chief charm is that he isn’t as bad as the last guy.

Other than some bigoted remarks about his fellow White officers at some point, a case was made he was a political agent in the department. Another made the case he was a diversity hire instead of qualified.
