The Taliban ...the Pashtun equivalent of men... government security authorities claim that the group’s forces have killed 4 ISIS forces of Evil including 2 commanders in the northeastern Afghan province of Takhar.
Qari Aminullah Tayeb, commander of the Taliban 217th Omari Army Corps in the Northeast Zone, was quoted as saying that they found an ISIS hideout in Takhar during a joint operation on Saturday, October 22, by the Taliban-controlled Bakhtar news agency.
ISIS 4 members, including 2 of their senior commanders, allegedly died in a village in Takhar province’s Dashti Qala district, according to Qari Aminullah, who made the claim in the report.
In a different statement on Saturday, the Taliban government claimed to have killed six ISIS members on Friday night in Kabul, the Afghan capital.
The people killed, the Taliban government claimed, were responsible for both the deadly assault on the Kaaj education center and the earth-shattering kaboom that occurred close to the Wazir Muhammad Akbar Khan mosque in Kabul.
However, it's easy to be generous with someone else's money... independent sources have not, to date, backed up the Taliban government’s assertions.
After the Taliban took over, ISIS continues to claim responsibility for deadly attacks against civilians. On the other hand, the Taliban reject the existence of terrorist organizations in Afghanistan, including ISIS.

MORE REPORTS OF PRISONERS BEING EXECUTED IN BADAKHSHAN – Several news outlets now report that approximately 20 prisoners have been summarily executed and 6 non-combatants over the past 4 days. TALIBAN REQUESTS ASSISTANCE FROM ANSARULLAHS IN FIGHT AGAINST NRF IN BADAKHSHAN – A source in the Ministry of Defense claims an unidentified high-ranking Taliban official met with delegates of Jamaat Ansarullah on Saturday to discuss cooperation in the fight against the Resistance in Badakhshan. Apparently, the Ansarullah agents demanded weapons and equipment be transferred to Mahdi Arsalon’s control for eventual use in Tajikistan. It is not currently clear if a bargain was struck. The move is seen as a desperate attempt to keep a lid on the problem the Taliban faces in Badakhshan. A source in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs says the Ministry is on edge over an anticipated request for information from Chinese officials concerning the situation.
SUPREME LEADER MEETS AGAIN WITH INTELLIGENCE OFFICIALS – Akhundzada met with Defense intelligence officials on Sunday to pass along his vision for the future of the service and to congratulate the services on the recent counter-terror operations in the country. Transition Mission in Somalia [ATMIS].
At least five people have since been killed in the attack, with sources indicating that the siege is still going, with security forces trying to restore order after several hours of gunshots. The area under attack is under the Kenya Defense Forces [KDF].
According to reports, the earth-shattering kaboom first hit the popular Tawakal Hotel, with a subsequent attack by gunnies who stormed the hotel. The first attack took place at around 12pm local time in the busy Port City which was once under the control of al-Shabaab.
Major Warsame Ahmed Geelle, deputy police commander of the Lower Jubba region, confirmed the attack to VOA Somali.
"The Death Eaters have attacked the hotel; some of them have now been killed, and there is one man still remaining. We will finish him off," he said. "This is an enemy, they are terrorists, and they are creating trouble throughout Somalia. There is a firefight inside the hotel between the security forces and the terrorists."
Eyewitnesses said gunfire rented the air as security forces struggled to contain the gunnies who have since grabbed credit for the attack. It was not immediately clear who the gunnies were targeting but usually, they go for senior government officials.
Farhan Abdi Afdhub, a local politician, was among those rescued from the hotel. The gunnies are trying to reclaim several parts which have been liberated from the hard boys, with the troops seizing several former strongholds.
"An explosion occurred; I am not sure whether it was a boom-mobile or someone blowing up," he said. "I was at the lobby when I saw four attackers with their faces covered, wearing [army] uniform, entering the hotel. I run to the room next to the reception. I opened the window, tore the window net, and jumped out. I was rescued by the rescue and ambulance teams."
Further reports indicate that the hotel is frequented by local elders and business people. The attack also comes at the time the government has sharply warned business owners from financing the team, either through extortion or by willingly supporting the hard boys.
Al-Shabaab has been fighting to control large swathes of rural central and southern Somalia, with the team also pushing to topple the fragile UN-backed federal government of Somalia. Stakeholders have been fighting to help the country defeat the hard boys.

Ottoman Turkish drones were reported to have bombed the area in support of the Somali troops battling the Death Eaters on the ground for the second day in a row.
The latest reports indicate that the troops pulled out of the village and set up defensive positions outside after al-Shabaab launched a counter-attack on Sunday.
The army has been carrying out an operation in the region for the past few days with an aim to flush al-Shabaab out of the remaining areas under its control.
Libyan Internal Security Agency (ISA) thwarted an attempt to smuggle €3 million euros through the Kavali ship heading from Misrata to The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... .
The ISA said that one of the ship’s crew, and two members of the Customs Authority at the Misrata Port are involved in the case.
Notably, Libya’s smuggled and frozen funds, which include billions of dollars in cash, bonds, deposits, large hotels, lands, yachts, luxury cars, and private planes, are owned by the state, which is unable to benefit from them.
The Libyan authorities claim they do not know the total amount of the funds that were "looted and smuggled" abroad. Furthermore, the authorities have not revealed the total amount of smuggled assets in official reports.
In January, the ISA thwarted an attempt to smuggle a large sum of dollars and euros through an Afriqiyah Airways flight at Misrata International Airport. In a statement, the Libya agency said that the coppers seized $1.4 million in addition to €1.3 million hidden in the luggage of two travellers who were on their way to Turkey.
The agency added that the seizures and the accused were referred to the competent authorities to complete the legal procedures against them. "The operation comes as part of the ongoing efforts to combat the crime of foreign exchange smuggling outside of Libya," the statement concluded.
In December 2021, the ISA stopped another attempt to smuggle €326,500 to Turkey through Libyan Mitiga airport. In a statement, the security agency said that four Libyan travellers were apprehended at the airport, as they attempted to travel to Turkey.
The agency added that it had taken legal measures against them, and stressed it was "ready and vigilant" in stopping smugglers.
The years of intense chaos and corruption caused the former United Nations ...where theory meets practice and practice loses... Special Envoy to Libya, Ghassan Salame, to reveal the rampant financial corruption in Libya, and confirm its existence.
"There is a new millionaire every day in the country, and the middle class is shrinking day by day" Salame noted.
