[FoxNews] Newsom signed a bill ending the use of 'alien' to describe non-citizens.
"Reform California" chairman Carl DeMaio on Saturday criticized California Gov. Gavin Newsom's signing of a bill that allows some illegal immigrants to serve on county central committees -- one of a number of bills signed to benefit those who entered the country illegally.
"These bills are not just symbolic wokeness, this is a fundamental redefinition of who gets to be elected to office in California, and they're starting small but this is absolutely the first step," DeMaio told Fox News.
The bill, was one of a number of bills that Newsom’s office described as "expanding the state’s humane immigration policies by protections and support for immigrants" and included a law ending the use of "alien" to describe non-citizens.
Included was a bill that amends California election code to allow what Newsom's office described as "aspiring citizens" to be appointed and elected members in a county central committee. Proponents have specifically mentioned "DREAMers" or recipients of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival (DACA) -- which protected illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children from deportation.
The bill says it will "permit a person who is not a United States citizen, but who would be eligible to register to vote if the person were a United States citizen, to serve as a member of the committee."
Those committees are governing bodies of county parties and involves budgetary matters and other business at county level for those parties.
"This is a election that's on the official ballot that every voter receives, so illegal immigrants' names will be printed on ballots with all the other offices, all the way from president to school board," DeMaio said.
He claimed it was part of a bigger push to get illegal immigrants on ballots, and said that in other parts of the state there had been successful pushes to get them on to elections for school boards.
“They want to normalize the practice of illegal immigration and that’s what they’re doing by changing words -- words have meaning."
The governor also signed legislation identifying attacks on migrants due to their immigration status as hate crimes and affirming protections for unaccompanied migrant children.

I'm waiting to hear that one of the mental giants of tech decides to farm government out to say, Pakistan. Like the warranty call centers. Cause they can do it cheaper that way.

And Tommy has a history of getting involved with Ponzi scams. It's a wonder he has time for anything else.

Major hacking occurring at this time at Western Union. I have never seen so many successful hacks occurring here and around the world. The chip card readers are extremely vulnerable. Just doing any business online is all they need to hack. Cash is king.

^ You somehow win an election because you are going to "represent the people" and then companies and foreign governments offer your kids huge amounts of money who can't help but jump at the "opportunities" and then the kids realize they are supposed to now "influence" the parent to do special favors for even more big bucks.... ("everyone else is doing it, right?")
Then you go under the table and accept a percentage and then you realize they got you so you have to stay in office to hide your corruption by working with other corrupted souls to bring in voting corruption. Now the only thing that can get you out of power is death itself, hopefully well into old age...

.....The report said that two sources familiar with the matter suggested that the FBI had far greater visibility into the assault than was previously known, even as it was taking place.
[Breitbart] Alejandro Mayorkas, the nation’s border security chief, used his White House press conference on Friday to tell migrants how to get through the Title 42 coronavirus emergency rules.
Federal law allows border officers to exclude migrants because of the Title 42 emergency rules for the coronavirus epidemic.
But Mayorkas spotlighted some of the Title 42 exceptions that he grants — including the little-known exception for people who claim to be afraid of torture in their home country.
Number one [exception] is if an individual has an acute vulnerability, such as an urgent medical care. And [number] two, if, in fact, our operational capacity is such that we are not able to execute the Title 42 authority ... I should also say that there is a [third] Convention Against Torture exception if someone claims torture.
In case any cellphone-linked migrants do not hear the torture exception, Mayorkas repeated it:
If someone is not subject to Title 42 expulsion for the three reasons that I explained — acute vulnerability, operational capacity limitations, or a Convention Against Torture exception — then the individual is placed in immigration proceedings. That means they [can stay and work in the United States] until [they] go before an immigration judge in an immigration court.
Mayorkas’ advice will be a useful guide to the many economic migrants from Chile, Brazil, and other stable countries who are trying to get Americans’ jobs and housing.
Under Mayorkas, migrants do not need to persuade a judge that their fear of torture is true. Merely making the claim to Mayorkas’s officers gives them the opportunity to walk through the Title 42 barrier, get jobs, and stay in the United States.
[ET] Some Democrats in Congress are trying to abolish the Space Force at a time when China and Russia have been doubling down on expanding their military capabilities in space.
On Wednesday, Rep. Jared Huffman (D-Calif.) introduced a bill named No Militarization of Space Act, trying to abolish the Space Force, a new military service branch created under former President Donald Trump.
"The long-standing neutrality of space has fostered a competitive, non-militarized age of exploration every nation and generation has valued since the first days of space travel," Huffman said in a statement. "But since its creation under the former Trump administration, the Space Force has threatened longstanding peace and flagrantly wasted billions of taxpayer dollars."
The Space Force was established in December 2019 and has been deemed by some to be one of Trump’s signature achievements. But its origin can be traced back to the beginning of the Cold War.
"Our mission must be to support the American people, not spend billions on the militarization of space," Huffman added.
Huffman’s bill was co-sponsored by Reps. Mark Pocan (D-Wis.), Jesús García (D-Ill.), Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.), and Maxine Waters (D-Calif.).
The bill comes as Congress moves to pass the National Defense Authorization Act, the annual bill that authorizes funding for the military.
[Breitbart] More indictments from United States Attorney John Durham are likely on the way, said Kash Patel, former top Trump administration national security official, during a recent episode of Kash’s Corner on Epoch Times TV published Friday.
"For me, I think the 27-page indictment is the biggest signal that more is coming because when you issue an indictment for lying to the FBI, like they did with Sussmann, it’s two to five pages max. It’s unheard of to be 27 pages," Patel told co-host Jan Jekielek.
The indictment also alleged Sussmann’s false statement misled the FBI and deprived it of information that might have allowed it to uncover the origins of the allegations, including the identities and motivations of his clients.
Patel told Jekielek:
So why put all that information out there? It’s exactly for that reason, to put it out there. The public can now go and read the indictment and see what John Durham has been working on. It’s a way to announce pieces of investigation. By name, by title, all the six to eight individuals in the indictment that they identify that were working with Sussmann or on behalf of Sussmann, and who was paying Sussmann and where the information was going because people are gonna figure out who those individuals are.
He also noted that there are many more figures to Durham’s investigation who have not yet been indicted, which could mean they are cooperating co-conspirators. Patel said:
Who hasn’t been charged and is cooperating? Are the Peter Strzoks of the world cooperating? Are the Lisa Pages of the world cooperating? James Baker, is he cooperating? He hasn’t been charged, but he’s been a central figure in all of this. Remember he was the one who had to sign-off on the fraudulent FISA warrant.
So are those people cooperating? Are there people at Perkins Coie cooperating? What about at the Hillary campaign? This indictment cites individuals who are in communication at the Hillary campaign, the Hillary Clinton campaign Manager, the Communications Director and one of their advisors were all in contact directly with Sussmann for the indictment about all this Alfa Bank stuff. So have they been talked to?
"I would imagine, you put all those people in grand juries for interviews and you obtain documents, and I think that’s what’s coming."
That’s nice. But as long as House Progressives and Senators Mitch McConnell and Joe Manchin stand firmly against the $3.5 trillion monstrosity for opposite reasons, maneuvers by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer will continue to be ineffective.
