[Breitbart] There have been 11 Democrats currently in the House and Senate who have reportedly allegedly violated the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge (STOCK) Act of 2012, claiming they “unknowingly,” “accidentally,” or “forgot” to file financial disclosure reports when making trades.
Breitbart News reported on the STOCK Act, which requires members to file periodic financial disclosure reports when trades over $1,000 are made:
Members are supposed to file “full and complete” financial disclosure reports of themselves and the members’ spouse’s assets, debts, and income, in addition to the filing “periodic reports” when transactions are made that exceed $1,000. Every member is required to do so within 30 to 45 days of the transaction.

#6 [Wasserman] was an interesting trade. Westell Technology filed to do a 1000:1 reverse split and buyout on October 1, 2020, then a 1:1000 forward split on the same day.
[Express] BRITONS have reacted with fury after Nancy Pelosi threatened to block a UK-US trade deal.
In a blunt ultimatum to Boris Johnson, the Speaker of the US House of Representatives said she would block a UK-US trade deal if Brexit threatened the Good Friday Agreement. The Good Friday Agreement is an international accord that ensures peace in Northern Ireland. However, the 1998 agreement insists upon a borderless island of Ireland.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Nancy received an appropriate greeting by the Brits:
greeted by British civilians screaming, ” Trump won!… You’re not welcome here… Go back to Epstein Island!… We don’t want you!… The whole world knows that Trump won the 2020 election!”
[THECONSERVATIVETREEHOUSE] Some interesting developments in the ongoing Arizona Senate audit of the dubious Maricopa County election outcome. First, Arizona Senate President Karen Fann notes an agreement between the Senate and Maricopa County for information still outstanding. According to President Fann:
"HUGE win for the Az Senate today! Maricopa settlement gives us all the data needed to complete the review of the routers & splunk log to the most comprehensive election audit in history. We got everything we need and more. .
Additionally, Arizona Senator Wendy Rogers announced earlier the results from the Maricopa audit will be released and discussed during a Senate hearing scheduled for Friday September 24th.
[DAILYWIRE] Some sixty people are still behind bars eight months after the January 6 disturbance at the U.S. Capitol. A Daily Wire review of court records shows unusually aggressive prosecutorial maneuvers, which sometimes brought rebukes by judges. For example, Jose Padilla has been detained since February. "Padilla is 40 years old and has lived in Tennessee for most of his life. He previously served in the U.S. Army during the Iraq War. After he returned home, he was diagnosed with posttraumatic stress disorder (’PTSD’) and began receiving disability benefits. Prior to his arrest, he was a stay-at-home dad who managed his family’s household affairs and cared for his three sons during the day while his wife worked as a librarian. He has no criminal history or history of substance abuse. He also has no known ties to holy warrior groups," Judge John D. Bates summarized.
Prosecutors argued that his being a stay-at-home dad and veteran were reasons to hold him in jail.
The judge wrote that "the government contended that two features of Padilla’s background favor pretrial detention: (1) his role as a stay-at-home dad, which, according to the government, gives him ’idle time to . . . engage in conspiracy theories’ and ’[run] down rabbit holes through social media.’ The Court cannot accept the proposition that stay-at-home parents pose a greater threat to public safety. And although the Court agrees with Judge Faruqui’s statement that, as a former service member, Padilla had every reason to know that ’what occurred on January 6th was totally unacceptable,’ the fact of military service is complicated and can cut both ways."
The government also argued that his military service-induced PTSD was a reason to hold him, an assertion that the judge sharply rebutted — pointing out that if the government believed he was a suicide risk, it had done little to ensure he got help in jail.
So because a person staying at home can/might think. It is now grounds for violating The 8th Amendment to the United States Constitution states.
“Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”
More and more the Socialcrat Junta is using a heavy hand. Time and Time Again they have demonstrated they will use political power over Constitutional Law.
That they have no problems violating the US Constitution and OUR Bill of Rights in their political quest for a USSA

Once upon a time, Frank Foer had integrity. As editor of The New Republic during the aughts, Foer did excellent work exposing Bezos's market manipulating, illegal behavior.
Then TNR was sold, Foer went begging to Steve Jobs's moronic extreme left-wing widow who bought The Atlantic -- and presto! Frank Foer suddenly began writing puff pieces lauding Bezos.
[TRENDINGPOLITICS] Extreme liberal the Socialist paradise of San Francisco ...where God struck dead Anton LaVey, home of the Sydney Ducks, ruled by Vigilance Committee from 1859 through 1867, reliably and volubly Democrat since 1964... Mayor London Breed was caught partying maskless at a packed club on Wednesday night. The mayor was singing, dancing and going crazy.
The shocking video footage is confusing many San Fransisco citizens considering just a few weeks ago, Breed issued a citywide indoor mask mandate.
"You know wear your mask, look at the environment, and be aware that COVID is still out there," Mayor Breed previously said.
To make matters worse, Breed wasn’t attending a toned down dinner with a small group of friends. She was partying in a packed room for a surprise performance by Bay Area R&B group, Tony! Toni! Toné!, at the Black Cat. Everyone was maskless.
On Saturday, there was a rally in D.C. to bring attention to the plight of those people arrested on January 6 and still held in solitary confinement in D.C. jails. President Trump warned people in advance that the rally was a no-win situation and he was right. It was poorly attended and it seems that many of those who did appear—perhaps intending to act as provocateurs—were law enforcement agents trying to “blend in with the crowd.” Most importantly, though, this failed rally revealed that non-leftists in America are losing their First Amendment right to protest.
Rule of law and due process are being eviscerated.
Absentee ballots, "ballot harvesting," oligarch-funded and -directed shenanigans have taken away the remedy of the vote.
Now free speech -- aside from, ahem, futile anonymous internet steam-releasing -- is on the run.
They've screwed up the next generation of Americans with their COVID stupidity, and they're well on their way to bringing up stagflation and ruinous taxation and spending policies that will destroy current generations' wealth.
Are they trying to push us toward extreme measures?
Do they really want another civil w-r? Is that their end game?

TomPaine, I give you a classic answer — Vyacheslav von Plehve in reference to the Russo-Japanese War — which I saw as an epigraph in one of Weber’s Honor Harrington books:
"What this country needs is a short, victorious war to stem the tide of revolution."

Well said TomPaine. Looking at the article I have to wonder from a practical point of view, is there anybody...ANYBODY left in that most pestilential of all towns with the remotest notion of secrecy or actual undercover work?

When it comes to using the power of the state to entrap people who have done nothing seriously, destructively wrong, yeah, I could live with them being deficient in that regard...

[TRENDINGPOLITICS] Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, Governor Gavin can't be Bee'd Newsom ...the Mitt Romneyesque mayor of San Francisco as it transformed itself into Poopville, currently governor of California as it transforms itself into Cinderland... ’s first move after he beat the recall effort in California was to sign legislation allowing lots to be subdivided which would effectively eliminate suburbs. They voted to keep him, two to one, they deserve him.
The legislation was obviously frowned upon by suburban voters. As The New York Times ... which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... reported, politicians were worried about "angering suburban voters, whose preferences for single-family home living have been regarded as politically sacrosanct."
SB 9 "was furiously opposed by homeowners and local government groups who said it ’crushes single-family zoning’ and would be ’the beginning of the end of homeownership in California,'" the Times said.
In a statement, Newsom’s office announced that President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. Joe's wife and daughter weren't killed by a drunk driver. He didn't graduate with three or even two degrees, wasn't in the top half of his law class, and his daddy didn't come home from a hard day's work in the mines and play football with the guys. The NAACP hasn't endorsed him every time he's run. On the other hand, he did abandon Afghanistan... supported their decision to allow the subdivision of land which begs the question: Will Biden try to abolish suburbs throughout America?

Ghost towns as in China. Stupid is as stupid does.

There's a house in my otherwise older residential neighborhood that is being run on one of these "multi-family dwelling" models (illegally, I might add.) The police all know the address. They have been there to arrest some of the past "residents" for theft (from the very next house over. How dumb is that?) and most recently for having unlicensed exotic pets (monkeys.) The yard is a junk-yard / garbage dump in an otherwise clean neighborhood. It will be a neighborhood joke right up until there is a drive by shooting or meth lab explosion there.

More tents under overpasses and empty parking lots. Liberal Marxists just can’t leave people be.
[Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News] A sparsely attended 'Justice for J6' rally on Saturday featured more coppers and press than protesters as a few hundred demonstrators gathered in the shadow of the Capitol building to show support for the January 6th rioters who stormed it.A heavy police presence - officers in riot gear, plain clothes police, law enforcement on bikes and horses - awaited the crowd. Also there were counterprotesters, who carried homemade signs - one read loser which was a reference to Donald Trump ...The man who was so stupid he beat fourteen professional politicians, a former tech CEO, and a brain surgeon for the Republican nomination in 2016, then beat The Smartest Woman in the World in the general election... , its carrier said - and 'Black Lives Matter' flags. One small group stood on a street corner, blaring the song 'FTD (F*** Donald Trump).'
Police broke up shouting matches between the two groups, moving people apart before fights could break out. There were no reports of violence amid fears the day could turn into another insurrection. One man with a knife was arrested on a weapons violation charge.
A total of four people were arrested on Saturday.
A man who was reported to have a gun was one of them. 'At 1:30 pm, someone spotted what appeared to be a handgun on a man in the crowd. The witness told USCP officers, who detained the suspect. At this time, it is not clear why the man was at the demonstration. Officers charged him with 40 U.S. Code § 5104 - Unlawful activities.,' USCP said.
Additionally, officers stopped a vehicle along Louisiana Avenue and 'subsequently arrested two people for felony extraditable warrants out of Texas,' USCP said. 'One was for Possession of a Firearm. The other was for a probation violation.'
After the rally ended, as people were leaving, police broke up a pushing and shouting match between protesters and counterprotesters. U.S. Capitol Police said there were no arrests from the incident.
Nearly 700 people were anticipated to attend the rally. Instead there appeared to be a few hundred people.
U.S. Capitol Police said there were 'approximately 400 to 450 people were inside the protest area today (excluding law enforcement).' But they did not break down how many of those were there for the rally, how many were members of the media and how many were counterprotesters.
...and how many were confidential FBI or police informants or agents provocateur.
Capitol Police reportedly detain undercover cop at rally for Jan. 6 'political prisoners'
[THEPOSTMILLENNIAL] The "Justice for J6" rally in Washington concluded without major incident Saturday after the Capitol Police ramped up security in anticipation of the right-wing event. However, a good lie finds more believers than a bad truth... authorities appeared to detain an undercover officer.
Better undercover than agent provocateur.
Capitol Police surrounded a masked man reportedly carrying a firearm. "He tells them where the gun is, and they pull out his badge. He's undercover law enforcement. Without disarming or handcuffing him, police extract him from the event," reported News2Share editor-in-chief and documentarian Ford Fischer.
"Are you undercover?" the Capitol Police officers asked the masked man about to be detained who handed over what appeared to be a law enforcement badge. "I guess not anymore," Fischer quipped. The masked man then claimed, "I'm just here," when asked if he's undercover. He was pulled away from the chaotic scene after the badge was presented to justify the gun's appearance.

Expensive matching sunglasses. More Feebs and reporters than protestors. How much did it cost to put the fences back up? Who was running the shit show this time? Pelosi? Biden? Rice? Schumer?
Sounds like North Carolina has a bunch of RACIST judges.
Given they tell us only Blacks cannot follow a Statewide ID law, but any other race and color can.
They must feel Blacks steal their Beer, wine, liquor
and smokes. Since those require State ID to buy. What about driving are all Black illegal drivers? Or what about filing for Government services?
Is this why the Black Community is the least VAX'd also because they don't have proper ID to get the shot?
Seriously asking.
If this had been a real NON-Political issues wouldn't the Democrats/Socialists been all over it making sure the Black Community all had Golden plated ID's
Or is the real reason, without Official ID to the Vote, elections can be played with.

I don't know how it is in Wake County (next county over from me), but here in Johnston County EVERYBODY has to show ID to buy liquor at the state store. I'm 73, and I had to show ID.
So how to blacks get their liquor?

[ABCNEWS.GO] It was an hour President Joe The Big Guy Biden ...46th president of the U.S. The guy who lost Afghanistan, aka Biden's Bungle... would no doubt like to forget. On Friday, the Pentagon acknowledged that a dronezap in Afghanistan killed 10 civilians, including seven children, not terrorists. A panel advising the Food and Drug Administration voted to not recommend COVID-19 booster shots for all Americans over age 16, dashing an administration hope. And La Belle France announced it was recalling its ambassador to the United States out of anger for being cut out of a secret nuclear submarine deal Biden had struck with the United Kingdom and Australia.
The headlines, all within an hour, underscored the perils for any president from situations that can define a term in office.

Even the FDA/CDC is starting to understand, politically rubber stamping a mindless talking head is not safe and they are pushing back.
A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
Rantburg was assembled from recycled algorithms in the United States of America. No
trees were destroyed in the production of this weblog. We did hurt some, though. Sorry.
