[IsraelTimes] A blast outside the Israeli embassy in New Delhi on Friday damaged cars but did not cause injuries, police said.
Israeli authorities were treating the earth-shattering kaboom as a suspected terror attack aimed at the embassy, The Times of Israel has learned, and was stepping up security precautions at missions around the world.
"The assessment is that this was an attempted attack aimed at the embassy this evening," Ambassador Ron Malka later told Channel 12 News, adding that the blast went off "a few dozen meters from the embassy walls."

[NRTtv] SULAIMANI — One child was killed and four others were wounded in a bomb blast in Jalawla’s Wahda neighborhood early on Friday (January 29), according to a security source.
The source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, told NRT that Islamic State (ISIS) was to blame, but that it had likely planted the device years ago.
UNICEF’s acting Representative in Iraq Paula Bulancea on Thursday expressed concern about several recent incidents in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region in which at least seven children were killed or wounded.
“Children and adolescents have the right to safety at all times, free from all forms of violence” under international law, Bulancea said.
In December, 2017, the Iraqi Security Forces, in cooperation with the Peshmerga and the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) and aided by Coalition airstrikes, declared victory over ISIS. Police in Indonesia’s South Sulawesi province rubbed out two suspected Islamic faceless myrmidons Wednesday with alleged links to Indonesian jacket wallahs who attacked a church in the southern Philippines in 2019, officials said.
The suspects — a man and his son-in-law — were slain as they violent mostly peacefully resisted arrest while officers moved in to take them and more than a dozen others into custody from a house in the bucolic provincial capital Makassar, the National Police said, initially identifying the two by their initials only.

These events in Daraa followed the liquidation of a town’s governor by a group of assailants, believed to reconciled rebels from the Free Syrian Army.
This latest violence has prompted the Russian Armed Forces to get involved in southern Syria, as they attempt to negotiate a peace agreement between the reconciled rebels and Syrian Arab Army.
However, women are made to be loved, not understood... all attempts to ease the tensions in southern Syria have failed thus far, with all parties refusing to yield to the demands of the other.
Among the demands from the Syrian government is the expulsion of FSA commanders accused of plotting attacks. According to a report from Daraa, the government is seeking to transport these commanders to the Idlib Governorate, similar to the previous arrangement made with the FSA and Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, formerly al-Nusra, before that it was called something else ...al-Qaeda's Syrian affiliate, from which sprang the Islamic State... (HTS) fighters in the Summer of 2018.
