On Thursday, the campaign to reelect President Donald Trump gave reporters an update on the campaign’s lawsuits and recount requests across the country. Tim Murtaugh, the campaign’s communications director, urged patience and said the campaign has "a solid, comprehensive strategy that is tailored to the conditions on the ground in each state and according to the laws in each state."
[DailyWire] Republican senators in the Michigan legislature are calling on Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson to conduct a "full audit" of the 2020 general election before certifying the results of any race.
The letter, dated Friday, Nov. 13, was released on Thursday and signed by two Republican state senators, Tom Barrett and Lana Theis. The senators requested that Benson delay certifying election results over a spate of errors and allegations of voter fraud that have cast doubt on Michigan’s election process.
The letter first cited a 6,000-vote error in election results from Michigan’s Antrim County, noting that "Antrim is just one of 47 counties in Michigan that used the software system at issue, Dominion Voting Systems, to process their ballots."
The letter then points to a number of allegations that "election officials critically mishandled numerous ballots." The list of allegations includes such claims as officials counting ineligible ballots, illicitly backdating ballots to make them eligible, and duplicating ballots illegally.
"Third, there are allegations that unsecured ballots arrived at the TCF Center loading garage, outside of sealed ballot boxes, without any chain of custody, and without envelopes," the letter continues. The letter goes on to state that, according to the allegation, 40,000 ballots that were taken from "out-of-state" vehicles all went "for one candidate."
"Finally, there are allegations of illegal and official intimidation and interference with lawful election challengers and poll watchers, which is an essential aspect of election integrity," the letter says.
President Trump's campaign filed a federal lawsuit in Michigan on Tuesday to stop the secretary of state from certifying election results until allegations of "irregularities, incompetence and unlawful vote counting" can be investigated and all ballots confirmed.

47 of the 83 counties in MI is about 56%, so used in just over half.
I have also seen some reports that in Detroit the machines were connected to the internet for a period during counting which is a YUUUGE security no-no.
This is all so embarrassing. We knew Detroit was messed up, but the entire state?
[ConservativeTreehouse] Trump campaign lawyer Rudy Giuliani outlines two critical states with demonstrable evidence of ballot fraud. Michigan and Pennsylvania are the two states with the highest amount of evidence of ballot manipulation and ballot fraud.
Giuliani would not answer the question about whether U.S. intelligence agencies are participating as part of the overall investigation. However, he did say the Dominion counting machine irregularities are potentially tied to Chinese software development.
Additionally, Giuliani outlines how the state legislature has a role and responsibility in the first phase of the ballot challenges. The challenge only goes to the Supreme Court if the state legislature does not correct the ballot issues independent of the judiciary.
[Townhall] A Pennsylvania judge has ruled in favor of the Trump campaign by concluding segregated ballots should not be counted. Further, the judge found that Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar lacked the "statutory authority" to change election law just days before Election Day.
"[The] Court concludes that Repsondent Kathy Boockvar, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked statutory authority to issue the November 1, 2020, guidance to Respondents County Board of Elections insofar as that guidance purported to change the deadline in Section 1308(h) of the Pennsylvania Election Code...for certain electors to verify proof of identification, based on Secretary Boockvar's interpretation and application oof the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's decision in Pennsylvania Democratic Party v. Boockvar," the ruling states. "Accordingly, the Court hereby ORDERS that Respondents County Boards of Elections are enjoined from counting any ballots that have been segregated."
Last week U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito ordered Pennsylvania election officials to segregate ballots that arrived after Election Day.

This could be: Nancy Pelosi. or Hakeem Jeffries a practicing Muslim NY congressman who many say will replace her. Then she or he could issue a collection of executive orders and Pardons.... and edicts.
