Fine, she will be charged with each and every crime they commit. If there are more than five, she agrees to be burnt at the stake. And no, no distinction between felonies and misdemeanors. Five of them get caught speeding, she gets tossed on the fire. Time to hold these black robed tyrants responsible for their crimes.

So those who came to our country and never bothered with documentation and went on to commit crimes are going to magically comply with "parole and other terms"?
[Jpost] Afghanistan, beset by a poor healthcare system, malnutrition, war and other vulnerabilities, likely is facing a "health disaster" from the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague) ...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men... , a watchdog report to the U.S. Congress warns.
The report released late on Thursday by Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) John Sopko could heighten concerns among U.S. officials and politicians that the pandemic threatens to derail stalled U.S.-led peace efforts.
The spread of COVID-19 already has significantly impacted Afghanistan, the report said, from complicating the peace initiative to forcing border crossing closures that have disrupted commercial and humanitarian deliveries.
"Afghanistan's numerous and, in some cases, unique vulnerabilities - a weak health-care system, widespread malnutrition, mostly non-existent borders, massive internal displacement, contiguity with Iran, and ongoing conflict - make it likely the country will confront a health disaster in the coming months," the report said.
Rising food prices in the impoverished country likely will worsen the crisis, Sopko said in a letter accompanying the report.
As the pandemic has spread, Washington has pressed the Taliban ...Arabic for students... and Afghanistan's Caped PresidentAshraf Ghani ...former chancellor of Kabul University, now president of Afghanistan. Before returning to Afghanistan in 2002 he was a scholar of political science and anthropology. He worked at the World Bank working on international development assistance. As Finance Minister of Afghanistan between July 2002 and December 2004, he led Afghanistan's attempted economic recovery until the Karzais stole all the money... to free thousands of at-risk murderous Moslem and government prisoners as a precursor to peace talks originally set to begin on March 10.
Kabul, however, was not a party to a Feb. 29 U.S. troop withdrawal deal between the Taliban and Washington that called for the releases. Differences over the pace and numbers of prisoners to be freed have helped stall the peace effort, which could suffer a major blow if many prisoners were to die.
Afghanistan has confirmed nearly 2,200 coronavirus cases and 64 deaths, according to local news reports quoting the Health Ministry.
The report said the NATO ...the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. A collection of multinational and multilingual and multicultural armed forces, all of differing capabilities, working toward a common goal by pulling in different directions... -led international coalition declined to make available for public release data on the number of attacks launched by the Taliban in the first three months of 2020.
It was the first time that publication of the data has been denied since SIGAR began using them to track levels and locations of violence in 2018, the report said.
The coalition, it said, explained that the data are "now a critical part" of internal U.S. government deliberations on negotiations with the Taliban, who have escalated attacks on Afghan cops since the Feb. 29 deal.
The Pentagon added that the release of the data could resume once those deliberations end, the report said.
High prices also caused manufacturers to do three things: 1) seek ways to reduce the amount of rare earth elements needed to produce each of their products; 2) seek alternative materials to use in place of rare earth elements; and, 3) develop alternative products that do not require rare earth elements.

I say let the Chinese step in. What the Hell are they going to do with it? Work some imaginary magic of the kind they fantasize about in Africa. 2 marvelously pestilential, blood soaked locations that are financial black holes. I can't think of a better project for Emperor Xi.

Afghanistan is soon going to become an Afghanistain for Asia anyway. I don't know why anyone should bother. And it's so sparsely populated, they are already practically distanced from one another. Maybe they could spread out a little further. It's a place even a fucking virus would come to die of boredom in.
Trust only the US Congress and their 'brain trust' to care.
[Jpost] Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... on Friday grabbed credit for an attack on an Egyptian military vehicle in North Sinai province that killed and maimed several military personnel, the group's Amaq news agency reported.
The attack occurred on Thursday south of Bir al-Abd city in the Northern Sinai region. Egypt's military said that 10 military personnel were killed or maimed in a blast targeting an armored vehicle.
Amaq said Islamic State gunnies targeted an Egyptian army armored vehicle yesterday in Bir al-Abd by detonating an bomb, without giving any evidence or details on how many were involved.
Egypt has been fighting Islamist Death Eaters who have killed hundreds of police and soldiers in the northern part of the Sinai Peninsula since the ousting of Mohammed Morsi of the Moslem Brüderbund in 2013 following mass protests against his rule.
[ALMARSAD.CO] In exclusive remarks to the Egyptian satellite channel Extra News, Karam Saeed indicated that many Ottoman Turkish soldiers have been killed in Libya. Due to huge losses that Erdogan’s forces had suffered in Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn... it has resulting in growing criticism by Ottoman Turkish opposition to Erdogan’s policy on military interference in Libya.
Moreover, he pointed out that The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... attempted to exploit Algeria and to make it a crossing border to smuggle weapons to terrorist militias in Tripoli, yet the plan failed thanks to categorical by Algerian.
Saeed revealed that Turkey is now trying to use Tunisia as a crossing point for Ottoman Turkish arms to Libya, taking advantage of the Tunisian Islamist Ennahda Movement’s privilege at the Tunisian Parliament to pass needed resolutions. The Ennahda party, led by Rachid Ghannouchi who is currently the Speaker of the Tunisian Parliament, is affiliated to the Moslem Brüderbund.
[ALMARSAD.CO] The President of the Arab Parliament ...At the Arab League Summit of 2001-Amman, the Arab states came up with a resolution to have the Secretary General create a Parliament. Since throughout the Arab world rights accrue to the states, not to the people, each member state sends four members and nobody gets to vote on which ones. The headquarters was in Damascus until in 2012 the sessions were suspended and transferred to Cairo. The League is now preparing to move the headquarters of the parliament to Baghdad, from whence it will issue Pronouncements of Grave Import.... , Mishaal al-Salami, welcomed the suspension of all military operations upon the announcement made by the Libyan National Army in response to the international community’s calls for an immediate suspension to the fighting.
In a statement published on Thursday, the President of the Arab Parliament Mishaal al-Salami called on all the parties concerned in Libya to abide by the ceasefire and reach a humanitarian truce ..The purposes of a truce are twofold: 1.) bring up more arms, ammunition, and reinforcements; and 2.) get the enemy to relax his vigilance. A truce is not the same thing as a ceasefire, and a ceasefire doesn't mean you have to stop shooting... during the holy month of Ramadan. He said that these measures would help create a chance to reach a ceasefire agreement and prepare for a comprehensive political settlement to resolve the current crisis.
He believed that the political settlement is the only way to empower Libya to end the transitional stage, maintain security and stability and guarantee the full illusory sovereignty, unity of territories and safety of its citizens.
The Arab Parliament’s president stressed that the foreign intervention into Libyan domestic affairs must stop and the warring parties must stop fighting. He demanding The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... to commit to the UN resolutions on the arms supplies embargo to Libya and to stop sending imported muscle to the Libyan territory.
Moreover, al-Salami called on the UN to take urgent action to stop all forms of intervention and facilitation of sending imported muscle to Libya, urging the International body to establish a clear mechanism to monitor and determine penalties against parties supplying the warring parties with weapons.
[ALMARSAD.CO] Boycotting member of the House of Representatives of Misrata and Minister of Interior of the Government of National Accord Fathi Bashagha, discussed on Thursday the latest developments in the Libyan situation with participants at a video conference organised by the ECFR think tank.
During his video conference organised by the think tank European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR) Fathi Bashagha described the "advancements" achieved by the GNA forces over the Libyan National Army (LNA) which he described as "illegitimate", as reported by the GNA interior ministry’s media office.
GNA’s Interior Minister expressed his rejection of Operation IRINI in its current form. He said: "Operation IRINI aims to block legitimate support sent to the GNA, while it refrains from blocking arms sent to Haftar by land and by air."
He added: "Haftar’s violation of the Libyan people has failed, and states that are trying to devastate Libya’s stability and violating international law by arming illegitimate militias must be stopped due to these military actions led by Haftar and his militias."

Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979. The 40-year-old is accused of preparing the liquidation of an Iranian exile, the leader of an Arab separatist group, ASMLA (the Arab Movement for the Liberation of Ahvaz), prosecutor Soren Harbo tells the court.
The accused, who denies the charges, is said to have carried out an intelligence operation in Denmark "on the orders and under the instructions of the Iranian intelligence service," according to the indictment consulted by AFP.
He is alleged to have photographed and filmed around the home of the exile for three days in September 2018.
To thwart the planned attack, the Danish Intelligence Service (PET) and the police carried out a major operation on September 28, 2018, which paralyzed the country for several hours.
Copenhagen believes the foiled attack was instigated by the Iranian regime in retaliation for an attack in Ahvaz, southwestern Iran, that killed 24 people in September 2018.
Tehran has formally denied the plan to attack in Denmark.

If they could manufacture enough of them to swarm an opponent, not have to worry about repairs, loss to air attacks, and hope enough survive to swamp an opponent. It might work for them ? Of course by the time they manufacture enough their opposition will have their own UAV's swarming around. Nothing like a killer robot programed by a drunk Texan from TI.

The Treasury Department said in a statement that Iranian and Iraqi national Amir Dianat has supported Quds Force smuggling operations for years, including efforts aimed at the shipment of weapons including missiles.
In addition to the Treasury Department's blacklisting of Dianat, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia filed criminal charges against him and one of his business associates for violations of sanctions and money laundering laws.
The sanctions freeze any U.S.-held assets of Dianat or Taif Mining Services and generally bar Americans from dealing with them.
