[HOTAIR] When last we checked in on suspended Judge Shelley Richmond Joseph, she was in considerable hot water. Having allegedly conspired with as many as five people to orchestrate the escape of a criminal illegal alien from her courtroom, she was placed in durance vile Drop the rod and step away witcher hands up! and prosecutors didn’t seem to be in the mood to let her off lightly. The charges she’s facing could carry decades of jail time, not to mention the end of her judicial career.
But with a bit more time to think about it, the US Attorney handling the case appeared to have a change of heart. He decided to offer Joseph a deal in which she could avoid criminal prosecution if she admitted her behavior was improper and managed to not get into any more trouble for a year. A pretty sweet deal, eh? Apparently not in the judge’s opinion. She turned it down flat.

Counting on her "comrades" too?
Yep - get a sympathetic lib jury in Mass. (apologies for the redundancy) and hope they pull you through. This being a Federal case, however, will lead me to predict the trial will be moved elsewhere.

There are some nice little islands in Alaska where she could enjoy the solitude.
Give her a broom and let her keep the runways clear at Shemya to prove she isn't anti-American. She can live in a tent along the apron when not sweeping.

I like that idea, not just for her honor but all kinds of other miscreants. Maybe she could hang out with Avenatti there...and Hillary...and Comey...

Yeah, but only if they are all sterilized first.

Convinced that a jury in a liberal sanctuary state will result in jury nullification of the crime because its they are forced to believe its virtuous to protect criminal illegal garbage from deportation or you suffer public scorn and shame. Pray they can get the trial moved to someplace like Alabama...

I'd like to point out a difference between MLK's activities and those of many other who are excoriated by today's Left. Many of the activities that the Left wants to use to excommunicate historical figures from the public consciousness were doing things that, at the time, were perfectly legal, mainstream, acceptable behavior. What MLK is accused of doing was illegal and wrong even at the time.

King and the Kennedys being panty thieves was a common theme. The Kennedys passing around MJK and MM and comparing notes wasn't a lot different than Kinkg as a bystander.
Civil disobedience, riots, looting, random shootings, no less criminal then but more acceptable now I guess.

The people that see him as hot shit ? This shall only make them prouder of him. No score. Hoover probably knew this, which is why he never publicized it.

Something sounds wrong about the MLK accusations. I mean they mix martial infidelity in the same paragraph with cheerleading a rapist? Sounds more like an FBI fantasies than reality.

Zaitsev was earlier jailed for four years for 'negligence' over the destruction of 1,500 homes by raging fires which killed 30, and left 54 wounded.
