[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Afghan foreign minister Salahuddin Rabbani discussed the deadly Kandahar attack with his Pak counterpart Shah Mehmood Wormtongue Qureshi during a telephone conversation today.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a statement said the foreign minister of Pakistain Shah Mehmood Qureshi called the Afghan foreign minister Salahuddin Rabbani to express condolences regarding the deadly attack in Kandahar.
The statement further added that Mr. Qureshi condemned the attack and conveyed the Pak Prime Minister and Chief of Army Staff’s message of condemnation regarding the incident.
In his turn, Mr. Rabbani said the attack in Kandahar province has been carried out at a time when Afghanistan is preparing for the parliamentary elections.
Rabbani further added that the attack indicates that the terror groups are attempting to jeopardize the elections, however he emphasized that Afghan nation would not allow the hard boyz to do so.
He also added that the liquidation of Gen. Abdul Raziq and his comrades has raised some questions and therefore the Afghan government has launched an investigation in this regard.
Rabbani said the Afghan government wants Pak’s cooperation in identifying the perpetrators of the incident considering that the Taliban ...mindless ferocity in a turban... group has grabbed credit behind the attack and the group’s leadership is based in Pakistain.

[Al Ahram] Algeria Prime minister Ahmed Ouayhia has banned female public sector employees from wearing veils that cover their faces.
In a letter sent to ministers and regional governors on Thursday, Ahmed Ouayhia cited reasons of identification for the move. Civil servants, he wrote, need to ``observe the rules and requirements of security and communication within their department, which impose their systematic and permanent physical identification.''
Not so many women wear the niqab in Algeria, where the hijab - a scarf that covers the head and neck, but leaves the face clear - is the most popular.

[Al Ahram] Soddy Arabia ...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face... 's crown prince had no knowledge of the specific operation that resulted in the death of journalist Jamal Khashoggi in the kingdom's consulate in Istanbul this month, a Saudi official familiar with the investigation said on Friday.
"There were no orders for them to kill him or even specifically kidnap him," said the source, speaking on condition of anonymity ... for fear of being murdered... and adding that there was a standing order to bring critics of the kingdom back to the country.
"MbS had no knowledge of this specific operation and certainly did not order a kidnapping or murder of anybody. He will have been aware of the general instruction to tell people to come back," the source said, using the initials of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman ...Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia as of 2016.... The source said the whereabouts of Khashoggi's body were unclear after it was handed over to a "local cooperator" but there was no sign of it at the consulate.

[AnNahar] Radical holy manAnjem Choudary ...Self-proclaimed holy man who used to work for Omar Mohammed Bakdri as spokesman for al-Muhajiroun. Anjem is a loathesome little attention prostitute who is to be heard cheering for the home team anytime anybody with a turban manages to slaughter a group of unarmed infidels. Anjem was born in the UK in 1967 and is, as you would expect, of Pakistaini descent. The Ghost of Dante is of the opinion that when he goes to hell his knees will be broken once a month. He is currently in jug for supporting the Islamic State.. , long a thorn in the side of British authorities, was released from prison on Friday having served half his sentence for encouraging support for the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear the pols talk they're not really Moslems.... group, British media reported.
The 51-year-old was tossed in the calaboose Book 'im, Mahmoud! for five-and-a-half years in 2016, and will serve the rest of his sentence under strict supervision orders having been released from Belmarsh prison, near London.
He is expected to return to his home in Ilford, east of London, although will not be able to use any internet-enabled devices without permission, the BBC reported.
Other restrictions are reported to include bans on leaving Britannia without permission and on attending certain mosques and he will only be allowed to meet with people approved by the police.
Choudary is the former head in Britannia of Islam4UK or al-Muhajiroun ...formerly Omar Bakri Muhammad's spin off group from Hizb ut-Tahrir in Britain, where the detestable lunatic Anjem Chaudry got his start. More recently the name adopted by al-Qaeda in East Africa for operations in Kenya and Tanzania. It is subordinate to al-Shabaab but will probably be strong enough to fly on its own, given an uninterrupted flow of petrodollars, should the Shaboobs collapse.... , a now-banned group co-founded by Omar Bakri Muhammad that called for Islamic law in the UK.
For two decades, the former lawyer of Pak descent stayed on the right side of the law, becoming Britannia's most prominent radical preacher.
Among those radicalised by Muhajiroun were the jacket wallahs who killed 52 people on London's public transport system in July 2005, and the men who murdered soldier Lee Rigby in the capital in 2013, police say.
The court heard that Choudary had broadcast speeches recognising His Supreme Immensity, Caliph of the Faithful and Galactic Overlord, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi ...the head of ISIS, or what remains of it, and a veteran of the Abu Graib jailhouse. Looks like a new messiah to bajillions of Moslems, like just another dead-eyed mass murder to the rest of us. So far he has been killed at least four times, though not yet by a stake through the heart... as the leader of the Islamic State.
Choudary and his co-defendant Mohammed Rahman were locked away Maw! They're comin' to get me, Maw! by officers from the Metropolitan Police's Counter Terrorism Command on September 25, 2014.
The father-of-five previously hit the headlines for organising a pro-the late Osama bin Laden ... who is now among the dear departed, though not among the dearest... event in London in 2011.
He also belonged to a group that burned poppies, the symbol of remembrance for deaths in war, during an Armistice Day protest in the British capital in 2010.
In a 2014 interview with AFP, Choudary called on western journalists, civilians and troops in "Moslem countries" to "completely withdraw and allow us to implement the Sharia".
Former police terror chief Richard Walton called him a "hardened dangerous terrorist" who had had a "huge influence on Islamist extremism in this country".
[FOXNEWS] Twenty men in the United Kingdom have been convicted of raping and abusing more than a dozen teenage girls in the northern city of Huddersfield.
The convictions are the latest in a series of child sexual exploitation cases in the region. Prosecutors said the men embarked on a "campaign of rape and other sexual abuse" against vulnerable girls between the ages of 11 and 17.
The men were found guilty in a series of trials earlier this year. A judge lifted the reporting restrictions on Friday.
The sentences have totaled 221 years in prison.
Among those guilty was 35-year-old Amere Singh Dhaliwal, whom prosecutors said was the gang’s ringleader.
He was found guilty of 54 separate charges, including 22 counts of rape involving 11 girls. He was sentenced to life in prison with a minimum of 18 years.
A judge told him earlier this year: "You treated them as commodities to be passed around for your own sexual gratification and the gratification of others."
"They extend and gravity of your offending far exceeds anything which I have previously encountered," the judge continued, according to Sky News.
Judge Geoffrey Marson QC, when he sentenced 16 of the men earlier this year, reportedly said: "The way you treated these girls defies understanding; this abuse was vile and wicked."
"As cases of sexual abuse with which the courts have to deal, this case comes top of the scale," he added, according to the BBC.
Outside the court on Friday, Michael Quinn, the head of complex case unit at CPS South Yorkshire and Humberside, told news hounds the case involved "cynical exploitation of maiden of tender yearss by a group of older men."
He said the men "deliberately targeted their victims because of their vulnerability" and "groomed them and exploited them for their own sexual gratification."
Similar cases have erupted across South Yorkshire, with the National Crime Agency (NCA) reporting earlier this year that they believe upwards of 1,510 girls are believed to have been sexually exploited in the region over a 16-year period.
The NCA said it had identified 110 people suspected of being part of child-grooming gangs in Rotherham, the largest town in South Yorkshire.
Huddersfield is located in West Yorkshire.
Police officers in Rochdale, Oxford and Newcastle have also had their own child sexual abuse scandals in recent years that follow a pattern grimly familiar to those in Rotherham and Huddersfield.
The cases have heightened racial tensions and spurred criticism of both local authorities who failed to protect vulnerable girls and police, who often did not listen to the victims.
[ExaminerLive] From an aspiring pharmacist to taxi drivers, takeaway workers and drug dealers, these are the predatory paedophiles who have shamed Huddersfield with their roles in one of the UK’s most horrific and shocking grooming gangs.
They were known by their nicknames and the young victims were often introduced to other men who went on to sexually assault them, rape them, traffick them for others to abuse or try to force them into prostitution.
The youngest was just 14 or 15 when he raped one of the victims.
Most of them were known to ringleader Amere Singh Dhaliwal and their stories are equally as corrupt and twisted as his.
Manzoor Hassan was already serving a seven-and-a-half-year prison sentence for making a schoolgirl work as a prostitute; his younger brother Zahid Hassan worked in a takeaway and groomed a vulnerable child with FOOD and; Mansoor Akhtar was already serving a six-year prison sentence for his part in ANOTHER grooming gang.
Here are the horrendous profiles of the 19 defendants who stood trial alongside Dhaliwal.

The surprise isn't the crime, but that somebody actually got jugged for it instead of the cops looking the other way lest someone cry "ISLAMOPHOBIA". About effin' time the Brits started acting like Brits, IMHO.
The history of this kind of thing in England is that 1) when the girls reported abuse to the authorities, whether police, social workers, or teachers, they were not believed; 2) when parents reported it they were either not believed or were threatened with arrest for being racist.
The Examiner Live report giving the names and details of the 20 miscreants is one of nine stories recently published by the newspaper in the subject, including one tut-tutting about the Islamophobic exaggerations of the “far right”.
About effin' time the Brits started acting like Brits, IMHO.
If they were acting like Brits, the offenders would be picking their parts most private out of a Rutland tree.

It doesn't defy understanding. If you realize that moslems are being coddled and their ideology is what it is.

[PULSE.NG] The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire.... on Friday denied giving "any kind of audio tape" from the investigation into the disappearance of journalist Jamal Khashoggi at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul to US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo or any American official.
"It is out of the question for Turkey to give any kind of audio tape to Pompeo or any other US official," said Ottoman Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, two days after meeting with the US's top diplomat for talks in Ankara.
Turkey's pro-government press has reported that Turkey has an audio recording that proves the alleged murder of Khashoggi at the consulate and that he was tortured before his death.
The existence of the tape has never been confirmed on the record by Ottoman Turkish officials.
ABC News, quoting a senior Ottoman Turkish official, reported Thursday that during his visit to Turkey this week Pompeo heard this audio and was shown a transcript of the recording. But Pompeo denied the report.
"I've seen no tape. I’ve seen no ‐- or I've heard no tape. I’ve seen no transcript," he told news hounds during a trip to Latin America.
Cavusoglu, like other Ottoman Turkish officials, stopped short of revealing details of the investigation but vowed they would be shared in due course.
"We will share the results to emerge with the entire world. It is out of the question for us to share this or that information with any country," he said, quoted by the state-run Anadolu news agency.

No problemo, Turkish official dude. We're totally satisfied with a 3rd party description of an unreleased audio tape. And we totally believe that it's like completely impossible to fake such a thing. No, really.
[IsraelTimes] Tehran told to amend legislation that allows funding for groups like Hezbollah and Hamas, a regional Iranian catspaw, that claim to be working to end ’foreign occupation, colonialism and racism’
A global financial watchdog on Friday warned Iran to clamp down on terrorism financing by February or face a deeper squeeze on its sanctions-hit economy.
The Islamic republic, already hurt by a resumption of US sanctions over its nuclear program, this month approved one bill to help meet demands imposed by the international Financial Action Task Force (FATF).
FATF, following a meeting at its Gay Paree headquarters this week, welcomed the legislation and extended a suspension of counter-measures that has allowed Iran to escape further isolation from international finance.
But nine of the 10 "action plan" items needed to remove Iran from an FATF blacklist have yet to be adopted by Tehran, according to Marshall Billingslea, the US assistant treasury secretary for terrorist financing.
"In our plenary, here in Gay Paree, we expressed our disappointment that the majority of the action plan remains outstanding," said Billingslea, who currently chairs the FATF, told a news conference.
"We expect that they will have adopted all these measures by February," he said.
Billingslea said if measures were not adopted by February next year, the FATF will take further steps to protect against the risks from Iran’s lack of action.
PRESSING FINANCE NEEDS
For Iran, access to finance has become particularly pressing since the United States walked out of a 2015 nuclear deal earlier this year and began reimposing sanctions.
The other parties to the deal ‐ Britannia, La Belle France, Germany, China and Russia ‐ have sought to salvage the agreement and maintain trade with Iran, but have demanded that it accede to the FATF.
Among the further steps demanded by the FATF, originally an initiative of the G7 nations, was for Iran to identify and freeze myrmidon assets in line with UN Security Council resolutions.
Another was for Tehran to remove an exemption from its legislation that allows financing towards groups deemed to be attempting to end "foreign occupation, colonialism and racism."
Iran has long been accused by the United States, Israel and regional rivals such as Soddy Arabia ...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face... of financing a web of terror groups, including the Hezbollah militia in Leb, and Paleostinian groups in Gazoo, like Hamas and Paleostinian Islamic Jihad ...created after many members of the Egyptian Moslem Brotherhood decided the organization was becoming too moderate. Operations were conducted out of Egypt until 1981 when the group was exiled after the assassination of President Anwar Sadat. They worked out of Gaza until they were exiled to Lebanon in 1987, where they clove tightly to Hezbollah. In 1989 they moved to Damascus, where they remain a subsidiary of Hezbollah... In a statement, the FATF said it will review Iran’s remaining legislation once it is in place to determine whether Tehran had met its demands.
It urged FATF members to exercise heightened checks on transactions involving Iranian businesses and nationals.
Iran is one of only two countries on the FATF blacklist.
The other is North Korea, and Friday’s statement reiterated "serious concerns" about the Asian country’s illicit activities to finance its missile and nuclear programs.

Basra (IraqiNews.com) Water contamination in Iraq’s southern province of Basra has caused more than 110.000 people to fall sick, an official in the province said as it struggles to overcome a water crisis that caused recent protests.
Baghdad Today quoted Mahdi al-Tamimi, head of the Human Rights Commission’s office in Basra, saying in press statements that "poisoning cases in the province are on the rise, which denotes the absence of solution to water salinity and contamination".
"Cases caused by the drinking of contaminated water have surpassed 110.000, and those are suffering intestinal disorders and vomiting", Tamimi said. "sewage-like water are pumped to some areas".
Iraq’s Basra had witnessed violent protests since early September over multiple social grievances, most notably water shortages and contamination. Some Iraqis officials had said Iran pumped contaminated water left over from its farmlands towards Iraqi territories, which prompted some Iraqi protesters to set the Iranian consulate in Basra on fire.
Outgoing Iraqi premier Haider al-Abadi had made directives to address the situation and deliver enough water quantities.

[IsraelTimes] Fox News reports most recent shipment arrived in Beirut on Tuesday; Leb has previously denied Netanyahu’s claim that Iran operates weapons factories on its soil
Iran has delivered advanced GPS components to Hezbollah which will allow the terrorist group to make previously unguided rockets into precision guided-missiles, thus increasing the threat to Israel, Fox News reported Friday.
According to the media outlet, American and western intelligence services believe Iran has been increasing its shipments to Hezbollah, with one flight arriving in Beirut as recently as three days ago with the parts to convert weaponry at Iranian factories in Leb.
