[FREEBEACON] Rep. Maxine Waters U.S. Representative for California's 43rd congressional district, and previously the 35th and 29th districts, serving since 1991, a total of 25.68017035560372 years. A member of the Democratic Party, she is the most senior of the 12 black women currently serving in the United States Congress, is a member and former chair of the Congressional Black Caucus. Before becoming a member of Congress she served in the Caliphornia, an impregnable bastion of the Democratic Party, Assembly, to which she was first elected back when Disco was in flower, in 1976, which would make it 40.678116967513375 years. She has been a politician for virtually all her adult life. If she was brighter she'd be a Communist... '>Comrade Maxine Waters (D., Calif.) on Friday accused Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz of being "racist" for saying that the Trump administration will be facing an "unfavorable" locality for a grand jury because it is "solidly Democratic" and has a "ethnic and racial composition" not favorable to Trump.Dershowitz, who has donated thousands of dollars to Democrats, told WABC radio host Rita Cosby on Friday that the new D.C. grand jury orchestrated by Special Counsel Robert Mueller is unfair to Trump.
"It gives the prosecutor a tremendous tactical advantage... the case now can be brought not in Northern Virginia, which is a swing area, sometimes Democrat, sometimes Republican... but the District of Columbia, which is always solidly Democratic and has an ethnic and racial composition that might be very unfavorable to the Trump Administration," Dershowitz said.
Cosby asked Dershowitz whether he thought the geographic move will be a disadvantage for the president. He responded, "Yes, I do."
MSNBC host Chris Hayes played some of the audio from the interview during his show and asked Waters whether the comments were "unfair."
"Oh it's absolutely unfair," Waters said. "What he is saying is ’all of those black people are there and they don't like Trump and so he's not going to get a fair trial and so they should take it out of that jurisdiction. It shouldn't be there to begin with.' I don't like that, and I'm surprised that Alan Dershowitz is talking like that."
"We will not stand for it. We will push back against that because that is absolutely racist," she said.
A $1.5 billion work-for-the-dole program that overwhelmingly targets Indigenous communities has been labelled racist by Australian Council of Trade Unions secretary Sally McManus, with the prominent unionist arguing the government's policy denies Aboriginal people rights enjoyed by other Australians.
In a speech to the Garma Festival on Sunday, Ms McManus will ramp up a union campaign against the Community Development Program, which covers approximately 37,000 mostly Indigenous Australians. While the ACTU has long been hostile to the CDP, the speech marks the union leader's highest-profile and clearest attack on the program since she was elected in March.

Lady Justice weeps with Water's sense of justice. First, Lady Justice needs an interpreter or psychiatrist to figure out what the hell this women is saying.

Racist like Nazi is just another over used pejorative (as in the 'N' word) hurled in hate. That's why the SJW are now pushing 'white nationalism' as a new pejorative in a country composed of 75%+ whites.

This from a former chair of an organization who only admits people of a certain skin color and who's very name is racist. I'm talking about the Congressional Black Caucus of course.
[LI] When former President Bill Clinton met with then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch at an Arizona airport, the gross impropriety of the "tarmac summit" was immediately evident. Clinton’s wife and 2016 Democrat presidential hopeful was then under FBI investigation for her server and email scandals. The impropriety was pooh-poohed away by a defensive AG, a disinterested media, a complicit FBI, and the corrupt Clinton clan.
The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) has released 413 pages of memos obtained from the DOJ that show the "tarmac summit" was planned and that the media was working with the Obama-Lynch DOJ to downplay and bury the entire incident.
The ACLJ in their article entitled, "DOJ Document Dump to ACLJ on Clinton Lynch Meeting: Comey FBI Lied, Media Collusion, Spin, and Illegality," reports: Lengthy and disgusting.
Right. Lynch’s DOJ created talking points about the meeting, but they apparently are secret, as they were redacted from all of the emails that contained them. How a FOIA exception could apply to those talking points, which were designed to be shared with reporters, is a mystery. But that is how the Obama administration responded to all FOIA requests on controversial matters: with evasion and obfuscation if not with outright lies. And President Trump and Attorney General Jeff Sessions do not yet, and may not ever, control the Department of Justice.

8 years of salting the senior levels of the civil service in every agency with radical progressive sympathizers/agents during the Champ years is now on display. Secure in many cases of the double protections of affirmative action and civil service, they are covert sources for the left, and are being assured that they will be heroes of the revolution when the next Demorat takes office. Consider now the meeting of Obama, the Wookie, Oprah, Geffen and Tom Hanks on the yacht at a remote island resort. Wonder what was discussed? Wonder if ValJar was there?

With the DoJ, State, and other agencies, it's been going on longer than that.

...and the only reason we know about any of this is because of one local reporter. I'm sure it's not an understatement to say 'what else have they done that we may never find out'?

What #7 NoMoreBS said. From the Clinton era and the Obama era, there has been a liberal salting of lefties in universities, governmental agencies, charities, activist groups, Wall Street, and the media.
[Iran Press TV] US President Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... has gone on a 17-day holiday to one of his golf resorts near New York.
Trump arrived at Trump National in Bedminster, New Jersey on Friday for his extended break.
The Trump National Golf Club occupies 535 acres of rambling countryside in central New Jersey, 45 minutes away from New York City.
The president, who had repeatedly criticized his predecessor, Barack Obama Because I won... , for taking too many vacation days to play golf and even vowed during his election campaign not to go on vacation if he became president, left the White House in complete shambles.
This is his first long absence from the White House since he became president.
The White House said the president’s stay at his golf resort would be a "working vacation".
"The President will continue to work over the next two weeks," said White House spokeswoman Lindsay Walters.
Telecommuting is supposed to be good for the environment...
The White House's faulty cooling and heating systems were cited as one of the reasons for the president's untimely leave.
Oh that's right -- the craftsmen kicked everybody out so they could do all sorts of delayed maintenance, including replacing the HVAC system and repairing leaks in the ceiling. Let's blame President Trump for another thing that shuold have taken place on President Obama's watch.
Trump's vacation has been scrutinized by international and local media.
Of course. Double standards are standards, after all.

When I wrote that, I was thinking about the literally leaky ceiling, I think in the press room. But it works even better the other way -- thank you for pointing it out, dear Anomalous Sources.
[OCREGISTER] A student painting that depicts the Statue of Liberty wearing a Moslem hijab, displayed in congressman Lou Correa’s Santa Ana office, is being attacked as an unpatriotic violation of the separation of church and state by members of We the People Rising, a Claremont-based activist group that advocates stricter enforcement of immigration laws.
The group, including several Orange County participants, has asked without success that Correa remove the painting hanging with other finalists from the Democratic congressman’s student art competition.
Because of the complaint, Correa said he asked the House Office of Legislative Counsel for advice and was told there was no legal issue. That has not appeased the activists, who are tentatively planning a Sept. 11 protest at Correa’s district office.
"It’s a bad example for our congressman," said Orange resident Mike McGertrick, an activist with We the People Rising. "He shouldn’t have anything religious in his office. ... I would like to see our Congress people be right-down-the-line patriotic."
McGertick went farther in his condemnation during a July 3 meeting with Correa’s district director, Claudio Gallegos, calling the hanging of the painting in the office "reprehensible and disrespectful."
"In this day and age, we want to see that our elected officials are the utmost of patriotism," McGertick says in a video the group recorded and posted on YouTube.
Correa sees nothing objectionable in the painting, which comes at a time of controversy over Donald Trump ...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States... ’s efforts to ban the entry to the U.S. of people from Moslem countries and about the treatment of Moslems in this country.

Democrats should fear Russia probe blowback, because frivolous persecution - of ordinary citizens, let alone the POTUS - should be, vigorously, discouraged.
Deep-sixing the faux Russia-Trump-collusion Mueller witch-hunt needs to go ahead ASAP. Get on with taking down the real criminal enterprises which have been going on for too long. I might add, at the expense of the American people.

What the Dems are afraid of is the way that, when they try to gather something on Trump, they (the Dems) keep running into Russians that they themselves have had dealings with.

[THEHILL] Lambda Legal, an LGBT rights group, is gearing up to sue the Trump administration over President Trump's proposal to ban transgender people from serving in the military.
Trump announced via Twitter last week that he would revive a policy barring transgender people from serving openly in the military. But that announcement came with no formal guidance and the Pentagon said it would continue to allow transgender people to serve until it received new direction from the White House.
A report published Friday by the Los Angeles Blade, however, indicated that the White House had approved guidance for implementing the ban, which Lambda legal called a "mean-spirited and discriminatory attack" on the LGBT community.

It would be pretty difficult for a 'transgender' person to serve sereptitiously.
An example of the sheer dishonesty of the reporting on the subject, blurring the distinction between transgender and gay.

The problem is they require continual medical attention and meds. If they do serve, they should be instantly listed as "Non Deployable" like people with chronic high blood pressure. It is hard enough to get enough beans and bullets to a combat zone, let alone necessary medication.
