BLUF: [Gateway Pundit] It appears at this time that the DNC was still focused on finding a leaker in the spring of 2016 and the leaker had not yet been found. It is also a fact that Podesta wanted to make an example of the leaker as noted in the email above and Seth Rich was murdered on the night of July 10th.
In early August of 2016 Amy Dacey, Seth Rich’s boss resigned from her post as CEO of the DNC due to some embarrassing emails released by WikiLeaks.
Disgraced Amy Dacey and the individuals who performed her audit in early 2016 are key suspects in knowledge of when and if Seth Rich was identified as the DNC leaker. She also should be asked to whom this was communicated with and what was said.

And then there's this from yesteray's Daily Mail:
Dotcom – the Mega-upload founder and New Zealand resident who is facing fraud and racketeering charges in the United States – offered to meet with the U.S. special counsel Robert Mueller on Tuesday. He claims to have evidence that Rich, not the Russian government, was behind the DNC email leak last summer.

In purely pragmatic terms - does anybody (inside USA and out) really wants incompetents who overreact to a leak of this type with murder, running USA?

I'm thinking investigators ought to go back and have another look at the James O'Keefe Project Veritas videos on Democratic voter fraud with fixers, organizers, and arrangers Scott Foval, Bob Creamer and others and look at what they said about the darker side of the DNC. There was a mention of "others" who did the heavy lifting for the DNC. Is it possible that some of those "others" might be a link between the higher up DNC officials and those who are actually directly linked to the Seth Rich crime? One has to consider what the Democratic Party has become and consists of: labor unions, liberals, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, the Weathermen types of the 60's, revolutionaries, hard-core Communists, and all sorts of extremists across the spectrum. There is a cadre of individuals within the Party who have and would do just about everything for the Party.

Not to disagree, G(r)om, because I think you're right, but then does leaving the goodies support the bungled robbery theory? Or was it done on purpose, to confuse?

Making it appear to be a 'robbery' sends no message to other potential leakers.

Baltimore is getting blanket surveillance but other cities are noted as being covered already. I presume they are high-value terror targets, like DC and NYC, but this system enables retroactive tracking of the entire city. What happened to Seth Rich in the last 2 hours before the shooting?

Comments at GP are enlightening:
George Webb has discovered a lot of information. He has even named a killer of Seth Rich. https://youtu.be/_-p58hB9lN0?list=UUrQ-wHKVi0JDWjQGcuoYnew
Early release from an Arrest on an international car theft ring....Visited DNC offices and Hillary Clinton's NY Campaign headquarters (in same building where Loretta Lynch as US AG has an office). Comey tries to compromise investigation.
When Russian envoy sent to inform President Obama about Russian intel picking up on planned hit - on "a" DNC official, obama immediately expels the Russians from The USA. Gives Russian diplomats and families 24 hours to leave The USA.
Two or three days later, on July 10, 2016, Seth Rich is mysteriously gunned down in Washington DC in a non-robbery.

Shaun Lucas is found dead - who is the attorney being videotaped serving the RACKETEERING lawsuit against The DNC and Debbie Wasserman-Scultz as Chair of The DNC - for rigging the Democrat Party's Primaries on behalf of Hillary Clinton - against .Bernie Sanders.

Eric Braverman as the former CEO of The Clinton Foundation, goes to the Russian embassy in NYC, seeking POLITICAL ASYLUM - in October 2016.
Eric Braverman was hired as CEO of The Clinton Foundation - by Chelsea Clinton - becoming aware of another Clinton SCANDAL = both Clintons funneling the money to themselves from donations made to The Clinton Foundation to rebuild Villages in India, that could ruin her mother's chances for the US Presidency.
Chelsea Clinton hired Braverman to clean-up The Clinton Foundation that gained a reputation as an international Money Laundering operation, but Braverman resigns as CEO - prior to Hillary Clinton announcing her bid for the US Presidency - even though Braverman was under contract to 2017.

Don't know about Gerald Bull, but I once saw a recruit being taught to throw a grenade throw the safety and stand there smiling a happy relieved smile with a tickling grenade in hand.
OAN TV reports Dr Jack Sava is a person of interest.
One America News reported that the attending physician who treated Rich was Dr. Jack Sava, a donor to Hillary Clinton’s campaign, who visited the White House six times before the day of Seth Rich’s murder. Dr. Sava is in a relationship with Lisa Kountoupes, a lobbyist for the DNC in 2016 who reportedly visited the White House 23 times during that same time period. They both reportedly visited the East Wing, reserved for then-first lady Michelle Obama and her staff.
WikiLeaks emails reveal Kountoupes co-hosted a Feb. 22, 2016, fundraiser with Tony and John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s 2016 national campaign chairman. Kountoupes and Dr. Sava were also listed on a guest list attached to a Feb. 7, 2016, email to John Podesta. Kountoupes is listed among Clinton Foundation contributors in the $10,0001-$25,000 donation bracket. Then there is a 4th year resident that claims Rich was alive following surgery.

Re the Clinton Foundation. Charles Ortel has a good handle on the corruption in this foundation criminal organization--basically, a money-laundering organization for the Clintons.

An examination of 'Persons of Interest' banking accounts might be a useful undertaking. Large cash withdrawals (or deposits). Sounds a bit cruel, but I wouldn't leave out the immediate family of Seth Rich in the monetary investigation.
Strange how silent voices within the Beltway Party appear to be, or possibly not so strange at all.
[THEAMERICANMIRROR] After the latest suspected Islamic terrorist attack in London on Saturday, a CNN host lashed out at President Trump over his renewed call for a travel ban.
The president took to Twitter Saturday evening, saying, "We need to be smart, vigilant and tough. We need the courts to give us back our rights. We need the Travel Ban as an extra level of safety!"
...this is the Moslem gentleman who recently ate brains with cannibals in India...
lashed out, writing, "This piece of shit is not just an embarrassment to American and a stain on the presidency. He’s an embarrassment to humankind."

Iranian American. Muslim scholar. CNN material suitable for Al Jazeera. Using profanity because he has no substantive response to murderous jihad but will definitely attack anyone who criticizes jihad. Kind of like a murderer in a criminal court profaning the judge who just handed him a harsh sentence.

Time to FOIA every "airport authority" in the country to learn exactly why CNN is on all those departure lounge monitors and, if taxpayer money changed hands, when exactly did the taxpayer get to vote on it.

Reza Aslan shows up quite a bit on Rantburg. He sounds like a duplicitous POS.
[AlJazeera] On January 21, most of the 230 protesters and bystanders arrested the day before were charged with felony rioting, which carries a maximum prison sentence of 10 years and a $25,000 fine.
But on April 27, the Superior Court of the District of Columbia returned a superseding indictment which added additional charges for some 212 defendants, three of whom had not previously been charged.
With new felony charges including urging to riot, conspiracy to riot and destruction of property, many of the defendants are facing up to 80 years in prison. Many other defendants, among them journalists, are facing more than 70 years. Excellent! Get the word out.
A handful of defendants have made deals with the authorities and entered guilty pleas in exchange for significantly shorter sentences.
But more than 130 of them have joined a 'Points of Unity' agreement, a collective pledge to reject any potential plea deals and reject cooperation with the prosecutors that comes at the expense of their co-defendants. The long arm of the law reached in and grabbed these masked rioters. Enjoy your stay in Club Fed.

I'll believe it went they're perp walked into expended incarceration. Otherwise, its just talk to further delay the proceedings so we won't pay attention when they finally get deferred sentencing.
#9
It's a long distance from exercising one's 1st Amendment rights to felony rioting, urging to riot, and conspiracy to riot. At some of these riots, the rioters also were violent against others and threw benches through windows.
A few stiff sentences might tamp down this BS and provide a disincentive to others who have similar ideas. Schools should have been doing their job early on of educating these rioters as to what their fundamental rights are and what they aren't.
Authorities should be going after those who aid and abet and provide funding as well.
#11
Definitely give em jail time, but 70-80 years?!? Five years in the federal pen would break most of these pussies and I don't feel like spending the tax money on the other years
#12
IMHO, 70 to 80 years possibility of residential habitation in the crossbar hotel is designed to get the rioters' attention.

I hope they take the indictments to the top and charge George Soros. He is the one that funds and trains all the field operatives. He has gone so far as to state he has 30,000 "organizers".

Follow the money indeed. It costs money to travel to the scene of these "demonstrations". When the defendants collectively pledge to reject plea deals and cooperation it kinda sounds like the authorities might be asking some of them who paid. With that many defendants, somebody's bound to squeal.

Furious Democrats are slamming Hillary Clinton for blaming everyone but herself for her surprise loss in the November election, according to a report Friday.
Supporters of the Democratic National Committee were especially incensed by her criticism of the party organization, Politico said.Andrew Therriault, who served as the DNC’s director of data science until last June, called Clinton’s claims "f‐king bulls‐t" in tweets that were later deleted.
"This is all about the last campaign. And really, what Democrats should be focusing on, and what I think Hillary Clinton should be figuring out, is how do we empower the DNC to have the best data resources to win races this year, in 2018 and 2020," a former DNC aide told the Web site. Maybe, like - you know,

or Silicon Valley billionaires, or LGBT, or some racial minority?

I hope she continues her 'blame game.' It serves as a handy reminder of her lack of grace, dignity, and and how very fortunate we are she failed to become POTUS.

[Wash Times] Former U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice said Sunday there are no easy way to stop homegrown terrorists and President Trump’s proposed travel ban targeting Muslims is counterproductive.
"We need to recognize that there will be homegrown extremists in all of our countries and there is no easy way to predict and defeat every single one of them," Susan Rice said on ABC’s "This Week" in response to the deadly terrorist attack Saturday night in London.
Ms. Rice, who also served as President Barack Obama’s national security advisor, said that to protect Americans from such attacks, which appeared to be carried out by radical Islamic terrorists, the U.S. must "strengthen our intelligence, our law enforcement, and work together with critical partners like the United Kingdom."

In other words stay on the defensive, and hope for the best. What a moroon.

Susan Rice must be really stupid. She is giving me the impression she cannot think her way out of a paper bag.

Yea and that's working out swimmingly! Not!
Trump travel ban OTOH will work well and use far less resources and is much cheaper (and I do mean much, much cheaper!) Instead of chasing after the facts, we can take our time and do a proper job of vetting beforehand.

No, she's certainly not the brightest bulb in the attic. Narcissism and ignorance, a very bad combination, but one we've seen frequently over the past eight years.

If it was a world wide pan-epidemic (say on the level of the last big plague), you bet your ass, there would be a travel ban. Those who would obstruct probably would be thrown in to the burn pits with the dead.
