When someone tells you this is a crazy conspiracy theory and not even remotely possible, just consider what sort of people we are talking about. Is Hillary, for example, just above this sort of thing?
[Free Beacon] The campaign of Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee disbursed nearly $10,000 of its funds for Super Bowl LI tickets, according to Federal Election Commission filings.
This year's Super Bowl between the Atlanta Falcons and New England Patriots, which took place on Feb. 5, was held at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. Jackson Lee represents Texas's 18th Congressional District, which includes most of the central Houston area.
The congresswoman's campaign committee is shown to have made two separate transactions pertaining to Super Bowl tickets days before and after the event.
On Feb. 3, just two days before the Super Bowl, Jackson Lee's campaign committee paid $4,900 to 21st Century Fox, Government Relations for ’Super Bowl LI Tickets,' according to the filings.
On Feb. 8, three days after the Super Bowl, Gerald Womack, the congresswoman's campaign manager, was reimbursed $4,900 for Super Bowl tickets, filings show.

[HeatStreet] A major new study out of Harvard University has revealed the true extent of the mainstream media’s bias against Donald Trump.
Academics at the Shorenstein Center on Media, Politics and Public Policy analyzed coverage from Trump’s first 100 days in office across 10 major TV and print outlets.
They found that the tone of some outlets was negative in as many as 98% of reports, significantly more hostile than the first 100 days of the three previous administrations. Charts at link. WaPo (83%) and NYT (87%) pretty close.
Only Fox News, which features some of Trump's most enthusiastic supporters and is often given special access to the President, even came close to positivity. 52% negative, 48% positive. Pretty close to fair and balanced.

The media has operated unchallenged in my opinion since Vietnam. They have told their lies for so long they believe they can continue to do so. The people know them for what they are. Oh a small number support them. Some work for them in the background. They will always fail. Every generation has its saboteurs. The new media is taking over. The old media voices will grow ever fainter.

Trump might get a fairer shake from the Christian Science Monitor but not many others--maybe some of the foreign news media. Doesn't look like the European media are much fairer than our MSM.

I've always maintained that any and all reporters are liars, traitors and enemies of humankind until proven otherwise. Which will not happen until the heat death of the universe.
[Michelle Malkin] Hillary Clinton now knows another reason why she wasn’t 50 points ahead: Damn you, Twitter! Twitter co-founder Evan Williams apologized for the role Twitter may have played in electing President Trump.
In an interview published Saturday in The New York Times, Williams discussed the president’s March claim to Fox News that "I think that maybe I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Twitter."
"It’s a very bad thing, Twitter’s role in that," Williams told the Times. "If it’s true that he wouldn’t be president if it weren’t for Twitter, then yeah, I’m sorry."
If anybody needs me, I’ll be spending the rest of the day trying to figure out how Twitter kept Hillary out of Wisconsin and made her pledge to put coal country out of work.
A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
Rantburg was assembled from recycled algorithms in the United States of America. No
trees were destroyed in the production of this weblog. We did hurt some, though. Sorry.
