[Free Beacon] New England Patriots tight end Martellus Bennett is refusing to attend the team's reception at the White House after winning Super Bowl LI because he does not support President Donald Trump.
Bennett made the comments while speaking with reporters and on Twitter, the Dallas Morning News reported on Monday.
I always hear this conversation when an athlete does this, even when Barry was in office:
Son....ever tell you about the time I didn't go to the White House?
No Pa...what'dya do?
Well boy...I woke up, had breakfast, did my morning exercises, and played video games until your Ma made me do the chores.
Gee Pa...must've been somethin'.
See boy...in a few years there will be another remake of Forrest Gump, and they'll just computerize me with the president. Oh, they'll computerize him too, make'm look right. Make me look right.

A treatment protocol so effective that it saves 99.9 percent of all victims
I don't mind spending America's wealth on this. Stockpiling meds that work and giving them away to prevent horrible illnesses like this has made the world a better place and sent Smallpox to the extinction bin. A good legacy to leave to our children.

I'm ambivalent - we're still the 'worst nation on earth' in many (commie / leftist / Marxist) people's eyes. Half the time I realize these are good measures and are essential to fight the bullshit, and the other half of the time I realize facts don't matter to an increasing number of people who live in Dumbfuckistan.

@#2, it is tempting to think, "Well instead of hoping everyone is ok, get out and help."
There are so many ways a for a Good Samaritan to end up on the patient list, especially initially concerning electricity. Everyone loves the story about the mom who turns into The Hulk and lifts the car off of the child, but there is broken glass, nails, sheared metal. It really is an equipment oriented exercise, beginning with really good boots and thick gloves.
I can't say don't; I'm the dumbass going around helping as soon as I check on the family. There is plenty to without getting too deep - clearing roads (watch for power lines, and they are always live even if they are not), checking damaged vehicles, structures for occupants, water and food to rescuers, even just helping calm people cuz it fn sux.

One of those videos from New Orleans of the tornado had a Trojan in the TV station's video page. WTF? Luck for me it doesn't work in Linux. Idiots.
I didn't post that page here.
If that is debris in the video and not water droplets doing funny things on the window, this thing was throwing around some big items.
Think of the videos where somebody drives into a store or someone's house. Those cars are not moving very fast to go through that wall or window.
Along with wind and pressure changes, it can get pretty nasty down there. Collection of Greensburg Tornado Pictures has a pic of (claimed) aluminum screen door molding impaled into a tree.
The way that metal is twisted would indicate a nasty one, at least at the point of contact. I know basements are not much of an option in that area, so let's call it why we find a significant structure and get as far away from windows as possible.
[CampusReform] The "Knights for Socialism" AKA National Socialism
group at the University of Central Florida (UCF) held a workshop Sunday to teach left-wing students how to "BASH THE FASH" with a "Leftist Fight Club" open to everyone but Republicans. How... fascist of you.
"In response to the record number of hate crimes against Latinxs, Immigrants, Muslims, Women, the LGBTQIA+ community, Jews, African Americans and other minorities since the rise of Donald Trump and other Alt-Right Neo-Nazis, Knights for Socialism has decided to host a series of self-defense clinics for anyone that wants to learn how to BASH THE FASH," asserts the Facebook event page for "Leftist Fight Club: The Rumbles at Lake Claire." 99% of all those "crimes" have been fake and staged by your fellow fascists
The description explains that a local amateur boxer was on hand to teach basic hand-to-hand combat techniques at the self-defense clinic, in order to help the socialist students better protect themselves from potential hate crimes performed by those sympathetic to Donald Trump and other Alt-Right Neo-Nazis." Amateur boxer... aka guy who gets in the ring and gets his ass kicked a lot. Stick a mixed martial arts guy in there and the "boxer" will run like a coward.
After the instruction, students were given the opportunity to practice what they learned by sparring with one another. Fortunately, I'm a libertarian and would love to show these little shits how to properly disable and maim someone as quickly as possible.

Be amusing when the snowflakes get infiltrated, they'll probably end up hitting each other more over people's front of caliphornia v caliphornian people's front.
#2
My guess is some lightweight all high on their new skills will pick a fight and get clobbered. The left wins either way because they'll paint it as a hate crime.

Cute idea to wind brownshirts up to pick fights in a state with some of the strongest protections for self-defense in the country. And have fun trying to convince a jury you didn't intend to start a fight after you attended this club.

Three very drunk Marines being accosted while out on the town in Orlando would put the whole bunch down.

Antifa is a domestic terrorist organization organized by the Democratic Party (much like they did the KKK and Black Panthers). they always go back to their roots - violence and intimidation.
OTOH I believe Milo's book is now an Amazon Best Seller - talk about your Epic Fail!
The New England Patriots’ astonishing comeback victory in the Super Bowl Sunday night unleashed a torrent of anti-white racial hatred on Twitter. It would seem the Left has done such a thorough job of fomenting divisive racial identity politics that a football team with a white head coach and a white quarterback can’t win a game without eliciting rage on social media. Behold the vitriol:
"Only white people can win in Trump’s America," tweeted user Saabreen Ahmed.
"This hurts, white supremacy just can’t keep winning"
"I hate seeing white people happy bruh, I’m so annoyed," tweeted another user.
"White people stay winning smh," echoed yet another.
"White people been showing y'all that they're in control very aggressively lately. Donald Trump winning. The Patriots winning smh," echoed another.
"In the year of Trump, the white people stay winning. Oh well, there's always next year," tweeted one user who goes by the name "Hurricane Matthew."

Put a black man in the Whitehouse and then the black folks get all snooty and righteous compared to all the other folks.

When you look at all of life through your racial or victim view of life, all of your now useless life resides there.
You are no good to anyone at all.
Especially yourself.
There are a few that are against you, but most do not care anything but for your skills and dedication to making your Own life better.
Care about and nurture something, learn yourself, gain Expert Power, and I will hire you myself.
No matter who you are, unless an ideological nightmare like marxists and islamists.

It might be instructive to examine the broader demographic make-up of the NFL. Holovak, Raymond Berry, Bill Parcells and the diffident Belicheck were, and are bit players and minority outliers. The real axon-to-dendrite power lies in the defense line.
I thought everyone knew that.
For questions regarding Vladimir Putin's advance into the Korean Peninsula, I'll have to refer you to the comments of Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) found in a separate article.

What I still want to know is how do you blow a 28-3 lead. I didn't watch the "event". Hell, I don't watch tv much anway. But I made it a point to miss this

What I still want to know is how do you blow a 28-3 lead.
Chiefs blew a 38-10 lead in 2014 wildcard, mostly by losing at the line defensively which allowed Luck to pick about the pass coverage, which went into a sort of zone-contain don't give up the big play, but every completion went for an average of 10-15 yards.
But we went fishing that day, so I flipped the game on at about the 4th quarter, and really didn't watch until about 8:00 to go, so can't tell what happened here except the breaks went towards NE with the turnover and Edelman's fantastic catch; looked to me ATL was playing good ball, that one wide receiver made an amazing catch, just NE went super saiyan.
The unhinged did this to a lesser degree last year, and it is the NFLs fault for letting their sport turn into cultural entertainment.
Was walking through Berkley-on-Kaw back when Tebow was QB in a playoff game, was by a sports bar with the game on, and some hippy chick stopped and screamed at the TV, "F you Tebow!"
So in the Year of the Kapernack, does not surprise me about the fit, like a couple years ago it did not surprise me when my boy accidentally poo'd himself. Agree g(r)om, if they didn't have their finger in their nose, their head would be empty.
btw -- Boy reeled in the largest Trout I have ever seen on his My First Pole. Much better than some TV show. Shit, I almost forgot the game was on, and still was unsure who NE was playing.

It was all of the above, as well as Belichick's halftime adjustments. That's one of the things he does that other coaches can't do as well. Also - Atlanta ran the ball four freaking times in the 2nd half (not burning the clock), giving NE just enough time to make the comeback work.

No dog in this fight but it was a great game to watch. I have some issues with the overtime rules though.

Here's how they lost a lead like that: they lost sight of the *winning*, and instead converted to trying "not to lose".
Their game plan for *winning* was excellent--they excelled at it.
Then, inexplicably, they threw that out the window and changed to a plan of "lets try not to lose".
That "plan" hadn't been worked on in the previous 2 weeks, nor did anyone really do well at it.
And they lost.

And while we're at it, San Francisco should fire their new head coach: there is no excuse for not running 2 more times and kicking the FG with less than 4 minutes left in the 4th quarter.
A highly accurate Chinese ballistic missile capable of threatening U.S. and Japanese bases in Asia has made its latest appearance at recent Rocket Force drills. The medium-range DF-16 featured in a video posted last week on the Defense Ministry's website showing the missiles aboard their 10-wheeled mobile launch vehicles being deployed in deep forest during exercises over the just-concluded Lunar New Year holiday.
While the Rocket Force boasts an extensive armory of missiles of various ranges, the DF-16 fills a particular role in extending China's reach over waters it seeks to control within what it calls the "first-island chain."
First displayed at a Beijing military parade in 2015, the missile is believed to have a range of 1,000 kilometers (620 miles), putting it within striking distance of Okinawa, home to several U.S. military installations, as well as the Japanese home islands, Taiwan and the Philippines.
The two-stage DF-16 replaces the older, shorter range DF-11, with a final stage that can adjust its trajectory to strike slow moving targets and evade anti-missile defenses such as the U.S. Patriot system deployed by Taiwan.
It also carries up to three warheads weighing as much as a ton and carrying conventional high explosives or a nuclear weapon. Further increasingly its lethality, the missile is believed to be accurate to within as little as 5 meters (16 feet) of the target, similar to that of a cruise missile.

Three Chinese warships sailed near the contested Senkaku Islands Monday, in a rare move apparently sending a message to the U.S. just two days after President Trump’s defense secretary visited Japan and vowed to defend the islands.
The ships sailed within Japan’s territorial waters some 12 nautical miles off the islands in the East China Sea, roughly 140 miles northeast of Taiwan, a U.S. defense official told Fox News.
On his first overseas trip as defense secretary, Jim Mattis, speaking in Tokyo, said China “has shredded the trust” of countries in the region by building up man-made islands in the South China Sea. He also said the U.S. commitment to protect Japanese territory applied to its islands in the East China Sea. Mattis later called for all regional disputes over territory to be handled peacefully during a press conference alongside his Japanese counterpart, Minister of Defense Tomomi Inada.
The Chinese, who also lay claim to the Senkakus, call the uninhabited islands the Diaoyus. Japan has laid claim to the islands since the late 19th-century. China has claimed the islands since the end of World War II.
“I made clear that our long-standing policy on the Senkaku Islands stands. The U.S. will continue to recognize Japanese administration of the islands,” Mattis said. “As such, Article 5 of the U.S.-Japan Security Treaty applies.” Article 5 commits the U.S. to defend Japan or its territories if attacked.
Following Mattis’ pledge, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang said, “We urge the U.S. side to take a responsible attitude, stop making wrong remarks... and avoid making the issue more complicated and bringing instability to the regional situation.”
The three Chinese coast guard cutters were Haijing patrol boats with hull numbers 2302, 2305 and 2501, the U.S. official added.

... Having attended a few Red Flags, I'm willing to believe this is true. The problem now is if we can only afford X number of -35s, and the enemy has X number of aircraft +1....

Going from 4th to 5th gen fighters is a much bigger leap than going from 3rd (F-4) to 4th gen (F-15) and we've used the F-15 to establish unquestioned air superiority for the last 40 years. The 5th gen capability leap is like going from props to jets.
The problem now is if we can only afford X number of -35s, and the enemy has X number of aircraft +1
This year's LRIP10 F-35A flyaway production price is $94.6 million and it is still 2 years from full production and ~$85 million flyaway.
Planned number US F-35s: ~2400
Planned number of PAK-FA: ~150-200
Likely lifetime F-35 production: ~4000

Killer Turkey: the 'Turkey' part was ripped off the F-14; please return.
Re#2: The USN was asked to play when I was still AD, we had 2 Boomer Skypigs painted in Desert Camo and from above they were invisible unless you caught their shadow. We flew them as a section until the Ascotties got tired of being jumped, then we were told that we had to fly the 'hi-vis' grey stealth paint job with one of them. Didn't like it when we colored outside the lines it seems......
