[CHARLOTTE WTVD] -- The gun that Keith Scott had on him during the deadly shooting was reported stolen after a breaking and entering, police said. No mention of the fact he was a convicted felon who should not have had a firearm in his possession.
The breaking and entering suspect told ATF Agents that he sold the gun to Scott. The suspect is in custody.
Scott's wife filed a domestic violence protective order on him in 2015 saying he hit his child, kicked her and threatened to kill them with his gun, ABC affiliate WSOC reported Monday evening.
Video of Scott being shot by officers was released on Saturday. Police also released images of a gun, holster, and marijuana they say were recovered from the scene.
Lawyers for a coalition of media groups have written a letter asking for more video footage and other information related to a fatal police shooting.

Both sides have it wrong. Society has a problem on its hands. Most of these angry young men grew up without a father figure. Secondly they were never introduced to the optional Father figure. Lay this at the feet of liberalism.
Victims of liberalism are both the angry young black man and the cop on the beat.
[FOX5NY] A severed head and other body parts were found inside a garbage bag floating in the McKinley Park lagoon Friday morning on the South Side.
I think I know where the entrails are...
The human remains were found about 10 a.m. at the park at 2210 W. Pershing, according to reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown ... home of Al Capone, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel,... Police.
A Chicago Park District worker found the bag during a routine clean-up and discovered the man’s head and other body parts inside, a source said.
People who use the park are stunned.
"I take them to the park here regularly, fishing, to the playground. And to hear this it's so scary. It's like my front yard," said neighbor Lisa Flores.
FOX 32 talked to an eyewitness who actually saw the first discovery. He says the severed head is that of an African-American man in his 20s, and it appears it had not been in the water long because there was no decomposition.
Police quickly cordoned off a large part of the park and used cadaver dogs and divers to look for the rest of the body.
Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson says they were able to locate more body parts.
"This is still an ongoing investigation. The head has been identified as an adult, probably African-American. And there are some more body parts that have been sent to the Medical Examiner's office," Johnson said.

If the CPD needs help they can always get a psycic to contact Thelma Ritter añd Grace Kelly. They ought to check up on Raymond Burr's activities too.
Of course when they catch the perp he might make bail. It'll cost him an arm and a leg though
[NEWYORK.CBSLOCAL] Two men were on the run Monday, and some subway riders were on edge, after video showed the suspects kicking and beating a man with brass knuckles at the 59th Street-Columbus Circle subway station.
This is a New York subway. I'm not sure anything would surprise a regular...
As CBS2’s Ali Bauman reported, the attack happened around 5 a.m. Sunday. Police said two men came up to a 25-year-old man and knocked him to the floor on the A train platform.
The suspects kicked the man while he was on the floor and one of them was wearing brass knuckles during the attack, police said. The suspects took $350 in cash and other items from the man and fled on a southbound A train, police said.
"I think that you have to watch what you’re doing at any point, but it’s always really sad to hear something like that," said commuter Stephanie Ricoy.
"I only work through Monday to Friday. I do the papers there. I do the metro paper. And so far, I’ve been seeing a lot of crazy people over here sometimes, but they haven’t messed with me so far," another man said.
Columbus Circle is one of the top 10 busiest stations in the city and houses the NYPD’s District 1 Transit Bureau. Commuters said police patrols are a regular sight.
"There’s been a lot more coppers here lately and there’s always somebody on duty that I’ve seen, and I come here regularly in the mornings and right after work," one woman said.
"You know that there’s security, there’s police around all the time," added Mike Bonser. "It’s just shocking to hear this kind of news."
But some New Yorkers said you can’t be too safe. Danielle Phillip heard about the attack on Monday morning, and decided she and her husband should escort their daughter to school through the 59th Street-Columbus Circle station ‐ all the way from Brooklyn.
"Outrageous, it’s crazy. My husband came with us this morning," Phillip said.
Other subway riders were likewise unsettled.
"Things are getting crazy," another subway rider named Kenny told 1010 WINS’ John Montone. "People don’t have any respect for anybody else and it’s really the worst part about it all."
"I’m on my guard," another man said. "I’m always on my guard."
The victim was released from the hospital after being treated for cuts and bruises to his face.
Police released surveillance photos and video of the suspects. One of the suspects was described as a Hispanic male in his 30s standing 5 feet 8 to 5 feet 10 inches tall. He was last seen wearing gray hooded sweater and light-colored pants. The other suspect was described as a black male in his 30s, also standing 5 feet 8 to 5 feet 10 inches tall. He was last seen wearing a gray t-shirt, a black long sleeved undershirt and black pants.

I'm not a New Yorker and haven't been there is awhile but I thought the subways had cops preventing such animal behavior.

Sure onlookers were shocked. The whole time they sat there and watched it going on they were distressed. Probably need counseling now. Certainly some sedatives.
Charlotte police released photos of Keith Scott’s marijuana joint and his loaded gun this weekend.

-- CMPD News (@CMPD) September 25, 2016
Scott was shot dead last week by a black police officer after threatening police with a loaded gun. Race activists rioted, looted and beat white people after his shooting last week.
Police released photos of Scott’s loaded gun on Saturday. The gun was loaded and cocked, the safety was off ‐ meaning it was ready to be fired.

It probably won't make any difference what is released. The climate which has been created in this country from the top has poisoned relationships in communities for the police. Obean has released his minions, BLM, with Soros bankrolling these minions and the media. Some 70-80% come from out of state.
Customs officials at an Austrian airport have stopped a female traveller carrying two containers of entrails into the country, believed to belong to her late husband.
And who would know a husband's entrails better than his wife, I ask you?
The packages belonged to a Moroccan national who suspected her husband had been poisoned. He died during an operation in Morocco, according to the Kleine Zeitung newspaper.
"My God, Doctor, the patient is dead!"
"Yes, Nurse, disemboweling tends to do that."
The woman was travelling through Graz airport in the south of Austria but was reportedly stopped by officials after they observed her behaving suspiciously.
"So vat vas she doingk, Hans?"
"She vas stroking her husband's entrails most lovingly, Frans!"
When speaking with the officials, the woman said she wanted to have tests carried out on the remains in order to investigate her suspicions around her husband’s death. However, a doctor summoned to the scene said a proper investigation could not be carried out without the full cadaver.
You need the full cadaver to figure out a disembowelment?
Austria’s finance ministry, which is responsible for all customs issues, confirmed the unusual find.
"Yah! Ve have not seen such a t'ing in, oh, about seventy years or so!"
However, police said they were not investigating as no laws had been broken.
"Did the disembowelment occur on Austrian soil?"
"No, mein Attorney Genralness! It vas done in Morocco-land!"
"Ack so, there is no crime here. Though she should not attempt to wear the entrails as garters, as that is strictly forbidden!"
The entrails have now been stored and are awaiting further examination by scientists.
"Mein Gott, doctor! Could we not just send these to the Mayo Clinic?"

Of course! How else are you going to know for sure that they were removed?
[CAMPUSREFORM.ORG] An RA at the University of Kansas was advised against incorporating an image of a gorilla into a jungle-themed floor decoration because the animal apparently represents "a very masculine image."
See, the progressives really didn't like the gorilla who rescued that child after all...
Assistant Complex Director Dale Morrow also noted that there are "stereotypes that surround this animal," and therefore its inclusion in the display would not be "inclusive."
Man alive, I never thought the progressive move would turn on and protest a masculine guerrilla like Ché, I mean what a big switch in their ideology!
An acquaintance of the RA, who also wishes to remain anonymous, explained to Campus Reform that the gorilla was used as part of a jungle-themed decoration for a hallway, and was not put up as a solitary image.
They still do collage in college?
KU responded to Campus Reform's inquiry, saying Morrow, an assistant complex director, "does not speak for our housing department," and noting that it "seems reasonable that students would post photos of animals as part of a jungle-themed decoration."
Ah, but only the correct animals. While all animals are correct, some are more correct than others...

[News24] Mbombela - A macadamia farming project by young farmers, which has been hailed by government as a model for land reform projects, is on the verge of collapse.
In 2011 five aspirant Mpumalanga farmers acquired the 65-hectare farm worth R5.35 million.
But five years on, the business situated in Schagen, 30km from Mbombela, is collapsing ‐ with the young farmers accusing provincial rural development and land reform officials of sabotaging their project by starving it of resources and support services.
The Insimu Yami Cooperative comprised of Julius Sibiya (34), Trinity Mondlane (31), Phindile Mondlane (27), Cynthia Zitha (21) and Wandile Ndlovu (25) now faces liquidation by debtors. The electricity is already switched off due to non-payment of a whopping R2.8 million bill, and criminals are stealing from the property piece by piece.
The hip, trendy group of youngsters who would otherwise have pursued sexier jobs, had been identified by the department of rural development and land reform and were given a grant of R2.7 million under the land distribution for agricultural development programme. They then topped up the grant with a loan of R2.65 million from a commercial bank.
Hipsters lacking business and technical skills run through horrendous amount of start-up funding without producing anything tangible? How unexpected.

I was in SA many moons ago and spoke w/a professional hunter turned safari guide. He said if you thought the land distribution problem was bad in Zimbabwe, wait until they do it in SA.

Then the court of First Additional District Sessions Judge Abul Monsur Mia sent him to jail after rejecting his bail plea.

Faruk was found murdered in front of his house in the town’s College Para area on January 18, 2013. Later, his wife Nahar Ahmed filed a murder case with local police.

[AA.TR] More than 86 percent of Azerbaijanis voted to amend the country's Constitution, the Central Election Committee said late Monday.
The amendments will create new leadership positions including a "First Vice Presidency" and a number of deputy presidents, extending the president’s term from five to seven years. The new First Vice President position will also carry immunity from prosecution.
Unofficial results show 70 percent of voters ‐ more than 3.6 million people cast ballots in the referendum. More than 5 million voters were registered to take part and 38 polling stations were set up for Azerbaijanis living abroad.
The referendum was watched by 117 international observers and 53,300 local observers were also on duty.

[AA.TR] A North Korean bank branch in China is being investigated for secretly operating despite being ordered to shut up shop, according to sources cited by South Korean media Monday.
Executives and employees of Kwangson Banking Corporation's Dandong branch along with local trade officials are all reportedly under the scrutiny of Chinese authorities.
"The Dandong branch of Kwangson Bank in March was pinpointed as an entity to be closed down under the UN [United Nations ...the Oyster Bay money pit... ] Security Council Resolution 2270 but until recently moved offices and continued to secretly operate without a signboard," a source was quoted as revealing to the JoongAng Ilbo newspaper.
Kwangson is affiliated with North Korea’s state-run Foreign Trade Bank and was blacklisted after January's fourth ever nuclear test by the reclusive state -- the North conducted a fifth, even more powerful detonation earlier this month and is set to face yet stronger sanctions.
Bolstered punitive measures might include getting tougher on third parties who do business involving barred North Korean entities or commodities.
Having been accused for years of propping up the ailing North's regime, China is now being seen to be making moves against those thought to have flouted existing sanctions -- including Dandong conglomerate Hongxiang Group.

China Air Force Conducts West Pacific Drill, Patrols ADIZ
NANJING, Sept. 25 (Xinhua) -- The Chinese Air Force on Sunday sent more than 40 aircraft of various types to the West Pacific, via the Miyako Strait, for a routine drill on the high seas, a spokesperson said.
Shen Jinke, spokesperson of the People's Liberation Army Air Force, said the fleet, including H-6K bombers, Su-30 fighters, and air tankers, conducted reconnaissance and early warning, attacks on sea surface targets, and in-flight refueling to test the Air Force's fighting capacity on the high seas.
Bombers and fighters of the PLA Air Force also conducted routine patrol in the East China Sea Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ), the spokesperson said at an east China airport.
Shen said routine drills in the West Pacific and patrols in the East China Sea ADIZ are conducted "in accordance with the needs of the Air Force to defend national sovereignty and security, as well as to maintain peaceful development."
Since the East China Sea ADIZ was set up nearly three years ago, the Air Force has kept regular patrols.
The Air Force will continue patrolling in the East China Sea ADIZ to uphold the legitimate rights and interests of China. It will keep conducting various training to improve its combat capacity, Shen said.
[Breitbart] Christian Rickers, executive director of Trumpocrats PAC, told Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Alex Marlow Tuesday, "We've got hundreds of thousands of Democrats who have switched registration in Ohio and Pennsylvania, several hundred thousand, and you don't see those articles."
Rickers claimed that despite the group's successful efforts at recruiting hundreds of thousands of Democrats to support Republican nominee Donald Trump, they have been mostly ignored by a media far more interested in covering a handful of Washington-based Republicans unhappy with Trump as their nominee. He specifically discussed difficulties in getting any attention for his PAC's efforts from television networks, such as MSNBC and CNN.

As oppose to the coverage that a RINO gets for declaring he/she is voting for Hillary? Any Bush to the courtesy phone.

In Ohio we can declare allegiance when we sign the book to get our primary ballot before heading into the voting booth. We'll see if enough Republicans are voted into the state legislature to change that next year. But it looks like we won't be sending Washington a second Democratic senator, so that's something fairly definite.
