[Daily Caller] New emails released by Judicial Watch in connection with its probe of the Bill, Hillary, and Chelsea Clinton Foundation indicate Clinton Foundation donors lobbied senior Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin for diplomatic passports.
Abedin responded positively to the donor inquiries, according to the email. Can-do-easy! It's an off-line process. We'll link you up with our contact in Maryland. Your stuff should be ready in a week or so.
The donors in question include Doug Band and Justin Cooper. The email indicates that Band reached out to Abedin in 2009, when she served as deputy chief of staff at the U.S. Department of State, and asked for her help in obtaining diplomatic passports for him, Cooper, and a third individual identified only by their initials.
"We had them years ago but they lapsed and we didn’t bother getting them," Band wrote.
[NBCNEWS] Florida prosecutors are investigating the voter registration of Donald Trump's campaign chief, NBC News has learned. They wouldn't be Dems, would they?
Election officials in Miami-Dade County confirmed Tuesday that the local state attorney's office requested Stephen Bannon's voter records last week. Ummm... Yeah, she is. Replaced Janet Reno, routinely runs unopposed.
"I know that there is an investigation but I know very little about it," said Rosy Pastrana, executive assistant to the county's election supervisor. "They requested voter records for him, which is why I know there is an investigation going on."
Pastrana told NBC News there was nothing obvious in Bannon's voter record that suggested fraud to her, especially since he had not voted in Miami-Dade since registering there in April 2014.
"There is nothing here that I see that he did wrong," she said.
Ed Griffith, a front man for the Miami-Dade state attorney, said he could not confirm or deny an investigation was under way but noted that his office could open a probe based on any question of possible violations, even inquiries from the media.
"As a prosecutorial agency, we investigate all potential crimes brought to our attention," Griffith said. "If it was brought to our attention we would certainly review any potential crime to see if it is indeed a crime or an administrative violation."

[STLOUIS.CBSLOCAL] Voter fraud in St. Louis? Circuit Judge Rex Burlison on Wednesday refused to dismiss a case that could result in a whole new election for State Representative.
Bruce Franks lost his challenge to incumbent Penny Hubbard by just 90 votes, but his attorneys argue 141 absentee votes shouldn’t have counted.
KMOX’s Michael Calhoun was in the courtroom this morning.
With an overhead projection of a map on the courtroom wall, Franks’ attorney plotted pins of all the absentee votes ‐ many of them clustered around Hubbard’s house.
"This pattern is not coincidental," he declared.
Hubbard’s attorney conceded that two voters lived outside the district, but everybody else who cast a ballot was eligible to do so. Hubbard’s attorney also argued it’s a missed chance ‐ the only way Franks could contest those ballots is if he was there as they were being counted.
To vote absentee, there’s a lot of paperwork, and a voter is supposed to state a valid reason why they will be absent on election day. Franks’ attorney said paperwork for those absentee votes was missing essential information.
Hubbard’s attorney said most who voted were eligible, and they can’t be disenfranchised because of paperwork issues.
Franks’ attorney also alleged Hubbard operatives went door-to-door misleading voters, telling them they’re allowed to vote from home this year ‐ some getting offers to have their ballots filled out for them.
St. Louis Election Board chairwoman Joan Burger testified that there have been complaints in the past about the excessive quantity of absentee ballots, KMOX’s Kevin Killeen reports this afternoon.
Franks’ attorney claimed the absentee vote rate of the total was 25 percent in Hubbard’s ward ‐ the highest number in the city, he claimed.

Grand jury to investigate hotly contested St. Louis ...
Aug 31, 2016: St. Louis Circuit Attorney Jennifer Joyce plans to call a grand jury to investigate allegations of vote fraud in the 78th District state House primary.
[BREAKINGISRAELNEWS] Nigerian billionaire philanthropist Gilbert Chagoury, who has been a major donor of the Clinton Foundation, was denied entry to the U.S. last year due to suspected ties to the Lebanese terror group Hezbollah.
Chagoury, 70, has been friendly with former President Bill Clinton ...former Democratic president of the U.S. Bill was the second U.S. president to be impeached, the first to deny that oral sex was sex, the first to have difficulty with the definition of is... and his wife, current presidential candidate Hillary Clinton ... sometimes described as For a good time at 3 a.m. call Hillary and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Bainbridge Colby ... , since the 1990s, and has donated between $1 million and $5 million to the couple’s foundation, according to the Los Angeles Times.
Chagoury has been a close ally of former Nigerian dictator Gen. Sani Abacha and has tried to influence U.S. policy in the dictator’s favor. The State Department has also been investigating the billionaire, who has Lebanese roots, for his ties to Leb. He is currently on a no-fly list, in part because of his connection to Lebanese Christian politician and former Lebanese Army commander Michel Aoun ...a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hizbullah... , whose party had signed a memorandum of understanding with Hezbollah in 2006.
A 2013 FBI intelligence report has indicated that Chagoury provided funding to Aoun funds, which Aoun transferred to Hezbollah. When Chagoury applied for a tourist visa in the summer of 2015, the state department denied his request on grounds related to funding terrorism. Chagoury denies any link to Hezbollah.

When is this friggin criminal money-laundering, racketeering-for-the-benefit of the Clinton slush fund coming down--it's way overdue? Just before the elections would be fine--maybe before the 1st or 2nd debate.
[INQUISITR] WikiLeaks founder and editor in chief Julian Assange is apparently convinced that the American liberal media is unified in its goal to elect a "demonic" Hillary Clinton ... sometimes described as For a good time at 3 a.m. call Hillary and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Henry Kissinger ... as president of the United States.
The controversial Assange made this allegation during a New York Times ...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize... interview that was broadcast today on Facebook Live.
He has previously vowed that more emails involving Hillary Clinton would be released into the public domain beyond the thousands that have been posted on the WikiLeaks portal.
Today, Assange also assailed what he called the "neo-McCarthyist hysteria" among the political establishment in blaming Russia for hacked emails in July that proved embarrassing or worse to the Hillary Clinton campaign and a cohort of Democrat insiders to the detriment of former rival Bernie Sanders ...The only openly Socialist member of the U.S. Senate. Sanders was Representative-for-Life from Vermont until moving to the Senate for the rest of his life in 2006, assuming the seat vacated by Jim Jeffords... .

Mother Teresa worked hard to turn Hillary into something other than a selfish demon two years before her death but even though she finally made a commitment to help on a project Hillary's returned to her selfish, power hungry life. So God handed the Clintons and MSM over to Satan a while back. When their eveil is fulfilled, the calamity that destroys them will be fully justified.
[CNN] Donald Trump flew into a nation he has constantly berated during his campaign to meet President Enrique Peña Nieto and said they discussed a wall Trump has vowed to build on the US southern border, but not his demand that Mexico pay for it -- an assertion the Mexican president later disputed.
"Who pays for the wall? We didn't discuss," Trump had said when asked by a news hound during a news conference following their meeting in Mexico City. "We did discuss the wall. We didn't discuss payment of the wall. That'll be for a later date."
But Peña Nieto later claimed the two had discussed the wall and who would pay for it -- and he had "made it clear" to Trump it wouldn't be Mexico.
"At the start of the conversation with Donald Trump, I made it clear that Mexico will not pay for the wall," Peña Nieto tweeted, after their meeting Wednesday.

My understanding is Trump did not wish to discuss financing, which was a wise move. Of course the libtards will try to couch this as a Trump failure.

The Mexican President is being weasely for the uneducated but proud. He knows taxing the money sent back by Mexicans in the US could be used to pay for the wall and there is nothing he can do about it but complain to the press, it doesn't have to come from the Mexican Treasury directly.

Parsing words in Clintonesque manner: Trump said they didn't DISCUSS payment. The Mexican President makingg a statement about payment and Trump not responding beyond acknowledgement does NOT constitute a discussion.
Don't you love handing the MSM back a Clintonian explanation.

Love so see these MSM elitist snobs get their a$$s handed to them at every turn. They are not accustomed to a candidate not just rolling over for them. They seem to be getting frustrated with not being able to follow their usual game plan of trying for the gotcha moment that takes down a candidate. Trump seems to be easily outwitting and outplaying them-- his voters love him for it. The MSM is liked about as much politicians, clap, shingles, lawyers, cancer, proctologists, shifty newspapers, George Soros, PC, lefty tyrant wannabees, etc.
[Hot Air] It's not even Labor Day yet, so we've got some time to while away until the general election in November. With that in mind, let's pause to think the formerly unthinkable. (Or at least the unlikely.) What happens if we get right up to the final couple of weeks before everyone heads to the polls and we suddenly only have one major party candidate still standing and in competition? That's the rather odd, but at least theoretically possible question posited by Steven Nelson at US News and World Report this week. The possible answers seem to range from nothing much with the process moving forward as it normally does to a delayed election or one which takes place without anyone voting.
The presidential election could be delayed or scrapped altogether if conspiracy theories become predictive and a candidate dies or drops out before Nov. 8. The perhaps equally startling alternative, if there’s enough time: Small groups of people hand-picking a replacement pursuant to obscure party rules.
The scenarios have been seriously considered by few outside of the legal community and likely are too morbid for polite discussion in politically mixed company. But prominent law professors have pondered the effects and possible ways to address a late-date vacancy.
"There’s nothing in the Constitution which requires a popular election for the electors serving in the Electoral College," says John Nagle, a law professor at the University of Notre Dame, meaning the body that officially elects presidents could convene without the general public voting.
"It’s up to each state legislature to decide how they want to choose the state’s electors," Nagle says. "It may be a situation in which the fact that we have an Electoral College, rather than direct voting for presidential candidates, may prove to be helpful."
To get the obvious point out of the way, this discussion is clearly pinging off of two theories which are popular in certain corners of the social media swamp these days. One holds that Hillary Clinton is actually so incredibly ill that she’s virtually at death’s doorstep and could kick the bucket before November 8th. The other is that Donald Trump is a Manchurian Candidate for the Democrats and he’ll throw in the towel and walk away before anyone gets a chance to vote for him. But even if you subscribe to one (or both?) of these ideas, what happens next?

Could actually be a pretty good HRC strategy. Should her polls continue to plummet, early voting exits non-supportive, she bombs the debates, negatives increase on foundation and emails.... dropping out for medical reasons might be viable option. We should know very soon.
Obama's team appears to be 'holding in place.' One would think a few might find new jobs and opportunities No one appears to be moving on. Perhaps they know something we don't ?

Tim Kaine would be a viable candidate, probably would get more votes then HRC.
Pence would also be a viable candidate.

[Wash Examiner] Democratic House candidates should never say "all lives matter" under any circumstances, according to a highly confidential memo sent to staffers for the party's congressional campaign arm, which was leaked this week.
"This document should not be emailed or handed to anyone outside of the building," according to the November 2015 memo. "Please only give campaign staff these best practices in meetings or over the phone."
The document, intended to advise staffers on how to deal with the Black Lives Matter movement, was released Tuesday evening as part of a trove purportedly obtained from a personal computer belonging to House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi. The information was posted on a WordPress blog operated by Guccifer 2.0, who has released a stream sensitive documents obtained from the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

It opens a trap a mile wide: "So, if you won't say 'all lives matter,' you are implicitly saying 'some lives do not matter.' Can you provide us with a list, please?"

[KMOX] ST. LOUIS (AP) - The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency has awarded a $12 million, five-year contract to the University of Missouri's Columbia campus to train NGA employees.
The contract, announced Wednesday, follows the NGA’s decision earlier this year to remain in St. Louis instead of moving to St. Louis County or Illinois.
The contract with the College of Engineering will focus on data science and other training needs identified by NGA. The agency anticipates 1,800 working students in St. Louis and Washington, D.C., will participate.
NGA employees will be paid for time in class. Those who complete the program will have a graduate certificate in data science and a master's degree from the university.
The agency is expected to break ground next year on a new $1.75 billion campus in north St. Louis.

I still don't know what this boondoggle hopes to accomplish or why it's needed. Here's the gobbledygook: It "is part of the NGA College’s Learning Outreach program that partners with qualified academic institutions and industry partners to address key education and training gaps within the NGA, according to the release. Mizzou will provide a comprehensive data science education program that includes databases and programming, statistical analyses and predictive modeling, data visualization and data mining, cloud-based computing, and machine learning among other specialties... Personally, I think it is just a way of filtering money to the miserable U. of Missouri.

I still don't know what this boondoggle hopes to accomplish
Whit it accomplishes is the pay off to the SJW proggies from this regime for their support for the irrational and harmful propaganda produced by the University that led to their BLM uprising.
[The Hill] The number of undocumented immigrants deported by President Obama is falling and could hit a 10-year low in 2016 just as the issue heats up in this year’s presidential race.
Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE) figures from June suggest 230,000 people could be removed or returned from the country by the end of the fiscal year next month, slightly fewer than the 235,413 deported in 2015. That was the lowest number since 2006.
While the total does not include people caught attempting to illegally cross borders, it still highlights a change in enforcement patterns under Obama. Obama was once criticized by Rep. Luis Gutiérrez (D-Ill.) on the House floor in 2014 as the "deporter-in-chief" because of the high number of deportations under his administration.
In 2012, removals under the Obama administration peaked, with ICE reporting that 409,849 people were sent back to their home countries.
The rising number coincided with efforts to reach a deal in Congress on comprehensive immigration reform that would have included a pathway to legal status for undocumented workers in the country. Republicans were demanding that Obama toughen enforcement.
After the legislation failed, Obama shifted his strategy, pursuing executive actions that allowed some groups of undocumented immigrants to remain in the country.
The White House also exercised executive authority by changing its enforcement priorities to violent offenders, which resulted in a drop in the number of people being arrested within the interior country and deported.
"[The Department of Homeland Security] has placed more of a priority on border removals and has tried to scale back on the interior," said Faye Hipsman, a policy analyst at the Migration Policy Institute.
While total deportations decreased, the proportion of criminal aliens as a percentage of removals increased from 31 percent in 2008 to 59 percent in 2015.
