[ENGLISH.ALARABIYA.NET] FBI Director James Comey strongly defended his decision not to recommend criminal charges against Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton ... sometimes described as The Heroine of Tuzla and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Al Haig ... as he was grilled by Republican politicians over her handling of classified emails while secretary of state.
Under persistent questioning at a hearing of the House of Representatives Oversight Committee, Comey insisted that "in my judgment," Clinton did not break the law.
"The question I always look at is, is there evidence that would establish beyond a reasonable doubt that somebody engaged in conducted that violated a criminal statute. And my judgment here is there is not," Comey said.
House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan ...U.S. Representative for Wisconsin's 1st congressional district, serving since 1999. He is a member of the Republican Party. He proposed an alternative to President Obama's 2011 budget and made himself the target of both Democrat and Republican verbal pies... said in a letter to Director of National Intelligence James Clapper that Clinton, the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee, should be denied classified briefings during her run for the presidency.
He said it was an appropriate sanction for her improper handling of classified emails while serving as President Barack Obama Jedi mind meld... ’s first secretary of state.
Presidential candidates normally get access to classified information once they are formally nominated and a Clinton front man said Republicans’ efforts to deny her the briefings was "another blatantly political stunt."
The issue of Clinton’s use of private email servers has cast a cloud over her presidential campaign for the Nov. 8 election, raised questions among voters about her trustworthiness and given her Republican presidential rival, Donald Trump, an avenue of attack.
Comey had disappointed some Republicans by only rebuking Clinton, not recommending charges against her, on Tuesday for what he called "extremely careless" handling of classified information while using private email servers for business.
"I think there is a legitimate concern that there is a double standard, if your name isn’t Clinton or you are not part of the powerful elite that Lady Justice will act differently," Representative Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the House Oversight Committee, said to Comey.
A Democratic member of the committee, Representative Elijah Cummings ...Representative-for-life from Maryland, representing half of Baltimore City, which makes his district ultra-safe, and most of Howard County, which is out-populated by the city. Her access should have been suspended long, long ago. A suspension of access requires no civil or criminal conviction. I doubt it will happen however. A TS/SCI and sensitive 'read-on's' are conditions of employment.
Me either after watching the Clinton Kabuki theater for the past few decades--especially the more recent Benghazi and emailgate. I don't think anything is going to come from the money-laundering investigation either. The taint of lawlessness.

A TS/SCI level clearance is not only required to view classified documents, it is also required for access to secure areas, secure briefings, secure communications links, and discussions. A TS/SCI is base requirement for higher level accesses and read-on's.
My guess is she's still got her clearance and will maintain it without suspension.

You have to ask, against which agency is that TS/SCI clearance charged? SOmewhere, there is an SSO or clearance control officer who holds the responsibility for it is it is still in place. That individual should be the focus of the Congressional oversight, and walk up the chain in public to the DNC and the WH to prove that we aren't a nation of laws anymore, just peons and patricians.
