[Wash Examiner] Conflicting accounts of when data was removed from Hillary Clinton's private server indicate copies of emails known to contain classified information may reside on a device other than the one presently in FBI custody.
She may have printed 55,000 pages of emails for submission to the State Department from a different device than the one presently in FBI custody.
Platte River Networks, the company that managed Clinton's email network after she stepped down from her post as secretary of state, indicated it transferred data off the original server in mid-2013.

Spoliation of evidence. Conspiracy to obstruct justice. And thats just the start. When will Clinton be held accountable by the press instead of them ignoring this or making excuses.?
[The Mail - 23 July 2015] Disgraced former Congressman Anthony Weiner has landed a job with a top PR firm that specializes in 'crisis management' - despite his political career being twice brought down by disastrous 'sexting' scandals.
MWW, which has close ties to Hillary Clinton, has confirmed it is welcoming Weiner to its board of advisors, according to the New York Post.
The PR firm's CEO is Michael Kempner, a well-known New Jersey fundraiser for the Democratic Party. He has raised more than $100,000 for Clinton's presidential campaign in the last four months - making him a so-called 'Hillblazer'. Email, why does it hate us ?

Be advised: Replacing the 'Circle the Wagons' graphic with a photo of a sunken chested Anthony Weiner is a punishable offense under the Rantburg UCMJ.

...What would be perfection itself is if the FBI finds an email from Carlos Danger on one of those servers....

I think the idea is they have him as a distraction. When they need to bury a scandal, they just give Weiner a camera phone and plop him down in front of a class of HS girls and let nature take it's course. I'm sure he'll be well paid to take one for the team.
[The Mail] An obese woman in need of medical attention was rescued from her second-story apartment in East Harlem by New York City firefighters who had a net that could hold her nearly 800lb body.
City paramedics arrived at the woman's apartment on 111th Street around 1.15pm and quickly realized that she was too large to fit through the front door of the dwelling.
The emergency workers were able to treat the woman but they called in the firefighters so she could be removed from the apartment and taken to St Luke's Hospital. Disassembly would have required less heavy equipment and might have been more advantageous to tax payers in the long-term.

"All units respond! Supersizing
In progress! A Harlem uprising!"
Now, thanks to my menu
And slight shift in venue,
Manhattan is saved from capsizing!

[Hurriyet Daily News] Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev landed Aug. 22 in the Kuril islands, prompting a swift rebuke from Tokyo, which claims illusory sovereignty over the northwest Pacific archipelago in a long-running dispute.
Medvedev visited Iturup, one of four islands in the chain that lies off Russia's far eastern coast and just north of Japan, Russian media reports said.
"Everything is perfectly modern here," Medvedev was quoted as saying on his arrival. "This is the result of our development programme for the Kuril islands."
Hajime Hayashi, the head of the Japanese foreign ministry's European division, phoned the Russian ambassador in Tokyo over the visit to the islands, which Japan calls the Northern Territories. The trip "contradicts Japan's position over the Northern Territories and hurts the feelings of the Japanese people... It is extremely regrettable", Hayashi said, quoted by a Japanese foreign ministry official.
Soviet troops seized the islands just after Japan surrendered in World War II.
The seven-decade-old dispute has hampered trade and prevented Moscow and Tokyo from signing a formal post-war peace treaty.
I have to side with the Russians here: if you don't want to lose land, don't start a war...
Someone should explain that to the Palestinians and their friends.
Both the Kremlin and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe had hoped to start mending relations in order to revive trade, with Japan seeking broader access to Russia's plentiful oil and natural gas supplies.
According to the government's website, Medvedev visited the island's new airport, sea port, a fish processing factory, and a youth forum where he met with young scientists and teachers.

Multiple explosions were seen and heard at an American military base in Japan, local media outlets reported Sunday. Early reports indicate that a warehouse on the base remained burning as emergency vehicles responded to the blasts.
The explosions occurred at the Sagami General Depot, a U.S. Army base in the city of Sagamihara, about 25 miles from Tokyo. Petroleum products and ammunition are stored at the Sagami General Depot, Fox News reported.

In 2007, a 13-year-old student was thrown out of classroom in Råneå elementary school in the municipality of Luleå because he had a shirt with the Swedish flag. The teacher who threw out the student had asked the student to take off the shirt or wear it inside out. When the student refused, he was thrown out of the classroom. The school's headmaster said that the Swedish flag may be perceived as a symbol for Nazism and it was school policy that students may not wear shirts with the Swedish flag. Råneå elementary school is not a special school with a special focus, but a conventional public elementary school in Sweden.
In July 2015, Söndrum elementary school in Halmstad detailed in an internal memo rules on when and how the Swedish flag would be displayed or not displayed:
"In Söndrum school, the Swedish flag is used for flag days according to the Swedish calendar. The school management is responsible for the flagging. Other use of Swedish or other flag is made in connection with international exchanges. No other use of the Swedish flag is allowed. The traditions at the school is something most students look forward to. When we have days with elements of masquerade and music, the goal is that these days should be perceived as positive by all. The Swedish flag may not be included in the masquerade costume. Masquerade and the performances must also be free of elements of weapon. It is positive and bright emotions that must be highlighted. If we can also with this rule help someone not to offend another person, not commit the crime called hate speech or not to break the rules for the use of the Swedish flag, the happiness doubles."
[ARABNEWS] Italia's coasties and navy rescued more than 1,200 migrants in the Mediterranean on Saturday after responding to multiple distress calls from 18 overcrowded vessels carrying an estimated total of 2,000-3,000 people.
Two navy patrol ships, the Cigala Fulgosi and the Vega, picked up respective totals of 507 and 432 migrants from two boats in danger of sinking just off Libya while coasties vessels had safely boarded just under 300 people from three different inflatable dinghies.
Operations to rescue those stranded on the other drifting vessels were continuing in what was one of the largest single-day rescue missions seen since the numbers of people making the risky crossing to Europe from conflict-torn Libya went kaboom! last year.
Some 170,000 migrants from Africa, the Middle East and South Asia landed at Italia's southern ports in 2014 after being rescued in the Mediterranean, while the total for 2015 has already topped 104,000.
A further 135,000-plus have landed in Greece since January and more than 2,300 people have died at sea while trying to make it to Europe with the help of traffickers.

THEGLOBEANDMAIL] Thousands of rain-soaked migrants on Saturday rushed past Macedonian riot police who were attempting to block them from entering Macedonia from Greece. Police fired stun grenades and dozens of people were maimed in the border festivities.
The tumult started when police allowed a small group of migrants with young children to cross the frontier, and crowds in the back squeezed the migrants toward the shielded police wall. Many women, at least one pregnant, and children fell to the ground apparently fainting after squeezing past the cordon.
Then thousands of others, including women with babies and men carrying small children, grabbed their chance to run across a field not protected by barbed wire to enter Macedonia.
Police stun grenades did not to stop the rush.
At least 25 injured people were brought to a railway station in the Macedonian town of Gevgelija by fellow migrants. Many children lost contact with their parents in the chaos and desperately called for "mama, baba!"
Several hundred migrants, mostly elderly and children, remained on the Greek side of the border when police restored order.
It was the second day of festivities between the migrants and baton-wielding Macedonian police who are attempting to block them from heading north toward the European Union ...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing... .

A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
