[FREEBEACON] Attendees of a major conference of left-wing activists this week are being asked not to rape other attendees, according to conference materials posted online.
"We want our attendees to have a great time, but please remember that sexual consent is always essential," advises a program handed out to attendees of the 2015 Netroots Nation conference.
The conference, which will kick off in Phoenix, Ariz., this week, features some of the nation's leading Democratic politicians and liberal activists.
The note about sexual consent appears in a portion of the program advising attendees of the conference's "safe space policy."
"Alcohol use is never an excuse to disrespect, harass or harm others, and someone who is intoxicated may not be able to give their consent," organizers noted.

I find it amusing that lefties need to be reminded of this.
Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson faced mounting Capitol Hill pressure Tuesday to force state and local jurisdictions to abide by federal "detainers" on undocumented Democrats in their custody, in the aftermath of the Socialist paradise of San Francisco ...where God struck dead Anton LaVey, home of the Sydney Ducks, ruled by Vigilance Committee from 1859 through 1867, reliably and volubly Democrat since 1964... releasing an undocumented Mexican national now charged with murdering a woman along a city pier.
But Johnson resisted, telling the House Judiciary Committee that forcing local authorities to comply with federal requests to detain an undocumented Democrat for deportation would be a "huge setback."
He said roughly 12,000 federal detainer requests last year were ignored, but the B.O. regime remains committed to a new program in which federal officials ask local authorities for assurance that requests will be honored.

Twelve thousand detainer requests ignored and 30,000 criminals released, set free to do whatever their evil little hearts desire. And it's a huge setback for the federal government to expect cities like San Francisco to uphold the law, even when their citizens are getting gunned down in the street. But I guess white lives don't matter. Things just keep getting curiouser and curiouser.

What's the difference between Obama and Mussolini? Mussolini was a sensitive guy, and yes made the Roma-Milano run on time. Caught in a web of unfortunate history he might have done better with a few breaks.
[WND] At a hearing Monday in Manhattan in which he ruled filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza must continue community service for four more years, U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman said he considers D'Souza's violation of federal campaign-finance laws to be evidence of a psychological problem and ordered further counseling.
D'Souza's defense counsel Benjamin Brafman provided evidence to the court that the psychiatrist D'Souza was ordered to see found no indication of depression or reason for medication. In addition, the psychologist D'Souza subsequently consulted provided a written statement concluding there was no need to continue the consultation, because D'Souza was psychologically normal and well adjusted.
But Judge Berman, who was appointed by Bill Clinton ...former Democratic president of the U.S. Bill was the second U.S. president to be impeached, the first to deny that oral sex was sex, the first to have difficulty with the definition of is... , disagreed, effectively overruling the judgment of the two licensed psychological counselors the U.S. probation department had approved as part of D'Souza's criminal sentence.
"I only insisted on psychological counseling as part of Mr. D'Souza's sentence because I wanted to be helpful," the judge explained. "I am requiring Mr. D'Souza to see a new psychological counselor and to continue the weekly psychological consultation not as part of his punishment or to be retributive.

Dick Berman, so sane, so intelligent!
So honest, so helpful, so eloquent!
Not one of those judges
Unhinged by their grudges
That get off on shooting an elephant!

..why one? If you buy the lie of 'checks and balances', a lot of them should have already been de-benched. You have an aristocracy running an entire third of the government. The timidity of the legislative branch which has already surrendered responsibility and power to the bureaucracy only serves as an institution to keep the rubes in believing it's still a republic, which it isn't.

Considering how the democrats play loose and free with election finance laws they may not like this precident. Of course they know the Pubs are to moral and lack the stones to follow up.
[PJ Media] Hillary Clinton issued a lengthy statement tonight not only giving props to the Iran nuclear deal but also basically taking credit for it.
"I am still studying the details, but based on the briefings I received and a review of the documents, I support the agreement because it can help us prevent Iran from getting a nuclear weapon. With vigorous enforcement, unyielding verification, and swift consequences for any violations, this agreement can make the United States, Israel, and our Arab partners safer," Clinton said.
"...Today's agreement is the culmination of a sustained strategy of pressure and engagement executed over many years. As secretary of State, I logged tens of thousands of miles and twisted a lot of arms to build a global coalition to impose the most crippling sanctions in history. That unprecedented pressure delivered a blow to Iran's economy and gave us leverage at the negotiating table, starting in Oman in 2012. I know from experience what it took to build a global effort to get this done; I know what it will take to rally our partners to enforce it."
As president, Clinton said, she would "use every tool in our arsenal to compel rigorous Iranian compliance."
"We can never permit Iran to evade its obligations or to place any suspicious site off limits to inspectors," she said. "And the response to any cheating must be immediate and decisive -- starting with the return of sanctions but taking no options off the table, including, if necessary, our military options."

use every tool in our arsenal
The last place, if at all, would be looking into an arsenal. Even then it would be about as effective as her spouse's Operation Desert Fox. All show, no results.

I feel like I got transported back to 1939 and am reading the newspaper headline regarding Neville Chamberlain's speech upon return from Germany--the Peace in Our Time speech.
[WSJ] Republicans have warned that the accord will face a wall of resistance in the GOP-controlled Congress ...and they keep their word just as often as B.O. does...
But unless it's a veto-proof majority in both Houses of Congress, it won't matter.

Where was this deep resistance when the bill to allow Obama to do what he wants came up for a vote? Boehner & McConnel railroaded it through. "Resistance" now is a fucking sham.
