[POLITICO] Rachel Dolezal, an NAACP activist and the daughter of a white couple who claims to "identify as black," told NBC News Tuesday night that "there's been no biological proof" that her mother and father are actually her parents. There's no biological proof I'm not the long-lost natural son of J. Paul Getty, either, so I could be sitting in my yacht as I write this with my .5 bro, Junior--except that what kind of a person would cast that kind of aspersion on his/her/its own mother?
Dolezal, who resigned Monday as president of the African-American advocacy group's chapter in Spokane, Washington, after her parents said she'd been misrepresenting her racial heritage, told NBC's Savannah Guthrie, "I haven't had a DNA test. There's been no biological proof that Larry and Ruthanne are my biological parents."
Inappropriately familiar of her to refer to them by their first names if she's unrelated...

Maybe not. But it's easy enough to get. Ever hear of DNA?
It can tell you if your parents are your parents. It can even tell you who your ancestors were. Wouldn't that be fascinating to know that?

Point of order: DNA is an artificial construct created by The Man in order to deny TRs (transracials) their true nature. In addition, taking a DNA sample is invasive and in keeping with the traditional Dead White Male viewpoint of TRs or People of Color as property.

I believe a chameleon has a different DNA set from humans. Sure there probably some shared strands in the bunch, but different in arrangement and combinations.

If my parents went public and spoiled my grift I'd probably disown them as well. She'll probably see what kind of money she can make out of this before switching to another ethnicity in a quiet media market.

No 'biological proof' I'm my parents' daughter
Wow. Stop talking, girl. I hear you've lost your job. Instead, you could come over to my house and using only your big mouth could dig a hole big enough for me to install a diving pool in a matter of minutes!
[CNN] Police have shot and killed a white tiger that killed a man Wednesday in Tbilisi, Georgia, a Ministry of Internal Affairs representative said, after severe flooding allowed hundreds of wild animals to escape the city zoo.
The tiger attack happened at a warehouse in the city center. The animal had been unaccounted for since the weekend floods destroyed the zoo premises.
The man killed, who was 43, worked in a company based in the warehouse, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said. Doctors said he was attacked in the throat and died before reaching the hospital.
Experts are still searching the warehouse, the ministry said, adding that earlier reports that the tiger had injured a second man were unfounded.
The zoo administration said Wednesday that another tiger was still missing. It was unable to confirm if the creature was dead or had escaped alive.

[LA Times] Rank-and-file Border Patrol agents are furious that they have lost some of their favorite enforcement tools and say that intense public criticism of border shootings has led to a morale crisis..
"We lack the political will to enforce the law and allow our agency to be effective," said National Border Patrol Council spokesman Shawn Moran in a conference call with reporters Wednesday. The call was coordinated by the union that represents the agents.
Among the most far-reaching and damning accusations from agents working entry points in Arizona, Texas and California was that the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol administration in Washington does not want agents to make drug busts and has taken away their ability to do so.
Shane Gallagher, an agent in the San Diego sector, said roving interdiction patrols -- in which agents would stop suspicious vehicles north of the border -- were extraordinarily successful at nabbing border crossers with drugs. But those patrols would then create uncomfortable questions for the ports through which the vehicles had just passed, he said.
#3
Just build the damned barrier fence. That should slow the flow enough to where patrols can be effective. The fence, like any good military combat engineering item, is not aimed at preventing movement completely, but raising the cost and difficulty to where movement across the zone is minimized. This means casual crossers would be deterred, leaving high value targets as the ones trying to cross. This dries up the flood of illegals that the really bad guys depend on to mask their movements. And these are the ones we need to be targeting anyway, as a matter of security.

The f'n BP should stop harassing Americans 75 miles from the border and accusing them of felonies that aren't in the criminal record. The BP has lost my support. Thugs. No, Mexicans.
[Bangla Daily Star] Bakhtiar Alam Rony, son of Awami League politician Pinu Khan, fired shots in a drunken state on early April 14, leading to the deaths of two innocent persons at New Eskaton in the capital, a witness told a Dhaka court yesterday.
Bakhtiar's friend Kamal Mahmood testified in a
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate's Court that he along with Bakhtiar and two other friends were going to Dhanmondi from Moghbazar by a black Prado jeep of Bakhtiar's mother, said court sources.
There was a traffic jam on the road on the eve of Pahela Baishakh. As the vehicle got stuck in a tailback at New Eskaton, Bakhtiar, who was in a drunken stupor, became annoyed. He lowered a window of the vehicle, and shot five times from his firearm, Kamal said in his testimony.
Kamal, also business partner of Bakhtiar, said he didn't hear anyone scream or moan in pain after the shots were fired.
Magistrate Aminul Haque recorded Kamal's statement at his chamber after the witness was taken there by the investigation officer of the case filed in connection with the shooting and the killing of two persons.
Rickshaw-puller Abdul Hakim and auto-rickshaw driver Yakub Ali were critically maimed after shots were fired at random from the jeep around 1:30am on April 14.
Hakim died 16 hours after the shooting, while Yakub died on April 23.
Meanwhile, ...back at the saw mill, Scarface Al had tied Little Nell to the log and was about to turn on the buzz saw... Bakhtiar's brother Ahmed Tanvir Alam appealed to the court for permission to take back their mother's black Prado jeep seized by police.
The court directed the investigation officer to report within five days on whether the vehicle should be handed back to its owner.
The Criminal Investigation Department of Police is carrying out a ballistic test to find out whether the bullets found inside the bodies of the two victims were fired from Bakhtiar's licensed pistol, said police.

[Business Insider] Russia's ambassador to Sweden has warned the country of the potential military "consequences" associated with joining NATO in an interview with the Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter, The Local reports.
Russian Ambassador Viktor Tatarintsev told Dagens Nyheter that Russia does not have any military plans against Sweden, in line with Stockholm's alliance neutrality.
But Tatarintsev warned that this could change if Sweden were to join the NATO alliance. So now 9.6m Swedes are a threat to the bear.
"I don't think it will become relevant in the near future, even though there has been a certain swing in public opinion. But if it happens there will be counter-measures," Tatarintsev said according to a translation from The Local. I really am tiring of listening to these gangsters threaten and bloviate.

[ARABNEWS] North Korea says it has been hit by its worst drought in a century, resulting in extensive damage to agriculture.
The official Korean Central News Agency said the drought has caused about 30 percent of its rice paddies to dry up. Rice plants normally need to be partially submerged in water during the early summer.
"Recently in our country, there has been a severe drought with sudden extremely high temperatures and nearly no rain," Ri Yong Nam, a senior N. Korean weather official, told The News Agency that Dare Not be Named on Wednesday. "Now the drought is causing a water shortage and great damage to agriculture, and we foresee this drought will continue for a while." He said temperatures in May were 5-7 degrees Celsius higher than normal.

In other news, NK has agriculture besides grass & tree bark.
[AA.TR] Greek Deputy Finance Minister Dimitris Mardas said Wednesday the government would meet all of its debt obligations on time.
Speaking on private channel Mega TV, Marda said: "We aim to pay our obligations on time based on the data we have," and he added that "until June 30 there are many factors that may affect the liquidity of the economy."
The remarks come at a time when fears of a failed bailout agreement for the country are mounting. Ahead of a meeting between the Greek delegation and the Eurogroup on Thursday, the Bank of Greece issued a report warning that "the conclusion of a new agreement with our partners is of the utmost importance to fend off the immediate risks to the economy, reduce uncertainty and ensure a sustainable growth outlook for Greece."
The central bank warned of crisis and recession should Greece exit the euro.
"Failure to reach an agreement would, on the contrary, mark the beginning of a painful course that would lead initially to a Greek default and ultimately to the country's exit from the euro area and -- most likely -- from the European Union ...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing... . A manageable debt crisis, as the one that we are currently addressing with the help of our partners, would snowball into an uncontrollable crisis, with great risks for the banking system and financial stability. An exit from the euro would only compound the already adverse environment, as the ensuing acute exchange rate crisis would send inflation soaring."

....Hoooooookay - compare this article with the other one that screams about how oppressive it is that Greece is actually expected to repay their loans and how it's a violation of human rights to expect that, and I'm getting the impression that the Greeks have had a come-to-Zeus meeting with the rest of the EU...and that they will cave and make their payments.

[REUTERS] The Greek central bank warned on Wednesday that the country would be put on a "painful course" towards default and exiting the euro zone if the government and its international creditors failed to reach an agreement on an aid-for-reforms deal.
It also said Greece risked a renewed bout of recession and predicted that the current economic slowdown would accelerate in the second quarter of this year. The Greek economy had started growing again last year after being pounded by years of austerity, but fell back into negative growth in the first quarter of 2015, contracting by 0.2 percent year-on-year.

The federal government cannot verify nearly $3 billion in subsidies distributed through ObamaCare, putting significant taxpayer funding "at risk," according to a new audit report.
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Inspector General (OIG) released an audit Tuesday finding that the agency did not have an internal system to ensure that subsidies went to the right enrollees, or in the correct amounts.
"[The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services] CMS's internal controls did not effectively ensure the accuracy of nearly $2.8 billion in aggregate financial assistance payments made to insurance companies under the Affordable Care Act during the first four months that these payments were made," the OIG said. I do suspect the "right people" got it.

Nine people were killed when a white gunman entered a historic African-American church in Charleston, South Carolina, and opened fire, the city's police chief said on Thursday. Race war heats up?

....I'm ninety miles from there, but please believe me when I tell you that the city - and all of South Carolina - are horror struck this morning. Every single law enforcement officer in the state right now has just one goal - find this monster and bring him in. I have no doubt the FBI is already on the scene, and for once I am glad they are here. Quite frankly, I want this bastard to feel hunted.

They're calling it a Hate Crimeâ„¢, mostly because the victims were black. Since there wasn't any financial interests, it had to be motivated by something else, and Hate seems to fit. If they were white Christians... who knows what it would be called? Prayers out to the families and community

#5 The mayor called it a hate crime because people were killed while they were killed in a house of worship. I saw the announcement and heard his words. There was no mention of religious affiliation or color. He was specific as to why he was calling it a hate crime.
“The following subject is wanted for the shooting that occured in Charleston at the Emanuel AME Church. Subject is Dylann Storm Roof w/m 4/3/1994 5’9″ 120 lbs. The subject should be driving a 2000 Hyundai Elantra GS, SC registration LGF330. The vehicle is dark-colored. Subject should be considered armed and dangerous and caution should be used if seen. “

Secretary of the Treasury Jack Lew is set to announce on Thursday that the Bureau of Engraving and Printing will remove Alexander Hamilton from the ten dollar bill, in favor of a woman. I wonder if she will be a "10"?
The change could happen as soon as 2020.
The announcement came via Nancy Lindborg, president of the US Institute of Peace, who tweeted out the news. Owing to the small denomination, I doubt my wife will notice the "improvement." /sarc

If the Trunks were smart, they'd introduce legislation to the effect of making Edith Wilson the choice today. How can the administration say no when it's a Donk to begin with? How bi-partisan. Think how it would deflate the anti-woman smears and undermine Hillary at the same time.

Does that mean we lose the only black man on US currency? Think about it Hamilton was born out of wed lock in the West Indies. Odds are mom wasn't pure blooded white woman. That would also explain why dad gave him the bum's rush.

That, Chuckles, depends on who they will replace him with. I'm betting Elizabeth "she who speaks with forked tongue" Warren - she's a woman and an redskinindian Native American. And she would probably claim a little African American if it would get her something...
