[CSMONITOR] President Barack Obama I am the change that you seek... and his wife were supposed to finish their three-day visit to India with a trip to the Taj Mahal Tuesday.
Instead, they'll be leaving a half-day early to honor the late leader of Soddy Arabia ...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. When the oil runs out the rest of the world is going to kick sand in the Soddy national face... and meet with the new Saudi King Salman ...either the largest species of Pacific salmon or the current Sheikh of the Burnin' Sands, Cutodian of the Two Holy Mosquesand Lord of Most of the Arabians.... bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud. A photo-op at India's most famous marble mausoleum or pay your respects to one of the world's most important oil-suppliers, a major US military hardware purchaser, and a key ally in the fight against Sunni and Shiite Lions of Islam in the Middle East.
Not a difficult call, really. But still a disappointment to some in India, especially those who had been working hard to give the Obamas a good impression of Agra.
In Agra, some 600 people were paid $3.75 per day to scrub the streets and white marble at the Taj Mahal clean from betel-nut spit stains. Agra workers also cleared some two tons of trash from the nearby polluted Yamuna river, according to NDTV. Cows and stray dogs were rounded up, and for two weeks now, construction work has been halted to prevent dust blowing through the city.

[DAILYMAIL.CO.UK] Violent bandidosturbans killing children and others in Iraq, Syria, Nigeria and other parts of the world may cite Islam as a justification, but the West should be careful about calling them Islamic radicals, Secretary of State John F. I was in Vietnam, you know Kerry Former Senator-for-Life from Massachussetts, self-defined war hero, speaker of French, owner of a lucky hat, conqueror of Cambodia, and current Secretary of State... told an audience of opinion leaders Friday at the World Economic Forum.
In a speech calling for a global effort against violent extremism, Kerry said it would be a mistake to link Islam to criminal conduct rooted in alienation, poverty, thrill-seeking and other factors.
'We have to keep our heads,' Kerry said, according to the Associate Press.
'The biggest error we could make would be to blame Moslems for crimes...that their faith utterly rejects,' he added.

As for the Paris death squad:
The OIC has for years openly demanded that non-Muslims in the West be subjected to Sharia law.
The death squad meted out Sharia punishment and neutralized those who would interfere with its (Sharia-)lawful execution of a punitive measure.
IOW the OIC i.e. mainstream Islam got exactly what it wanted.

By the way, the guy who wrote that article used to be a Boston Globe ass-kisser political writer, so it's not much of a surprise to guess who he's working for now.
A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
Rantburg was assembled from recycled algorithms in the United States of America. No
trees were destroyed in the production of this weblog. We did hurt some, though. Sorry.
