[Khaama (Afghanistan)] The Afghan Intelligence National Directorate of Security ...the Afghan national intel agency... (NDS) foiled a coordinated suicide kaboom plot in southern Kandahar city.
According to a statement released by the National Directorate of Security (NDS), a group of six bandidos bully boys were tossed in the slammer Drop the rod and step away witcher hands up! in connection to the attack plot.
The statement further added that the group was looking to carry out the attack using two cycle of violences packed with explosives in the crowded areas of Kandahar city.
NDS also added that 27 magnetic bombs, 10 rounds of RPG-7 rockets, 4 rounds of artillery shells, 13 mortar shells, 7 hand grenades, one pistol and 3 cycle of violences.
The anti-government armed murderous Moslem groups have not commented regarding the report so far.
Kandahar is among the relatively volatile provinces in southern Afghanistan where anti-government armed forces of Evil are actively operating in a number of its districts and frequently carry out insurgency activities.

[An Nahar] Twelve suspected members of a "terrorist cell" planning attacks in Algeria have been incarcerated I ain't sayin' nuttin' widdout me mout'piece! in the south of the country, the defense ministry announced Wednesday.
It said the arrests were carried out during the past two weeks in army operations in Ghardaia, Laghouat and In Amenas, all several hundred kilometers (miles) from the capital Algiers.
The cell had been "preparing to carry out terrorist acts in the country with the complicity of other terrorist groups operating on the other side of the country's southern border," it said in a statement, without specifying whether it was Mali or Niger.
The ministry said there were "no human losses" during arrest operations.
In January 2013, the takeover by Islamist bully boyz of Tiguentourine gas facility in In Amenas led to the deaths of 40 hostages, many of them foreigners, during a rescue operation by security forces.
Three bully boyz were arrested and 29 bumped off.

[Dhaka Tribune] A Shibir man has been killed and two others have been injured when a truck ran over them while they were trying to torch it in Lohagara upazila of Chittagong.
The incident took place early Wednesday on Chittagong-Coxs Bazar highway in the upazila, said Satkhira Circle ASP AKM Imran Bhuiyan.
The dear departed is Jubaer, a Shibir activist, hailed from Srimati are of Lohagara upazila.
The identity of the injured could not be known immediately.

[DAWN] China has banned the wearing of burqas in Urumqi, the capital city of Xinjiang, where a majority of Moslems reside, said a report published on The Telegraph. That's so Heroes of Islam can't dress up like girls, at least not in public.
Residents have been banned from wearing burqas in the city of 3.1 million people, in "an effort to curb growing extremism," state media had announced earlier this week. It also means women dressed up like bats can't hold up liquor stores.
Xinjiang is home to the Uighurs, a largely Moslem, Turkic-speaking group as well as a growing number of Han Chinese migrants who have poured into the region which borders Pakistain, Afghanistan and Kazakhstan.
"Burqas are not [a] traditional dress for Uighur women, and wearing them in public places is banned in countries such as Belgium and La Belle France," reported Xinhua, China's official news agency.
Recently, there has been a rise in deadly festivities in China, which Beijing describes as Islamic terrorism. However, women are made to be loved, not understood... some experts claim that these festivities are due to ethnic tensions between Uighurs and Han Chinese migrants.
The Chinese leadership insists that religious fanaticism is the driving force behind the recent rise in bloodshed. On the other hand, human rights ...which often include carefully measured allowances of freedom at the convenience of the state... groups argue that the government violates the Uighurs' rights to freedom of worship.
The groups also say that the Community Party's rigid policies on religion are serving to further radicalise Moslem youth in the region.
Xinjiang's Communist Party chief Zhang Chunxian recently urged officials to "brandish the sword and advance against snuffies in a full-on approach".
In May last year, Beijing commenced a so-called "people's war on terror" following a market bombing in Urumqi which left 31 people dead.

[ABCNEWS.GO] The FBI has tossed in the slammer Book 'im, Mahmoud! an Ohio man for allegedly plotting an ISIS-inspired attack on the U.S. Capitol, where he hoped to set off a series of bombs aimed at politicians, whom he allegedly considered enemies.
Christopher Lee Cornell - also known as Raheel Mahrus Ubaydah - was arrested earlier today on charges of attempting to kill a U.S. government official.
Government documents say the FBI first noticed Cornell after he voiced support for violent jihad on a Twitter account.
Further investigation revealed his intent to attack the U.S. Capitol, and he planned to detonate pipe bombs there and open fire on any employees and officials after the bombs went off, according to government documents.
The FBI and Department of Homeland Security issued a bulletin to law enforcement agencies across the country, notifying them of the case.
The alleged activities of Cornell highlight the continued interest of US-based violent Lions of Islam to support designated foreign terrorist organizations overseas, such as ISIL, by committing terrorist acts in the United States, the bulletin read. Terrorist group members and supporters will almost certainly continue to use social media platforms to disseminate English language violent murderous Moslem messages."

[OREGONLIVE] A 19-year-old is accused of threatening workers repeatedly at a Northeast Portland deli when he wasn't able to buy a single cigarette, saying he would blow up the store "in the name of Allah," court records say. He's not named "hank" or "Charlie."
Abdalah Mohamed also is accused of making disparaging remarks about Jews and Israel in July, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
Mohamed was arraigned Monday afternoon on two counts of second-degree intimidation. He entered not guilty pleas to each count.
He was booked into the downtown Portland jail on the warrant Friday.
Court records indicate he's lived in Northeast Portland for about six years and is originally from Kenya.
According to Multnomah County Deputy District Attorney Richard Freud, Mohamed entered Ira's Deli at 7215 N.E. Prescott St. on the morning of July 14 and asked to buy a cigarette.
Shaheen Brodle, who was working behind the counter, told the teen that the deli didn't sell cigarettes individually and that he'd have to buy a pack if he wanted any cigarettes, Freud wrote.
Mohamed demanded to speak to the owner, identified in the warrant as Iraj Rafai. Rafai came to talk to Mohamed and reiterated what Brodle had told Mohamed, the affidavit said.
That's when Mohamed started shouting threats laced with profanity and demeaning comments about Jews and Israel, Freud wrote.
According to the affidavit, Mohamed screamed, "I will blow up your store'' and "I'm going to send my guys to shoot up your store.'' Mohamed also referred to the owner as a "Jew'' and an "Israeli.''
"You Israeli ... I'll blow up your store in the name of Allah!'' Mohamed is accused of yelling, Freud wrote in the affidavit. "We take care of people like you.''
Mohamed left the store, continuing to yell at Rafai and spit on the ground toward Rafai, the affidavit said. While police were investigating and interviewing witnesses at the deli, Mohamed is accused of calling the store and leaving another derogatory message, the affidavit said.
Police identified Mohamed after viewing video surveillance images from the deli, the affidavit said.
Mohamed is also accused of cocaine possession in an unrelated case, according to court records.
According to court records, Mohamed came to the United States in 2000.

[NBCNEWS] The military has tightened security at New Castle Air National Guard Base in Delaware after unknown suspects apparently tried to probe the base for security weaknesses, counterterrorism and military officials told NBC News.
A Pentagon official said that no specific threat or person had been identified, but the base raised its security level to what is known as Threatcon Bravo, two steps higher than normal.
The precautions under Threatcon Bravo include additional inspections of the base for suspicious packages, tighter checks of incoming mail, random checks of cars and making sure cars and crates are kept at least 80 feet from buildings.
The FBI, the Air Force, the Joint Terrorism Task Force and Delaware police are investigating attempted probes of the base perimeter, including the main gate, once on Monday and four on Tuesday, the officials said.
The probes were conducted by a vehicle or vehicles whose occupants were described as "Mideastern" in appearance, counterterrorism officials said.

Gen. Qassem Soleimani, commander-in-chief of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards elite Al Qods Brigades, and senior officer of Iranian forces in Iraq, was seriously injured in a targeted attack by an ISIS suicide squad.
The attack took place near Samarra in central Iraq, after agents of the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant managed to infiltrate his command staff and get close enough to their target before blowing themselves up.
Soleimani, 58, who is a member of supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khameneis closest circle and a pivotal figure in Iranian military and intelligence, was rushed to hospital in Tehran.
For nine years, he has masterminded Irans military and political involvement in three conflicts, starting with the Hizballah-Israel war of 2006, the nearly four years of Syrias bloody conflict and the war on ISIS in Iraq and Syria.
His latest project was a major effort to weld all of Iraqs Shiite militias into a single popular army.
ISIS has managed to wipe out the forward command group of an Al Qods Brigades commando force killing its commander, Gen. Mehdi Norouzi.

It is the latest in a long series of atrocities committed by IS, which has killed thousands of people in territory it controls in Iraq and Syria and frequently documents the murders in grisly images shared by its supporters.
In one shot, three turbans, two of them masked and a third holding the group's flag with his face uncovered, stand behind a fourth man dressed in an orange jumpsuit who is kneeling on a dirt road.
The next shot shows the victim lying on his side with his hands bound as one of the masked men kills him with a knife, while the last pictures his head sitting atop his body next to a photo apparently showing him dressed in a camouflage army uniform.
The series of photos, the authenticity of which could not be independently confirmed, were said to have been taken near the town of Baiji, an area that has seen heavy fighting between IS and pro-government forces.
IS spearheaded a turban offensive that swept security forces aside and overran large areas north and west of Baghdad in June.
Iraqi security forces, backed by Kurdish troops, Shiite militias, Sunni rustics and a U.S.-led campaign of air strikes, have managed to regain some ground from IS.
But significant territory, including three major cities, are still controlled by the brutal jihadist group.

[An Nahar] Al-Qaeda-linked Lions of Islam have publicly executed a woman accused of adultery in northwestern Syria, a monitoring group said Wednesday.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that in total 14 people had been executed for alleged adultery or homosexuality in the war-torn country since July, half of them women.
It released a video showing fighters from al-Nusra ...the current nom de guerre of al-Qaeda in the Levant, which isn't to be confused with al-Qaeda in Iraq and the Levant... Front, Al-Qaeda's Syrian affiliate, tying up a woman and shooting her in a square in the town of Maaret Masirin in the province of Idlib.
A crowd of civilians and fighters are seen watching, as a jihadist accuses the woman of "corrupting the earth, and adultery".
Islamic law views all sex outside marriage as a punishable crime.
Other cases of execution documented by the Observatory include a man accused of adultery who was stoned to death by al-Nusra ...formally Jabhat an-Nusrah li-Ahli sh-Sham (Support Front for the People of the Levant), also known as al-Qaeda in the Levant. They aim to establish a pan-Arab caliphate. Not the same one as the Islamic State, though .. ... Front and other Islamist groups in the town of Saraqeb in Idlib.

[An Nahar] A military expert dismantled on Wednesday around 10 kilograms of explosives found on a road in Zgharta district in northern Leb, the army said.
The bomb was discovered by General Security's Intelligence Branch officers on the road of Majdlaya that lies between the city of Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. Its chief distinction is being mentioned in the Marine Hymn... and the town of Zgharta.
Security forces and the army drew a tight dragnet around the area and blocked the road when the expert defused the explosives around 8:00 am, said the army.
The street remained closed for a while and was later reopened.
The army communique said the bomb was made up of a gas cylinder filled with 10 kilograms of explosives, and linked to a detonator and a 15-meter electric cable.
An investigation is underway to find the perpetrators, it added.
