[BIGSTORY.AP.ORG] A lawsuit filed by Kansas and Arizona will be argued before a federal appeals court panel this week as the states seek to force federal election officials to impose proof-of-citizenship requirements on national voter registration forms.
At the crux of the closely watched case in the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver is whether the federal government or states have ultimate authority to regulate voter registration. Each side contends the U.S. Constitution supports its position.
Monday's arguments come after the U.S. Election Assistance Commission filed an appeal seeking to overturn a federal judge's order that the commission modify a federal form to include special instructions requiring Kansas and Arizona residents to provide citizenship documentation when they register to vote.

Very, very dangerous. This could lead to "proof of citizenship" for education, medical care, social security, food stamps, public housing... there could literally be no end to it.

We can't have proof of identification as a voting requirement. After all, where would Democrats get all their votes if the dead, illegal Mexicans, and Disney characters (Mickey, Daffy, and Daisy, etc.) can't vote?

It's a compelling argument. If the States are indeed sovereign, then they must retain the ability to determine their own election rules, subject only to Constitutional constraints.

For crying out loud. You've got to show ID for all the Federal largess handed out, to fly on a plane, to go to the hospital, etc. Why not voting. By not requiring voter ID, the donks are just trying to prepare the field for voter fraud. What other motivation could there be?
As long as voter identification is being checked, better check to see if restoration of voter rights has occurred after being removed due to felony convictions.
[BREITBART] The latest poll in the New Hampshire Senate race, released last week, shows Republican Scott Downtown Scotty Brown surging into a statistical tie with Dem Sen. Jeanne Shaheen. The WMUR Granite State Poll shows incumbent Shaheen leading Brown by two points, 46-44, within the polls margin of error. In July, Shaheen was leading Brown by 12 points.
Shaheen, who is still fairly popular, is weighed down by Obama's continuing unpopularity. Just 37% of voters in New Hampshire approve of his job performance. Shaheen has also been dragged down by Brown's relentless campaigning against amnesty and the Obama Administration's disjointed response to the southern border crisis. For the last month, Brown has pounded Shaheen on the issue.
Voters, it seems, can distinguish between the general support for the concept of "general amnesty" and concern about unsecured borders and blanket amnesty awarded by presidential fiat. At a time when an Ebola pandemic and heightened terrorist activity dominates the news, the issue of a secure national border becomes existential.

So he is a Republican that is willing to free his fellow man, even at the cost of his own life that could come at any day by people looking to lynch him?

There is a small window open when a shyster can go into a volital race drama involving outraged people of your own race and leave with a lot of cash given to you in the heat of the moment if you have a name.
Now, justice will stand when it goes to trial. But until then Sharpton and Jesse will milk their own some what for all they can get.
He is just gloating realizing he has mastered this stuff to the T.
