"It's not a recovery. It's not even normal growth. It's bad," UCLA economist Edward Leamer says.
Oh now this comes out. After an election for a donk and when he can't be re-elected. This needs to be shouted every day until the 2014 election is over.
[COMMUNITIES.WASHINGTONTIMES] Petition signatures filed with the Colorado Secretary of State's office are more than sufficient to recall state senator John Morse (D). The recall is the first recall of a Colorado legislator in the state's history.
The Recall Morse committee filed over 16,000 signatures, more than double the required number.
In his position as the senate president this past session, Morse coordinated the passage of anti-Second Amendment bills over massive citizen opposition.
That arrogant attitude was cited more than any other by people signing the recall petition.
The recall is not official until the Secretary of State's office certifies that there are at least 7,178 valid signatures, or 25 percent of the number of ballots cast in the election that Morse won in 2010. Organizers of the recall effort are confident that they have more than enough signatures to withstand scrutiny.
Although the number of signatures invalidated varies, organizers of petition drives in Colorado usually aim for one-third more than the required minimum number, making the challenge of recall that much harder. The recall committee absolutely knocked it out of the park despite the odds.
Refusal to listen to his constituents is par for the course for Morse, who on national television described how he counseled fellow senators to ignore their constituents' email and calls and vote for the gun control bills.
That arrogant attitude was cited more than any other by people signing the recall petition. A large number of people signing the petition said they had voted for Morse and wanted to fix their mistake.
"We want a representative, not a ruler," Harris said. "Morse has tried to be a ruler and we're firing him."

"We want a representative, not a ruler,"
What's wrong with the entire political classes in a one sentence.

At least it'll burn up his reserves for the next election cycle.
Use the same tactic that the Donk used in Alaska against Sarah. Even if this recall fails, file another set at every opportunity to force him to expend his time and money to deal with it.

Morse is history. His district is in full revolt, and there are some heavyweights involved now (including NRA). Two other recall petitions failed to get enough signatures. A fourth (Giron) is looking like it will succeed.
There has also been a lawsuit filed by 55 CO sheriffs (out of maybe 65 total) to strike down 2 of the 4 new laws passed including the ban on 15+ capacity magazines. If that gets struck down, and if the 10th Circuit upholds, there are some other states with mag bans that will be PISSED.
When Gov. Hickenlooper signed the bills he instantly transformed from undefeatable moderate to vulnerable libtard. Several big name Republicans have jumped into next year's governor race, including Tom Tancredo. Even if he wins reelection, Hick's national prospects are probably over.
All in all, looking like CO Dems picked this hill to die on, and that they will get their wish.

[HUMANEVENTS] Obamacare outsources the important job of enrolling the uninsured in health plans, taking it from government and entrusting it to community organizations. Why outsource? Because it eliminates public scrutiny, accountability, and the necessity to be nonpartisan. Community activists can say and do things that government employees can't, such as urging people to register as Democrats.
Pelosi's kit reminds Democratic lawmakers to contact Marc Wetherhorn, Senior Director of Advocacy and Civic Enhancement at the National Association of Community Health Centers. Wetherhorn has developed a program, funded by George Soros' Open Society and other groups, to show community organizers how to integrate voter registration into whatever they're doing, whether it's enrolling people in healthcare, public housing or food stamps.
There is nothing wrong with encouraging voting. But a government employee (for example, at the DMV) is legally barred from saying you should become a Democrat. A community organizer can say it and will.
Pelosi's kit also refers Democratic lawmakers to Enroll America, a nonprofit that will train community organizers to enroll the uninsured (called navigating). Enroll America will also conduct a national media campaign crafted by Lake Associates, which does political messaging for ACORN (now defunct), MoveOn.org, National Council of La Raza, and 39 members of Congress, all Democrats.
Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius is under fire for soliciting donations for Enroll America, and it's no wonder. Enroll America is 100% political. Its president is Anne Filipic, worked in the Obama White House, before that at the Democratic National Committee, and before managing Obama's 2008 Iowa campaign. Enroll America's staff are campaign veterans with the expertise to convert insurance enrollment into a neighborhood by neighborhood campaign to build Democratic Party enrollment.

If no one goes to Prison in this Administration, you already know the future. They are all corrupt as hell but whatever.

...yep, the gangs run the yard and compound while the guards maintain just enough order to keep them all in. No democracy there. Just survival of the fittest in the meanest terms of the phrase. A Donk paradise.
[DAILYCALLER] A tea party witness from Alabama launched into emotional testimony Tuesday as she described her group's political abuse at the hands of the Internal Revenue Service.
"I'm not here as a serf or a vassal. I'm not begging my lords for mercy. I'm a born-free American woman, wife, mother and citizen."
"We peacefully assemble. We petition our government. We exercise the right to free speech. And we don't understand why the government tried to stop us," Wetumpka Tea Party President Becky Gerritson said during her opening statement before the House Ways and Means Committee.
"I'm not here as a serf or a vassal," she went on, beginning to choke up. "I'm not begging my lords for mercy. I'm a born-free American woman, wife, mother and citizen."

And these are very decent people who have been targeted. Roll your eyes at the Tea Party at your own peril. This makes me want to take a flame thrower to the place.
People who laugh at people who do such decent things if only to protect This Civilization. They deserve Civil charges for those that removed their rights thusly.
If these government "services" are not put in check, It is of no use to ever work for such an agency unless you are a Sadist. In which case, it needs to be Closed Permanently.
Had someone asked where the solutions were, they never knew that EVERY SOLUTION TO ALL OF MANKIND HAS BEEN DELIVERED ALREADY.
They do not want Solutions.
Starve the beast and slay the dragon or let's just sever all comms because there is no servitude worse than this.

The government has gotten so big and powerful the only reason it does anything is to produce more government and power and lashes out at those that would try to stop it.

Statist tyranny has no good end for the citizens. Millions of deaths have accrued over history: Nazi Germany, the USSR, China, North Korea, WWII Japan, Cuba, and others who have envisioned a statist utopia nightmare for its citizens.
RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) -- More than 100 people were arrested Monday at the largest demonstration yet of the North Carolina NAACP's weeks-long protest of the conservative policies of the Republican-led General Assembly.
Police estimated that roughly 1,000 people attended a rally late Monday afternoon behind the Legislative Building on Halifax Mall. Hundreds then entered the building. Upwards of 150 people were arrested outside the doors to the state Senate chambers, where demonstrators chanted, sang and delivered speeches decrying what they called a regressive agenda that neglects the poor.
Activist groups estimated the crowd at about 1,600.
And ten percent so misbehaved that they needed to be arrested?

The Republicans have taken a progressive state that prioritizes education for young people, prioritizes economic justice, prioritizes access to health care and basically in the last six to 12 months done a complete 180, he said.
All thanks to voters and democratically elected officials.

NAACP never gave a damn about the poor. They back Democrats who also do not give a damn about the poor. Another fake exercise by the goonions to annoy and puterb everyone in their thirst for power.
Susan Rice, the U.S. ambassador who drew criticism for her initial account of the Benghazi terror attack, has been named as national security adviser, a senior White House official confirmed to Fox News.
A loyal henchwoman is rewarded. Does she have any other qualifications for the job?
She knows how to lie...
Rice will replace Tom Donilon, who is resigning from the post. Rice, the current U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, does not need Senate confirmation for the job.
The ambassador had earlier been considered in the running for the secretary of State post, which does require confirmation, but withdrew from consideration amid the continuing fallout over her role following the Benghazi attack.
On day 2 of her new job, the House should call her in to testify about Benghazi. That would be fun...
Rice went on five Sunday shows after the attack and claimed it was triggered by protests over an anti-Islam film, an explanation many lawmakers said at the time was inaccurate. The administration later acknowledged there were no protests on the ground in Benghazi, though they have not officially ruled out that protests elsewhere may have played a role.
The administration, under pressure from the media and Republicans, last month released the so-called "talking points" which showed officials drafting and re-drafting their storyline in advance of Rice's appearance. The intelligence community did cite demonstrations -- however, references to militant and Islamic extremist groups, and to prior security warnings and incidents, were ultimately stripped out after objections from various administration officials.
It's unclear what level of involvement Rice had in this process.
It's perfectly clear, it's that the MSM doesn't want to admit the obvious...
Officials, speaking in her defense, have said she was merely citing the assessment she was given on Sept. 16.
A senior official told Fox News that Donilon decided to leave the post after his wife took a job that involves a lot of foreign travel. He has been in the administration since the start, first as deputy national security adviser.
Former Obama aide Samantha Power is expected to be named to succeed Rice as U.S. ambassador to the U.N.
Golly. Two henchwomen rewarded for the price of one.
Ms. Power needs confirmation. That's your next target, Mr. Minority Leader...

and Samantha Power (Paleo-lover) to Rice's old spot at UN. At least we know that Rice can regurgitate spoon-fed lying talking points with no qualms or thought about resigning (for getting played)

Samantha Power is married to Harvard prof Cass Sunstein. All three are way left and bad news. Obama is an arrogant sort to reappoint Rice? Power and Rice don't need Senate confirmation as I understand.

Rice is not Henry Kissinger, Brent Scowcroft, or Brzenzski, or even a Collin Powel.
Not about National Security, it is about Obama security.
In the new position Rice does not have to testify on Benghazi, an Al Qaeda operation to kidnap an American Ambassador that failed due to the unexpected bravery of two Navy Seals. Two Navy Seals the Obama administration told to stand down.
She has proven she will do and say what the pimp daddy Hussein and his Czars tell her to do and say as a front.
