Ay-Peeeee. How soon before they're naturalized to vote? They've been blatantly lying about the sequester forcing their hands - and now we learn that thousands of illegal criminals were released from jail to prey upon American Citizens, and 3 thousand more releases were in the books.
More than 2,000 already, another 3,000 planned for this month. And that's before the sequester actually kicks in.

A British politician who was jailed after sending a text message while driving on a motorway, which killed another motorist, has blamed his fate on a Jewish conspiracy.
Lord Nazir Ahmed, 55, who became one of the first Muslim peers in the UK after former Prime Minister Tony Blair appointed him in 1998, has said that his prison sentence was a result of pressure applied on the court by Jews who own newspapers and television channels, the Times said on Thursday.

From the BBC website today: The Labour Party has suspended Lord Ahmed while it investigates the comments reported in the Times. The peer, jailed for sending a text message shortly before his car was involved in a fatal crash, said Jewish owners of "newspapers and TV channels" had put pressure on the court, according to the newspaper. Lord Ahmed has declined to comment. In a statement, the Labour Party said it "deplores and does not tolerate any sort of racism or anti-Semitism". "We will be seeking to clarify these remarks as soon as possible," the statement added. Lord Ahmed is reported to have made the comments in a television interview, thought to have been broadcast in April last year, while he was on a visit to Pakistan.

My case became more critical because I went to Gaza to support Palestinians. My Jewish friends who own newspapers and TV channels opposed this, he allegedly said in the interview.
Little wonder he was convicted. his Lordship has "Jewish friends"!

yes, several other articles said 16 days was his sentence and was let out after 12 days
he probably got a light sentence because of his title and because he made a confession; I don't think he has a long probation (it would have ended in 2011 after the two year period I think); however, his recent remarks will weigh against him next time

The B.O. regime is drawing up plans to give all U.S. spy agencies full access to a massive database that contains financial data on American citizens and others who bank in the country, according to a Treasury Department document seen by Rooters.
The plan, which legal experts say is permissible under U.S. law, is nonetheless likely to trigger intense criticism from privacy advocates.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation already has full access to the database. However, a good lie finds more believers than a bad truth... intelligence agencies, such as the Central Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency, currently have to make case-by-case requests for information to FinCEN.
The Treasury plan would give spy agencies the ability to analyze more raw financial data than they have ever had before, helping them look for patterns that could reveal attack plots or criminal schemes.
Part 2, para 2.4/5 (Collection Techniques & Attorney General Approval) pretty well stipulates that collection against a US Person be approved by the Attorney General [for which a warrant would be required if undertaken for law enforcement purposes], and be done essentially on a case-by-case basis.
Needless to say, a deviation from EO--12333 [the existing law concerning intelligence collection against US Persons] has some pretty broad and far reaching implications.
I hope the Congress is watching and listening closely.
