[An Nahar] U.S. President Barack Obama They get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them... on Tuesday declared a state of emergency in a second state, Mississippi, to cope with the expected impact of Hurricane Isaac.
The move followed a similar declaration for Louisiana issued on Tuesday and came as parts of Mississippi and neighboring states were placed under hurricane and tropical storm warnings.
Declaring a state of emergency allows a president to authorize the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and other government departments to coordinate disaster relief efforts.
Isaac was upgraded Tuesday to hurricane status and was on track for New Orleans seven years after Hurricane Katrina devastated the "Big Easy" and killed 1,800 people across the U.S. Gulf Coast.

Time for another big federal hand gun ammo buy ?
According to Major General Jerry Curry, USA (Ret.), earlier this year, the DHS ordered 750 million rounds of hollow-point ammunition. It then turned around and ordered an additional 750 million rounds of miscellaneous bullets, including some that are capable of penetrating walls.
[Leadership.ng] United States President Barack Obama How's it going, Sunshine?... has declared Nigeria as the world's next economic success story, stressing that this was one of the major reasons why his government was committed to helping the country build strong democratic institutions and remove constraints to trade and investment through the African Growth and Opportunity Act.
Making this declaration at the ongoing US-Nigeria Trade and Investment Forum, an event organised by the Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation (NIDOA) in Washington DC, yesterday, Obama who was represented by Ambassador Eunice Reddick, said that his country expanded opportunities for Nigeria to effectively access markets and diversify its economy beyond a narrow reliance on natural resources.
"As we support these efforts, the Diaspora can play an important role in contributing to a strong, vibrant and economically prosperous Nigeria" he noted. Hello, friend and good fortune to you! I am the foremer Treshury Secratary of Libiya and need your help...
Obama said his country was investing in Nigeria's success because it recognises her as a strategic center of gravity, whose success would as well be Africa's success.

Champ sets the stage for his.... "job after" with a pat on the back to the type redistribution and racial socialsim he hoped to achieve in America.
Speaking of the "Durban I" conference...
As they arrived in their luxury BMW's plundered from their country's resources, or acquired with monies from foreign aid programs, it will be noticed that hardly any of them permit freedom of speech in their own feudal estates [These are] the very leaders who have plundered, wasted and stolen the resources meant for their subjects. Somalia, Liberia, Nigeria, Congo, Sierra Leone, Angola, Rwanda, Sudan and the jewel of Africa - Zimbabwe of blessed memory.

Should Obama lose the election I predict he will be financially bankrupt in a few short years. He will actively tour giving lectures in Universities where he will be well received. On the road carney act. One by one he will lose his handlers. In time he will just fade away.

First we were going to lose to the Soviet Union. Then to Japan. Then Europe. Then China. Now Nigeria...

So, does he think that the Muzzies in the north will win the "civil war" and turn Nigeria into another Muslim economic super power? After all they have oil so why not Saudi Arabia?
I am a Nigerian Prince. We have been found to have many wonderful energy reserves both with our people and underground. However, I am having difficulties accessing my plubious accounts. If you would simply e-mail your treasury department's routing number I will be able to reward you handsomely and we will both profit!
[Breitbart] Goodbye, Yahoo. I and lots of other Publicans will be happy to party while you go under. And I actually haven't heard any reports of anyone drowning, black or otherwise...

Where have all these black people supposedly drowned? Lake Winnipesaukee? Cuz, from what I've read, it ain't happening in New Orleans, as much as this fat load would like it to be. Gotta break a few eggs to...well, you know...
I use Yahoo as my home page. I pulled it's Lefty News on the March section off of it a long time. If I didn't have my email on it I would've dumped it entirely.

...That's okay - we have a big screen mounted in our shop's office that shows propaganda from the Home Office in Omaha, NE, and one of the things they run is a Yahoo! news summary that routinely shows headlines mocking GOP politicians. That doesn't look to be changing anytime soon.

The sad thing isn't what these idiots say. The sad thing is that someone, somewhere, is still listening.
African-American support for the Republican Party has fallen so far that a recent Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll showed Willard Mitt Romney ...former governor of Massachussetts, currently the presumptive Publican nominee for president. He is the son of the former governor of Michigan, George Romney, who himself ran for president after saving American Motors from failure, though not permanently. Romney's charisma is best defined as soporific, which is probably why he is leading the Publican field. On the plus side, he isn't President B.O... capturing 0.0% of the black vote. Every once in awhile you see the "Unity in the Community" signs the community organizers put up. That sounds like it alright.
Enter Mia Love, the 36-year-old daughter of Haitian immigrants and a Republican congressional candidate in Utah. Should she win, she would be the first-ever black Republican woman to win a seat in Congress. The Congressional Black Ca-Ca will no doubt welcome her with open arms.
In a speech that drew sustained applause at the GOP convention Tuesday night, Ms. Love recounted her parents' journey to the U.S., saying they arrived with only $10 in their pockets.
"The America I grew up knowing was centered in self-reliance and filled with the possibilities of living the American dream," said Ms. Love, the mayor of Saratoga Springs, Utah. My kind of American...
She made apparent references to civil-rights icons Rosa Parks and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. "Our story has been told over 200 years, with small steps and giant leaps, from a woman on a bus to a man with a dream," she said.
Ms. Love, a staunch conservative who converted to Mormonism, is challenging Democratic Rep. Jim Matheson, a six-term incumbent. Cook Political Report rates the race a tossup, and Ms. Love's exposure on Tuesday night could give her a boost.

Yes, but the White House is now concerned about access to the Bin Laden take down mission after the publication of a member of the Seal Team released his book on the mission, due to release Sept. 4. Don't be surprised if the Regime tries to oppress that release.
MSNBC wants you to think the Republican Party hates minorities. So much so that the liberal news network cut minority speeches from it's convention coverage. Neither of their viewers noticed...
When popular Tea Party candidate Ted Cruz, the GOP nominee for Senate, took the stage, MSNBC cut away from the Republican National Convention and the Hispanic Republican from Texas' speech.
MSNBC stayed on commercial through former Democratic Rep. Artur Davis' speech, as well. Davis, who recently became a Republican, is black. His speech was a first-class stemwinder, too. He'll go far if he wants to.
Then, when Puerto Rican Governor Luis Fortuno's wife Luce' Vela Fortuño took the stage minutes later, MSNBC hosts Rachel Maddow and Chris Matthews opted to talk over the First Lady's speech.
And Nevada Gov. Brian Sandoval? Noticeably missing from MSNBC, too.
Mia Love, a black candidate for Congress in Utah, was also ignored by MSNBC. As the Instapundit notes, it's almost as if the MSM is air-brushing black people out of the news...
Will MSNBC conveniently manage not to show Governor Luis Fortuno's speech tomorrow (Wednesday night) as well?
Former Secretary of State and prominent black conservative Condoleezza Rice is also slated to speak at tomorrow night's convention.

Since the MSM gave up being a free press, their credentials should be jerked and they should be relegated to hawking used cars or selling p0rn. Oh, wait a minute they are selling p0rn. They don't really serve any useful purpose. I suppose they will eventually go away as people realize what a sham they are.
[Politico] The conservative Susan B. Anthony List is poised to embark on a TV ad campaign challenging Barack Obama's record on abortion, an official with the group tells POLITICO.
The initial ad is a $150,000 buy in Missouri, and shows a woman -- Melissa Ohden -- speaking to the camera about having been born alive in spite of an abortion procedure.
Abortion opponents have long decried Obama's record in the Illinois legislature on regulating late-term abortions, but little money has been spent to advertise on the issue since he became president.
"Many children, more than you might think, actually survive failed abortions and are born alive. I know because I'm one of them," Ohden says in the SBA List ad. "When he was in the Illinois state Senate, Barack Obama voted to deny basic constitutional protections for babies born alive from an abortion -- not once, but four times."
She concludes: "I know it's by the grace of God I'm alive today, if only to ask America this question: is this the kind of leadership that will move us forward, that will discard the weakest among us? How will you answer?"

But, but, but population control is the ANSWER! Just ask big Champ supporters Bill and Melinda.
[The Caucus] Charlie Crist, the former Republican governor of Florida who ran for the Senate as an independent, will speak at the Democratic National Convention next week, taking yet another step away from his erstwhile party. Tan, rested, ready. Also for sale... The guy is more orange than your comments...
Of course he is. After all, he lost that last election, and he seems quite happy to exercise his grudge.
Ben LaBolt, an Obama campaign front man, confirmed Mr. Crist's role just a day after he endorsed the president for re-election. The chairman of the Florida Republican Party, Lenny Curry, derided that endorsement as Mr. Crist's effort to "shed his skin for a political comeback." Ya dead to us, Charlie! Dead!
Mr. Crist, who hails from nearby St. Petersburg, was once seen as a rising Republican star whose endorsement was sought by several of the party's presidential candidates in 2008. But he fell out of favor in 2009 when he embraced President B.O.'s economic stimulus efforts, and he ran for the Senate as an independent in 2010 after it appeared he would lose the Republican primary to Marco Rubio, the Tea Party-backed candidate. Mr. Rubio, now the junior senator from Florida, is scheduled to introduce Willard Mitt Romney ...former governor of Massachussetts, currently the presumptive Publican nominee for president. He is the son of the former governor of Michigan, George Romney, who himself ran for president after saving American Motors from failure, though not permanently. Romney's charisma is best defined as soporific, which is probably why he is leading the Publican field. On the plus side, he isn't President B.O... at the Republican National Convention here on Thursday.
