Nah. It's modesty. Doesn't want to show her belly button to her admiring fans. Who is she, anyway?
I've got two belly buttons, sorta. Besides the regular one, I have a very deep dimple where a feeding tube was put in a few years back. You can photograph my belly buttons, if you like. What, no takers?

The silken waters of the bay directly in front of Sitka afforded good views of Sitka's volcano, Mount Edgecumbe; it's said that from Edgecumbe's summit, you can see the curvature of the earth.
Jeeze Louise! Mt. Edgcumbe is a bit over 3000 ft high. This guy is really versed in science. Curvature of the earth my a$$. I hope that the cruise ship is adequately treating his and his fellow moonbats' waste before it goes overboard into the pristine marine waters of SE Alaska.

HELSINKI - With perfect timing and dramatic moves, an American performer with the stage name of Hot Lixx Hulahan has captured an international rock guitar award -- without ever having to strum the instrument. Wearing tight black pants, satin shirt and elaborate armbands, Hulahan -- real name Craig Billmeier -- crushed his competition on Friday night to capture the world air guitar championships in Finland's western city of Oulu.
"The two-year reigning Air Guitar champion, Japan's Ochi 'Dainoji' Yosuke had to give in to the overwhelming new champion," organisers said in a statement that saluted Hot Lixx's "impeccable timing and overall solid performance."
For his prize Hott Lixx was presented with the real thing -- a Finnish handmade Flying Finn electric guitar.
The event, which involves performers strutting and strumming on nonexistent instruments, has taken place in Oulu for the past dozen years.

As a guitar player for 46 years and guitar teacher for 40 of those years I have mixed emotions about "air guitar"; much like drummers who see people doing "air drums". Having said all of the above, lemme' just say I tend to agree with Richard, Red Dawg and Jolutch.
A SAUDI court will next month hear a plea for divorce from an eight-year-old girl married off by her father to a man in his fifties, the Arabic-language daily Al-Watan reported today.
It said the girl's mother had filed the divorce case with the court at Unayzah 220km north of Riyadh, and cited lawyer Abdullah Jtili as saying the father had arranged the marriage without telling the girl. "She doesn't know yet that she has been married,'' added Jtili of the girl who is about to begin her fourth year at primary school.
Al-Watan said relatives of the girl had told a Saudi rights group of her plight and urged it to intervene to have the marriage annulled. But the daily also reported that the husband had refused to renounce the marriage, saying that he had not done anything illegal.
Arranged marriages involving pre-adolescents are occasionally reported in the Arabian Peninsula, including in the ultra-conservative Saudi kingdom where the strict conservative Wahabi version of Sunni Islam holds sway and polygamy is common.
In Yemen in April, another girl aged eight was granted a divorce after her unemployed father forced her to marry a man of 28.
Police are looking for a person who opened the site Al-Jihad at a cyber cafe in the city on August 13 and when the owner of the cafe saw it, he suddenly closed the site and disappeared. The cyber-cafe owner, who informed the police, said that the person had closed the site but forgot to sign out from the mail box. Police reached the spot and opened the inbox and found that it contained mails received from different countries, including Dubai. Police handed over the matter to the Special Task Force in view of its seriousness.

RAWALPINDI: A 13-year-old schoolgirl was kidnapped, raped, killed and thrown in an area with dense growth of vegetation in Gulzar-e-Quaid, police sources said.
In another incident, a nine-year-old girl was raped in Banni police station area. The police have arrested the accused and registered a case against him.
The police said that the locals of Gulzar-e-Quaid on Saturday informed them about the presence of a mysterious tin box lying in a dense vegetation, adding that, the Airport police reached the scene and found the nude body of a young girl wrapped in a bed sheet and shredded shirt. The police, later, shifted the unidentified body to the District Headquarters Hospital for autopsy.
The hospital sources claimed that the girl was brutally gang-raped that may have caused her death. The sources didn't rule out the aspect that she was murdered after the gang-rape.
Police argued that the girl did not belong to Gulzar-e-Quaid or its adjacent areas, adding that the crime was committed in some other area but the criminals had thrown the body there.
Police have taken up the case and started search for the heirs of the victim.
In the other rape incident, one Suhail Khan raped a nine-year-old maid (S) in a house in Banni. Police have arrested the accused, aged 41, on the complaint of the victim's mother.
Meanwhile, a four-year-old boy, Bilal, was molested by a shopkeeper when he went to his shop at Banni to buy some toffees. Police arrested the shopkeeper, Liaqat, on the complaint of the mother of the boy.

13-year-old schoolgirl was kidnapped, raped, killed
13 & even 9 is plenty old for marriage. Can't convict of rape without 4 willing adult male witnesses. Being a victim of unwilling sex that is not provably rape is a capital crime. So, nothing to see here, move on along.

God's will, or not. You decide. It makes it tough for me. If I can't swallow the above line, then I feel that we have some kind of obligation to help these victums to at least have the government on their side. George Bush is a hero of mine for his efforts to bring freedom to others. Hey, it's Sunday and I haven't put my cynical armour on yet. Give me a minute. Ok, it's on now. Better. I can hardly feel the pain now for these children.

It would be nice to help.
Although given the sometimes shocking misuse of DNA evidence in the UK and USA I sometimes wonder if they'd(the police and victims families) want the help.
A multi-volume chronology and reference guide set detailing three years of the Mexican Drug War between 2010 and 2012.
Rantburg.com and borderlandbeat.com correspondent and author Chris Covert presents his first non-fiction work detailing
the drug and gang related violence in Mexico.
Chris gives us Mexican press dispatches of drug and gang war violence
over three years, presented in a multi volume set intended to chronicle the death, violence and mayhem which has
dominated Mexico for six years.
Rantburg was assembled from recycled algorithms in the United States of America. No
trees were destroyed in the production of this weblog. We did hurt some, though. Sorry.
