[Daily Mail, Where America Gets Its News] At least five emails determined to be classified were found among 2,800 documents stored on a laptop belonging to Anthony Carlos Danger Weiner ...aka Hot Dog Tony, the remarkably offensive sex maniac six-term New York congressman who resigned in 2011, then decided everybody had forgotten by 2013, when he decided to run for mayor of New York City... , whose then-wife Huma Abedin was deputy chief of staff to then-Secretary of State Perennial Presidential Campaigner Hillary Crooked Hillary Clinton ... former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away... The State Department released hundreds of pages of materials Friday afternoon, including a total of eight pages classified at the 'confidential level,' the third most sensitive level the U.S. government uses.
The confidential classification level is applied to information whose unauthorized disclosure 'reasonably could be expected to cause damage to national security,'
The emails date from 2010, 2011 and 2012 and concern discussions with Middle East leaders including some from Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Hamas, a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth", and the Paleostinian Authority.
Large portions, including entire pages, were redacted before the documents' release.
Three of them were sent either to or from an address called 'BBB Backup,' which one email identifies as a backup of a Blackberry Bold 9700, presumably belonging to Abedin.
Friday's release is in response to a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking: "All emails of official State Department business received or sent by former Deputy Chief of Staff Huma Abedin from January 1, 2009 through February 1, 2013 using a non-'state.gov' email address."
Then-FBI Director James Comey testified earlier this year that "Somehow, her emails were being forwarded to Anthony Carlos Danger Weiner, including classified information by (Clinton's) assistant, Huma Abedin," he said.
But there was no indication that Abedin "had a sense that what she was doing was in violation of the law," Comey added, and Sherlocks couldn't prove any sort of criminal intent.

Mine is a simple question. If we here at Rantburg had access to the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), would we discover that these people all still have active security clearances ?
[FOXNEWS] President Trump is drawing attention to the mysterious federal court case against Imran Awan, the former IT aide to a number of congressional Democrats, including former Democratic National Committee chairman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz ...Congresswoman from Florida, the abrasive chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee. She has been a politician since 1992, and prior to that was in training as a political science major. Her primary accomplishment seems to be that she's Jewish....
"Whatever happened to this Pak guy who worked with the DNC?" the president asked in an interview published Thursday by the New York Times
...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...
It sounds like the NYT interview was considerably more useful to getting out President Trump’s message than the Times intended.
A grand jury in August returned an indictment in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia charging Awan and his wife, Hina Alvi, with a total of four counts, which included federal bank fraud and conspiracy. Awan has pleaded not guilty "Wudn't me." to all charges.
"Whatever happened to them?" Trump continued. "With the two servers that they broke up into a million pieces? Whatever happened to him?"
The president brought up the case while denying any collusion between his campaign and the Russians during the 2016 election.
Awan has not been charged with anything specific to his IT duties in Congress. But the case has drawn interest from Republican politicians because of Awan’s role for prominent Democrats and the access he had to sensitive data.
Awan and other IT aides for House Democrats had been on Sherlocks’ radar for months over concerns of alleged equipment theft, access to sensitive computer systems and more, according to reports dating back to early 2017.
Awan and his wife are facing allegations they engaged in a conspiracy to obtain home equity lines of credit from the Congressional Federal Credit Union by giving false information about two properties ‐ and sending the proceeds to individuals in Pakistain.

Trump is privy to a lot of damaging info on the Dims. In top of that the Dims do not want this guy going to trial knowing what he knows.
If he starts ratting out on the syndicate some Dims may finally seek asylum in Canada.

"Whatever happened to them?" Trump continued. "With the two servers that they broke up into a million pieces? Whatever happened to him?"
Yes, very same questions we've been asking in this forum. Other than their broad range of IT congressional access among members of the DNC, we know so very little about the Awans. Let's suppose for a moment the Awans enjoyed a similar range of IT access (albeit clandestine) on the other side of the aisle. A sort of insurance policy as it were.
But of course that would be something we'd have no need in knowing, wouldn't it? Sensitive foreign intelligence matters, sources & methods, that sort of thing no doubt. I should probably move on.
Seems to run in the family. You won't see this on CNN/MSDNC/NYT...
[DailyCaller] A cousin of Huma Abedin who did a half-billion dollar deal with a man known as the "Russian Donald Trump" was convicted of fraud Tuesday, and the judge ordered him jailed immediately, saying he had demonstrated a "disdain for the courts and legal process" and was a flight risk.
Court documents also depict him trying to destroy potential evidence, saying he emailed his brother to "delete all of my emails from the yahoo site," expressing "concern about them subp[o]ening yahoo at some point," while concocting other fake documents to show the jury.
Jurors were barred from hearing a recording of a phone call in which Omar Amanat dropped the name of Abedin, Hillary Clinton's right-hand woman, to a government witness, with defense lawyers saying the remark was "irrelevant and unfairly prejudicial," according to the Associated Press.
The indictment charges that Amanat convinced people to invest millions of dollars in a tech company called Kit Digital and lied to them to hide the fact that the company was hemorrhaging cash. "The evidence of their criminal schemes was so overwhelming that Amanat actually tried to fool the jury by introducing fake emails into the record as exculpatory 'evidence'; in this trial," acting Manhattan U.S. Attorney Joon H. Kim said in a statement. Prosecutors said he re-purposed millions of dollars of the company';s money for his own personal use.
Amanat posted to his web site Tuesday a cryptic blog post called "Injustice In America," saying, "The facts of this case will all be made plain to see shortly. You've only seen snippets. You're only seen what they want you to see. Stay tuned..."
It was just the latest in a long series of allegations that Amanat has built his riches by lying and gaming the system.
In 2013, Amanat partnered with Vladislav Doronin to buy a luxury resort for $358 million.
An in-depth 2014 profile in Fortune magazine says Doronin is "referred to in the British press as the 'Russian Donald Trump.'" Dorinin was born in what was then Leningrad before moving to Geneva to work for Marc Rich, a financier who fled the U.S. after being indicted for fraud and trading with Iran, and was pardoned by former President Bill Clinton on Clinton's last day in office.
"Clinton's motive for pardoning Rich on his last day in office was questioned," USA Today reports, "because Rich's ex-wife, Denise Rich, was a wealthy Democratic donor who made a $450,000 donation to Clinton's presidential library foundation and more than $100,000 to Hillary Clinton's Senate campaign." The pardon was investigated by the FBI in 2001.
After working with Rich, Doronin, with a supposed penchant for sexual jokes, returned to Russia and accumulated billions of dollars of Moscow real estate.
Amanat, for his part, claimed he made more than $200 million selling shares of Twitter. (An account purporting to be his hasn't tweeted since 2013; its most recent two tweets are about Abedin and a "defense of Islam.")
Amanat will be sentenced April 25. Another cousin of Abedin's, Irfan Amanat, has been also charged with fraud and will be tried separately. He, too, has a long record of flouting rules: In 2006, the Securities and Exchange Commission said as chief technology officer of a brokerage, he "engaged in a fraudulent scheme" by writing a computer program that tricked the Nasdaq exchange into giving him $50,000 in rebates.

[Breitbart] Willie Singletary, a former Philadelphia Traffic Court judge, has announced his run for the First District seat currently held by U.S. Rep. Robert Brady, who is also chairman of Philadelphia’s Democratic City Committee, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Singletary, 36, has quite a record to run on. In 2013, he was caught up in a ticket-fixing scandal that prosecutors at the time said benefited only Philly’s rich and powerful and cost the city and state hundreds of thousands in unpaid fines.
The judge was later declared not guilty of the charges, but he was convicted of lying to federal authorities during the investigation. He served 20 months in prison for the conviction, ending his sentence in 2016.
The scandal led voters to abolish the city’s traffic court in a 2016 ballot measure that moved traffic violations into the Municipal Court.
Singletary was also embroiled in controversy after a city cashier accused him of sending her cell phone photographs of his genitals. An investigation revealed salacious details of the judge’s actions during night court in 2012.
The judge was placed on suspension during the investigation and eventually resigned his position over the scandal.
For his part, Singletary admits he has "made mistakes" but insists that he would make a fine congressman.
"Even though I made some mistakes, I’m not a mistake," Singletary said in a video announcing his candidacy for Congress. "And just like many in our community, we all could use a fresh start."
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] President Trump gave The New York Times an interview this week from the Grill Room at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach. In the interview, President Trump told the New York Times he has absolute right to do what he wants with the Justice Department when asked if he would order the DOJ to reopen Hillary’s email investigation:
Asked whether he would order the Justice Department to reopen the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails, Mr. Trump appeared to remain focused on the Russia investigation.
“I have absolute right to do what I want to do with the Justice Department,” he said, echoing claims by his supporters that as president he has the power to open or end an investigation. “But for purposes of hopefully thinking I’m going to be treated fairly, I’ve stayed uninvolved with this particular matter.”
Suspected leaker, Adam Schiff tweeted Friday morning, “Trump: “I have absolute right to do what I want to do with the Justice Department.” No, you don’t. You can do what you want with your golf courses. But the country and its Justice Department belong to the American people.”

Actually, it belongs to the Executive Branch.
But you are a Congressman so I would not expect you to understand separation of powers.
[BREITBART] Wednesday on Fox News Channel’s "The Five," former Obama State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf said the "strategy" that led ISIS’s defeat was "laid out during the B.O. regime by military commanders."
She added, "President Trump has loosened the rules of engagement. He has allowed the military to use more bombs for example and so I think that has helped. But for me, the bigger question is what is the strategy going forward? There are tens of thousands of ISIS fighters who once they lose this territory in Syria and Iraq are going to go back to Europe ...also known as Moslem Lebensraum... they are going to go online they are going to radicalize people like we have seen try to commit terrorist attacks here in the U.S. So in terms of the fight against ISIS this is a good step, but the fight is going to continue in a different and almost more dangerous way."
Strategies are laid out all the time. Credit goes to the one who chooses among the options, then executes in a timely and effective manner.
The strategy that led to ISIS' defeat was laid out when Obama left office. Yes, there may very well be more of a Soetoro "strategy" than we know. The long awaited Persian land-bridge to the Med is all but completed. Important to not let it be finished during a Soetoro administration. A notional ISIS 'defeat' effort was necessary. As you may recall, the 'air-bridge' from Tehran to Damascus (across a U.S. vacated Iraq) went on throughout the Soetoro years. The actual defeat of ISIS and messy geo-political mopping up was to be left for the follow-on administration.

What a SHORT memory. Must be all the legalized pot the BO admin was pushing.
Maria Harf, 2015, "We cannot kill our way out of this war", "we must find ISIS terrorists jobs".
And what is Fox doing giving this BO admin paid loony liar a platform?

Soetoro ran the Joint Prioritized Effects List or JPEL out of his office and used it for his political (not tactical or strategic) advantage. The Ben Laden raid, which took place in the run-up to his reelection is evidence of that. The U.S. military was hamstrung in Afghanistan. Other agencies and their uniformed surrogates had the lead, I assure you.

And it was worse than that. First it was 20, then 50 on the leftist groupthink NSC. If you think you had to wait to take a shot before?
Just wait on that admin making cellphone and e-mail calls to their DJINN buddies in Iran and the Moslem Brotherhood to see who was gang made or not.
The court octipi jarrett and their choking America with talking points, armies of strawmen, and the neo=communist agenda - no one saw all this happening.
But some on the Burg did.

I still think the only reason the Bin Laden raid was approved was that Obama could not get ValJar decision in time and, whoopsie, made a decision on his own.
You'd notice she kept him on a much tighter leash after that. I imagine for a few weeks he had to get her permission to pee.

NO ONE was supposed to do a Bin Ladin raid. We were supposed to whom he talked to here, his messengers, their computer usage, his contacts with the ISI, his contacts in Iraq, his contacts in Iran, and sahel. But you do not give up any game until you have commo from his contacts here in the US first.
There is far more about this I like to say, but this was a failure - not in capture, but in pulling up the weeds before the crop has grown and a complicit nation to boot.
Nothing obama ever did solidified anything, ever.
He is the sand they built their house upon and everyone knows it is a fake and running out of fake global climate change air.

Had Grant been posted to the West and never seen any significant action in the Civil War, he might have retired to Galena a broken old drunk never to be heard from again.
Soetoro did everything but wear a three inch "I killed Ben Laden" lapel button. It was planned alright. Well planned indeed, right off of Disney Street.

Obama never did anything right. He always did everything wrong. That's how we got ISIS in the first place. Their weapons were leftovers from our involvement in Iraq or else transfers from Benghazi via Turkey. Obama had to know and most likely ordered it.
As for bin Laden, it's extremely difficult to believe that he didn't somehow screw that up as well. No pictures were ever released? Business as usual continues with the Paks? What else?

You mean the ISJV who was created with Obama's Arab Spring initiative, whom Obama gave the Bay of Pigs treatment.

There is that way of looking at it, grom, in which case he did a lot of things right. Then it becomes a testament to our form of government with its checks and balances and the American people who were smart enough to choose Trump as his successor instead of Hillary Clinton that our country has not yet totally succumbed to the global socialist police state. Whether or not we can continue to avoid this fate remains a question.

This is actually pretty damning of the Obama Administration. She's saying in effect we could have defeated ISIS in under a year but choose to let them continue with their crimes instead.

She is a nit wit, through and through, but I will begrudgingly give her one soft compliment: Since she has joined FOX (which she ain't) her public speaking has improved...fewer "upspeaks" and a bit more "beginning, middle, end" statements than when she was a State spokes gurl.
