[CBP] Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol agents interdicted a narcotics smuggling event leading to the third largest methamphetamine seizure, to date, in U.S. Border Patrol history.
On December 8, Falfurrias Border Patrol Station agents at the Falfurrias Checkpoint referred a tractor trailer to the secondary inspection area for an immigration inspection on the driver. The inspection led to agents discovering 1,440 bottles filled with liquid methamphetamine instead of the everyday household cleaning solution as the labels indicated. The narcotics weighed more than 3,000 pounds. The street value of the seized methamphetamine is estimated at nearly $100 million.
“RGV Sector agents work diligently every day to interdict vehicles being used in human and drug smuggling events. This historical seizure is a prime example of our Agents’ efforts to continuously impact and degrade Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCO) exploiting the Rio Grande Valley. I am extremely proud of our Border Patrol Agents and how the interdiction kept these dangerous narcotics out of our communities,” stated RGV Sector Chief Patrol Agent Gloria I. Chavez.
[REDSTATE] I wrote on Wednesday about a person who was allegedly trying to stalk Elon Musk and his family. According to Musk, the person blocked his family’s car, thinking Elon was in it, and climbed on the hood of the car. Musk’s toddler son was in the car.
Last night, car carrying lil X in LA was followed by crazy stalker (thinking it was me), who later blocked car from moving & climbed onto hood.
Legal action is being taken against Sweeney & organizations who supported harm to my family.
But it turns out that Musk’s people managed to turn the tables on the stalker. They not only got a great video of the inside of the alleged stalker’s car, but they also got a license plate. Musk is sharing that on Twitter, asking people if they can identify the guy. You may notice something about the way the man is dressed.
Musk said this was the guy who jumped on the hood of the car his little son was in.
The person is dressed like Antifa. The benefit of dressing in black with Antifa is that if you are involved in criminal activity in a riot, the police can’t properly identify you because you look like everyone else. The problem here, of course, is that if you are in your car, and someone grabs your license plate, then that dressing in black doesn’t help you much. Maybe all dressing like this does is reveal your likely politics. Not bright, unless it isn’t a car that can be traced back to him in any way. What looks like hand sanitizer in the car also says something as well — again that suggests the person is on the left side of the political spectrum and/or maybe has a health question.
But not a smart move from whoever this guy is to do something to a man with more than 120 million Twitter followers. The video posted by Musk on his Twitter account now has 8.4 million views as of this writing. Chances this guy gets nailed soon if he hasn’t been already? I’m going to guess that he isn’t going to last out the day without being identified.
The real question, if this is in California, is whether this guy will suffer any consequences at all for his actions.
Musk said he was going to be upping his security. As we reported, he also suspended the accounts that had been doxxing him in real time and noted that he would be pursuing action against Jack Sweeney, who was involved in the ElonJet account that tracked him.

Prissy Wray dressed up for typical FBI sedition?

Noticed
How new, fresh looking the ANTI-FA person's clothing and gloves were. Like the outfit was just purchased.
How the bottle of hand sanitizer nozzle is turned towards the passenger seat, not the drivers. Was there another person nearby filming the Bodyguards responses?
Plus, given Social Media's documented ability to track IMEI and filter on the type of phone used, this will get interesting.
Looking at the Blog and Social Media comments being posted by people claiming/playing the part of Generation AB-norm. Just about all were using the storyline, pointing out Musk's possible violation of his own TWITTER EUA. Instead of the fact, that the Attacker(s) almost harmed innocent Musk Family members and risked getting their butts capped.
Summary:
I am leaning either more towards a DC Swamp Warning,and/ or a kidnapping practice run, than a Click-bait staged incident.

Somebody give him the starrynights or ##in onion address. In case he already doesn't have it. He could use a double layer proxy to contract it. If you have so much money and still your family is endangered you're putting a foolish amount of confidence in the law.

No billionaire I and I've never had any confidence in the law. But even in my rural torpor I believe I could locate several robust lads and an equal number of rod subs. You may get them all, but you can absolutely take one off the field and dramatically enough to give the rest pause.
Woo. You know what they say about "there's no such thing as bad publicity..."

Safe bet that Musk has a Tier 1 security crew. A few days ago I was looking at the LinkedIn profile of a former operator I know. Said he’d recently started work in the Austin Tesla plant as a production associate. Uh huh.
SECOND PAKISTAN/AFGHANISTAN BORDER CLASH IN A WEEK AT SPIN BOLDAK – Shelling across the border near Spin-Boldak Chaman gate was reported yesterday. It is not clear who initiated the incident, but Pakistan officials claim the Taliban began firing mortars at both the Killi Sheikh Alam and Changaiz security posts on the Pakistan side after Pakistani engineers were attempting to repair a damaged fence. The Taliban told TOLO News that Pakistan had initiated hostilities and fired artillery shells at their positions. Officials from the hospital who received the casualties on the Pakistan side said that 1 non-combatant was killed and 16 others were injured. There has been no word about casualties on the Afghan side. It is not clear if the border crossing has been closed as a result of the indirect fire exchange. An observer on the Pakistan side said that several of the commercial vehicles that were waiting to cross began making the long trip to the Torkham crossing. We advise at-risk Afghans who may be traveling to the Southern border to reconsider their travel plans as this is the second exchange of fire this week and we assess the potential for further conflict to be high.
DECISION ON TALIBAN UN SEAT PUSHED – The Taliban’s seat at the United Nations in New York will go unfilled. The body announced it has pushed the decision to accept the IEA as a legitimate member to a later date. Both Afghanistan and Myanmar’s military junta were included in yesterday’s decision.
PRESIDENT OF TAJIKISTAN VISITS PAKISTAN – President Rahmon met with Prime Minister Sharif to discuss several issues and coordinate policies regarding their troubled neighbor. Both reiterated their calls for the formation of an actual inclusive government as the only acceptable path forward. A source in Pakistan claimed the Tajikistan President traveled with several military leaders and they had joined the US CENTCOM Commander and the new Pakistan Military Chief in Rawalpindi for security-related discussions.
POWER DISTRIBUTION FROM TURKMENISTAN TO HERAT RESTORED – A temporary engineering fix has reconnected the Turkmen power export lines to Herat. The work was completed by DABS and the repairs are expected to last through the Winter months. A more permanent repair is scheduled in the Spring.
US COMMANDER VISITS PAKISTAN’S NEW MILITARY CHIEF IN RAWALPINDI – US General Erik Kurilla, Commander of US Central Command, visited General Asim Munir in Rawalpindi. The two discussed mutually beneficial areas of interest and Afghanistan was said to have been the main topic of conversation.
POSSIBLE TALIBAN DESERTIONS – Unsubstantiated reports of a mass-desertion event in Helmand are coming in. Apparently, several hundred Taliban fighters of the 215th Maiwand Corps have packed up their arms and left the camp. They took their vehicles with them and both video and photographic evidence have been provided showing a large convoy staging at the Corp’s garrison in Helmand. The crux of the problem seems to be the poor treatment of the Kandahari units. The incident marks one of the largest schisms to have occurred and, if the information is true, illustrates the internal issues facing the IEA.
CONFLICT TRACKER Spin Boldak: Afghanistan and Pakistan exchanged mortar and artillery fire that killed one non-combatant and injured 16 others on the Pakistan side. No information about casualties on the Afghanistan side of the border was a available.
NEXT 24 HOURS
SPIN BOLDAK-CHAMAN, MORE VIOLENCE EXPECTED – More flare-ups are expected at the border crossing. A running dialogue between the two countries is searching for a peaceful solution to the situation but sources close to the discussions say the two nations are at an impasse over repairs to the Durand Line. The sources also complained that instructions from Kandahar are at odds with instructions coming from Kabul and negotiators don’t know which policy to push. Several international observers restated their opinions that Pakistan was too hasty in reopening the crossing after the attack earlier in the week.
[ToloNews] Clashes have resumed between Islamic Emirate forces and the Pakistain military along the Durand Line in Spin Boldak in Kandahar province, local officials said.
The commander of Spin Boldak in Kandahar, Mawlawi Mohammad Hashim Mahmood, confirmed the resumption of festivities to TOLOnews but didn’t provide details about the motive or any numbers of casualties.
In a statement, the Defense Ministry said that on Thursday Pak forces opened fire on the Spin Boldak district of Kandahar.
Enayatullah Khwarazmi, Defense Ministry spokesperson, said: "The Islamic Emirate considers dialogue a reasonable solution to any problem, negative acts and making excuses for war are not in the interests of any side."
Health officials said that they have received four people with injuries from the fighting.
Residents said that one civilian was killed and 16 civilians were maimed in these festivities.
The motive behind the fighting is still unclear but the residents said the festivities happened when the Islamic Emirate forces tried to build a checkpoint near the Durand Line.
This is the second incident between the two sides in the last week.
[Garowe] Authorities in Kenya have arrested an al-Shabaab ...... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord... suspect, a Canadian national who is said to have been in the process of crossing over to Somalia illegally and has since been subjected to rigorous interrogation to ascertain his mission in the East African nation
Officials arrested Elias Abdulhamid, a Canadian citizen at the Kenya-Tanzania border near Lunga Lunga while attempting to enter the country. It is not clear what he had been doing in Tanzania until the time he was arrested by the coppers manning the border.
Sleuths from the Anti-Terror department have asked the court to retain Abdulhamid for three weeks to allow them to investigate the mystery behind the suspect's trip. Already, Chief Magistrate Lilian Lewa has granted them permission to do thorough investigations.
Police said they need more time to thoroughly investigate the suspect, including verifying his name, citizenship, and criminal history with INTERPOL and the Canadian government. It is not clear if the suspect has dual citizenship given that many Canadians are of Somali origin.
"We need more time to interrogate the respondent since we believe him to have been radicalized into jihadist and krazed killer beliefs," read the application.
The police said his past associations with terror groups led them to believe he was still active in krazed killer operations.
"Recent intelligent reports indicate that the respondent was arrested in Egypt in 2019 while trying to join ISIS terrorist group," the police stated. Abdulhamid also attempted unlawful entry into the US but was turned away.
"Abdulhamid was traveling to Somalia," Rosemary Nandi from the office of the director of public prosecutions informed the court. She added Abdulhmid planned to join the Al-Shabaab terrorist organization as a trainer and eventually carry out terror operations in Kenya and Æthiopia.
Reports from Kenya Police indicate that the suspect was cleared of previous terror accusations in Egypt and the US due to a lack of evidence. However, there's more than one way to skin a cat... he also asked the Kenyan authorities not to deport him to Canada because he is wanted for terror-related activities.
The court sitting in Diani, Kwale County will continue with the hearing on January 3, 2023. [ShabelleMedia] The Federal Government of Somalia said that the National Army and local residents known as Mawisley killed 28 al-Shabaab ...... the Islamic version of the old Somali warlord... members in an operation.
The operation took place in the village of Juhaay under the Aden Yabal district in the Middle Shabelle region and it targeted al-Shabaab fighters mobilizing in the remote area.
Adan Yabal District which was recently liberated from al-Shabaab welcomed on Wednesday the Prime minister of Somalia Hamza Abdi Barre and HirShabelel state leader Ali Gudlawe.
The PM met with the National Army soldiers and local residents before laying a foundation stone for a new District Airport.
Prime Minister Hamza promised that all basic services will be reinstated such as; Education, health, and transport after al-Shabaab withdrew from the town following 15 years of rule.
[IsraelTimes] Activists to be in jail through Christmas and New Year’s after allegedly causing £500,000 in damage to Teledyne factory, which they claim aids ’Israel’s targeting of Paleostinians’
Four pro-Paleostinian activist muppets have been arrested and charged after breaking in and vandalizing a factory in rural Wales.
The activist muppets were associated with the group Paleostine Action,
...founded in 2020, Palestine Action is as a pro-Palestinian protest network that uses civil disobedience tactics to shut down and disrupt multinational arms dealers. In particular, the group targets UK-based operations that provide weapons used in the Israeli–Palestinian conflict. It would be interesting to know how many of their members were previously or are concurrently members of other Black Bloc groups like Antifa, BLM, or the Animal Liberation Front...
which claims that the Teledyne Labtech factory in Presteigne, Wales, manufactures "military radars for Israel’s high precision targeting of Paleostinians."
Identified in local media as Susan Bagshaw, 65; Morwenna Grey, 41; Ruth Hogg, 39; and Tristan Dixon, 34, the four activist muppets were remanded into custody without bail on Monday and will next appear before the court on January 6 — meaning they will spend Christmas and New Year’s behind bars.
According to the BBC, the individuals are suspected of causing more than £500,000 in damage to the facility. The activist muppets came armed with hammers, smoke bombs, an angle grinder and a fire extinguisher containing red paint, a Welsh prosecutor told the Welshpool Magistrates’ Court, as reported by The Hereford Times.
Arriving at the factory on Friday, the vandals broke more than 25 windows as well as computers and monitors and other machinery, after using the angle grinder to cut through the roof, prosecutors said. They also threw red paint all over the exterior of the factory.
Paleostine Action claimed that the court decision to hold the four individuals without bail "shows the desperation of the British state to protect Israeli weapons."
After breaking into the factory, the group said it vowed "to continue this action for as long as possible to stop the manufacture or shipment of Israel’s drone technologies and military gear."
The four activist muppets were charged with conspiracy to commit criminal damage and conspiracy to commit burglary.
In a statement from the US-owned defense company Teledyne cited by the BBC, the company said, "We deplore any criminal damage to our sites. Fortunately none of our employees or neighbors were maimed. We are cooperating with local and UK-wide law enforcement agencies."
[IsraelTimes] Bijan Pooladrag convicted by Albanian court 2 years after being arrested on suspicion of spying on members of Iranian opposition group
An Albanian court has convicted an Iranian man on terrorism-related charges and sentenced him to ten years in prison, court officials said Thursday.
In a ruling issued Wednesday but made public a day later, Albania’s Special Court on Corruption and Organized Crime found Bijan Pooladrag guilty of funding terrorism and being a member of a terrorist organization. No details on Pooladrag’s age, home city, or when he had come to Albania were made known.
Pooladrag denied the charges. He has the right to appeal the verdict.
Pooladrag was arrested two years ago on suspicion of spying on members of the Iranian opposition group Mujahedeen-e-Khalq, or MEK, some 3,000 of whom live in exile in Albania. Previously based in Iraq, the group moved to the small Balkan country in 2014.
Pooladrag was originally part of the MEK community, which he left almost three years ago.
Albania’s relations with Iran ...The nation is noted for spontaneously taking over other countries' embassies, maintaining whorehouses run by clergymen, involvement in international drug trafficking, and financing sock puppet militias to extend the regime's influence... have been tense after the country took in the MEK members. In two separate instances in 2020 and 2018, Tirana expelled four Iranian diplomats for "threatening national security."
In September, Albania cut diplomatic ties with Iran over a July 15 cyberattack that temporarily shut down numerous Albanian government digital services and websites. Tirana called the disruption an act of "state aggression."
Since then, there have been several milder cyberattacks from the same Iranian source.
Members of Antifa were arrested Tuesday in Atlanta for resisting a law enforcement operation to clear protesters from the site of a new police facility
The site of the protest has been the source of numerous incidents over the last few months with arrests made for arson and attacks on government officials
The protesters were seeking the preservation of the woods where the facility is to be built and for the police budget to be slashed
Of the five Antifa members charged with domestic terrorism, only one hails from Georgia, with one being a resident of affluent Kennebunkport, Maine
Five members of Antifa are in custody on domestic terrorism charges after they were protesting outside of a planned $90 million police training center.
The site of the planned center has been the focal point of protests for months by Antifa who have referred to the site - which protesters have made an autonomous zone - as Cop City. Many of those who were arrested were holed up in treehouses where police later recovered explosives.
Prior to Tuesday's arrests, police detained several people at the site for crimes including destruction of property and arson along with car-jacking and attacks on locals and government officials.
The official reasoning for the protest, according to a report from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, is environmental concern for the Weelaunee Forest. The center would cut out 381 acres of the woods.
Among the photos documenting the protest is an image of a group of ski mask-clad protesters standing over a truck with a banner reading: 'No forest, no peace, truck the police' as well as a smaller sign that read: 'No Cop City.'
Those arrested have been named as Serena Hertel, 25, of California, Nicholas Olson, 25, of Nebraska, Francis Carroll, 22, of Maine, Arieon Robinson, 22, of Wisconsin and Leonardo Vioselle, 20, of Macon, Georgia.
Earlier this week, the GBI said that protesters had begun attacking police and other emergency services workers at the scene with rocks and bottles. After officers cleared the area, they recovered bombs, flares and gasoline, authorities said.
Multiple crimes occurred on Saturday when the local fire department was called to the scene to extinguish a dumpster fire. Richard Porter told WXIA that he was set upon by the group when he attempted to pick up some scrap metal from the area.
Porter said that members of the group threw things at him including a 'gas bomb.' He fled, leaving his truck behind which was burned out. Porter told the channel: 'It seemed to me like they were going to burn the truck with me in it.'
Antifa-linked groups named in the article:
the Atlanta Community Press Collective, the Atlanta Solidarity Fund, the Community Movement Builder

[Shafaq News] On Thursday, the Ministry of Peshmerga announced launching an operation at Mount Qarachogh.
"The 18th Infantry Brigade, under the supervision of the 6th Peshmerga sector, carried out a search-clearing operation at the foot of Mount Qarachogh." The Ministry said in a statement.
"The operation was on the border of villages located at the foot of Mount Qarachogh, aimed at clearing the area of ISIS terrorists."
Brig. Gen. Zryan Ismail Khalifa, commander of the 18th Infantry Brigade, said the operations would continue to prevent terrorist movements and dangers.
Mount Qarachogh is located in a security vacuum between Baghdad and Erbil, stretching across several governorates, including Saladin, Kirkuk, ... a thick stew of Arabs, Turkmen, Kurds, and probably Antarcticans, all of them mutually hostile most of the time... and Diyala.
It is worth noting that the security vacuums between the Iraqi army and the Peshmerga are one of the most critical challenges to efforts against ISIS remnants in Iraq, and the voids extend from the Syrian border in the north at Nineveh Governorate through Saladin and Kirkuk governorates, and up to Diyala on the Iranian border.
According to the Geopolitical Monitor, geographically, the area is highly strategic. It forms a strip extending from the Iraq-Syria border to the Iraq-Iran ...They hate JewsZionists Jews. Their economy is based on the production of oil and vitriol... border. This area, which is 100 km long and approximately 37,000 kilometers in size, has significant tracts of arable land. In addition, Kirkuk, an oil-rich governorate, is located in the heart of this region.
The area has no barracks, houses, running water, or electricity.
Moreover, the territory forms a land bridge that links Kurdistan with the other Arab parts of Iraq.
ISIS remnants took advantage of the roughly 20-kilometer (12-mile) vacuum on the line between the Kurdistan Region of northern Iraq and federal Iraq to carry out attacks.
The deadly terrorist attacks on both Iraqi Security Forces (ISF) and Peshmerga forces prompted Baghdad and Erbil to tackle the problem; current Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi held meetings with leaders from the Iraqi army and the Peshmerga, where he asserted that a joint operations room must be set up to facilitate military cooperation and coordination under Joint Coordination Centers (JCC).
While both sides share the goal of defeating ISIS, the joint work is almost suspended.
[Shafaq News] Clashes between The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the occupiers of Greek Asia Minor... 's military and the fighters of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) hindered the restoration of electric current in a village in Duhok's northern district of Amadiyah on Thursday.
A source told Shafaq News Agency that the current was cut due to a technical issue in the 11 KV line in the Kani Masi district.
"Maintenence teams managed to restore the current in the villages of Sarro and Dechiche," the source said, "however, the festivities between the Ottoman Turkish army and the PKK hindered them from making repairs in the Aurah village."

[Shafaq News] Iraq's federal intelligence agency apprehended three siblings in Baghdad for charges related to terrorism, an official statement said on Thursday.
The three brothers --codenamed Abu Azzam, Abu Mohammad, and Abu Hajar-- are wanted by the Iraqi judiciary in accordance with Article 4/Terrorism, the statement said.
One of the arrestees, according to the statement, was captured in a security operation in the Iraqi capital. The information obtained from him during investigations was crucial locating and arresting his two brothers in a later operation.
The arrestee confessed, the statement continued, to taking part in terrorist groups and waging attacks against civilians and security members.
[Debka via CFP] Thanks to "advanced capabilities," Israeli pilots were able to single out and destroy an arms truck in an Iranian convoy of 25 vehicles as it crossed into Syria from Iraq, IDF chief Lt. Gen. Aviv Kohavi disclosed on Wednesday, Dec. 14 in a rare revelation. The incident occurred in early November. "Some weeks ago we would not have known that that truck number eight was the one carrying military equipment," he said. "We had to make sure the pilots were in the right place, able to hit a specific target in a large convoy without killing uninvolved parties and evade surface-to-air missiles to return home safely." This feat called for "advanced capabilities," Kohavi stressed, speaking at a conference in Herzliya. The attack reportedly left 10 dead, most of them Iranians. Tehran state media later denied any casualties.

[NPASyria] The situation in the camps of the Internally Displaced People (IDP) in Aleppo’s northern countryside gets worse in light of the lack of electricity and fuel.
Halima Hussein, 65, an IDP woman from the city of Afrin in northern Syria, who has been living in Sardam camp in the north of Aleppo Governorate since 2018, spends the hardest days of her life along with three members of her family.
The northern countryside of Aleppo, locally known as the Shahba region, houses IDPs of the Kurdish city of Afrin which was occupied in 2018 by The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...just another cheapjack Moslem dictatorship, brought to you by the Moslem Brüderbund... following a military operation called "Olive Branch" to push away the Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) under the pretext of protecting Turkey’s "national security".
The operation caused the displacement of about 300.000 of the original inhabitants of the Kurds of Afrin who have been taking shelter in 40 villages and five camps in the Shahba region since then.
Halima thought back to the last 50 years and compared it with the current situation, where there is no electricity or fuel; "the present is extremely hard compared to the past."
Muhammad Rahman, 67, another IDP from Afrin who lives in Sardam camp, described his life as living in a prison, saying, "In the summer, nothing protects us from the scorching sun except a thin sheet of plastic, and in the winter we stay at the mercy of plastic tents."
"We live in misery. There are no fuel, wood, or other resources for cooking or heating," he added.
Rahman’s family uses a kerosene stove for cooking due to the shortage of diesel, gas, and electricity as a result of a siege imposed by the Syrian government forces.
The siege, which is imposed by the Fourth Division of the government forces, started in early November, affected service facilities and caused the closure of schools and other institutions. The only hospital in the area is threatened to close due to banning the entry of oil and foodstuff, according to a medical source.
There are about 16.000 displaced families from Afrin distributed over 42 villages and towns in the Shahba region, in addition to 1.870 families, comprising 7.500 individuals, now living in the camps of Barkhodan, Sardam, Afrin, al-Awda, and Shahba, according to the Social Affairs and Labor Board of the Afrin region, currently operating in Aleppo northern countryside.
The area has been militarily protected by Russian and Syrian government forces since 2018.
In an exclusive statement to North Press on December 8, Badran Chia Kurd, deputy co-presidency of the Autonomous Administration of North East Syria (AANES) said the siege imposed by the government caused a humanitarian catastrophe for hundreds of thousands.
"The reality is tragic and unacceptable, as the government had to offer facilitations to alleviate the sufferings," Kurd added.
The siege deprived people of fuel for heating in the winter. It also deprived children of attending school.
Subhi al-Ahmad, the Co-chair of the AANES’ Education Board in the Shahba region said, "We were forced, due to the siege imposed by the [government’s] Fourth Armored Division, to close all schools for a week, until the fuel problem is solved."
Ahmad Mamo, 35, an IDP from Afrin who also lives in Sardam camp, said, "We spend our nights without any sources of heating; all my family members had a cold and found nothing to avoid its effects except for blankets."
812 families in the camp do not have access to heating or electricity. Those families are suffering from the scarcity of medicines amid an increased number of people who have a cold, said Hassan Othman, director of the council of Sardam camp.
Othman added that the Syrian government’s Fourth Division prevents the entry of medicines and fuel to the area. Additionally, it imposes fees to allow the passage of some necessary supplies.

[NPASyria] On Thursday, Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) announced the arrest of an individual involved in smuggling family members of Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... Organization (ISIS) in the countryside of Hasakah, northeast Syria.
The SDF Media Center said in a statement "Counter-Terrorism Units (YAT)" of the SDF in coordination with the US-led Global Coalition conducted on Tuesday a "security operation" in the eastern countryside of Hasakah.
The operation resulted in the arresting of a "terrorist involved in smuggling ISIS families" from Hawl Camp and also transported weapons to ISIS "terrorists," according to the statement.
The SDF, during the operation, confiscated weapons, military equipment and smart phones.
On Dec. 13, the SDF announced the arresting of a leader of ISIS and two other bully boys, in addition to seizing military ammunition during joint operations with the Global Coalition in the towns of Hawl and Tel Hamis.
This is the second operation to be conducted by the SDF and the Global Coalition against ISIS sleeper cells following a suspension of operations due to recent Ottoman Turkish attacks on northeast Syria.
On Nov. 20, The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... launched intense and wide spread aerial operation against north and northeast Syria which has claimed tens of lives and destroyed facilities and infrastructure along the whole border strip from Aleppo northern countryside in the northwest up to Derik (al-Malikiyah) in the northeast. The attacks also included the notorious Hawl Camp which is home to tens of thousands of ISIS families.
Our Counter-Terrorism Units (YAT), in coordination with the forces of the International Coalition, conducted last Tuesday, December 13, a security operation in the eastern countryside of the al-Hasaka.
The operation resulted in arresting a terrorist involved in smuggling ISIS families from the al-Hol camp in addition to supplying the terrorists with weapons.
The weapons confiscated during the operation:
1 – Kalashnikov rifles/1/.
2 – Military Quiver / 1 /.
3 – Several magazines and ammunition.
4 – Several smartphones.

[NPASyria] On Thursday, the US-led Global Coalition and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) conducted a joint patrol in the eastern countryside of Qamishli city, northeast Syria, passing through a number of villages and paid a visit to the Huri Rehabilitation Center, home to minors of families of the Islamic State ...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems.... s (ISIS).
On December 10, the US Department of Defense announced it resuming joint patrols with the SDF after being suspended on the background of the recent Ottoman Turkish escalation against northeast Syria.
The patrol, which was composed of four Bradleys and a Hummer, set off from the city of Rmelan accompanied by SDF fighters.
The patrol passed through a number of villages located between Rmelan and the village of Tel Maarouf. Staff of the patrol dismounted in three villages, chatted with villagers and paid a visit to the Huri Rehabilitation Center, home to a number of minors of ISIS families.
This is the first joint patrol to be mounted since November 23, the day on which the SDF suspended anti-ISIS operations with the US-led Global Coalition, citing preoccupation with recent Ottoman Turkish escalation against the region.
