Very dramatic red meat for Republican voters. But so long as Democrats control the Senate, the Republican-controlled House might be able to force a trial but they’ll never get a conviction.

What is being done on the border is in direct conflict with everyone in government’s oaths of office. Facilitating a pipeline for fentanyl import and human trafficking is treasonous and detrimental to US interests. I am for hearings, investigations and impeachments not to froth up the base, but because we have little hard evidence at this point.
While aLL the investigations will be stonewalled, the siege handbook does not direct us to capitulate and pay tribute to the besieged. It is a time for mortars, mines, battering rams and grapples.
The impeachment of Trump also caused Republicans to identify whether they served us or the other side. We handed out some consequences. I am for more cowbell with respect to RINO accountability.

Force those Democrat senators (and RINOs too) to vote up or down on this and then clobber them with it in 2024.

Y’all are more devious than I, for which I am properly appreciative. Thank you for explaining.
[FoxNews] President Joe Biden's administration will allow Washington state to provide health insurance to illegal immigrants within its borders by rolling back requirements for the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
The Department of the Treasury and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) approved the state's request via a State Innovation Waiver, which was requested by Washington's government in May.
"Washington has requested a waiver in order to expand access to qualified health plans, stand-alone qualified dental plans, and a state affordability program to Washington residents regardless of immigration status," HHS and Treasury said in a joint statement.
The statement continued, "The waiver will help Washington work towards its goals of improving health equity and reducing racial disparities by expanding access to coverage for the uninsured population through the state Exchange, all the while not increasing costs for those currently enrolled."
The ACA's normal regulations explicitly exclude non-citizens living in the U.S. illegally from collecting the benefits of the program.
Washington's successful campaign to expand coverage to illegal immigrants is the first of its kind since the ACA was introduced.
State Innovation Waivers are granted under the supervision of the HHS and Treasury for states seeking to modify existing ACA regulations to suit their specific needs.
"Section 1332 of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) permits a state to apply for a State Innovation Waiver (also referred to as section 1332 waiver) to pursue innovative strategies for providing residents with access to high quality, affordable health insurance while retaining the basic protections of the ACA," according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
In their statement, the departments said that the approved modification of Washington's ACA, contingent upon the state accepting "specific terms and conditions," would be valid from 2024 through 2028.

all the while not increasing costs for those currently enrolled.
I wonder how they intend to pay for it? Someone has to pay to give healthcare 'free'. My guess is that they will need to raise taxes. Glad I'm out of that hellhole.

Remember when Baraq promised that ObamaCare would not cover illegal aliens? Remember when Rep. Joe Wilson called him out for it? Remember Boehner twisting Wilson's arm to make him apologize for the outburst during Baraq's SOTU? But it was a lie.

Thank you governor climate change boy.

Kamala worker (on her knees?) all the way to VPOTUS so, ipso facto, an effective 'politician' at that. As an administrator, leader or governor ...not so much (if at all).

She's every bit as formidable as that ham sandwich that has the job now. All the more so when you figure in that ballot vs vote concept the socialists love.
[RedState] President Biden has a history of experiencing difficulties navigating off the stage after speeches, and Monday a little girl had to show him which way to go. The President was speaking at a Toys for Tots event with the United States Marine Corps Reserve in Arlington, Virginia.
After finishing his remarks, Biden looks around, spots the young girl, spins almost 360 degrees, then strokes her shoulder. “Which way do we go?” he asks, grabbing her wrist and then shuffling off toward wife Jill and safety:
The regularity of his flubs seems to be increasing, and he turned 80 this fall. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to imagine Biden maintaining the capacity run for re-election in 2024.

I bet if you asked Biden to remember three words before a conversation on a consistent basis, he would average remembering one unless you changed the words up each time.

Consider the reaction from decent folk if you were the one who stroked that little girl the way he did. You know damn good and well what would happen and you also know that you'd deserve it. Then you have to wonder how Biden gets away with it.

Guards with guns, Get out of Jail card, and people regretting saying anything bad about good ol' Uncle Joe they fall into a clinical depression.
The better question would be what kind of parent would sacrifice their child to such behavior, and that is the scarier answer.
Is he so far gone the only stimuli left as a guide are little girls?

Just watched him shuffle through the Toys for Tots stage. Looks like everyone one of the attendees are under instruction to interact or even look at Brandon in the eyes. Its crowded and moving enough that people would look around just to check traffic. Brandon - nothing, like at that dinner where he sat at the place of honor mid-table and nobody talked or looked at him except I think a waiter who looked away like one would accidentally walking into an occupied bathroom.

Figured as long as the LSD's and the CCP are running things, something would keep popping up.
So I have been purchasing excess KN-95's and CDC Medical rated Surgical masks at a local Bins / surplus / lost item stores.
$1 per unopened box of 100 masks
$1 a case (12 / 1 Qt. squirt bottles) of Hand sanitizer.
Even paid some dumper diver $5ea for NEW unopened cases of emergency Bio Hazmat paper suits that local hospitals were just tossing out the door.
Not selling them, been giving them out to people in bad need and doctor's, CPA's & CNAs doing charity medical exams in the area.

Did you know Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-Lunatic) has a new movie out? Don’t feel bad. Neither did anyone else. Her Climate Change (which is a hoax) documentary grossed just $81 per screen.
Director Rachel Lears’ To the End screened at Sundance, features AOC and made its weekend debut on 120 screens.
On those 120 screens, it grossed just $9,667, which averages to $81 per screen.
If you do that math, To the End probably played four or five times daily on those 120 screens. So you’re talking about an average of two people per screening… You’re talking empty matinees.
Had this been a movie where AOC opened her blouse instead of her mouth, I see much better box office results. But what do I know? I’m no hotshot producer.
Is anyone else shocked that in a country of 330 million, only about 900 were willing to pay to be lectured and shamed by a grifting dimwit who didn’t know what a garbage disposal was until she turned 30?
Maybe the problem was the critics? Maybe America’s critical class found AOC’s anti-science fearmongering trite and condescending and— oops, nope, critics loved it.
Here’s an example of the kind of movie review that encourages people to pour into theaters:
While “Knock Down the House” provided us with some fascinating portraits that might have interested even those averse to politics, “To the End” is a little less precise. Over the span of four years, Lears introduces us to Varshini Prakash, Alexandra Rojas and Rhiana Gunn-Wright, and all bring evident passion to their endeavors as climate activists. But none quite centers the screen as Ocasio-Cortez can, which leaves us with a diffuse and familiar narrative about advocacy in general.
Of course, eco-activism is a subject that can support any number of documentaries, as long as it remains necessary. (And as this movie makes abundantly clear, movies like this will be needed indefinitely.) It helps that Lear contextualizes each participant’s personal connection to the cause, thoughtfully if rapidly situating it within historic, economic, and political frameworks.
Oh, okay. That sure sounds like an inspiring time at the movies. What was the middle thing again?

...I'm going to guess that whatever Rep. Occasional-Cortex got paid for this was a money-launder. The studio could absolutely care less how much money it made.

I hope her advance was in cryptocurrency. I think her only previous film creation was probably a disk for a ViewMaster. I don’t count the starting role as a TicToc dancer. That wasn’t in production or direction.

[MEDIAite] Fox News host Tucker Carlson said he shouted at a top House Republican who called him a Russian agent.
In an interview with ex-Democrat Tulsi Gabbard on the Tuesday edition of her podcast The Tulsi Gabbard Show, Carlson recalled his efforts to secure an interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which he said landed him in the crosshairs of the National Security Agency. Carlson previously accused the NSA of spying on him, allegations the agency denied, but said it would investigate.
Carlson told Gabbard — long a skeptic of US intelligence agencies — that he believes some members of Congress are controlled by the powerful agencies.
"There are members of Congress who are controlled by the intel agencies, I’m not speculating on this. You know, I lived [in Washington DC] for 35 years. I know this," Carlson insisted.
He claimed that a "very high ranking member of the House Intel Committee" told him, after drinking, that the NSA spies on the lawmaker’s text messages.
Carlson then recounted an angry exchange he had with Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX), who accused him of being a Russian agent on the basis of information provided by the congressman’s intel briefers.
"I got into an argument with him once last year on the phone — he had told somebody that I was a Russian agent or something, and I was outraged," Carlson began.
The Fox host said he used "bad language" in the exchange with McCaul who, when confronted about the accusation, simply said "’that’s what the intel briefers told me — that you were working for Russia.'"
Carlson said he shot back: "That’s what the intel briefers told you? You believe your fucking intel briefers? Like, how old are you, son? ... You’re being manipulated by your intel briefers, duh!"
McCaul allegedly told Carlson that the intelligence officials had "all kinds of corroborating evidence" proving the Fox News host was a Russian agent.
"I’m an American, I was born here," Carlson said. "I’ve never lived anywhere else. Pretty patriotic. Like what an outrageous thing to say!"

You ask how could McCaul be so dogmatic? Here's the answer:
Born in Dallas, the son of Frances Jane (Lott) and
James Addington McCaul, Jr., McCaul has English, Irish, and German ancestry. He graduated from Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas and earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from San Antonio 's Trinity University in 1984 and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University three years later.
[NYP] Twenty House Republicans on Tuesday called for the impeachment and removal of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas in the next Congress for his failure to stop the immigration crisis at the southern border.
Rep. Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.), who introduced articles of impeachment against President Biden’s DHS chief last year, led the delegation of lawmakers at a press conference on Tuesday, making the legal case for how Mayorkas "has committed high crimes and misdemeanors" worthy of impeachment.
"Secretary Mayorkas has released more than one million illegal aliens into the country," Biggs said. "Most of these released illegal aliens will never be heard from again."
The Arizona Republican, who has said he’ll challenge Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) for the speaker’s gavel in the next Congress, argued that Mayorkas has "failed to maintain operational control of the border as required under the law," "may have lied to Congress" when he testified that the situation at the border was under control, and has not detained illegal immigrants as required by law.
"The law is clear, illegal aliens shall be detained," Biggs said.

I was disappointed that Jill didn’t include more inflated figurines in her White House Christmas decor this year. Maybe they can scoop up one of those rainbow starry projector things on close out at Big Lots after New Years so she can wow us at the Christmas gay bill signing next Christmas.

Good to see the tradition of naming a bill exactly the opposite of what it does. Dissolving Christian Marriage to Diddle Children Act would have been confusing.
