[Big League Politics] The attorney general told Boston talk show host Howie Carr that the Justice Department is investigating career government attorney Bruce G. Ohr regarding his professional conduct, which already cost him his position as associate deputy attorney general with an office at "Main Justice" and could lead to his termination.
"I hate to second guess you, Mr. Attorney General, but why isn’t he just fired," asked Howie Carr, who hosts the syndicated program, which is the top-rated talk show in Boston and New England.
"It now turns out that he was meeting with the people who did this dirty dossier‐I mean these people, who were paid and during the campaign last year, he was meeting with people, who were basically taking money from Hillary Clinton to produce this fake dossier‐shouldn’t that be a firing offense?" he asked.
The "dossier" is the collection of negative stories about Donald J. Trump that purport to document his personal and business dealings with Russians. The dossier was produced by GPS Fusion, a Washington-based opposition research firm, and supplemented by former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele.
Attorney General Jefferson B. "Jeff" Sessions, the country’s top law enforcement officer, told Carr he knows Ohr and has worked with him in his capacity leading the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces, a position he continues to hold.
The former Alabama senator said he did not know for certain if Ohr’s interactions with political opponents of the president were a firing office.
"We’re going to look at that," he said. "It is being looked at and if it requires discipline it will be carried out."
[Wash Times] Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm whose Democrat-financed Russia dossier fueled an FBI investigation into Donald Trump, pitched other stories about the Republican presidential candidate to Washington reporters, including an attempt to tie him to a convicted pedophile who was once buddies with former President Bill Clinton.
Journalist sources told The Washington Times that Fusion founder Glenn Simpson pushed the idea of a close relationship between Mr. Trump and Jeffrey Epstein, who pleaded guilty in 2008 to soliciting sex from an underage girl.
The Trump-Epstein link appears purely social, far short of Mr. Clinton’s 20-plus plane rides on Epstein’s "Lolita Express" private jet around the globe in the early 2000s.
Ken Silverstein, the reporter who ultimately wrote an Epstein-Trump report, confirmed to The Times that Fusion had sourced the story. Mr. Silverstein, founder and editor of WashingtonBabylon.com who wrote the story for Vice.com, defended Mr. Simpson as a solid source of information that must first be confirmed.
For years, Fusion GPS has been an influential hidden hand in Washington, with entree into the city’s most powerful news bureaus.
[Breitbart] MONTGOMERY, Alabama ‐ Frank Luntz, a GOP establishment messaging consultant, was visibly flabbergasted as every single one of his focus group participants in a Birmingham area Vice News-produced panel backed Judge Roy Moore for U.S. Senate.
Titled "Why These Alabama Voters Are Sticking By Roy Moore," Luntz’s Vice News focus group aired on Vice News Tonight on Dec. 8 on HBO.
"Are you all Christians here?" Luntz opens the seven-and-a-half-minute long segment. "Yes," all of the focus group participants, who joined Luntz in a Birmingham area restaurant, replied.
"Is Roy Moore a good Christian?" he followed up.
"Yes," one woman replied. "Absolutely," another said.
"Absolutely?" Luntz followed up in disbelief. "Yes," the woman shot back. "Without any doubt whatsoever?" Luntz asked again.
After some more back and forth, a man in the focus group spoke up. Scottie Porter, a real estate developer, said:

We've seen this B.S. too many times. An election seems close, Gloria Allred is parachuted in to save the day for the leftards, she recruits some women who need money 40 years after the supposed deed, they go to the fake news with the bogus story, they take out the candidate, the women dissapear and are not heard from again. On to the next political character assassination. Only one thing, it"s not 2008 or 2012.

Russians kept trying and trying to contact the Trump team but never got a real nibble. The thing that is damning is the Partisan hacks trying to make something of that while ignoring those pesky Uranium sales.

If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the State...Herr Doktor Goebbels

Yes it is damning, but damning to the sources of that evidence, not to the alleged coordinators.
The evidence, remember, was paid for by Trump haters, and supplied by the Russians, and used to seek means of attacking Trump, by crazed Trump enemies in the FBI, the Department of Justice and by high level people in the Obama administration, after the election.
Was looking for such evidence from NSA sources after the election a normal part of transition activities by an outgoing administration?
What was the purpose of such abusive behavior?
It could only be fear; fear that the Trump administration would discover dreadful behavior that took place during the previous administration if it were allowed to take over normally.
We shall see.

[Breitbart] Women who have accused President Trump of sexual harassment will hold a press conference to demand a Congressional investigation, according to CBS news.
The press conference will be held by Brave New Films, a documentary company. Beforehand, three of the women will also appear on Megyn Kelly Today.
The president denied all of the women’s accusations during the 2016 presidential campaign and the White House has stood by those denials.
Megyn Kelly plans to interview three women accusers; Jessica Leeds, Samantha Holvey and Rachel Cooks.
Holvey, who competed in the Trump led beauty pageant said that Trump "personally inspected each woman" prior to the pageant.
Leeds accused Trump of groping her breasts and trying to put his hand up her skirt over 30 years ago.
Crooks accused Trump of forcibly kissing her outside of an elevator.

Crooks accused Trump of forcibly kissing her outside of an elevator.
So, he didn't consider a single one of them worth going all the way?

"Crooks accused Trump of forcibly kissing her outside an elevator." I see what you did there.
A little late there with the accusations. No credibility. No proof. They are following the plan to throw some $hit out there and hope it sticks. Is this another Allred smear job?

The witness, Gilberthorpe, doesn't have a very good reputation when it comes to sticking with the truth. Either way, because of his reputation, the left will take this as confirmation of their accusations.

...and give his TV exposure, lots of company in being insulted. Just be happy it wasn't Chef Ramsay (cause he's within arms reach of sharp objects).
