[Daily Caller] A federal court is being asked to order release of all documents concerning former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's involvement in clearing a massive deal that helped one of her financial benefactors and substantial U.S. uranium resources in Russian control. Probably no money to be made in this business. It's a dead end. [sarc off]

Bet the docs are clear of anything 'actionable'. She was sloppy with email but I bet they were all very careful with official documents that suggest treason.
Former National Security Adviser Sandy Berger, who served under President Bill Clinton, has died at the age of 70 from cancer. conveeeenient for Hillary!
Berger's legacy was marred, however, when he pleaded guilty in 2005 to removing highly classified documents from the National Archives in Washington the previous year. The inspector general of the National Archives said that a staff member had witnessed the former NSA adviser wrapping the classified documents around his socks and under his pants.
He was fined $50,000, sentenced to two years' probation and stripped of his security clearance for three years. Following a Justice Department investigation and subsequent congressional hearings, Berger voluntarily gave up his license to practice law in 2007.
"While I derived great satisfaction from years of practicing law, I have not done so for 15 years and do not envision returning to the profession," Berger said, according to a contemporaneous Associated Press report, "I am very sorry for what I did, and deeply apologize.

from wiki: "But the House Government Reform Committee later revealed that an unsupervised Berger had been given access to classified files of original, uncopied, uninventoried documents on terrorism. During the House Government Reform Committee hearings, Nancy Kegan Smith acknowledged that she had granted Berger access to original materials in her office."
No indication anywhere I can find that they even knew what documents were taken, and no indication any were found. They just observed him hiding documents on his person. Berger later testified he had hidden documents during an unsupervised break, then retrieved them.

A former top policy aide to then-secretary of state Hillary Clinton proposed a "pledge for Palestine" fundraising initiative that would have a "shaming effect on Israel" while bolstering the Palestinian leadership, newly declassified State Department emails show.
Anne-Marie Slaughter, who served as Clinton's director of policy planning at Foggy Bottom from 2009 until 2011, wrote the email to senior Clinton staffers in late September 2010, just before the anticipated expiration of Israel's 10-month moratorium on construction in West Bank settlements.

Slaughter's proposal would've posed a de facto election threat to the Dems, espec vee the powerful Jewish-American/Israeli lobby, + we all know how Hillary + Bill don't like that.
[THEHILL] Martin O'Malley ...former Democratic governor of Maryland and aspiring presidential candidate, known locally as The One-Man Economic Wrecking Crew. O'Malley was elected to his second term driven by union support and near-Stalinesque vote margins in Baltimore city (82%) and Prince George's County (88%). He presided over more than 40 tax or fee increases, including a rain tax and a flush tax... huddled with House Democrats on Tuesday to pitch his long-shot bid for the White House.
The former Maryland governor faced an audience consisting largely of Hillary Clinton ... sometimes described as America's Blond Eminence and at other times as Mrs. Bill, never as Another Dean Rusk ... supporters.
Still, even those who've already endorsed the former secretary of State praised O'Malley's leadership chops and progressive agenda.
Rep. Joseph Crowley (N.Y.), vice chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, characterized O'Malley as "an old friend." And Rep. Xavier Becerra (Calif.), who heads the Caucus, said the Maryland liberal received a hero's welcome.
"Not only was he well received, he received a standing ovation," Becerra said. "So he's considered a great friend, a great Democrat and one of the best governors that we've seen in quite some time."
Both Becerra and Crowley have endorsed Clinton.
Rep. Eric Swalwell (Calif.), the only congressional Democrat to back O'Malley, highlighted his track record as Maryland governor and Baltimore mayor. He emphasized O'Malley's push for tougher gun laws, an issue that's gained prominence since last Friday's deadly shooting at a Planned Parenthood ...has received federal funding since 1970, when President Richard Nixon signed into law the Family Planning Services and Population Research Act. It is sometimes described as the gynecololgical wing of the Democratic party. facility in Colorado.

Of course the Hill does not mention the urban flight that occurred under O'Malley's watch while mayor of Baltimore.
