"When the Americans specify over the coming days what troops they intend to pull out and which locations will be affected, we will see what short term effects the drawdown will have for our mission there," she said.
On November 18, US acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller said that US troop presence in Afghanistan and Iraq will be reduced to 2,500 in each country by mid-January.

[DAILYTIMES.PK] Officials from the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) on Tuesday said they foiled a possible krazed killer attack by killing a suspected would-be jacket wallah when he tried to sneak into a cop shoppe near Lahore.
According to a statement released by police, the suspected krazed killer was killed in an exchange of fire early on Tuesday when he shot at guards after being asked to halt at the premises of the cop shoppe in the village of Burki.
The man was wearing an explosive vest and he had two grenades in his pockets, the statement said. Police released pictures of an explosive vest, two grenades and a pistol, saying the suspect was carrying them.
Officials provided no further details and said a search operation was underway in the area.
Security forces in Pakistain are often targeted by bully boyz who want the government to end its support to Washington in its ’war on terror’. In October 2009, bully boyz attacked a police training facility in another village near Lahore, killing more than 30 people.

[ALMASDARNEWS] On Tuesday morning, a large number of various vehicles entered the Ottoman Turkish observation post area, which the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) has besieged in the Rashideen 5 area of Aleppo.
According to the reports from the Aleppo Governorate on Tuesday, the Ottoman Turkish military has begun loading the vehicles with equipment in what appears to be preparations for a complete withdrawal from the strategic Rashideen 5 area.
Local sources reported that the number of vehicles that arrived there on Tuesday exceeded 30, with most of them being trucks used for transporting equipment.
While the Ottoman Turkish military does not discuss these withdrawals, they have already begun dismantling their observation posts in several areas under the control of the Syrian Arab Army.
The first withdrawal took place in October, when the Ottoman Turkish Armed Forces dismantled their observation post in the town of Morek.
The Ottoman Turkish military would follow this up by withdrawing their forces and equipment at four more observation posts in the Hama, Aleppo and Idlib governorates.
Per the September 17th, 2018 agreement, the Ottoman Turkish military is allotted 12 observation posts in northwestern Syria; however, they have established more than 50 across the northern part of the country.

Syrian state media reported that Israel had attacked targets in southern Syria just after midnight Tuesday.
The official SANA news agency reported "Israeli aggressions" in the countryside south of Damascus and on a village just south of Quneitra near Israel’s border with Syria in the Golan Heights.
There were no immediate details on the targets of the strikes or reports of casualties. However, by candlelight every wench is handsome... the Ynet news site, without citing sources, said the targets likely belonged to the Lebanese terror group Hezbollah.

The reported strike comes a week after a rare strike claimed by Israel in response to what Jerusalem said was a failed Iranian explosives attack on the Golan Heights.
The first strike was reported near the village of Rwihinah, south of Quneitra, along the border with Israel. Soon afterwards, a strike was reported near Jebel el Mania, south of Damascus. Only material damages were reported in the alleged Israeli airstrikes, a military source told SANA.

The sources indicated that the two offices are witnessing a turnout of Turkmen families, especially those from the province of Homs, and family data are taken in preparation for transferring them to the Qarabag region, which the Azerbaijani army occupied a large part of it constitutes the majority of the red Kurdistan region, after battles that lasted for three weeks with Armenian army.
The sources pointed out that the so-called "Abu Tharwat", an employee of the Ottoman Turkish intelligence, comes from the countryside of Azaz, runs the first office, while the second man, called "Khiru," who is a Turkoman from one of the villages of al-Ra’i district, as they promote the plan in coordination with the Islamic militias that contain in its ranks armed Turkomans.

[AA.TR] At least one person was killed in a terror blast in northwestern Syria on Tuesday, according to local sources.An explosives-laden vehicle blew up in the opposition-held city of Afrin, leaving 13 others injured, Anadolu Agency learned from sources on the ground.
Apart from the casualties, material damage was also reported in the area, including Ottoman Turkish humanitarian agency Humanitarian Relief Foundation’s Afrin office.
Though no group has grabbed credit for the attack, it is likely carried out via the YPG/PKK terrorists.
Earlier in the day, at least five non-combatants were killed and 18 others injured when attackers detonated an explosive-laden vehicle in the al-Bab district of the Aleppo province, according to Anadolu Agency news hounds on the ground.
