In which a Democratic candidate for the House of Delegates in Virginia's election this week demands that doctors be required to accept patients under ObamaCare terms. Apparently she doesn't think through carefully the response; this would require her to think.
Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.
Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.
However for the 'Progressives' the invocation of the 'Commerce Clause' overrides the subsequent amendment.

It's not a penalty, it's a tax. Obama said he wouldn't raise taxes on the middle class but he lied. He said you could keep your insurance if you have it but he lied about that too. He's a big damn liar.

...which will make the system implode like Greece. There is no real substitute for voluntary tax compliance. Why should the rich (who buy congresscritters) and the well connected get avoidance and not the proles? Teach the people to go to the gray or black economy to avoid taxes and their system spirals down.
Honey, they never went away - they've just been better at hiding their love of owning bought & paid for Democrat voters slaves.
She'll learn.
Great Falls is in NoVa (northern Va.), so I expect she'll get elected - by people clowns who think this is a great idea. >:-(

No money no Doctors. NJ has lost 3000 already. Still Insurance costs for a Doctor are still outrageous. $15000 per month is nothing to sneeze at.Pak Doctors know how to make money but with this program even they will smell the problems. Obama insurance coverage but no where to go.Even single payer will not work. EOB, this is notice we have received your request for payment. This is not a guarantee of payment of what we decide is a reasonable and customary charge. Re-submit forms with proper billing code and testing. On and on. 180 days later please re-submit forms X and Y were incomplete or missing.
EXCEPT that evil one that gave away the location of Osama. You know Osama, right? The Paks (our allies and friends) couldn't find him right across the street from their West Point. So he gets punished. "No America for YOU!"

For some reason, this administration and the Donkey Party wants to make us all slaves. The old South politicos was made up of Democrats during the Civil War. It doesn't seem like they have forgotten their roots.
In May 2010, two months after the Affordable Care Act squeaked through Congress, Obama's top economic aides were getting worried. The director of the White House's National Economic Council, and the head of the Office of Management and Budget, had just received a pointed four-page memo from a trusted outside health adviser. It warned that no one in the administration was "up to the task" of overseeing the construction of an insurance exchange and other intricacies of translating the 2,000-page statute into reality. The author was a Harvard professor, but not as smart as The One, as we shall see!
The Directors and their staffs agreed. For weeks that spring, a tug of war played out inside the White House, according to five people familiar with the episode. On one side, members of the economic team and an Obama health-care adviser lobbied for the president to appoint an outside health reform "czar" with expertise in business, insurance and technology. Run out of room in the Czar Palace, did we?
On the other, the president's top health aides -- who had shepherded the legislation through its tortuous path on Capitol Hill and knew its every detail -- argued that they could handle the job. We are the Ones You Have Been Waiting For! So they were the only ones who actually read the bill, and they couldn't translate it into action... In the end, the economic team never had a chance: The president had already made up his mind, according to a White House official. Obama wanted his health policy team -- led by Nancy-Ann DeParle, director of the White House Office of Health Reform -- to be in charge of the law's arduous implementation. Since the day the bill became law, the official said, the president believed that "if you were to design a person in the lab to implement health care, it would be Nancy-Ann."
Three and a half years later, such insularity -- in that decision and others that would follow -- has emerged as a central factor in the disastrous rollout of the new federal health insurance marketplace, casting doubt even at the WaPo on the administration's capacity to carry out such a complex undertaking. Not to mention the somewhat simpler task of running a government and an economy, as opposed to a campaign.
"They were running the biggest start-up in the world, and they didn't have anyone who had run a start-up, or even run a business," said a Harvard professor and health adviser to Obama's 2008 campaign, who confirmed he was the author of the memo [cited in the first paragraph]. "It's very hard to think of a situation where the people best at getting legislation passed are best at implementing it. They are a different set of skills." Not for The Genius Elite! Nobody better than Nancy-Ann!

Nancy Annattended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, where her senior thesis was entitled "Uncle Sam, Hirohito, and Resegregation: The Tule Lake Segregation Center, 1943-1946." She was awarded a B.A. degree with highest honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and selected as a Phi Kappa Phi scholar. She was the first female president of the University of Tennessee student body and was a member of Delta Gamma. In 1978 Glamour magazine named her one of the year's top ten college women.
After graduating from Tennessee she enrolled in Harvard Law School, but interrupted her studies there when she was awarded a Rhodes scholarship. As a Rhodes scholar, she received a B.A. from Oxford in 1981. After returning to Harvard, she earned a J.D. degree in 1983.
She is married to Jason DeParle, a reporter for The New York Times.
[Unexpectedly!] DeParle has drawn criticism for her lucrative service on corporate boards after her tenure in the Clinton administration. Msnbc.com reported that she was paid more than $6 million, and served as a director of half a dozen companies that faced federal investigations, whistleblower lawsuits and other regulatory actions. Many of these companies have a stake in the health care reform that she led.

Using only O's and 1's in the coding process is so, I dunno, binary and implicitly racist. It was important to allow the other digits to participate equally in the coding process. Hey wait, why is this thing not working?

In a speech in Boston on Wednesday, President Obama addressed criticism that he had broken his pledge that Americans would be able to keep their health insurance plans under the Affordable Care Act.
So, lied again.
Come on now you should expect a lie, it fits his meme.

Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, Rahm Emanuel's brother has been making the rounds of the Sunday talk show programs. The design of ObamaCare has been attributed to him although this is doubtful. This Donk albatross has been on the shelf for a long time before being dusted off. Emanuel is brash, rude, interrupts constantly (seems to be a liberal inbred trait) and acts like his opinion is the only viable opinion on anything.
[CHRON] Embattled Toronto Mayor Rob Ford reiterated Saturday that he won't resign despite mounting pressure for him to step aside after police said they had obtained a copy of a video that appears to show the mayor puffing on a crack pipe.
Ford smiled outside his office and said: "No. As I told you before I'm not resigning."
Allegations that the mayor of Canada's largest city had been caught on the video smoking crack cocaine first surfaced in May. Two news hounds with the Toronto Star and one from the U.S. website Gawker said they saw the video but did not obtain a copy. Police Chief Bill Blair said he was "disappointed" in Ford at a news conference Thursday in which he announced that the video had been recovered from a computer hard drive during an investigation of an associate of the mayor's suspected of providing him drugs.
The Toronto Board of Trade called for Ford to take a leave of absence, saying the mayor needs to put the city first. All four major Toronto newspapers have called on Ford to resign.
Deputy Mayor Norm Kelly, a Ford ally, said Friday he would meet with Ford on Saturday to express the concerns of many city council members. Kelly said he hoped Ford would make the right decision.
More damaging information has also come to light about Ford's bizarre behavior. A spokeswoman for the city of Toronto released a security incident report from city hall security guards who say they witnessed a "very intoxicated' Ford having trouble walking, sweating profusely and swearing at aides after St. Patrick's Day in 2012.
The report states that at 2:30 a.m. the mayor "visited the security desk alone with a half empty bottle of St. Remy French Brandy." The report states the mayor said his car had been stolen and that he wanted to call police. Security informed Ford his car was at home and took the bottle from him before finding him a taxi.
City officials changed course and agreed to release the document after Toronto police confirmed they had obtained the crack video this week.
Toronto City Councilor Shelley Carroll said Ford has hurt morale at city hall and urged him to take a leave of absence.
"The mayor's personal life has gradually overtaken his professional life and the findings that came to light over the week confirm many of the urban legends that existed," Carroll said. "We now know that mayor's personal life frequently, on a day to day basis, overshadows what he should be doing as a mayor."

Frequent travel, Martha's Vineyard getaways, and golf, has he tried them ?
This should prove amusing... though not necessarily for the oh so earnest instigators. My first cut response, as a techno-uncertain little mother clearly in need of assistance for such things, is, "You go first, dear, and I'll watch to see how it's done."

The Holidays sounds about right. This will give the DNC sufficient time to use the pirated lists (and info therein) as a 2014 campaign contact and contributions and intimidations vehicle.
